The date ... Drek. When Crystal has pointed out the obvious about that fateful date, really that monthly thing that all of the women can do without. It really doesn't surprise me especially with how I have been behaving since this morning. It ranges from Crystal and Ryan speaking their familiar dialect to me pestering Elika about Lana, so to speak and just me being bad. Yeah ... Pursing my lips because I know that I can laugh any moment now, I look from Kayne to Elika pointing with my index to finger to each and every one of us to ask if we are actually all in sync.
"Are you sure that you only want to punch him?" Giggling on the side before gesturing in front of my face with my hand while taking a deep breath to just control my laughter really, I end up looking at Elika with a dubious expression and just nudging her teasingly. "Did you want me to ask Lana too to join us tomorrow?" I ask her with a very innocent expression before adding on teasingly. "Or seeing Kalyani is enough, I can be very flexible with that."
I purse my lips because I know that I am just spouting nonsense right now. Oh, who cares, it's officially the weekend! Marching off towards the diner, actually just following whoever is to follow, I look up at the place and smile faintly at least recognizing the place, but I only had coffee here once and it was with Ryan. Glancing at Franz who actually holds the door for us, I smile gratefully to him and walk inside the place before we are all greeted by a person. I look at Kayne jadedly because ultimately really I keep saying that it's her fault but only as a joke, because it's funny to blame her for things that are out of her control. Though I know that coverage about her and Atlantis greatly diminished due to the injunction that I issued a while ago.
... And it looks like that none of us need to do the talking because Franz is doing it for us and I am glad that he is actually joining us to eat as well because I know for a fact that both Elika and Crystal do like his company and so do I despite the fact that he has clearly changed but it doesn't really bother me quite honestly. "Thanks." I say as we are all led towards a table and are soon seated ...

Crystal shook her hair once they all stepped outside into the mist. No matter how many times she would be submerged into it, she always was excited to do so. It always felt like it was the first time every single time. The thing that she saw as a con to begin with, she now saw it as just something enchanting. Staying close to her friends, considering that they were headed to the Garden, Crystal smiled and nodded at the suggestion made by Elika.
"Tomorrow it is for TaSpa!." Crystal agreed, really looking forward to it to actually do nothing and be pampered because it really has been a while since she indulged into something decadent. Before she could add anything further, her gaze darted in Lily's direction at her question and statement. She really was currently at a loss for words because Lily was just being Lily outside of work.
"You are so impossible, baby girl." Crystal said with a laughter before she shook her head semi-exasperatedly. "You do remember that you are with a certain doctor, right?" She asked her friend teasingly before rolling her eyes playfully. "Right, sorry, flexible." Lifting her hands up in the air while biting her lower lip to stop herself from laughing. In the end, Crystal knew that her childhood friend was really joking and that she clearly meant nothing by it when it came to her because she was actually in a serious relationship. And maybe Crystal was just deviating Lily's question to begin with, but she knew that she couldn't fool the counselor.
"And no, I don't actually just want to punch him." She admitted in a mumble before clearing her throat and thankfully they had arrived at their destination and to her surprise, Franz was holding the door for them. Stepping inside after thanking him, she was face to face with someone that greeted them and even seated them after the sole man that was with them requested a table for all of us. She smiled and placed a hand on his forearm giving it a gentle squeeze as if to thank him.
He might not be the Franz he once was before, the joking kind, the clown but in the end he was still Franz who still cared and she knew deep inside that maybe he was doing it for Elika. Grabbing the menu for the waiter, she handed those out and looked at Elika with a meaningful expression. "I don't suppose you'll want some Blossom Wine, huh?" Crystal asked teasingly, after all none of them were working that very afternoon, okay maybe Franz was but at least they could all indulge into a glass of wine except for maybe Franz. But she was glad to know that he really was fine, changed, but fine.

Mirroring Forcias unintentionally, Lucy leans forward and rests her chin in her palm as she watches him while he speaks. His statement that he knows she is capable of taking care of herself is met with one of Lucy's damn-right, distinctly Corellian lop-sided grins, but her expression becomes more sober as he goes on to answer her question about why he had been ordered to terminate their relationship, revealing that she is not only taking in all that he says but also considering it carefully. Lucy has worked with Jedi from the Order in the past, and so knew about their prohibition against romantic relationships and the reasons cited for it; but that the Guardians have a similar policy is news to her. As far as Lucy is concerned, love can make any one mynok-crap crazy, Force user or not, and asking beings for whom love and companionship and all that drek are considered a basic frakking need has always seemed absurd; denying a part of one's self, for whatever reason, seems a lot more frelling dangerous to Lucy than learning to deal with the drek that can come along with accepting what can come about from pursuing one's wants and needs.
Lucy doesn't mince words, has always been upfront with Forcias, and she has come to expect no less from him; when he tells her not to worry about the situation with the Guardians, that he'll find a way to deal with it, she knows, as much as anyone can know anything at any rate, that he's being honest with her. And, as far as Lucy is concerned, the issue is settled for the time being; sure, she knows that she could worry about it some more, analyze it and pick at it and try to think of solutions, but has a strict policy of not worrying about drek that will clearly require time to be resolved. Having been close to death on more than one occasion in the past, having seen death take countless others indiscriminately and without rhyme or reason - the smart, fearless and valiant being cut down along with the cowardly and not too bright - Lucy's philosophy is that life can be cruel and can end at any time, so why waste that time worrying about things beyond one's control or, even worse in her eyes, trying to vivisect things that make one happy in some ill advised quest to understand them? She and Forcias have just realized that they've come to mean more to one another than they thought, that they have stumbled into something way more fulfilling than what they were looking for, and it would be a frakkin' shame to waste any more time worrying about crap that will resolve itself one way or another when the time comes.
"Right, Lucy says simply once Forcias has finished speaking, answering his question about how much time she has off without commenting on the situation with the Guardians as a way to make her intent to leave that subject behind, Two weeks. Taking her hand from beneath her chin, Lucy leans forward, placing her palms on the sides of his face and looking into his eyes for a moment with a smile before kissing Forcias on the lips softly before shoving him back on the couch and standing as she announces with a lop-sided grin, That's enough of that, huh? Turning from Forcias, pulling her t-shirt up over her head and dropping it to the floor as she starts walking for the bathroom to draw a bath, Lucy says, Bring the wine, lose the clothes. We've got seven weeks of being apart to make up for, so I hope you got plenty of rest because I intend to . . . " detailing all the things she plans to do to him, Lucy continues to shed her clothes, leaving a trail to the bathroom.
Later, with Forcias asleep beside her, Lucy lays on her side, chin resting on her palm as she looks at him with a, she is quite sure of it, goofy smile on her lips. Rolling her eyes as she realizes what she is doing, Lucy lays her head down on his chest to sleep, feeling sappy but happier than she has in some time.

