Nodding her head in agreement with Helaine's thoughts about the advantages of having a single vision for a home's overall design including the landscaping and interior decoration, Elikapeka crinkles her nose with a smile as she admits, "You know, I actually prefer to oversee all of those aspects of a project as often as I can for just that very reason. Shrugging her shoulders with an amused smile, Elika says jokingly, Though I suppose that could also be my OCD. Tugging at her left sleeve, reminding herself that she should be as professional as possible even though she gathers that sticking strictly to formality is not something that Helaine is necessarily looking for, Elika clears her throat and then, in light of the fact that her last series of questions may have been a bit too much to ask all at once, doodles absently on her datapad with her stylus as she asks, You said that you had some holopictures and a map of the island? Do you think I could have Franz make some copies of those?"
After the matter of copying the pictures and map has been settled, Elika, her thumb keeping her sleeve in place, taps the side of her cheek with her stylus as she asks, "Why don't you tell me a little bit about the style of the home you have in mind? When you picture it in your mind, for example, what do you see? What kinds of features are there in your mind? Is there a pool? Lots of windows to give views of the island and the sea? The more you can describe what it is you are looking for, the better able I'll be to capture your ideas in my design. Of course, Elika explains, I am also always able to revise my designs should they not meet your expectations, so don't worry for now about describing everything down to the last doorknob. We can get to that level of detail later," Elika concludes by joking in hopes of relieving any pressure Helaine might feel to answer her questions completely or thoroughly.

Smiling as Zane boards the airspeeder in a rather exuberant fashion, I nod to express my agreement when he suggest that he is sounding like his former Master. Arching the thin ridge of muscle over my right eye in playful warning as I sit in the pilot's seat of the airspeeder, I say, "Well, so long as you don't start calling me 'Mum', I see no cause for concern with the fact Master Son'tir exerted a lasting influence on the way you express yourself." I smile wistfully as I think again of Master Son'tir, and then set the memories aside before they can engender any melancholy.
As I activate the airspeeder's repulsorlifts, preparing to take off, I gather my thoughts regarding recent events so that I can present Zane with an accurate, complete briefing on events of note that had transpired while he had been in his coma or recovering. After we are underway, having entered the flow of Umgul City's traffic bound for the starport, I begin my briefing. Doing my best to present merely the facts without allowing personal bias or theories to color the information I present, I fill Zane in on what has befallen the Republic, and what is known or suspected to have contributed to its demise; I tell him of the broadcast made by the mysterious Knights of Ren; I speak of the handful of reports that have been received concerning possible Imperial splinter factions operating in the Deep Core; I make him aware of the fact the Jedi Order has decided to make Felucia it's central base of operations; and lastly, after briefly discussing other news of note, I speak of the recent Order wide bolo concerning Adieumus Matango.
Leaning over after concluding my briefing to look over the side of the airspeeder door at the lanes of traffic below, I watch for an opening to begin our approach to the starport while remaining silent to allow Zane the opportunity to absorb all that he has learned, waiting to hear if anything he has heard might have prompted Ashla to gently nudge him in the direction She would have him go in order to best serve Her and the Jedi Order. *It had been a while since Zane had been in the position to discern Ashla's will, since his days even before he'd come to the Jedi Academy on Corellia. Back then, his desire to serve the Light Side of the Force was what drove him. He followed the will of the Force through dreams and visions, thought and intuition. It was a pilgrimage of sorts for him, wandering the galaxy as he had. And so, when he'd began listening to Serrin bring him up to date on the happenings of the galaxy, he allowed himself to focus once more on feeling the currents of the Force as they flowed through him. His ears hung on every word that the Jedi Master spoke, his crimson eyes scanned the horizon, barely feeling the wind that whipped by him as he focused intently. Flashes came to him as he listened...grassy plains, scattered settlements. When she said something about Knight Matango, the draw he felt became nearly-palpable. He recalled his first meeting with the Jedi back on Tython, and the chance meeting they had on Honoghr before he and Will had left to secure Dac, also known to many as Mon Calamari. But, in his mind, he was now seeing the Jedi in a different light. There was a lot of darkness and doubt that surrounded him, and his look was completely-different from the last time that Zane had seen him. The young Knight knew better than most how people tended to change, but, this was almost like night and day.*
*Still, Zane knew what his next step was now. Adi needed to be "returned to the fold" -- apparently, whatever was coming needed to have all of the Jedi at its disposal. Zane knew the Jedi Knight's prowess in battle. It could not be ignored. And while Zane had proven himself in some instances, he still felt largely-untested by the standards of those like Knight Matango and Master Roma. He had been trained extensively, though, and rigorously, by both Master Son'tir and his mother. And while he felt ill-equipped in some ways, he knew that Ashla would provide him with the wisdom he needed in due time.*
*Some of the other news that Zane was given seemed equally-distressing. The Republic having been dissolved seemed like a staging point for something a little more sinister, the Knight believed. And he seemed to find that the dissolution came at an awfully-convenient time for the former Imperial Remnant splinter cells. Top that with the news about the "Knights of Ren", and he was looking upon a very distraught galaxy, seeking to find its own identity all over again. But he kept getting drawn back to the idea that searching for Adi, and the start of his journey being on Dantooine itself, seemed like the most likely situation for him to be involved with.*Bringing himself back to the conversation, the young Jedi thoughtfully nodded."Talk about your 'identity crises'. Seems like our galaxy doesn't know what it really wants, does it?" He grinned a little, attempting to alleviate the mood somewhat. "But, yes, I can see how we may need to focus our intent on solidifying ourselves as an Order, first and foremost beginning with bringing Adi in to answer for what he has done. I can understand the need to defend one's self, but what he did? I can't see how it was either necessary or justified."Seeing the spaceport come into view, Zane suddenly felt a little lighter. He couldn't wait to get underway.

