The Dionysis Project continued within the shadows of Adascopolis. Funds from the Emperor continued to flow in and were properly utilized to ensure all departments were running well. Chiss, Arkanian, and Imperial minds, alike, worked together towards a common goal. Nicademus made more frequent visits, especially after the fall of the Galactic Alliance and his son had begun training with the Imperial Knights. As the project progressed, even Baltasar and Azria Delvardus were made privy to the project's existence and allowed to see the facilities themselves. All sworn, under oath, to not speak of this place's existence and the purpose of these experiments. Stormtroopers of Imperial Intelligence's SpecOps, trained over Muunilinst, were leased as security and likely to keep the scientists in line. Security had practically tripled overnight as the project entered its next phase with a batch of clones finally made to the standards and vision set by the Emperor.
For now, the clones were given military training and exercises to improve their skills and monitor their abilities. At present, the project numbered no more than a company of over a hundred men. Further batches of clones were being bred with the aim of elevating that number to a full battalion by the next season. Veteran instructors had been brought in to train the clones and ensure they were properly educated. The project's success hindered on the clone's loyalty, strength, and skill which the exercises had been set up to do. The Emperor would not take any failures. Those that did fail would have their brains wiped and be repurposed for another role in Imperial society. Otherwise, they were quietly removed. However, only in the most extreme cases was this measure done as ordered by the Emperor.
With this phase continuing well, with just some bumps on the road, the Emperor planned to move the project from Arkania to the planet of Dubrillion and under the protection of Imperial Intelligence. Necessary funds were diverted to ensure a proper facility was raised underground and made into a living fortress for the future designs that Nicademus had in mind.

As Imperial occupation of the world persisted above, Dionysis Project was in full swing. Full bred clones were being produced and indoctrinated with the finest propaganda and education provided by the First Order. Very few outside of the Emperor's inner circle knew of this project which was planned to replace the Stormtrooper conscripts of the Braxant Legionnaires with more loyal soldiers that would serve the absolute command and will of the Emperor. Nicademus kept up with the project's achievements and was pleased with the results thus far. These Stormtroopers would be integral to future campaigns while as being able to defend the Imperial family, even after his death. It was all done to ensure that Octavion had to the tools and means to rule his father's empire in case he did not grow up with a military streak nor charismatic personality that the reigning Emperor had.

Life upon Arkania continued on oblivious to any secret projects being built beneath their feet. No, their focus was on the celebrations that were occurring across the world in honor of Crouscant's liberation and the rising up of Grand Marshal Zahn as Grand Moff of the Kuat Oversector. Meanwhile, preparations were being made by governmental officials to implement policies meant to replace the slave work forces that had become so prominent here. Those that had served any jail sentence were to be freed and workers being paid a living wage would be brought in to replace them. Debtors would be paid out what ever remained owed to them by the slaves that were indentured to them. It would be a massive undertaken, but Emperor Delvardus had committed to abolishing Slavery within the Empire

Arkanian scientists continued to be dedicated to the work of the First Order. Their cloning technology helped with ensuring regiments had manpower to draw upon quickly, yet weren't just raw recruits. The clones here were given a rudimentary education and basic knowledge of combat, weapons, and such. A few were proven capable to be officers and, as such, made up a small command here that was labeled the Arkanian Reserve Force. Most of these officers and troopers, however, served within the Arkanian local defensive forces and commands structure, alongside Stormtroopers brought in from the Empire's ranks.

Major Aleen arrived from Carida. He was here to evaluate clones for admission to the academy. The clones weren't exactly grown to be officers, but some showed more promise. The Major had been teaching at he academy for a decade and a half at this point, he knew what potential looked like. He was very impressed with the clones, they were very capable soldiers. Only a handful were worth considering for additional training, but he would have been more than happy to go into battle with most any of them.

The Humanitarian fleet had special needs. The cleaning after events was not work suited to troopers and doctors, yet it was work that needed to be done. The clones could serve this role well. Annelise was sent to enquire if this would be a possibility.

Clone maintenance was looking like a more and more viable option. The thought made Annelise pause though. She had been raised to always look at things from a moral perspective. She didn't like the idea of getting a group of people just to serve one task. They would all be compensated sure, but for her it was still an ethical gray area. It was a conversation she would have to have with the Grand Moff. Though she now thought the conversation would go differently then it would have in the past.

The cloners were very excited on the deal and had included the Grand Moff on the contract offers. Annelise was somewhat thankful for this while being frustrated. She no longer could really express her reservations about the project to the Grand Moff, not really. It was now in her hands. She would ask Annelise's opinion on the specifics of the deal, but not on the morality. This was a little freeing, for her. It avoided the possibility of a fight. The Clones were going to be great at what they do. She also told herself that she was putting her own judgement on the value of the work.