When Lily uses her index finger to silently pose her question to Elikapeka and Crystal, Elika arranges her features into a comically mournful expression and nods to answer affirmatively, trying not to look too terribly amused or relieved when Lily proceeds to turn her attentions to Crystal, asking whether punching is all that she wants to do. Elika's reprieve does not last too long, Lily almost immediately proving that she is an equal opportunity teaser by asking whether she should invite Delaana to join them for their trip to TaSpa!. Shaking her head quickly, knowing that there is every chance that Lily is making the offer in complete earnestness rather than simply to tease her, Elika squeaks, "No, clears her throat and tries to regain her dignity after the squeak, and adds sincerely, I'd rather we just keep it the three of us so we can catch up. Well, she smiles as she glances at Franz, I guess the four of us since I have a newly mandated plus one with me. Looking at Lily with an eyebrow playfully arched in warning, Elika says, And no, that wasn't a no that really means please do, beautiful, so no surprise additions to the invite list."
Patting Franz on the shoulder to silently thank him for holding the door and taking the lead in seeing that they are seated, Elika leans closer and whispers to him teasingly, "I don't suppose that protecting me from her matchmaking is one of the duties you've been charged with? And if it isn't, can we make it one? When they are escorted to their table by the hostess, Elika takes off her scarf and trench coat to place them on the back of her chair, answering Crystal's question with a smile, You know me too well, and then looks from Crystal to Lily and then Franz as she suggests, We could just all split a bottle?"
Sitting and examining the menu, Elika looks up when their waitress, a tiny blue-skinned Toydarian hovering beside the table with her wings beating softly, asks if they would like to place their drink orders, and since she can always take whatever wine is left home in case no one else will be having any, says, "A bottle of Blossom Wine and a carafe of ice water for me please," and then returns her attention to the menu while the others place their orders.
After the orders have all been placed, Elika, taking Franz's decision to join them as evidence that she won't have to treat him any differently simply because he has been asked to temporarily take her lieutenant's place, asks him, "How have things been at the academy? To give him an out in case talking about himself is not something he is in the mood to do, Elika adds, Atlantis said that there has been an influx of new learners? How many learners are at the academy now?"

He had kept his gaze onto her the entire time he spoke and the entire time she had been looking at him. Forcias didn’t exactly know how to define how he was feeling when it came to her and he certainly could not say right now that it was love. Hell, what was love to him really? He was a neophyte when it came to emotions when it came to love. One thing was for sure though, he deeply cared about her. Even if that emotion was born to begin with from their physicality, even if they never talked much, he really did care about her and he couldn’t deny that fact.
Today though, the had talked, they had stopped themselves from jumping straight to her usual rough and tumble and he had found out that she actually felt the same way as him. She didn’t want to let go and he certainly wasn’t going to let go either. He could settle for that, for now. . .
Growling playfully when she pushed him back against the couch after she had kissed him, he knew that by now she really was doing that on purpose and he could not help but to follow her figure as she left a trail of her clothing towards the bathroom. His eyes did darken and that familiar surge of lust rose inside of him as he continued to watch her silently.
"You are a tease," Said Forcias as he quickly executed himself finding that bottle of wine and their glasses to follow her. "You know that right." It wasn’t just her actions, it was her words too and he knew that she would definitely make up for those seven weeks they were apart, whether it was today or the two following weeks, provided that he wasn’t called.
Later, Forcias was peacefully sleeping onto her bed with an arm around her. He couldn’t deny the fact that she kept him grounded in a way and having her there by his side was comforting. When he slowly opened his eyes, he found her there sleeping on his chest. He brushed her cheek with the back of his fingertips. He stayed silent, he did not want to wake her up at all but he knew that he was holding onto her as if his life depended on it.
Since apparently she had two weeks off, maybe it was time for him too to take some leave although he knew for a fact that ultimately someone would refuse that categorically unless he asked the one who was factually the one in charge of all of them. He knew though that it would cause another breach and somehow that perspective downed his mood. Sighing softly, he gently moved Lucy as to not wake her up and he got out of the bed after finding his pants to at least put those on and he made his way towards her bathroom to splash some water on his face before glancing at the mirror with a determined gaze.
He knew though that he would have to ask a question first to Lucy to ultimately take a decision on whether to ask something to Mace or not. . . For now, he’d wait.
Unless. . .
Returning to her bedroom, he slowly and gently got on her bed and purposely laid on top of her pecking her neck teasingly as if to wake her up. "Lucine. . ." Forcias murmured softly as he rubbed her sides gently and only when he was sure that he successfully awakened her did he ask. "Was there any consideration of you leaving Umgul during your two weeks of leave?" He had his arms on both side of her face to stay up and to keep looking at her and even though right now their position wasn’t really helping him.
He needed to know, he wanted to know if she had actually made any plans other than this.