As I begin piloting the airspeeder down through layer after layer of traffic to make for the landing pads outside of the spaceport, I laugh and nod while agreeing, "Yes, I believe your description of the universe as one experiencing an identity crisis is particularly apt. Probably sounding more as though I am reflecting on the many changes that have occurred or that would seem set to soon occur than as light as I intend to sound, I add, There are quite a few pieces in motion, with, as yet, not as many certain destinations for those pieces, aren't there? Smiling with a shake of my head, I set the question of where things might all be headed given what is known thus far aside for a time when I might consider such a complex question at the lengths and in the depth it requires, I say, I agree with your other sentiments as well; we do need to work at operating as a solidified Order if we have any hope of fulfilling our duties, and tending to our own flock is certainly a good place to start."
Setting the airspeeder down, I exit it and begin leading the way towards where Zane's ship awaits, silent for a few moments as I consider how best to prepare Zane for going about the task he feels he is being pulled towards. Taking my datapad from a pouch on my belt, I bring up the information the Order has been made aware of concerning Adieumus - primarily provided by Diamonte prior to his subsequent, strange and as yet unexplained silence - and then pass the datapad to Zane as I caution him, "I have little doubt you are aware of Adieumus skills, which will make any attempt to forcibly detain him so that he might, as you put it, answer for what he has done difficult at best. There is, however, first the matter of locating him to contend with. Nodding towards the datapad, I explain, Our latest intel is from when Adieumus surfaced in Garang City on Dantooine, though it seems highly likely that he has since moved on after the incident which the Order wide BOLO I've brought up for you refers to."
Giving Zane some time to read through the information I have called up for him, I continue through the bustling spaceport, making my way to the hangar bay where the Kressham's Rest waits . . .

Helaine giggles at Elikapeka's joke about OCD, sensing that there is more truth than jest in the remark and filing the information away along with what little else she had gleaned from a holonet search of the architect. "Of course, Helaine says with a smile when Elikapeka asks if she can make copies of the map and holoimages of the island, and then removes a datacard from her purse, handing the datacard to Franz since it is he that Elikapeka has asked to make the copies. Taking a small antique compact mirror from her purse, Helaine briefly examines her visage as she adopts an expression chosen to make it seem that she needs to think about the answers to Elikapeka's questions concerning the design of the home, and after a moment answers more tentatively than she truly feels. Well, she begins with an enthusiastic remark chosen to flatter the architect, I do like your idea about lots of windows very much, it sounds like a perfectly marvelous idea, and makes me sure that you are going to design just the home for me. What else? Helaine asks herself, lips pursed in thought as she looks up as though pondering the question further. I think I'd like a lot of open areas and spaces, too, all kind of flowing together with a very casual, care-free feel to it. I think it should be a design that invites relaxing and forgetting one's worries and cares. Laughing at herself, Helaine says, I'm afraid I'm not very familiar with architectural styles, so I am not going to be very helpful where choosing the one that fits all that is concerned. I am sure you will know just the one to pick though, Elikapeka."

