so are peoples still around? Oh I'm still around. Just that June seemed to be a bad time for me availability wise for rp posting. Perhaps for a lot of people here on JvS period. I'm going to put extra effort to make sure to make up for it for this month. Haven't seen anything posted from Blaze Tempest recently. I have his Facebook, so I'm going to message him soon to see if everything is ok. Tanith of course is having computer issues. Until she can get herself a new PC, which I remember her saying she'll do so this month, she can only do so much online each day. Suze who of course plays Regina & Nikki has been busy a lot too, but I remember her promising to get back into the groove of rp soon. As for Count Monte, I do hope he does PM me soon so we can talk about the issue like the fine gents we are. I honestly wished he would of PM'd me first if he felt like he was being ignored or forgotten. Despite that, I still do consider him a friend and I just really want to make it up to the guy, since I'll admit that in hindsight I should of sent some NPC's or done a split RP with Garwig to visit him at the Forging chamber. Oh, and did everybody get the PM I sent considering the Jensaarai missions? If possible, please do give me feedback on your thoughts considering them either here or on the topic. I'll post a link here to it. jedivsith.boards.net/thread/1527/jensaarai-missions-thread?page=1&scrollTo=17054

Well, its probably been the best part of 2 RL years since ive been Rp'ing as i went off to write novels. But i am back with a bang.
Hi Garwig, i think i only did one mission with you on the last site (which then got called off) but am an old school EofE veteran and one of Tanith's most trusted, was doing all the mechu Duru experiments in the Technobeast Vault in the last towers.
I have had a long break but am back, have been keeping in touch with Tan and occasionally Bestuur on FB. Been catching up with the history and am looking to start up some story lines and have Venku find a role back in The New Order of the Jensaarai.
Helped set up the Hounds last time so could certainly take on some sort of temporary security role or science role as we re-build. Anyway i can PM you Garwig if you'd like but its good to be back.
So..... who's up for a story line, open to suggestions? >.<

Come to Mestare! It'll probably be a JoTW thing cause there is no planet but myself and a couple Jennies are looking for a few crystals. Plus killing a Dark Jedi that is a master of Planet and Animal control via the force. Oh plant**

So..... who's up for a story line, open to suggestions? >.< Hello Venku. It's been indeed quite sometime since we've Rp'd together. Great to have you back dude. Yeah, I'm keeping in touch with Tan and Bestuur on FB as well. Tan should hopefully be able to regularly rp again in the near future and I hope she likes the Jensaarai armor I'm currently working on for her. As for what role you'd like to have in the Jensaarai order, a science role of some kind sounds good. Perhaps you could act like the head-techno within the order. The guy who keeps up with new tech in the field and develops said tech for all the Jensaarai to use. Either that or perhaps something like a blacksmith role for the order in helping to forge various items and help those in the order in construction of their armors. And like Xeonon said, me and him are currently working on a Jensaarai mission of sorts to a Closed RP taking place on Mestare. It's one of eight missions in the works meant to acquire items of interest for the order to further develop it's strength and give more experience to it's members. If you want more information on them, I can tell you here or on PM.

Woop woop. Good to be back. I'll get Venku over to the Temple soon.
Tech-sciences sounds good to me right up my ally. Think Venku could make some sweet Jensaari style tech... will have a good think of some ideas.
Thanks for the invite, how do I get in on closed RP's? Its been a while ;o)

I have yet to create the Closed RP's necessary for the planets that need it, since some of them aren't available for open rp on the site. Mestare for example isn't an available planet for open rp, but I can make a Closed RP thread in the Journal of the Whills where we can all rp at that will take place on Mestare. Make sense? But it's great to hear you approve of the idea of becoming the head tech guy for the Jensaarai. Think of it being like the "Q" of the Jensaarai I suppose. The guy in charge of research and development of tech the Jensaarai use. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Q_%28James_Bond%29

Cool, let me know when the Mestare thread is ready in the JoTW's, im sure Venku can turn up with a bag of tricks to assist the mission. :-) Exciting, can't wait to be RP'ing back in the fray!
Being from the UK i'm deffo familiar with Q... good stuff, sounds perfect for Venku's Biotech, Alchemy and Nano technology.. will have to set up some sort of Forge/Armoury for requests for forging from the Jnsaarai.

Being from the UK i'm deffo familiar with Q... good stuff, sounds perfect for Venku's Biotech, Alchemy and Nano technology.. will have to set up some sort of Forge/Armoury for requests for forging from the Jnsaarai. We already have a topic/chamber of sorts on the temple thread for forging stuff that the Jensaarai can use. jedivsith.boards.net/thread/1187/construction-forging-chamberIf you're talking about Vong biotech, I remember that stuff is outlawed by usage on JvS from non-Vong characters. Only thing that is Vong that can be used by non-Vong are Lambent crystals, and even they have to be handed to the individual in rp by a Vong PC in the process. I've also talked much with the Player's Guild regarding usage of alchemy by users of the Light side, and they've told me in the past it's a no-go. We're going to have to rely on the ancient forging abilities of the Je'daii as an alternative of sorts to alchemy instead for armor and weapons. Nano tech I believe is ok though.