Garden of Eatin'
Franz inclined his head to the women’s grateful gestures, whether it was by a path or a smile or even having his forearm squeezed. Soon enough though, his attention was straight in Elika’s direction and a faint grin crept on the corner of his right lips. One thing was certain, he actually knew about, the three women he was with clearly did not change at all. It was something he really was familiar with and he couldn’t be more comforted than that.
"She will always find a way..." He whispered back, that much he remembered about Lily and that much he figured out about her. "But alas, it’s not a life and death sort of thing, maybe you’ll have more chances with Crystal." This time, Franz really smiled and he took a seat after they were shown to it, he was facing the exit of the diner at least and his gaze moved from every corners of the place. Franz definitely looked like a simple guy right now, he had nothing on him that indicated that he was a Jedi, okay maybe he did and that was his lightsaber but that was hidden in his boot.
"Thanks for the offer, but nah..." Obviously he was on duty and he couldn’t just decide to have a drink now, that would be really unthinkable, so when he looked at the waitress, he inclined his head and pointed with his gaze to take care of the ladies entirely and when only after they had ordered did he do the same and asked for some coffee only and something to eat that he really did not pay attention to.
When he placed his arms onto the table, Franz looked at Elika with a peaceful expression and showed five fingers and shook his hand to convey that it was more or less. "Fifty, give or take." He finally said with a faint smile before adding on. "But overall, the academy is fine, thank you for asking." Franz smiled this time sincerely, gratefully before he inclined his head. He did not say that from time to time there were explosions, or that some walls were scorched because Atlantis made sure to have those problems fixed quickly. But overall he knew that the learners were happy he guessed and that sometimes it was difficult but the Grandmaster had a way to proceed.
Each and every one of them did anyways.
Not really wanting to break character or maybe he felt like he had to because this could turn awkward if he didn’t speak much more, that much he knew. "Am I to understand that the debaucheries in the lakehouse are still going on?" Franz asked with an amused tone. It actually felt good to be out of the academy even though he had been out from time to time but being here in a casual setting surrounded by three women that he appreciated a lot and made happy people he deeply cared about, made him happy too, it was really comforting and a good change.
"You don’t have to answer that." Franz assured them as he lifted his hand just in case. "It’s really good to see all three of you together, I just wished I wasn’t the only guy because uh..." He made a face and shrugged slightly. "It’s unfair."

Garden of Eatin'
Opening my mouth before letting out a fake reluctant sigh and letting out a shock tone. "Look, gorgeous, I can perfectly work with a foursome but really I was more expecting a girl thing." I reply to Elika very seriously although deep inside I know that I want to burst out laughing. Although I look at Franz with a warm expression before winking at him. "And if you are adding a plus one, albeit a guy, I think that I have the right to actually extend that invitation list to Lana as well." Although I know that Lana wouldn't really be my first choice because ... Duh, I am with Ryan. Although I know that Elika still has a very good point and that we should really catch up, I really have no problem with that, so I wink at her to just tell her that I am teasing her in my own way like always.
Gods, I really have to stop, we are all in sync, Elika confirmed that earlier and I already know how Crystal is when that happens, but I actually have no idea how Elika actually reacts. While I am clearly lost in my thoughts, I take a seat and look right at Kayne who suggests for Elika to take some Blossom Wine, I confirm with a nod that I am perfectly fine with that and adding what I actually want to eat after we have all decided on our beverages.
Handing the menu to the waitress before tilting my head on the side to listen to Elika and Franz attentively. Smiling at the interaction, it looks like the sole man is somewhat relaxing and then I know that he still has that humor he used to have when he asks that question. Placing my index finger onto my lips and looking at him mischievously, I say. "You know it, it's just nobody ever talks about it." Giggling softly before shaking my head slightly amused, I really am amused because, hey it's the weekend for me and because it's just so good to be indeed together like Franz has just said.
"It's really to good to see you as well, Franz." I tell him sincerely with a warm smile considering that he has been missed and I know that Crystal has been inquiring about him too from time to time. "Don't worry, Franz. We do not bite ..." Pausing briefly before smiling faintly. "Much."

Crystal bit her lower lip to stop herself from laughing, once thing she was grateful for right now, she really wasn't drinking anything or eating anything. Crystal looked at Elika with an amused expression before looking at Lily because really the both of them just debating on whether to invite Lana or not for their tomorrow plan was just amusing. She knew that she wanted to laugh but if she let go, she would be laughing so badly that it would be an embarrassment due to their current location. She even went as far as covering her mouth.
"I thought you were flexible." Crystal finally said after she knew that she had controlled her laughter. Rolling her eyes playfully before shaking her head in amusement she could not just not believe that her childhood friend could turn every single sentences of hers into a double entendre. Only she really wasn't that surprised, she was, after all, so used to it. "You do remember that we do have a pool, right? So if you are that anxious to see her in a bikini, why don't you invite her?" Crystal grabbed the napkin from the table and set it on her lap with a knowing grin. "That way you can have your girl thing exclusively." Poking her tongue out before shaking her head with a faint giggle. They apparently had their place for their own and she didn't really see Franz lingering around the lakehouse, unless she was mistaken then he could correct her whenever.
Nodding to the waitress when Elika ordered that Blossom Wine, she only showed three fingers to indicated they would only be needing three glasses of wine along with the rest of their order. Only when she was sure that she wasn't going to laugh did Crystal finally take a deep soothing breath to focus on the ongoing conversation around the table. She really was interested on how Franz was doing back at the academy, she knew about the learners so that wasn't news to her but she was really more interested on the whys he had completely disappeared once from the planet. Not that she ever said anything to Lily and she had not said anything to Elika just yet, but she was aware that he was gone for a while.
Raising an amused eyebrow when Franz said that it was unfair that he was the only man right now, she saw that brief glimpse of his old spark. Pointing at Lily as if to say 'what she said' Crystal smiled endearingly at the man who often used to make them all laugh no matter the situation was. She truly missed that part of him although she wouldn't admit it out loud here and now. "You only have Model Face to blame for that, I am sure of that." She knew that if the man weren't always that secluded, Atlantis would have perhaps mandated someone else but she also knew that Atlantis would only pick people that Elika was mainly familiar with. It was only when the Toydarian waitress came back with their beverages did Crystal pick up her glass and raised it looking at everyone equally and in particular Franz and Elika really. "To the four of us being altogether."

