Yeah, for now I think we just need to talk quietly and reoganize our respective groups. I think we can still consider our IC alliance as JVS canon up through the Pzob meeting and some of our economic deals, but as for the Lianna stuff we need to give time for everyone to get set, especially Taung, and perhaps reevaluate that particular move

we get more points, but do we all have to build from scratch again or do we spawn a fleet?

If you control a planet, PM me which are in your control and what you may need for defenses.
All members of the OE should gather on Pzob and we'll sort out what we should do IC to secure ourselves and future plans.