... and therefore I conclude that the genes don't necessarily matter for any individual could be formed up to serve such a purpose. The training matters the most, but education must not be confused with indoctrination. If it seems unorthodox to some radicals within the ISB to my instructors teaching our individual soldiers as well the history of other nations like the Corellians, I must insist that the forming of the individual can only come by giving them the expierience of an individual. If you treat your clone soldiers like objects or children, that should only know one portion of the truth and ignore blissfully the other one, you form them into loyal subjects, but not into optimal soldiers. How is a Clonetrooper supposed to know how to fight within a regular grass biome, if he only knows it from the books and solely trained within the frozen wastes at Novania's front yards? Expertise can only be build up by the lessons we give and by the expieriences they make. One of the major flaws that the Kaminoan scientists have overlooked within their efforts, when it came to creating the perfect army in my eyes despite history proving them to be successful. Yet I won't disagree with your judgement, my Emperor, should you deem my doubts regarding the selection of new clone batches from currently chosen soldiers and officers as unreasonable.
PS: The Ilum Project has shown a few irregularities within the DNA strains of the individual, yet nothing that seems troublesome for the H-IC's council. Still unclear if the fluctuation within the Midichlorian count was just an error caused by the weather or an actual increase. We have yet to wait, yet decided to not inform the Grand Admiral. We want to avoid personal concerns when she is fighting important campaigns for the Empire.
Furthermore Project Open Circle continiues as planned with the fleet and vehicle production going smoothless. There are likely chances that we can launch Operation Nucleus within the next months, once the production is concluded and the Empire's stability is threatened.
A copy of this message is also transferred to Director Merrik Piett for reasons of transparency.
~signed Director Padrea Malachai Head Director of the Hesperidium Institute of Cloning, retired ISB Colonel
Cylinder Code ## ******* ## ; recorded on 15:22 Arkanian time from the H-IC main bureau building from AdascopolisAs she ended the recording, Padrea watched silently as her message towards Nicademus Delvardus IV was transfered onto the code cylinder that was having a special chiffre, outside of the regular Imperial code structure, mimicing yet one designated for a General. If the cylinder was scanned by regular means, it would simply reveal data about Arkanian history and some minor, publically known facts about bio engineering that weren't super exciting to listen to. The main file however was embedded into a small section of the cylinder, hardly to notice for the regular eye. Next to it another twin cylinder was prepared for the transfer as well. This one would go straight to the ISB headquarters at Dubrillion. There would hardly be any doubt who is supposed to recieve that message. After all Director Piett was well respected, not only by the former ISB ex-Colonel Malachai before she was transfered onto the Arkanian cloning society and later on helped to form the conjoined organization, known as the H-IC, where both Khommite and Arkanian knowledge would create an organization that was dedicated to creating more ambitious clone projects in Imperial service.
Sitting on her couch clothed in an elegant jumpsuit, drinking a glass of wine to calm down her throat, she handed over the two cylinders to one of the Imperial Guardsmen, that she had requested prior from Coruscant. The red-cloaked figure didn't even spoke up, for they knew the destined locations of these messages already and neither was irritated by the violin-orchestrated ambience, that the speakers of the sterile white bureau room gave off with only the large window sight of Adascopolis dark, snow-clouded cityscape serving as a large contrast to it. A smile formed up upon her lips, as the guardsman had left the building. Yes, the project would be a success, no matter if she would see it in action during her life time or whether it would survive her own demise. The future of the Core regions was in good hands now, should the worst of the Emperor's fears ever come into life.

Over time a new batch of clones was recruited and trained by spartanic means within the inner facilities of the Hesperidium Institute of Cloning. Unlike previous imperial projects though, this facility was mostly enclosed while most of the instructors were handpicked by the Director herself. Overseeing the process, the involved scientists eyed the growing cadets within the experimental cylinders, that were more closer to the Kaminoan method of breeding than the traditional Spaarti variant. There were only few staff members involved, while the secrecy of the project allowed only few high ranking individuals, including the Emperor and the Director of Imperial Intelligence himself to be aware of it. While the seeds for this project had been laid years before, the men and women responsible for the installation knew, that soon the creation of this new generation of clone troopers would enter it's first stage, the first test subjects having already turned out as a success within the researches of the project.
The future of the Empire's core was finally secured, even if the worst was about to come.