Lyov is settling their bill when Helaine notices Umgul's CFO and her party enter the restaurant. "You'll never believe who has just arrived," Helaine says delightedly in her childish, breathy voice.
Lyov thanks their server before turning to follow his Zeltron apprentice's gaze, easily determining who she refers to as the Mist Order and Mist Government are two circles that they have long hoped to connect with. Circumstance has thus far made such a connection difficult to make and seem circumstantial rather than intentional as Lyov prefers, and he wonders if the opportunity he has sought has arrived without the need for him to actively create it.
Proving that her thoughts are not far different from her master's, Helaine suggests cheerfully, "We should invite them to our little party this evening."
Agreeing without feeling the need to voice it aloud, Lyov stands and holds his hand out to help Helaine up from her chair, and after she has wrapped an arm around his waist they make their way over to the table where Crystal, Elikapeka, Ljiljana, and Franz are seated. Helaine and Lyov have had years to perfect their social personas, both inhabiting their respective roles as completely and competently as the most talented of actors. Lyov is the very image of an idle, rich socialite from his casual yet impeccable clothing to his well-bred but informal bearing, and Helaine is the embodiment of a beautiful and charismatic, but not terribly bright, flighty socialite. Both master and apprentice are also skilled in the art of concealing their presence in the Force, and do so routinely when in public to offset the chance their Force sensitivity might be revealed. An Epicanthix, Lyov is immune to Force assisted mind reading, while Helaine is a skilled telepath that has honed the art of maintaining a screen of thoughts that match her social persona in the event any might endeavor to scan her thoughts.
Waiting to approach the table until the group has completed their toast, Lyov speaks first, smiling apologetically as he begins to say, "So sorry to interrupt. . ."
Patting Lyov's chest, Helaine interrupts him with a girlish giggle, "Oh, Lyov, do please don't be so stiff," and then speaks to Crystal and the others excitedly, "We saw you come in and I said we just had to come over and say hello."
Lyov, his expression at once apologetic for and amused by his companion's exuberance, looks to each of those seated as he says, "It is a pleasure to see you all again."

Blinking sleepily, Lucy smiles happily as she looks up at Forcias, purring as she stretches cat-like beneath Forcias while entwining her arms over her head. Wrapping her arms around Forcias' neck after stretching, Lucy smiles mischievously as she wriggles purposefully while saying, "Good morning to you too, with playful reproach rather than answering his question right away. Sliding her hands down to his shoulders, Lucy flips him over and onto his back beside her, explaining, You can't expect coherent conversation when you wake me up like that. Sitting up and rolling her neck from side to side, Lucy bends over to kiss Forcias before getting out of bed and saying, I'm frakking starving. Let's eat." Preferring actions to speaking, Lucy trusts that Forcias will be able to read into her behavior that she meant what she said - or implied, since her reliance on nonverbal cues means she didn't actually spell much out - the night before; meant it when she said that she was looking to take their relationship to the next level, moving from an essentially strictly physical one to, ya know, the whole dippy your-happiness-is-more-important-to-me-than-my-own thing. They have, she thinks with an amused grin, probably spoken more in one night than they have since meeting, and here she is about to cook for the dope, so he'd better frakkin' appreciate what's going on whether she spells it out for him or not.
Pulling on an over sized t-shirt she takes from a drawer, Lucy begins making her way to her kitchen as she says, "I hadn't made any plans other than spending as much time with you as possible, continuing as she starts throwing things from her pantry onto the kitchen island, I wouldn't mind leaving Umgul, if that's what you're asking. Assuming you could get leave too. Frowning as she checks to make sure that she has everything she needs to make Iktotch toast, Lucy says, Ah, then opens her fridge to get some zoochberries as she asks, Any ideas where you would want to go?"
Garden of Eatin'
Elikapeka, after having pretended to sulk when Franz had indicated that he would be of no help where Lily's machinations were concerned, looks impressed when he goes on to answer her questions about the academy, informing her that the Mist Order has no less than fifty new learners. She supposes that it must be a rather demanding task to see to the instruction and care of so many learners, especially if the Mist Order has not added any instructors or other caregivers to their roster since last she was on Umgul. Unsure whether Franz's somewhat terse answers are indicative of a reluctance to discuss the inner workings of the academy, or simply attributable to the change in his personality, Elika decides to err on the side of caution and not delve into the subject further for the time being; a decision made easier by the fact that both the conversation at the table and Franz's overall demeanor lighten considerably not long after he speaks, going on to actually make a joke.
"Debaucheries? Elika asks, looking from Franz to her housemates, arching an eyebrow as she asks teasingly, What exactly have you two been up to while I was away? Laughing to dismiss the rhetorical question, Elika rolls her eyes when Franz suggests it's unfair that he is the only man in the group, teasing him, Unfair? I'm sure a lot of men would actually love to find themselves alone with three women, so stop your whining, old woman."
Laughing when Lily counters her earlier argument in a uniquely Lily way, complete with a double entendre, Elika shakes her head, "Objection. A mandate is not equivalent to an invitation, beautiful. Motion to add to the invite list denied. Gesturing towards Crystal when she proposes a way for Lily to have her girls only gathering, Elika smiles and says, There you go, and then crinkles her nose as she says, You'd have to count me out though, explaining, I don't do swim suits. Or pools. Her reasons extend beyond the fact she currently does not believe she possesses the figure required for a bikini, Elika not being inclined to wear anything that leaves her forearms or wrists exposed, but she keeps her tone light as, Crystal's comments providing an excellent opportunity to turn the tables on Lily, if only momentarily, she teases with a wink, And, with me out of the way and waiving friendship rules, you would be free to fulfill your bikini fantasy guilt free."
Raising her glass when Crystal proposes a toast, Elika smiles as she says, "To the four of us," in response, feeling more relaxed now than she has in recent memory and enjoying the company of her friends even more now that Franz has seemed to come out of the shell he had been in, if only a little.
Sipping her wine, Elika sets her glass down just as Lyov and Helaine walk up to their table. Even though she does not typically follow the news, Elika recalls seeing Lyov's name mentioned more than once when scanning the holonet for news from Umgul while she was traveling, usually in relation to a charity event of some kind he either donated to or sponsored. Always uncomfortable among those she does not know well, Elika answers only by smiling and nodding in reply to their greetings.