Scoring what would, on a humanoid, be a killing blow on the last of the three ASP-19 battledroids armed with lightfoils he had been dueling with, Lyov instructs the droid to power down and recharge as he deactivates his own lightfoil and walks towards the chair he had draped an exercise towel over earlier. Toweling the sweat from his face and chest, Lyov uses a remote to power on a viewscreen mounted on a wall, scanning through the latest holonews reports to gain a sense of what is happening both on Umgul and elsewhere in the universe. Pleased to see that the accusations against Umgul's Vice Governor are as much a heated topic of discussion as they had been the previous day, Lyov turns his attention to the affairs brewing on other worlds, pondering whether any might be of use to him or his plans, or if they could prove to be a hindrance.
Lyov chose Umgul for his designs specifically because it, by and large, has so far removed itself from external affairs that it is insulated from them to a degree not readily found elsewhere, and so is pleased to conclude that there seems to be little brewing offowrld that might alter circumstances or conditions on Umgul to the extent that he might have to alter or delay his plans, though there are a number of situations on other worlds he might use to further enhance his charitable public personae. Picking one such cause at random, Lyov decides it will be the reason for the next charity dinner he hosts soon as a way to show Atlantis and Vos that their accusations will not be making him skulk in the shadows as they might have hoped.

Smiling as she nods while taking notes as Helaine describes some of the ideas she has about the island home she would like to have designed for her, Elikapeka begins to form a tentative sketch of an idea about the design of the home based on the adjectives the Zeltron uses when speaking, which Elika believes often reveal a great deal about what the overall feel of a home her clients have in mind even if, as Helaine has expressed, they don't necessarily think they have a fully formed plan in mind when the initially approach Elika to design a residence for them.
Adding a few notes to capture some of the vague ideas that have been inspired by listening to Helaine's descriptions, Elika purses her lips in thought as she considers how best to move forward with the job she has accepted. As she feels that getting a feel for the physical location of where a design is intended to be made reality is an integral part of her creative process, Elika asks, "Would you be open to my visiting the island itself before I begin designing the home? Explaining her reasoning as best she can, Elika adds in an almost apologetic tone, I find that the better able I am to picture where it is that a particular design is intended to be placed, the better able I am to create something that fits both the location it is meant to fit into as well as what the client has in mind in terms of aesthetics."

Franz took notes on his datapad, at least he was indeed taking notes so it seemed, his fingers were fiddling the keyboard while he kept his undivided attention on the client and keeping the same emotions he had from the beginning which was friendly but also interest into what Helaine was saying on how she wanted her new home. Taking the datacard from Helaine with a grateful smile, he mouthed the word thanks before copying the data from the datacard into his own datapad after he had cloned the hardware and gave it a clean slate to begin with. He didn't want to leave traces of his personal own data in the datacard and he also did not want to be hacked anyways. People could call him paranoid, but he simply didn't care, he preferred to be safe than sorry right then and there.
It only took a minute or so when he finally got the data from the card and he released it from his datapad and turned to look at Elika with a warm smile. "It's done, I'll be sure to copy this into your terminal later." Franz said as he gestured to his datapad and handed the card back to Helaine with another grateful smile. Franz returned to his silence and kept on listening attentively to the ongoing exchange and just right then and there, he just knew that Elika would indeed like to see the location of where her future work will be. Certainly that could be perfectly doable right? And already he just knew that it was going to be an exciting prospect for Elika, though for others, that he personally knew, not so much, but still keeping his own thoughts and emotions in check, he just looked at Helaine again dubiously.

