*Laviani and Farris had been making their way through to find one last thing before heading back, but suddenly there was troopers running about, setting up blockades. Lavi herself was not a part of the crew, she just ran into an old friend who was. Though he wouldn't be recognizable right now, shifted as he was. They carried on their way, Farris insisting the find some transportation at the Hanger.
Lavi had stayed calm for that, though she did grip Farris' arm tighter. She looked around, and then suddenly Bombers were over head, the target hadn't been the hanger, but their screech as they buzzed by, hurt the avian woman's much more sensitive ears. She groans softly and shakes her head, Farris pulled her along at a faster pace.
It was a few minutes later, when something far worse happened. The first of the Orbital strike hits the hanger. People started to run, a full panic had broke loose. Lavi had to run to keep up to Farris. She looked up, her senses faster and more alert. She unfurled her wings, and uses them to push herself faster, and push Farris out of the way of falling debris. He stumbled ahead out of the way, she landed hard on the ground, She rolled aside to avoid another piece. But she let a squeal out as a third struck her left wing, pinnging her in place. She struggles, and whimpers, the movement making it feel like daggers were being stabbed into the limb.
Things seemed to settle for a minute, Farris urgently working to free Lavi. He even scooped her up into his arms. Her dress had been torn, her wing looked broken. The feathers on her other ruffled and dirty. She had a deep scratch on her cheek. She leaned against him as he reached a nearby speeder, delicately laying her into the back seat of it. He himself had jumped into the driver seat. Taking off for the exit of the hanger. Having to dodge debris, once clear of the remains the speeder would take off at high speed for the Villa. Lavi laid in the back, clutching at her broken wing and groaning in pain.*

Having found a place to land and unload her cargo, Krai over saw its distribution. She ensured that to every destination that the supplies went, one of her agents also went. The Mercenary would gain all the intel she could. Though not wearing her signature helmet (as it may give off the wrong impression) she still wore her armor and carried her weapons. Krai kept an eye on the crowd, sure to make note of any potential for the Organization.

It took a little time to cross the city and get to the spaceports, making her miss the landing of the ships. Still, now that she had arrived, she was able to better make them out. The three that looked the same appeared as nothing more than large bulk transports. Nothing too interesting. That couldn't be said for the fourth, however. It was beautiful in its design. For now, that was all she could say for it, though she was very curious as to what it was capable of and what it could do. Its only down side was its sheer size. Something that large undoubtedly required a fair sized crew to utilize, something she tried to avoid. Still, it never hurt to find out about it if possible.
Getting close, she caught a couple of the workers helping unload the contents. She was known among them not only for the fact her own ship was parked nearby, but because she occasionally aided them when dealing with supplies. Asking them about what was going on, she discovered they had brought items to aid from the bombing the city recieved some time ago. Much of the repairs had been finished and life had continued on normally. Still, the aid was still an appriciated one as there were still so things needed to fully get the city and those nearby back to one-hundrec percent.
Letting the others get back to work, her eyes looked aroubd until she fpund the one that seemed to be in charge of the ships. Armed and armored, she seemed as if she was ready for battle. For a long while, her eyes never left the woman, burning the image into her mind. She desire to go ask the woman about the ship, but decided to hold back on that option. The last thing she wanted was to be yelled at by some stranger. It was then that her hand brushed up against one of the four guns on her person, reminding her of heading out to train. She glanced down at them for a moment before returning her gaze to the woman a final time before turning, her long hair blowing in the wind as she headed off.

Krai's eyes did not miss the young woman who had come to the space port. Armed with three... no four blasters, based on how she carried herself. This interested Krai. Calling one of her commandos over, she gave the order that he was to continue overseeing the distribution while she "followed a lead." Following Kia through the crowed at a distance that would not give her away, the Nagai kept her eyes on this stranger.

It didn’t take long for Kia to return to her home and gather up a few belongings. Mostly, it was nothing but a duffel bag of clothes. The biggest thing she wasn’t going to leave behind were her weapons. There was no telling what she was about to walk into and she wasn’t going to be caught off guard, especially if she was going to end up in a fight somewhere.
Once all had been done, she returned to the spaceport, which had emptied out now that the ships were unloaded and supplies moved to a storage area. She made her way across the open area towards the ship she had see Kari by. Stopping before she got there, she glanced over to her ship a few spots away. She would have felt more comfortable flying her own, but this was the only option available to her. And she was curious about this group Krai followed.
Moving a bit forward, she stopped a few feet away from the ship and dropped her bag on the group. She now had a jacket on, alongside a lightsaber hanging off her belt and a sword strapped across her back. There she waited.