Chuckling briefly while shaking his head at Lucy’s response, Forcias rested on his back momentarily before looking back at her with a knowing expression while one of his eyebrows was raised. "Maybe I wasn’t really pinning for a conversation to begin with." Said Forcias teasingly although his expression softened as he kissed her right back. Normally this was usually the part where he would be kicked out of her place or that he would usually split, but not right now and clearly not today. She was on leave and he was a different matter, he could revisit that in a moment hopefully. . .
Rising from the bed, he followed her into the kitchen considering that she was starving and so was he, now that he thought about it, but they never really shared breakfast together and now he was watching her gathering the ingredients from the pastry. He really wasn’t good at this thing at what they had right now, so he did not know really on how to first react or that maybe he should have done that thing that he would see briefly in holo-movies, the man would wake up the woman with a breakfast in bed. Right. . . Like he was the kind to do that automatically. Because really, he never had a serious relationship before.
Rubbing his face with one hand to clear away that sense of inadequacy; Forcias moved over towards her and placed his hands on her waist while shaking his head to reply to her question. "Not really no." He finally replied verbally about her latter question before pushing away from her and leaning against the kitchen island just to watch her momentarily in silence. He glanced at the ingredients on the kitchen island and smiled. "Do you need any help?"
It was a genuine offer; he would help with whatever she wanted him to help her with. He was grateful though, that much he was, she was preparing breakfast for them both, at least he assumed he was part of that. Standing upright though as he recalled her response earlier that she actually wouldn’t mind leaving Umgul, Forcias had decided on the spot that hopefully he could get that leave. Lifting his finger up to give him a moment, he walked back to his personal effects and grabbed his holocom device before putting a shirt on too considering that he was going to hail someone he had that much respect for soon. . .
Going back towards the living room, Forcias began to input Mace’s private frequency hoping against hope that she wasn’t too busy currently.
Hang on, Forcias. Came Mace’s reply after the transmission was linked and that she could be heard fuddling a few buttons. Okay, go. Mace’s image finally appeared right before him and she was standing there, wherever that was but she looked fine, wearing a variation of her usual black outfit.
"Sorry for hailing you while you are in the middle of some-. . ." Began Forcias but he did not carry on since he saw her hand being lifted and her shaking her hand soon enough with a warm smile.
If I were that busy, Forcias, I wouldn’t have answered your call, so now what can I do. . . Mace began to say before lifting her head slightly on the side with a very noticeable smile. She must have felt that his aura was currently exposed and she understood the moment she turned her attention to her side as if she was looking at someone, listening to a person or maybe in this case reading a person’s mind. Do whatever you want Forcias, consider me officially putting you on leave while Lieutenant Lyn is on leave as well.
Forcias furrowed his eyebrows, not that he was complaining currently because he really wasn’t, but really. . .
"But what about Honoros?"
I will deal with Honoros, besides Ayla, myself and Horsea all unanimously agreed that he is acting unreasonably and it isn’t because the five of us are only the ones attuned to the Force that we must follow the old code.
Forcias, just go and do whatever makes you happy, just remember that I have never asked all of you to stop living on a day to day basis. Understood?
Blinking once and sighing softly before nodding slightly albeit reluctantly, he was aware that he was going to cause another dramatic insurgence he guessed but right now he was given the clear and he could do whatever he wanted.
Good, say hello to the Lieutenant from me and you two enjoy your leave. Vos over and out.
And Forcias was deadly silent right now, he did not know how to react and he certainly did not know what to think currently but either way he was given carte blanche right now. Mace had relieved him from his duties while Lucy was on leave too. Muting his com after the image had faded, after his talk with Mace, Forcias looked in the kitchen’s direction to see Lucy there, he knew that she had heard everything and therefore she would know who actually were the three people that he had been referring to before; the ones that were standing up against the General.
"Any places, you want to go?" Asked Forcias after he had finally retrieved his voice to speak. "Look, I really am not good at this, and I really have so many things to learn still because I have never been in this kind of relationship, so I am clueless and I certainly know that sooner or later I will mess up, but what I do know is that, I want whatever makes you happy right now. . ."

The corner of Franz’s lips was twitching. That much he could feel and tell, and it was only due to the three of them. It was really thanks to the three of them. A while ago, he usually was on the forefront to make people laugh no matter what the circumstances were and now, he was actually the one who wasn’t being the comedian, he did not need to be a comedian or clown like a lot used to call him, because just that interactions there between the three women were just amusing to him.
Franz opened his mouth to protest first and foremost at Elika’s tease before he decided otherwise and just narrowed his eyes in her direction. "Yes, but those men you would be otherwise be referring to have no idea into what they would be stepping into if they found themselves in the middle of the three of you." Franz replied with a shudder before shaking his head and smiling warmly only to show that he was in fact just joking and that he actually loved being right here with the three of them. Being the only guy or not, it did not change a thing, he was reconnecting with himself more or less and he was very glad that it was with them.
Glancing at Elika with a shocked expression. "Wait, wait, wait..." He lifted his hand and narrowed his gaze before sticking his lower lip out in a pout. "Are you saying that you wouldn’t invite me at all?" He asked as he adopted this time a very serious and hurt expression, although again he was just joking and it showed by him slightly nudging Elika’s shoulder with his own.
"But you are right." Franz said with a fake reluctant sigh as he looked at Crystal this time. "I shall blame Model Face and him putting me on the spot now." Grabbing his cup of coffee when it was handed to him, Franz raised his glass to the toast with a very sincere and grateful smile. Even though he actually was mandated to Elika, it really did not feel like a chore and it really was a good way for him to reconnect with the real world so to speak.
Placing his cup down after he had taken a sip of his coffee, Franz noticed from the corner of his eyes familiar figures. Reverting to his peaceful and silent persona because after all he was sure that the couple there were here to greet one of the women he was with considering that he had never spoken with them at all but he did see them once a while ago, Franz answered the same way as Elika did by smiling faintly and inclining his head respectfully. He then glanced at Crystal and Lily, not that Lily had any coverage about herself not that he had seen and that Crystal’s name had completely more or less disappeared from the gossip columns like Atlantis’ and that he was certain was only due and thanks to Lily.

