Well the easiest way to get people there is a beacon on an old imperial wavelength. Similar to how Thrawn contact people. This one however will be coded with Nicas passcode and stuff to draw people to Bastion. Kind of like a final hurrah thing.
No worries I like the idea, I'll edit the detention center post to answer all your stuff like the chat we are having.

I have some fun stuff for me to do to you Fel and not so fun stuff for you  and John I'm thinking if I understood him in chat we are going to say that Titus is part ofthe old Pheonix guys so I am waiting on his reply then I'll go from there. If I get nothing by Thursday I'll procede down to the planet send the signal out requesting that the warlords meet on neutral ground (Bastion) we talk about stuff and decide our next move IC and OOC. I guess Fel can have a say to at least OOC if you want. Prisoners don't give good speeches I'm told |

As Nica is away for an unknown time I am basically just using a stand in of his similar to the Queen in the first two star wars films. Looks just like him and has the same training as him just isn't him. He will rally us to support the Empire with maybe a little ghostly intervention |

I figure we can start the meeting on Sunday. Pretty much we are gonna meet on Ravelina or whatever it is. A dozen people NPCs or SCs if your picky to represent the lesser warlords then the three of us. We talk about forming a formal empire under Nica again. Nbd. Then we get to the nitty gritty and we show the senate rotunda.
Ideally they will be done by then but I doubt it so let's use our imaginations. Talk about either joining or supporting the empire and go from there. Then we have lots of people to rp with. No point in planet hoarding, we just own them in name now and if someone takes it oh well. The only way this group will survive is to band together.

Sorry folks I had a rather unplanned "holiday" where I worked at a place far away and spent the nights at a friends place closer tothe location. That was on Sundy, and they are weird and have no Internet and it was a deadzone for my phone. Anyways I am back and catching up. Again.