Had she known that something as simple as accepting an innocent datacard from her was able to inspire such a pervasive sense of the need for precaution as it enkindles in Franz when she hands just such a perfectly harmless datacard to him, Helaine would find it highly amusing as well as entertaining. As her focus on concealing her Force sensitivity and on maintaining her carefully constructed and concealing screen of fluffy thoughts so that her true intentions are hidden from any efforts to peer into her mind prevent her from using the Force to augment her natural telepathic talents, however, Helaine remains unaware of the effect the datacard, which unlike the Zeltron herself is merely what it seems to be and contains no hidden perils as she herself most certainly does, has on the alleged architectural apprentice.
Smiling sunnily in answer to the smile Franz offers when returning the datacard to her, Helaine then returns her attention to Elikapeka when the architect asks about the possibility of seeing the island for herself, answering excitedly in her childish and breathy voice, "Why, yes, of course you would be more than welcome to see the island for yourself, Elikapeka. Just tell me when it is convenient for you, and I can take you there to show you around the area where I'd like the home to be built. While Helaine would prefer that the trip be one she makes alone with Elikapeka, she finds it more likely that Franz will accompany them, and accepts that she will need to play her game without some of the advantages she normally enjoys when toying with her playthings before casually destroying them in one way or another. Tapping the side of her jaw with a well manicured nail after cupping her chin in a reflective pose, Helaine says in an uncertain voice chosen to suggest what she hopes is an endearing helpless, mildly overwhelmed undertone to her cheerfully delivered suggestion, Maybe you can even see if there is a more suitable site for your design while we are there?"

So disarming does Elikapeka find Helaine, who strikes her as far more warm, accessible, and less armored alone than on the few occasions she had interacted with the Zeltron while in the company of Lyov, that she forgets entirely her earlier apprehension brought about by the strange, never fully explained warning Atlantis had issued to her about Helaine and Lyov. While there had never been any lack of warmth or openness in Helaine's behavior while with Lyov, she seems less the lofty, flighty socialite when she is alone, and more vulnerable, though no less ditsy, and there is nothing in their interaction that would remind Elika of the warning, nor that would make her inclined to find it a credible one were she to be reminded of it.
Smiling with a shrug of her shoulder when Helaine suggests that Elika might be able to select a more suitable location for the vacation home than the one that has already been picked out, Elika says, "I'll keep an eye out, but the location you've selected looks lovely from the holopictures you've shown us. Taking a sip of her caf as she pulls her schedule up on her datapad to see when she has an opening to slot in a visit to Helaine and Lyov's island, Elika asks after a moment, How does tomorrow afternoon sound? I have an appointment earlier in the morning, but am free from other appointments for the rest of the day otherwise."

While Franz just outwardly displayed relaxed and completely goofish attitude right about now, it did not deter him from keeping his emotions in check and really just adopting an eager facade to just be here. For now truth be told in the deepest part of his core, while he wasn't seeing anything amiss from Helaine, he just knew that he would have to be careful really, for all she'd known, even if she did not buy it, that much he was sure, she would perhaps do some digging and while he had nothing against that really, Franz just wanted to cover his bases, which was why while Elika was doing most of the talking with Helaine and he had been taking notes, or so it seemed, Franz was typing a encoded message straight to the Director of Intelligence to replace his original files from ever since he had been a Jedi and just put a mock up one, a drifter but also a pilot on his spare time and also an avid learner of the arts that surrounded all species alike. His origin and place of birth, that could remain and what not, the rest, that was clearly up to Horsea and to make it airtight.
Turning to look from Helaine to Elika with a grin about the schedule, Franz soon looked dubious before tilting his head slightly on the side and nodding, he guessed that the Raceways matter could wait, and Andros wouldn't fault Elika for that, her clients were important too anyways, but Franz knew deep down that if Andros found out about all of this, he really wouldn't be happy, at all. And then from memory there were other matters that Raan wanted Elika to take care of, but then again, he had not heard from the Senator in a while, ah well. He was just hoping that tomorrow wouldn't be that big of a deal and hopefully indeed, nothing would go wrong. "Shall I note you down for tomorrow afternoon, after lunch? Or...?" Franz looked dubiously at both women his thumb up from his datapad keyboard ready to type whenever he was given a time really and exact meeting location.