Krai was waiting for Kia in the spaceport. She made note of all the arms Kia came with. A smirk crossed the Nagai's face. A woman prepared for anything, she liked that. She approached Kia.
I'm glad to see you didn't change your mind. For this trip at least, you will be asked to keep to the Third level, the living quarters, mess, and observation rooms. And the med bay if needed. Do you understand?
The pair would have walked to the loading ramp while Krai laid out the expectations. Waiting at its base for Kia's response.

Kia followed as Krai began explaining where she would be limited to. It was a pain, but she wasn’t about to waste time asking questions. No point in making things more difficult. When she stopped at the boarding ramp, she looked to the woman. "I understand well enough. Would like my weapons, too, while your at it?" As her tone did carry a bit of annoyance at the situation, it carried a bit of understanding of the reality of it all.

Krai was slightly amused by the annoyed tone that came with Kia's tone. Holding up a hand and shaking her head. You are not my prisoner, and I respect you enough as a warrior, not to part you from your weapons... Though I will ask that any explosives be kept in the cargo hold. Then she stepped up the ramp, indicating where said explosives should be stowed if their were any, before escorting Kia to the living quarters, and giving her a quick tour as the last preparations were made for take off. It wont be long. If you need me. I will be in the command center, you can send a message to my terminal from most other terminals on board.

Kia followed Krai up the ramp into the cargo hold. It was massive in size, though that could have been due to her familiarity with a smaller ship. She might end up being confided to the third level, but she wasn't going to let what she could see get passed her. With a ship such as this, how many refugees could she transport in the hangar alone? The only downside to her was the reality to the crew required to operate it.
As they passed by there area where she could leave explosives, Kia kept walking. While demolistions had their places, gernades and the like didn't suit her style. Moving up to the third level, she took in the sights as she was given the tour of the area, being shown where she was limited to. When Krai made mention of how to contact her if she needed anything, Kia nodded. "Understood. But please, don't let me keep you."
Already was her annoyed tone fading as she settled into the situation. Once Krai departed for the command center, Kia made her way over to the port observation area. There, she set her sword and guns off to the side as she made herself comfortable as she let her gaze fall upon Theed once more. Who knew when she'd return.

A hell of a lot had transpired in the last several years. The crew of the Serene Moondancer had been on a number of adventures together, culminating in a final stand off with Obadiah and Mace. The two men were dead now, their ship slipping off to some unknown fate. Han had left the crew of the Moondancer soon after that and struck out on his own. He finally got his translator unit fixed and had joined up with Babe Fett, a Mandalorian Bounty Hunter he met in his travels. Along with BB-Awesome, they made up the occupants of the YX-100 Starfighter known as the Jubilee Eagle as it descended down toward Theed Spaceport.
Han and Babe had spent quite some time between being chased, working smuggling jobs, and hunting bounties. Today was, ideally, going to be another routine visit to a potential client that would hire them for some work and pay their bills for a little longer. From what Han had been able to find out, the Wolfwood-Stryfe Conglomerate was a pretty legitimate business, in that it paid its dues and didn't betray those working for them. Both good signs of a working relationship.
Babe sat at the pilot controls and steadied the Eagle into the reserved landing bay and set the craft down on its landing gear, after which she got to work on the shut down sequence. Han slipped from the navigators seat and patted down his long jacket and hat. He took a moment to confirm the saber hilt hidden up his sleeve was still there, ready at a moments notice. Babe meanwhile stood up from the pilot's seat and slipped her helmet on, her long braid hanging down across her shoulder still. BB-Awesome rolled along behind as Han then lead the way out of the starfighter to await their welcoming party