"I just said it ..." I reply to Elika when she asks me and Crystal what the two of us have been up to. Sighing softly and deciding on the spot to confess as if I am under duress, I look at her with an aggravated expression. "There was that one time," Glancing at Crystal with a knowing expression because she knows about this as she has been there. "I walk into her bathroom thinking that she is in the shower, so I start talking asking if I can borrow her eyeliner, so I keep talking and talking until," Pausing a moment and giggling at the memory before controlling myself. She walks in, obviously she has just finished her jog and the person in the shower was actually Lover boy."
Lifting my hands as if to say that it really wasn't my fault because he had not said a thing and he just stood there silently. "His fault really, he should have said something instead of letting me talk and talk. I really had no idea until he peaked his head out and she just walked in." Embarrassing to say the least but really amusing that one morning. Shaking my head with an amused smile, I glance from Crystal to Elika when the latter objects to my statement and I cannot help but to look at her with a grieving expression. "You are so killing me gorgeous, just killing me." Paired to my expression I pretend to wipe an imaginary tear from the corner of my left eye until I hear Franz's statement and I actually perk up at Crystal's suggestion ... "It also looks like you are killing him, look at his face ..." We definitely are talking now with baby girl's suggestion.
My attention entirely on Elika now when she tells me that she is out of the equation when it comes to the pool. "Nuh uh. Objection. We also do have lounge seats by the pool and who said that you couldn't actually just lounge there and sip some cocktails? Besides, a while ago when some Chiss twins came to the lakehouse," Glancing at Kayne knowingly because she was there and Lover boy too was there, if I recall perfectly, Elika was at work. "They showed me a button to get rid of the mist around the pool area. So shuffleboards, cocktails and sun guaranteed and also bikini fantasy." I wink at Elika, obviously I am not going to stand down about this matter and if I am turned into a matchmaker, which I actually am right now, then all the better.
Finally getting my glass of wine, I smile warmly at the toast and raise my glass before taking a sip of my wine until I notice from the corner of my eyes that familiar couple who offered bottles at Crystal's birthday. Smiling warmly, it definitely has been since I have both seen them. "Lyov and Helaine, right?" I ask rhetorically before smiling in a friendly manner. "Thank you, it definitely has been a while." Obviously since I do not know them as much as the people right here with me, the way I usually am with friends isn't really the same as with acquaintances, although I am guessing that the couple right here mainly know more about Crystal prior the injunctions until I did what she had asked me to do since those things did annoy baby girl badly and after everything that happened that night, I had to proceed and act quickly.

Putting her hands up to say that she was innocent as far as debaucheries went, Crystal glanced knowingly at her childhood friend and pursed her lips remembering that event when it occurred. "That's not so bad..." Crystal replied stifling her laughter before rolling her eyes playfully. "At least I am not the one breaking my bed." Biting her lower lip and snorting a faint laughter before covering her mouth, although she knew that she was delving into dangerous territories with Lily considering that she did break a few things, at least where the workout room was concerned.
Looking at Franz knowingly when he states that he will blame Atlantis, Crystal just nodded in agreement with a little smile until she got caught up in the debate about the pool and swimsuits. Of course Lily countered, why wouldn't she especially when she knew for a fact that Elika to begin with had stood her ground about the TaSpa! matter.
Though, she couldn't deny the fact that it was really comforting to see Franz coming out of his shell in a way, he was there, he had started up the conversation and did not withdraw into that statue like she was so used to from Lucy. He really was actually here, partially maybe, but still it was the same Franz she really wanted to see, the one that did not shy away from jokes or whatever. So Crystal was really glad to be toasting for that and also really glad to be drinking for that even though Franz had picked coffee but she wasn't going to push him. She indeed had realized that the Jedi here always operated a certain way and whenever something would happen, they wouldn't necessarily share it.
She accepted that, like she accepted the fact that there was a part of Atlantis that she might never find out because she wasn't part of that world even if she was attuned to the Force although the last time she had checked no one actually knew except those that were close to her and she was really thankful for the fact that Lily's injunction about her own personal life, which Atlantis was a part of, no longer made the headlines in the gossip columns. Sure several still recognized her and sometimes often asked her that question if she and Atlantis had married yet, which she always replied by a 'no comment', other than that, she was glad that she was no longer under the press' scrutiny.
Speaking of the press and the coverage that had been made, a couple had greeted them and Crystal knew for a fact from reading about it that Lyov was the philanthropist, and of course Helaine was by his side. Smiling warmly before shaking her head at the apologies, Crystal placed her glass down and looked at them with a warm expression. "It's not everyday that we see you, unless we read about you on the news." Crystal said softly with a knowing smile, at the same time, it seemed like since she and Atlantis were somewhat untouchable now, the press had to focus onto something else. "Likewise for seeing you and I truly hope that I can actually repay you equally one day for the bottles you have once offered me." Crystal said with a sincere tone and expression. After all she was into finance and she also in a way despised having unpaid debts, and she never had the chance to return the favor to the couple as she really had to stay on the low after what really happened that night.

When Ljiljana seeks confirmation that she has correctly remembered her and Lyov's names, Helaine bubbles, "Just so," cheerily.
Lyov, modestly smiling with a nonchalant shrug of his shoulders that suggests he finds the situation amusing when Crystal mentions having read about him and Helaine in the news and expresses her hopes to repay them for the bottles of champagne, lifts his right hand and waves it from side to side as he says, "Reciprocity would defeat the spirit of the gift, Miss Kayne, and is not at all necessary."
Lighting up as though the exchange between Lyov and Crystal has given her an idea, Helaine taps the Epicanthix's chest softly with a hand as she smiles and says to Crystal, "There is something you could do for us, now that you . . ." Shushing Lyov when he begins to protest, Helaine continues excitedly, "It's not even for us exactly. We're hosting a benefit dinner this evening, you see. We'd be delighted if you," she waves her hand to include everyone at the table in the invitation, "would all attend. Bring as many of your friends as you'd like, in fact. We'd just love to have you all, and it's for such a good cause too. All donations will be going to a fund Lyov has established for aiding homeless children."
Lyov, smiling with a hint of apology for his companion's behavior, says, "It would be an honor to have you all in attendance. Assuming, naturally, the lack of forewarning does not prohibit you from doing so?"
Helaine, bouncing excitedly, coos, "Do say you'll come!"