Quite pleased that she can sense far less apprehension from Elikapeka than had been apparent when the architect had first greeted her, Helaine is content enough with the groundwork that she feels has been laid down for the moment that she feels there is little reason to chance any additional actual manipulation, telepathically or otherwise, until such a ime as it might prove necessary. Like many psychopaths, Helaine possesses a disarmingly charming personality that conceals her absolute lack of empathy, and has learned to employ her charm, acting ability, and wit every bit as skillfully as those abilities that are hers to command via the Force. The presence of Franz, with the unknowns he brings with him to the game, may mean that she needs to rely more on her own talents and skills while leaving her Force abilities sheathed, but Helaine does not intend to let that small detail spoil her fun.
"Tomorrow afternoon sounds perfect, Helaine says in her childish and breathy voice with a smile after Elikapeka asks whether that time would be suitable, and then answers Franz's question in a somewhat uncertain and apprehensive tone that she chooses specifically to subtly imitate the architect in order to suggest they have a certain degree of social anxiety in common, After lunch is fine, or maybe we could have lunch on the way to the island? I could meet you at the spaceport and we could take our ship. If, well, that would work for you both?"

Lifting her hands in a well-that's-settled kind of way, Elikapeka smiles as she says, "That sounds just fine, Helaine. Why don't we meet at the spaceport around noon then?" Seeing Helaine and, Elika assumes, Lyov's ship will possibly give her some idea of what kind of decor the couple prefers given that a ship large enough to accommodate a group of their size is likely to have at least some semblance of a living area, and, if not, the trip to the island will provide time to ask more questions that should give her more in depth ideas about what kinds of spaces Helaine and Lyov might want to have incorporated into the design of their island home.
As the meeting would appear to be at it's close, Elika stands and offers her hand to Helaine as she says, "I look forward to working with you to design your vacation home," with a sincere smile, her enthusiasm for her work evident in both her eager tone and the confident poise she has at times such as this where she feels she has made the beginnings of a connection to a client which will inform her design work, ideally enabling her to create something that her client will enjoy.

Giving Zane some time to read through the information I have called up for him, I continue through the bustling spaceport, making my way to the hangar bay where the Kressham's Rest waits . . . *As the speeder eased into the hangar and parked, Zane took Serrin's lead and exited the speeder as well. The pair walked through the adjoining hangars, and he listened to her divulge further cautionary advice; knowing he would do best to heed it when the time came. Their short walk continued through a port accessway as he scanned the contents of the datapad. When he was satisfied he'd gone over the details of the BOLO thoroughly enough, the young Jedi tapped the screen closed. The two of them were rounding the corner into the bay where his vessel was berthed. He lifted his eyes up to see the "Kressham's Rest", in all of her splendor.*His jaw visibly dropped open when she came into view.*Not a scratch on her, it would appear. Every weld, intact. Every rivet, firmly held in place. Even the paint job was as near to exact as she used to be; granted it was...newer. Far less scuff marks, not remotely faded. Zane could deal with that. When he realized that his look was one of sheer amazement, he quickly adjusted his expression, clearing his throat and shuffling his stance uncomfortably.*Looking back down to the datapad, he padded the bottom with his left hand."Uhh, yeah. This...this info is about what I'd expected." Looking to Serrin, he continued. "And I do understand, his 'reputation' precedes him. It's not as though I'd ideally like to go toe-to-toe with him, but, I'm hoping it won't come to that; maybe he'd be willing to listen to reason, y'know?"He passed the datapad back to Serrin almost absentmindedly as he strolled beneath the fuselage of the restored ship, his hands lightly grazing the bottom as though he were remembering an old friend.*Even the scuff marks from his last encounter with the hangar floor of Corellia's Jedi Academy were gone. Likely, the panels had been replaced - Zane couldn't imagine that much of the original vessel had been recovered from the crash.*"I really need to think of some way to thank Percy - I mean, Knight Madison - for all the work he's put into her." Dropping his hand to his side in a gesture of theatrical disbelief, he scoffs. "She's too beautiful to be my old ship. I hadn't taken nearly as much care of her as this build would suggest." His eyes fall back on Serrin. "I suppose that will need to change now, won't it?"Grinning, he continued staring in awe at the vessel, making his way toward the area where the ramp would drop down.