Hey all. This is specifically for the Jensaarai leadership, I hear you lot are boosting RP and getting more SL's up and running. I wanted to find out if you'd be interested in working on some stories with a paramilitary organization that focuses on intervention between hostiles and innocents. A sort of combat-oriented humanitarian relief and protection deal. GALSAF (Galactic Security Assistance Force) works for free and is only around to help those in need.
If you have any missions or SL's revolving around those sorts of things, let me know. We have all sorts of skills to add to any sort of operation, and we're also looking to recruit PC writers as well, for the formation of an official usergroup.
Cheers folks!

Aaron G./Ander Tagira I suppose I don't mind working on some SL's with your organization, just so the order get's more experience in serving with military-like organizations. Especially given that chances are we might get involved in a war SL in the future sometime. Here's a list of the Jensaarai missions we're looking to get going soon. The first we'll begin with are Hoth, Bespin, Tatooine, and Mestare. jedivsith.boards.net/thread/1527/jensaarai-missions-threadIf I had to suggest a couple of missions your military can probably get involved with, I think the Hoth mission and the Bespin mission could work out in that way. Especially Hoth, since that will mostly be a battle. As for Bespin, it's partly a stealth/infiltration mission that I think would end very much in a battle that your forces could get involved in.

Sounds fantastic. Keep in mind, we're capable of taking on nearly any sort of mission you can think of, so if you have something that needs done, let me know and I'll confirm if we'll be up to the task.
In the mean time, I'll look over the mission's thread. Anyone in particular I should link up with about the specifics?

I read over all the missions, and I agree with you completely on Hoth and Bespin. If you can give me an idea of the scale of the battle expected on Hoth, I can better decide on what forces specifically to bring. Bespin is an easier bet, I'm thinking we could commit our Black Operations squads to that one. Each squad is no more than 8 or so guys, so maybe only one will be needed? Our commandos operate as effectively on their own as they do in teams, so if you'd like, I can assign a single BO commando to work with each of the Jensaarai that will be going there. On top of that, since GALSAF doesn't work for profit, we have to secure funding from donating benefactors and resources on our own, so I think the Raxus Prime mission would dovetail nicely with the Jensaarai you'll be sending there. Let me know what you think, and when this might all be starting so I can be ready!

If you're talking about what kind of military vehicles they'll be using and their amount of enemy troops, I haven't really worked that much out on the latter. Probably around one to three hundred. As for military vehicles, I'm thinking the following - WLO-5 speeder tanks, Starhawk speeder bikes, LAAT/i, LAAT/c, ATTE's, SPMA, AT-RT's, AT-PT's, and AT-XT's. Also thinking of adding Talon I combat cloud cars. What do you think?

That outfit sounds great. I can augment with a few vehicles, but considering what you're packing, and the precision that GALSAF focuses on, we needn't pack much on top of what you're providing.

Thanks. Oh, and besides the poachers, I'm thinking of having a Darksider be amongst them. In fact, I'm wanting to place in one NPC Darksider in each of the missions to act as a sort of "boss" for ourselves to get into a fight with. All of the bosses sort of following an elemental theme and a seven deadly sins theme. Like a mix between the "robot master bosses" in the Mega Man games and the "homunculi" from Full Metal Alchemist with a Star Wars twist in it. Sort of. Thinking of having this one either be "Ravenous," who's a Sithmutant Herglic who delights in eating his victims and using Force drain, or it be "Luscious," an albino Zeltron Sithmutant woman who delights in using her mutated pheromones in mind controlling several victims like Poison Ivy in the Batman mythos.

That's a great idea, I like the application of each theme! Keep in mind though, those fights might be less applicable for our soldiers. They're ALL commando-grade soldiers, but it would take a lot of them to be able to take on those sorts of beings. So that's a fight we might have to duck out of, or only provide support for. lol

Other Darksiders I'm thinking of introducing in the missions are "Envious" who's a Shi'ido Sithmutant with great strength who alters his body on the looks of body parts of others around him he considers beautiful out of envy to make himself look perfect. "Furious" who's actually Garwig's evil former step-father or sorts named Darth Providence who's decided to follow a Sith lord more powerful than himself, and who's soul inhabits an HRD body replica of his former body that can separate it's body parts in battle. "Procrastino" who's a Houk Sithmutant who despite his grand laziness is incredibly fast and deadly in close-quarters combat. "Avaricious" a Neimoidian Sithmutant who specializes in defensive measures in battle while replacing his body parts with cybernetics made of gold. And "Zealous," Garwig's evil fraternal twin brother who has had so many Sith alchemy experiments done to his body, he doesn't even look human anymore. All of them under orders of a Sith lord NPC villain I have in mind named "Darth Illuminas," who is sort of the final boss of sorts for us to fight after all of these missions.