Numitor Group Tower
After having set down in the Adascopolis spaceport and bundling up in their cold weather gear in preparation of facing the city's cold and windy environment, Leontyne and her Padawan Learner, Susi, had boarded one of the shuttlebuses ferrying travelers into the city where Consus Numitor's diamond brokerage firm offices were located among the many towers and tall buildings rising up from the snow covered ground.
Susi, watching the impressive and beautiful view of the snow covered mountains surrounding Arkania's capital city, asks Leontyne, "Do you think we have time to grab some lunch before we meet with Numitor, Master?"
Laughing with a shake of her head, Leontyne asks, "Don't you mean grab a second lunch? I seem to recall you had something to eat while we were making our way to the spaceport."
"That was just a snack, Susi explains with a grin as the shuttlebus arrives at its destination, pulling the hood of her parka up and lifting her scarf over her mouth and nose as she joins the line of passengers waiting to exit the bus, adding, You always insist on arriving early to any appointments, so we have time."
Wrapping her blanket scarf around her neck and over her head, Leontyne sighs as she says, "If we see something quick and convenient along the way to Numitor Group's tower, I suppose we can stop and get you something to prevent you from starving before we meet with Numitor."
Fortunately for Susi, a small grocer's shop located near to their destination affords her the chance to indulge in a quick second lunch that she finishes as they reach the Numitor Group Tower and make their way to the reception desk to let the secretary or host know that they have arrived for their appointment to meet with Numitor himself. As they go to a waiting room to sit and wait for Numitor to be available, Susi glances around as she asks, "I wonder if they have any food vending machines around here?"

Numitor Group Tower
No one pays any attention to the female Arkanian Offshoot dressed in the nondescript custodial staff coveralls and cap as she empties the trash bins behind the receptionist desk after listening in on the secretary speaking with the Jedi Archaeologist about the meeting with Numitor that has brought her and her Padawan to Arkania, which suits the faux custodian, Bestia Pulcher, just fine.
After emptying the trash, Bestia takes it to the basement of the Tower and takes her datapad from a pocket of her coveralls to notify her Master on Falleen of the fact a Jedi has come in search of the artifacts she has been sent to acquire from a previously undiscovered section of the ruins of Veeshas Tuwan after stealing the page filled with Sith writing from Numitor's safe so that it could be returned to whatever tome it had been taken from by the lone surviving miner that had the misfortune of stumbling upon the ruins. Receiving the reply from her Master that the Jedi are to followed so that they can deal with any traps that may lay in wait in the ruins, Bestia acknowledges the instructions and then returns to the upper level of the Tower to begin following the Jedi.
Arriving in time to see the Jedi and her Padawan being led into Numitor's office, Bestia resumes pretending to be a member of the custodial staff to wait for the Jedi to set out for the ruins deep in the arctic wastes of Arkania.
"Please, have a seat, Consus Numitor tells Leontyne and her apprentice after his secretary brings them into his office. I appreciate you coming so quickly, Consus says as he sits behind his desk, asking, I trust you had a pleasant journey? Can I have something brought in for either of you? Caf, tea?"

Numitor Group Tower
Sitting in one of the chairs in front of Numitor's desk as her Padawan does the same in the chair beside hers, Leontyne smiles as she replies, "The trip was as pleasant as any lengthy hyperspace journey can be I suppose, but if the page you recovered proves to be authentic, it will have been well worth it. Do . . ."
Never one to turn down the offer of food or drink, Susi interrupts her Master, who seldom accepts food or drink when it is offered by a relative stranger such as Numitor, asks politely, "Do you have any hot chocolate?"
Chuckling after Susi has made her request, Leontyne, eager to authenticate the page filled with Sith writing so that she knows whether the trip will indeed prove worthwhile, asks the question she had been in the midst of asking before being interrupted, "Do you have the page here? Taking her customized portable scanner, which has been modified to be able to carbon date materials and objects. from a pouch on her utility belt and attaching it to the datapad she takes from another pouch, Leontyne explains, It should only take a moment to verify the age and authenticity of the page."

Admidst the conflicts of the Civil War a detonation at the local HI-C facilities would shatter apart buildings around the complex, leaving local guard forces at first in disarray. Big enough to even create a filled crater, where only the remains of the previous headquarters buried most of the hole from where the charges were planted, it seemed like the terrorist attack upon the cloning institute was a full success. Local Arkanian scientists affiliated with the Hesperidium Institute of Cloning mourn the loss of this vital facility, fearing that it would probably set back programs, initiated during the reign of Emperor Nicademus Delvardus to a point, where things would have to start over once more.
The cause of this explosion is unknown, yet it is likely that loyalists of Octavian's side might have caused the detonation of the underground laboratories in order to deny their opposition any spare cloning results from the Emperor's program. It has now been weeks since Director Malachai had gone missing on her latest flight to Coruscant, therefore making it unlikely that the Hesperidium Institute will continiue the search after her while electing a new director from their own ranks in her absence.