Delaana wasn't shocked at all by how Elika had reacted to the attention she had been garnering by the others back at the lakehouse, instead, she did all that she could to appease Elika whether it had been to just rub Elika's lower back soothingly and not even bring up that matter at all. Lana was thankful though that they were quickly on their way back into the city thanks to Andros who had offered to not only drop her and Elika off first but that there wasn't anything said about what had happened back there.
"It shouldn't take much longer, my Shakal." Lana said softly glancing at Elika with a knowing smile before inclining her head and moving to take Elika's hand giving it a gentle squeeze. Not really wanting to push her luck since after all, Elika had not said clearly if she wanted to stay for a little while back at her place, Lana at least spent this moment with her. Anything she could get, any moments was good for her.
Noticing that they were nearing her apartment complex, Lana leaned forward to speak with Andros. "Just right ahead, sir, and thank you again." Lana told him sincerely before leaning back and waiting for him to get to the speeders parking spot above the apartments building, she got out of the speeder after gathering her things and looking at Elika dubiously with a warm smile.
"You coming?" Lana asked with genuine curiosity and if she did get a positive reply, she'd hold her hand out for Elika but in the meantime she looked at both Andros and Ice with a knowing smile. "Have a nice evening." Though perhaps Elika would want to speak with Andros first which was why she took a step back to give some sort of privacy to them.

Curious as to how Zane intends to go about fulfilling the mission we've decided to set for ourselves, I ask, "So, have you any ideas where it is you'd like to set out for on your first journey after waking from your long sleep?"

En route to Umgul City "Coffee it is, for I truly am not bored with company, especially you. . .Is the Hollowed Ground good for you, or did you want another place?" Franz asked thoughtfully as he maneuvered himself in the direction of Umgul City. Reaching over languidly to brush Franz's cheek lightly with the cool fingers of her left hand, Ayodele tells him, "The Hallowed Grounds sounds as good a destination as any, and smiles as she adds in her refined, lyrical voice with its lack of any discernible accent, as it is more your company that I am interested in than the venue in which I am afforded the opportunity to enjoy it further."
Ending her comment by playfully ruffling Franz's hair, Ayodele decides to distract him from his piloting no further, and rests her hand beneath her chin as she turns to briefly watch the scenery flickering quickly by past the passenger side window, or merely appears to do so as her focus is in truth more internal; for the further they go from the home of Franz's friends, the more Ayodele feels that which she has quieted and caged within her quieting and becoming still within her after being in such close proximity to so may Force users had woken it and enkindled its hunger. Perhaps, Ayodele muses, the near torment she has endured all day was not entirely without benefit; for now Franz's own not inconsiderable presence in the Force seems a dim temptation in comparison to the combined presences of his friends and acquaintances, and she believes she can keep the caged thing inside her dormant and imprisoned.
Not wanting to appear distant or so lost in her thoughts that she is ignoring him, Ayodele tells Franz, "You have lovely friends, Franz, laughing for reasons of her own before asking, Is the no drama rule still in effect, or am I able to ask of things that might encroach upon subjects which might lead into dramatic territories?"