Cipriani Arms ApartmentsCracking eggs into a mixing bowl, Lucy shakes her head when Forcias asks if he can help, teasing him, "I'm treating you, just sit and enjoy me being all girly while it lasts." Nodding when Forcias lifts a finger to indicate he needs a moment, Lucy hums a song to herself and dances as she whisks the eggs before dipping several slices of Iktotchian gravelwheat bread into the mixture.
While her singing prevented her from hearing Forcias' conversation, Lucy gathers from his question when he returns that he's managed to get leave as well. Flipping the last of the slices of battered toast, Lucy frowns as Forcias' starts whining about not knowing what he's doing and about being sure he'll frak something up eventually, lifting the spatula up threateningly and grinning as she warns him cheerfully, "Don't ruin my mood with that crap, Forcias. You may be a clueless dope, but your my clueless dope and I'll let you know if you're about to frak anything up, alright? Shrugging as she flips the last piece of Iktotch toast onto a plate and begins powdering it with Christophsian sugar and arranging some zoochberries around and over the toast, Lucy says just as cheerfully, I'm new to this too, we'll figure it out together, alright? Now, she starts walking over to the table with the plates, sit down and eat."
After setting his plate in front of him, Lucy asks, "Coffee, juice, milk? before, heading to the fridge after setting her plate on the table, answering his question about where she might want to go, Anywhere is good as long as we're together. Tilting her head to the side, Lucy says, Jess . . . Sunsoar has a cabin on Naboo. I'm sure he'd let us use it if I asked. You ever been to Naboo? Shrugging, she says, It's an idea. Having traveled rather extensively during the course of her military career, Lucy doesn't have a pressing need to visit anywhere in particular, her assertion that she doesn't care where they go so long as they are together completely honest. Since she doesn't know whether Forcias is harboring a burning desire to see someplace in particular, she asks, What about you? If you could go anywhere, where would it be? And, she looks over her shoulder as she reaches into her fridge to grab a container of muja juice, don't try stealing my anywhere as long as you're there line."
Garden of Eatin' Laughing when Franz points out that not many men would know what they were getting into the way he does, Elikapeka nods, conceding, "True enough, and then rolls her eyes when he pouts about her not inviting him, Of course I'd invite you, mandate or no," patting his shoulder companionably to assure him of the truth in her statement despite the bantering tone of the conversation.
Trying not to laugh too hard at Lily's story about the bathroom incident, Elika frowns as she then goes on to counter Elika's earlier argument, trying to think of a counter-counter-counter argument. Admitting defeat with a theatrical slumping of her shoulders, Elika says, "Your point, beautiful. I can see why you're so feared in the courtroom, she adds with a laugh, you give new meaning to the term relentless."
Smiling as she folds and refolds her napkin somewhat compulsively while listening to the conversation between Lyov and Helaine, their interaction amusing given the contrast in their demeanors, Elika looks towards Crystal, Lily and Franz with an inquisitively raised eyebrow when they invite them all to a fundraiser. Even though she does not particularly enjoy large gatherings, the dinner is for a good cause, and she would be among friends, so Elika would not be opposed to going; though, as she is always reluctant to take the lead in social situations, she is reluctant to agree before knowing where the others stand on the subject.

"Fair enough." Replied Forcias with an amused expression. He was really seeing a different side of her, not that he was complaining, but it really was different and he had to admit that he found that cute and girly. He nibbled his lower lip when she called him her clueless dope, and he couldn’t deny that it actually made him chuckle and roll his eyes playfully.
Well then, here was to them figuring it out together and she really didn’t care where they ended up going as long as she was with him. Forcias arched his eyebrow with still that amused expression on his features when she asked him if he had ever been to Naboo. Right, she really did not know that he had actually been there when she was.
Standing up from his seat when she was at the fridge, he placed his hands on her waist before squeezing it gently. "I wouldn’t mind Naboo," He told her thoughtfully before adding on with an amused and seductive tone. "Like I wouldn’t mind seeing you by the beach but instead of that surfer you were with, I’d really love to be the witness of that," He leaned down and kissed her neck before even giving it a teasing nibble and releasing her.
"So I was there when you were. . ." Forcias grabbed the container of muja juice that indicated that he was fine with that. He placed it on the table and looked back at her with a devious expression. "And yes maybe I am admitting that I was definitely checking you out in your bikini and that I wished that the guy was me." Chuckling at the thought before shaking his head and finally sitting back down on his seat where his plate was laid out.
Yes, he might have been clueless, and yes he might not know what he was doing but one thing was for sure, what he saw from her on Naboo really did precipitate him talking to her that evening during Crystal Kayne’s birthday and that he had willingly followed her back here to her apartment wanting exactly what he wanted.
Glancing at the plate right before him, he poured the juice into their glasses and began to eat while he continued to look at her very mischievously. "I am not going to say, as long as you are there, I am just going to say that as long as the clothes are optional when we are together then I can perfectly work with that no matter what the location is."
In any case, he wasn’t also looking to go to this or that destination because he had seen it all mostly; all he now wanted was some break wherever that might have been he didn’t care at all. It could be here, it could be anywhere, whatever really. He never really had a break, so it was a big difficult for him to make those kinds of decision when he just did not know.
"Thanks for this, by the way." He said as he glanced at what he was eating before smiling at her warmly. "Also I was told to say hello to you by Master Vos." Actually there were two of them so he detailed which one. "Mace, and that you and I should enjoy our leave since I am on leave as long as you are."

Franz had reverted to his mute persona for the time being, to the point that he would only speak whenever he was spoken to and since right now he wasn’t the invited as it was more Crystal whom the couple was really focusing on. Franz just stayed silent even if they had extended the invitation to him too and to the friends they had. He wasn’t really here as a friend capacity although he knew that the lines were blurred when it came to him but he really was here to look over Elika.
Simple as that.
Noticing that Elika was folding and refolding her napkin compulsively, he knew where that compulsion originated from. She barely knew the couple and basically she was adopting what he was adopting, not really overtly showing signs that he was interested to go there to that charity event. He’d let Lily and Crystal do the talking and he would follow wherever Elika would go.
For now though, just for now, Franz moved his hand and placed his on top of Elika’s, he knew that it was sudden and he knew that she might have an unwelcoming reflex from him but he did give her hand a gentle squeeze as if to tell her that it was alright, that they were all here and that she had nothing to worry about. He even began to rub the back of her hand with his thumb if he actually managed to get a hold of her hand to begin with to soothe and he looked at Helaine and Lyov with a clear grateful expression even if that expression soon reverted to the one that it was emotionless.
"It’s not really a case of lack of forewarning, sir," Franz said with a knowing expression. "It’s more of a case on getting a hold of everyone and extending that invitation you have presented." Moving his hands up slightly to his chest level and showing the width length of his shoulders, he tilted his head on the side knowingly.
"But also knowing how mutable a day can turn out for a person." Franz explained without going that much into details, he knew that Crystal as a capacity of CFO but also Lily as the Attorney General of Umgul would always be called for something important even if they were off. But really, what really were his underlying reasons as if he read correctly between the lines earlier in the turbolift, really it was their overall emotions in play with being women and all.
"Though, anyone and everyone in this table can correct me and I know I can change my mind during the course of the day." Thankfully though, he was very at peace and only sincerity was emanating from him right now, he only had to thank the time he had spent in seclusion to have mastered his emotions in a way, it all depended on Elika and what she would decide, although knowing her she would wait for her two closest friends’ cue.
"Although, let me say thank you for what you are doing for the homeless children, I am very sure the appreciate the fact that they are not forgotten." Franz ended with that and he was also thankful that he had been invited although he did not want to say yes or no because fact was in his mind he really had no idea.