Wolfwood-Stryfe Conglomerate Private Hangar Bay 3After the Jubilee Eagle had set down, a very singular woman wearing a fashionable, yet professional creme-colored business dress with a jacket combo exited the hangar's control room area. She had her long hair styled in a tight, organized up-do with a pair of ornate onyx hair-sticks holding it in place. Making her way toward the craft that had just landed and the party of three who had exited the craft, she was busying herself with the medium-sized datapad in her hands. As she approached the group, she flashed a warm and brilliant smile, giving a polite nod and acknowledging the group as she spoke with a polished Corellian accent."Hel-lo! On behalf of the Wolfwood-Stryfe Conglomerate, I would like to personally welcome you to Theed! My name is Lina Monev, and I've been tasked with the privilege of being your initial point-of-contact with our organization. She looked the group over, and settled her gaze upon Han I believe that you, sir, are Mr. Han Der?"In point-of-fact, Lina was very well-aware that the Jawa before her was the being-in-question. All pleasantries aside, she was already busy analyzing and scanning the entire party, taking note of the droid in their presence and the apparent Mandalorian woman who was dressed in some...rather-inspired armor choices. She took note of the clan symbol affixed to her chest-plate, quickly scanning the image with her optics and sending all the pertinent information to the one being-behind-the-scenes and his AI assistant, Zarya. Which, in all honesty, Vash'Ur had been watching the meeting through Lina's eyes since the start. He was quite-interested in the slight Jawa and his Mandalorian friend. If the initial reports were to be believed, Han Der might be exactly the kind of man that he was looking for. Within this virtual headspace, Vash was working with Zarya, disseminating the information he could pull up from the application that Han had sent in regarding his qualifications as a seasoned spacer and logistical professional, as well as the small bits of information he was willing to submit about the other members of his party. The "meeting of the minds" was just that, all within Lina Monev's mind. Her AI subroutines allowed her to task part of her mental capacity to the conversation with Han Der as well as speaking with Vash and Zarya inside of her mind. Several other screens were opening and closing with various bits of information scrolling across them, everything from intel reports to holonews headlines."So, this is Han Der...interesting. Looks like a bit more than just a spacer and a smuggler.""Indeed. Mr. Der appears to be a self-taught robotics expert, as well. One-time employee of Eclipse Microsystems. Which is...well, that's interesting."Vash turned to view the data that was scrolling across one of the digital loadouts at a speed that was far beyond his ability to comprehend. It was one of the many benefits of having an AI brain, he relented. Even now, Zarya was finding more out about the robotics company than Vash would likely learn in a month."What are you finding, Zarya?"The company's loss of its CEO drove its profits to the breaking point, and it was summarily sold and disseminated piece by piece to other investors. But then the money brokered from those deals seems to just...disappear. I'll be sure to look into this further." She turns her attention to another display, this one focused on Han's Mandalorian compatriot. "This other person...the Mandalorian woman. Han submitted her name as 'Babe Fett'. If the sigil on her chest-piece is to be believed, then she does - in fact - belong to the Fett clan. Initial reports suggest that she is a registered bounty hunter across several systems. Han became acquainted with her some years ago; before their stint working together, Babe's turnover rate for her bounties was quite-different.""How so?""In that they were mostly turned in dead, rather than alive. 87% of them, to be exact. The remainder didn't exactly display any level of restraint on her part, either. Several broken limbs, blaster wounds, multiple contusions - she was not kind to them. However...after Han became involved with her, it shows a surprisingly upward trend toward her bounties being brought in alive. Perhaps the two of them have worked out a better system for her bounty work, or maybe Mr. Der has some method of subduing her more-violent tendencies...either way, the pair have turned around Ms. Fett's reputation, seemingly for the better."Vash grinned."I see. Well, let's continue digging. We'll need to prepare Mr. Marlon for his meeting with this crew as much as possible." He paused to consider for a moment. "Oh...and let's prep the building for their droid companion. Heighten the virtual security, the usual. It's not as though I don't trust them, but, I'd rather not have any...surprises." "Yes, Chief."The two of them responded in concert, and the group went back to work trying to find out what they could about the uncanny trio. It was merely a matter of "better the devil you know, than the devil you don't" at this point. Vash and his group would be careful, too; Vash was mainly working on wiping their digital footprint from this dive, and keeping their presence as anonymous as possible was their highest priority.

Being a Jawa came with some advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, most species tended to underestimate you as merely a scavenger out to swindle someone for credits. This meant it was relatively easy to get into most places since you were rarely considered a threat. A skill that had come in great use over the last several years whether it was with the Moondancer crew or helping Babe with capturing her latest bounty target. On the other hand, being three and a half foot tall meant that he was almost always looking up at everyone he was conversing with when he was standing up.
Such was the case as Lina Monev approached from across the Hangar Bay and greeted them, quickly deducing him to be Han Der. She was certainly quite the sight to behold, a human female that appeared to be in her late twenties to early thirties. But something about her niggled away at the back of his mind, one of the side effects of being Force Sensitive. But in places and situations such as this, it was always warning him of danger. Which is what he assumed this was as well.
Thankfully he had taken time to fully repair his translator unit as he spoke, thankful that it would not glitch and incorrectly translate what he intended to say Han is just fine Miss Monev. These are my companions, Babe Fett and Be Be Awesome... The BB unit inclined the metallic dome that served as its head, while Babe inclined her helmet Though I'm sure you already worked that out...