Following alongside Zane as the boarding ramp lowers, I smile while nodding and joking, "Given your record where landings are concerned, I don't imagine it will be long at all before you've restored the character that, I pat the hull of the ship affectionately as we reach the top of the boarding ramp, stopping so that Zane has the honor of stepping inside her first, may have been lost due to Percival's meticulous nature and desire to restore her to an all but new state."
Curious as to how Zane intends to go about fulfilling the mission we've decided to set for ourselves, I ask, "So, have you any ideas where it is you'd like to set out for on your first journey after waking from your long sleep?" *She had paused as the pair ascended to the top of the boarding ramp, leaving Zane a free moment to shuffle-step past her. With a display of youthful exuberance, he skipped the last step up the ramp, kicking off the bulkhead that rested mid-ship just at the top of the ramp and then cradling his hand in the rafter that extended along the length of the fuselage inside. It was a very acrobatic way of turning himself around and heading back toward the cockpit area, which was where he was walking steadfast on his way to, now. The narrow hallway that connected the main bay to where the kitchen area was rested directly next to the cockpit's opening. Zane took a moment to admire the refurbished kitchenette before ducking through the cockpit's bulkhead and heading inside.*He sidled into the pilot's seat, looking over the console as if for the first time. Every button, fixed. Every dial, new. Switches all color-coded - and matching, which was what truly surprised the young Jedi. He knew the startup sequence by heart, and took a few moments to familiarize himself with the way that the cockpit was supposed to look before beginning to engage the pre-flight sequence.*He gripped the arm of the pilot's chair as he spun left, a practiced motion that he soon found entirely-unnecessary. Had he failed to do that in his old ship, the arm would have fallen limp down to the side of the chair. This one, however, remained steadfast where it was, and Zane had to watch himself as to not over-rotate the chair. Dragging his boot to slow his advance, he found himself in front of the navicomputer. As if doing some pre-flight ritual, he rubbed the tip of his index finger and thumb together, mumbling to himself. Then, in one fluid motion, he depressed the power switch. Again, the terminal powered on flawlessly, and Zane was nearly beside himself. He actually let out a heavy sigh of relief as he turned back to the main console, continuing to power up the primary drives and checking the levels as he went.*He hadn't forgotten about Serrin's questions to him. Eager as he was to get underway, he took a few moments in between relay switches to chime in."I'm thinking we set our course for Dantooine. Once upon a time, I'd set my sights on that grassland planet as a means of attempting to find the Way of the Jedi--" He looked over the shoulder of his chair, presumably to where Serrin stood, and realized he must have made little to no sense in the span of things. "--Sorry. My pilgrimage, before I came to Corellia. I'd built up some rapport with the citizens of Garang during my teen years. With any luck--" He flipped a few more switches, checking his distribution levels. "--we may just run into an old friend or two. From my understanding, we may need as many of those as we can find in the city." Looking back to Serrin with a grin, he tugged at the collar of his robes suggestively. "We may want to go incognito for this jaunt of the journey. If only to keep from...'over-exciting' anyone."He then turned his chair around to face Serrin at the doorway, looking over to his right at the navicomputer station and beginning to cycle through the galactic charts.*Beyond that, he simply waited for her input. If anything, the Jedi Master was sure to see something in his plan that Zane could not.*

Umgul City - Starport
I smile while following Zane towards the cockpit, his delight a joy to behold. I nod, my lips pursed in thought, as Zane explains he believes our path is one that leads to Dantooine. As it is where Adieumus was last known to be, it seems a logical place to begin to search for him as, even if he has moved on since he was last known to be there, there may be some semblance of a trail to pick up and follow.
I smile, shaking my head when Zane apologizes without breaking his conversational stride to let him know there hat is no need to apologize, and nod once again when he explains that he may have friends in Garang city able to assist us. A faint wave of melancholy wells within me as my thoughts, naturally enough given our destination, turn to Yahz'hu, my old and dear friend who was from Dantooine, and who was - as it has come to seem that so many of those I hold dear are - taken from this world and into whatever lays beyond it before what most consider to be a natural span of time, but I set those thoughts aside in order to better focus instead on the rest of what Zane has to say.
Tchin, my right lekku swishes behind my back to curl its prehensile tip around the outside of my hip as, after pondering the question of whether or not our interests would best be served by traveling incognito, I say, "It would probably be best to conceal the fact we are Jedi for a time, yes. Adieumus and whatever allies he has with him will undoubtedly be watching for any sign of Jedi pursuit, and there are other forces that would not welcome the presence of those of our Order, so I believe Zane's suggestion is sound in this instance; there are times when announcing who and what we are is desirable, and others when concealing those things is the wiser choice. I purse my lips in thought once more, wondering what guise it would be best to travel under, and ultimately decide to throw out a few suggestions to see whether any seem to strike a chord in Zane, Simple, innocent travelers perhaps? Smugglers, for a less . . . harmless guise? Or did you have something particular in mind when you made the suggestion?"