Shelving for the time being the conversation we just had and how I am in the courtroom, it's something we can revisit later anyways considering that we have been joined by the couple and that I do not necessarily overshare about my life, my own doings with strangers. Honestly they are still strangers to me and even if they have given Crystal the bottles back at her birthday, it still doesn't make me know them that much. Sure I have read about Lyov and his actions on the news but other than that, strangers to me ...
The more I look at them both, the more I am actually wondering how they actually have come to be together. Lyov seems to be that collected and serious while Helaine does all the talking and is the exuberant kind. He must have that much money that maybe he just doesn't know what to do with it so he does charity work. Still that gets me thinking that he is doing what Andros has been doing in a way although he never ever broadcast that. Still though, I cannot deny that what Lyov is doing isn't a good thing because it actually is. But the whole invitation is really out of my hands, I am tempted to go but also not so much as I was really expecting a silent night that isn't too bling bling. It really is a good cause and I have to admit that Helaine is pitching nicely maybe a little bit too pushy for my taste, A bit like me, but I am not that bad right ...?
Thankfully though Franz is the first one to take the floor and speak although I did notice that he has briefly reassured Elika in a way which caused me to actually look at her with a dubious expression to ask if she is okay. After that I really listen to Franz as he gives his own answer, and I have to admit that I completely agree with him. "How about this?" I tell the couple just to offer them that suggestion hopefully it would be agreeable to the both of them. "If that is alright with you, as for myself I do not want to give you any false hope, although I am sure that you are expecting Crystal to show up there more." There is a tinge of a joke there, although for myself I just know there is a partial truth there because Crystal has been the one that has been on the forefront a while ago, and she was the talk of the planet to the point that the population also has been betting on her wedding day with Lover Boy before that injunction. "Just let us know the time and the place and we shall try to be there?"
It's the best thing and sincere thing I can say right now because currently I really do not know and I was expecting to spend the evening with Crystal and mainly Elika too without the artifices of being in the spotlight. Just a quiet night and catching up. And I so know I could change my mind because of that thing ... Honestly that monthly thing is a pain. "Is that alright with you both?"

Crystal knew that the invitation was a genuine one, and despite the fact that they had no seen one another for a long time, Lyov and Helaine were inviting her and her friends right now. She knew that she had to talk about it with them, she knew that she had to check out the pros and cons overall because originally what she had in mind was really to start catching up with her friends even though they seemed to have been doing that for a moment until the interruption.
Not that she was blaming the couple, she really wasn't. She was touched that indeed it was for a fundraiser for the homeless children and everything that Lyov had done thus far had been just for the good of the population at large. She was just wondering why Andros or Lyov had not been in contact to begin with since they were certainly both working for the same goal. Right, of course, Andros always refused the publicity about his own work but she wouldn't be surprised at all to know that the Vice-Governor was already aware of Lyov's actions around the city.
Despite Franz's words, after he had seemed to try and appease Elika, hopefully that worked out, and Lily's soon enough, Crystal couldn't just say yes or no because truth be told, earlier she still remembered nearly losing her temper back in her office and even if she would be in a secured setting, she preferred to avoid large crowds when she was that way. Even if she had that smile on her lips, and also that she showed genuine interest for the invitation and the purpose of it, she just couldn't decide on the spot really.
Leaning back against her seat with a thoughtful expression, she looked at Helaine in particular before looking at Lyov since she really wanted to include them both to what she was about to say. "Thank you for the invitation." Sitting upright again, she smiled once more and glanced at Franz and then Lily knowingly. "What they have both said, I cannot promise that I will show but I do promise to write a check for that fundraiser, whether I show or not and hopefully I do." Crystal said sincerely with another warm smile. Now was the problem to actually get the others to show up or not, although she wasn't holding her breath about several of them since they always seemed to be busy with one matter or another.
"Time and place would be nice but also what to actually wear, formal, I am guessing?" She asked dubiously, it sounded that a lot of Umgul's elite would be there, it was a matter of donations, right? Unless she was mistaken but usually she was the kind to avoid those type of things because she really did not want for her stepfather to come knocking on her door one day...

Lyov smiles, nodding his understanding of the group's reluctance to agree to attend outright and without attending to other matters, "We understand completely," he assures them. "There is no need to thank me," he tells Franz modestly, "Life has blessed me with good fortune, and it seems only just that I share that with others not so fortunate." Taking an invitation to the benefit dinner from Helaine after asking if she has one in her purse, Lyov sets it on the table, "The address and time are on the invitation," he looks at Crystal as he adds, "as is the information you would need to make a donation. The attire would be formal, should you elect to attend." Looking from Crystal to Ljiljana, Lyov tells her, "And I assure you, Miss Jankovic, it is not only Miss Kayne we had hoped would attend. We would welcome you all with equal pleasure."
Putting an arm around Helaine's waist, Lyov smiles as he says, "Now, I fear we've interrupted you long enough. It was a pleasure seeing you all again," he makes a small bow of farewell, "Enjoy your lunch."
Helaine smiles cheerfully as she nuzzles closer to Lyov and adds, "Until next time," with a wave of her hand.
Once all of the farewells have been made, Lyov and Helaine exit the restaurant, strolling casually towards where their airspeeder waits. Lyov, unperturbed by the possibility that an opportunity to gain access to the circles of the Mist Order and Government will not be immediately forthcoming, turns his attention to what he hopes to accomplish with those individuals that will be in attendance later in the evening. Helaine, reminded of the prospect for amusement she had been warned to avoid by her Master some time ago, smiles to herself as she contemplates ways to pursue it without Lyov's knowledge.