As Han spoke, Lina took into account the Jawa's use of an electronic translator. While she and most members of the WSC's staff were familiar with Jawa Trade Talk, she was a bit more at ease knowing that Mr. Der had gone to such lengths to communicate with those outside of his species. When he introduced the other members of his party, Lina inclined her head to each of them, respectively. She smiled a bit when the droid made an effort at a very humanoid expression, sliding its domed section forward on its ball-like chassis.Focusing her gaze back on Han Der, she nodded as he finished speaking.
"Yes, of course. Your earlier correspondence with us gave us a little insight into your crew," She nodded again to the two of them "a pleasure to meet you both. Mr. Der--" She recalled him stating that using his first name alone would suffice, and caught herself "--Han, my apologies - as I've stated, I'm here as your initial point-of-contact with the WSC; as well as to provide transportation from the spaceport into Theed proper to our offices for your intended meeting with my associate, Mr. Frank Marlon." She turned sharply to one side, motioning for them to follow at their leisure as she began to slowly walk toward the exit of the hangar area "Mr. Marlon will be the one to conduct your interview and will be available to you for any contractual negotiations if, and when, we decide to move forward with you as a prospective contracted employee. I will be glad to answer any questions regarding our organization during our transit, and we will have refreshments and facilities made available to you, should you need them after your long trip. Mr. Marlon has also taken the liberty of reserving a two-bedroom suite at the Regency Hotel, so that - following your interview - you might have the opportunity for a bit of respite. However, if you've arranged for other accommodations, we certainly understand."
Now at the exit, the group stood looking at a black-colored ultrachrome stretch-limo whose side door and ramp opened up like a sort of clam shell to allow them entry. It was clear that the Wolfwood-Stryfe Conglomerate was going out of its way to provide every creature comfort available to their prospects. It would hopefully convey that if they were willing to go this far to impress their employees, then the standard to which they hold themselves to their clientele must be astronomically-high.
"Do you feel as though you're ready to depart, or did you perhaps want to stretch your legs a little more?"
The pleasantries aside, Vash and Zarya were still performing their due diligence in order to assure themselves of who they were conceivably going into business with. After all, the more they knew, the less they could be surprised by it.

Before Han could correct Lina again as she addressed him by his surname, she picked up her own mistake. He inclined his head and lead his crew in following the woman across the hangar bay toward the exit. He glanced up toward Lina as they walked and talked, listening as she explained the process of what was to come, including reservations held at the Regency Hotel, something that was well beyond their current fiscal means. Certainly they weren't barely scraping by, but the Regency Hotel did have very expensive suites. Truth be told, Han and Babe had already planned to just bunk in the Eagle It would be quite rude to turn down our hosts hospitality and generosity for a suite at the Regency Hotel, wouldn't you agree Babe? She gave a silent nod of her head in response, following behind Han and preferring to let him do the talking in this matter. Han meanwhile kept his focus upon Lina as they exited the spaceport and were greeted by a stretch-limo design My legs are not overly long and do not require much stretching Miss Monev. My people have a saying that time is money friend, and it would be rude to leave our host waiting overly long... Not to mention that while this process so far had gone well, there was no guarantee the WSC was going to employee them. If they were rejected, then they would need to be off to their next potential job as soon as possible

Lina gave a respectful nod to the Jawa spacer and motioned for them to go ahead and get into the speeder.Once their trio had all gotten settled within, she entered the vehicle and found a seat adjacent to theirs before calling out to the driver of the speeder through use of the limo's internal comm system to give them the go-ahead."I believe we have everyone safely inside. If you wouldn't mind securing the doors, we'll get ourselves underway. We'll be heading to the main offices, and using the Plaza entrance. Thank you."After letting up on the button and hearing the chime that the speeder was about to depart, she looked back at Han, Babe, and Be Be Awesome with a warm smile. The doors closed and quietly sealed to secure them all safely within. The whole trip would be around a ten-minute "flight", which would give them a few moments for any questions they might have. Within seconds, the inertial dampeners kicked in and the speeder lifted off smoothly, carrying them upward toward Theed proper.