Vinoly Architectural
Reaching out to shake the architect's hand when it is offered, Helaine smiles and says in her childish and breathy voice, "Oh, I'm so looking forward to it too. After turning to Franz and reaching out to offer to shake hands with him as well, Helaine says to both, I can find my way out, no need to fuss over me. I'm sure you have plans to make, and I don't want to keep you from them. Waving her hands for the two to stay, Helaine smiles and says, No, really, I insist. I know the way out. Goodbye to you both until we meet tomorrow," she says while walking to the door and motioning for both to stay with a playfully stern expression.
Smiling cheerfully as, maintaining her public personae as she always does when not in the privacy of her home, she waves farewell to the droid receptionist, Helaine makes her way from the reception are and back outside. Once in her speeder and bound for her and Lyov's home, Helaine begins planning how she will keep her game from Lyov for as long as possible since her Master had forbid her from making a plaything of the architect. Lyov will, Helaine hopes, be so caught up in the next stage of his own game that he will not notice or care that she has disobeyed him.

Pretending to have to think about the question, complete with a hand beneath her chin, her lips pursed, and even an upward glance, Elikapeka laughs after proving unable to maintain the pretense too long, and reaches out to take Delaana's offered hand by way of an answer. Once outside of the vehicle, Elika turns around and leans back inside the back seat to ask Andros with a faint note of uncertainty in her voice, "See you in a little while? If it turns out that Andros finds other things aside from whatever it is he was wanting to do at his office, and is not able to pick her up or otherwise engaged, Elika thinks to herself, she can always get an airtaxi. After Andros has answered her question, Elika smiles and tells Ice and her son, It was very nice to meet you both," and then waves to them and Andros as she steps back from the vehicle.
Smiling as she turns and reaches out for Delaana's hand and entwines her fingers with the Hapan's, Elika tries to think of something either funny or witty to say, but, as she finds herself more than a bit nervous now that she and Delaana are alone even though she has been looking forward to just that, merely winds up asking coyly, "So?" The following day - Vinoly Architectural "Oh, I'm so looking forward to it too. "Ok, Goodbye," Elikapeka tells Helaine with a laugh accompanying her amused smile as, since the customer is always right, she stays seated as the Zeltron has requested rather than protesting or insisting on seeing her out.
Looking over at Franz after Helaine has left, Elika jokes, "Remind me never to play and kind of game you can bluff in with you, old woman. I never realized you were such a convincing actor, she adds with a laugh as she stands up after gathering her datapad, and the things Helaine had provided to help with the design project she has hired Elika to complete. But, Elika says as she drinks the last of her coffee while heading for the door, unfortunately for me, you aren't really my assistant, and so it looks like I'll be getting started on my lonesome. Crinkling her nose as she leads the way to her office, Elika says, I hope you don't get too bored. You can always nap on the couch, or, I don't know, play games on the holonet or something."
Once inside her office, Elika sits at her desk and waves a hand towards the couch on one wall as she tells Franz, "Make yourself comfortable, or feel free to wander around if you want."

Andros waited for a moment to see if Elika would really go with Delaana, though it did not deter him from looking at the PA for a moment with a darkened expression and warning one, just at least to keep the appearances. Taking a deep breath and looking at Elika, Andros nodded faintly and just looked at Elika with a little smile. "An hour or two max." Andros told her softly, that would be that much he would spend in his office at least, after sure he could always do something else, but that was yet to be seen anyways, he really did have to go to his office after dropping Ice and Lukas off.
Starting up the speeder's engine, he inclined his head in Elika's direction and brought the speeder up before turning to look at Ice. "I did mean that, I do have to go to my office for a little while and come back here to pick up Elika and drop her back off, but afterwards, that is if you are still awake, I can still come and find you..."
Andros said thoughtfully with an arched eyebrow before he headed towards the Misty Lodge since it was there that the mother and son were staying for the duration of their stay on this planet...
