Hi Jinn. Thanks for letting us know. I've been a little worried about him. We'd been waiting for him to post, but I can move the story along in the meantime. I hope his father recovers quickly and Dante's real life situation calms down!

As for writing with us, we're a little busy right now, but we would absolutely welcome a future opportunity to write with you. ^_^

Oh man. Sounds like he's navigating some rough seas.  Huge hugs for Dante, I'll keep his father in my thoughts.  Thanks for letting us know! We were worried about him.

Glad to hear everyone else seems to be doing alright though.  Mom is starting to get the radiation side effects here, and I'm the only one home to help her out, so I'm kind of spread thin over here.  My own surgery date is set for December 26th (Merry Christmas to me? I guess?), and I have a crap ton to do before then to prepare, but I'm trying to stay caught up with where everyone is in the meantime. 

Thanks, Jinn I will keep Dante and his father in my thoughts and hopes in the coming weeks.

I have to go see a neurologist about nerve damage in my arm...which sounds pathetic since his schedule is full of important patients with disruptions in the neuron-pathways of their brain, while my nerve damage is in my elbow and my pinky finger...so I'm probably on the "low priority" list of patients. Nonthreatening as it is, it makes typing somewhat difficult. But I'll be around, even if I do not post as often as I'd like.

It's fine, it's not like the rest of us have had a lot of time to write, or at least I haven't. No pressure. Now that I know you're back, it will probably be a little easier to make myself focus. I have almost all of my Bespin arc mapped out in my head as well, I just need to start writing it down, and posting it. And I have some surprises for y'all that I hope to still be able to spring... ;-)

Lor, I hope you do well. Surgery can be tough, frightening, and a ball of other emotions rolled into one. If you're religious, have faith. If not, believe in the talent and training of your doctors. I'm sure things will turn out the way they are meant to.

Jace and Liya...I've made my post. a harken back to the old mega-post days. I've written it so that Liya and jace can potentially witness everything that transpires - with the whole affair not taking up a lot of time at all, really. Things were supposed to be a might more intricate than how I've written them...but I eventually realized that Dante really just wouldn't become the neutral to lightsided character I wanted with anything less of his former master beating him to a pulp. That, and the way things were going Dante was bound to stab you guys in the back - and it would basically be just me stopping him, which would throw things horribly out of character. This way works out much better, and allows us to finish up the entire story arc basically at you guys leisure. My part, my writing, everything I need out of this arc, is basically...done. Im here for the ride now. Quite literally actually.

Er, what I mean by that is that I joined the Fel crew from the very beginning to bring about an arc in my character. Evil to...quasi good I guess you could say. This hasn't really been a secret, and I think everyone knows that. I've enjoyed writing with you guys, but my time as a employer is very, very quickly drawing to an end with the close of this story being rather imminent, after Bespin-ish anyway. If you guys have enjoyed Dante as a character, and my writing, I'd be more than willing to keep Dante around as a member of the crew - I supremely enjoy writing with Jace once again, and have grown rather fond of all the Fel characters and crew: IC and OOC. I intend for Dante to try and redeem himself, in some form or fashion, and to explore this new side of Dante - if it's with the crew, and you'll have me, then that'd be great. If not, well, there a big galaxy out there lol.

Wow. That's a lot to respond to, and I'm not going to finish it tonight. Liya will definitely follow Dante for curiosity's sake, not to mention concern for the safety of the rest of the crew. But her own mind is going to be reeling after this, you've just shown here more of the Force than she's even seen or known previously. She doesn't really distinguished between light and dark, and she sees the supposed mental powers of the Jedi as fraudulent (a logical conclusion for a species with exceptional mental resistance).
