Riddick pilots his fighter smartly from the surface, and jumps to hyperspace once he reaches the planet's closest Le Grange point, heading toward the next destination on his list of worlds he must visit.

A CDF Barloz-class medium freighter, the Brunilda, enters orbit over Corellia and adjusts its heading to take it away from the planet's gravity well, and, upon achieving the required distance and hyperspace entry point required to set out for its destination, winks from view as it exits realspace and begins its journey.

Marcus Starmane [RETIRED] Chase Hargrave [Retired] Jacques Hu Several months after the Sack of Mon Calamari... Even the demise of the Galactic Alliance was felt within the Corellian System, thought Graemon. Morale was stable, at least, but it was still low. Ships that had managed to escape the carnage brought by the First Order over Mon Calamari and neighboring systems had flooded the shipyards of Corellia and Fondor recently. Thousands of personnel were resting within barracks and any available building and location to get some rest and recuperate. Communications were established in order for them to speak with their families and to tell them they were alright. Officers were tallying the losses and sending messages to the next of kin of the deceased and the missing. It was a hard time for all within the galaxy now... the Republic was gone, the Galactic Alliance had fallen, the Jedi Order attacked, and the First Order expanding its borders even as thoughts ran through the mind of the Fondorian leader. Time was precious and moves needed to be made, else the entire galaxy would fall into the darkness.
Out of necessity, and in order to make use of time given, Graemon was here with Fondorian delegates. With him was also the Prime Minister of Corellia, Sarria Delpin, a descendant of Genna Delpin, the Supreme Commander of the Corellian Defense Force during the Second Galactic Civil War, as well as Marcus Starmane, leader of the Federation of the Double Worlds. Together, the trio represented the essence of a movement that was in motion for some time. They represented what little remained of the free worlds within the Core region, Inner Rim and the Colonies. A vital grip upon the Corellian Run down to its juncture with the Rimma Trade Route and up from there toward the Deep Core. It was a movement that was needed in this galaxy with the demise of the Republic and the Galactic Alliance.
Today was an auspicious day as the three leaders, with their respective delegations, were inspecting a warship in the Corellian shipyards. It was a captured Resurgent-class Battlecruiser, renamed the Redemption. Graemon remembered seeing the vessel last he was here and it was good to see the warship being refitted to become a part of the future Corellian Coalition Defense Fleet. It was on the eve of the voting of Measure 267 within the Corellian and Fondorian senates, also known as the Union of the Three States or the Coalition of the Free Worlds. The Fondorian leader looks up at the immense warship, marveling at the ingenuity of the Imperials. They had certainly advanced in strides rather than steps it seemed. The sound of Prime Minister Delpin's voice caused him to look away.We are very fortunate to have you be joining this agreement of ours, Baron Gorgano. You have brought you, not only a collection of systems and vital shipyards, but I can see that you have brought two other fleet commanders with you. Vital personnel in the future to come. She gestures to Commodore Hu and Admiral Hargrave.I knew they would be of use as the two of them fought the First Order personally, just as I did over Taris. Yet, unlike me, they witnessed the true power of the Empire at Mon Calamari... their experience with the Imperials will be necessary for educating our forces to better combat our powerful opponent. The Prime Minister nods before turning back to the Redemption. And she will be the flagship of that effort, the Redemption. For we will redeem the galaxy from this stain and see that democracy is restored!Graemon nods in agreement before turning his gaze to Marcus Starmane. How are the sentiments towards Measure 267 on the Two Worlds, Your Excellency?

Mon Calamari had fallen, and with it, the last of the Galactic Alliance. In truth, the government had been falling apart for some time. The First Order had held the upper hand in the war, despite agreeing to enter into peace talks. So to believe that the Galactic Alliance might have made a come back... Well, that was the stuff of fantasy. Marcus had long ago given up believing in such foolishness. It was not through miracles, that victory was attained. It took hard work, dedication, a belief in freedom, and the willingness to do the right thing.
Traits that many of those gathered at the meeting all shared. While he did not know many of them personally, he had heard tales of their struggles. Many of them had personally fought against the First Order. And while they had lost those fights, they had not backed down or given up. They had gathered here, to help form a coalition of worlds that would stand together against tyranny.
His own gaze passed out the viewing window across the Resurgent-class Battlecruiser that was very aptly named the Redemption. His attention turned then, to Baron Graemon Gorgano of Fondor. He pressed his weight upon the walking stick as he turned slightly to face the man As expected... There is a very positive majority, ready to ally with our brethren worlds and embrace our distant cousins. Others... are less enthusiastic about the thought. They have lost many kin to this war already. And I suspect we shall all lose many more before the end... He tapped his cane against the floor a couple times, the clicking sound echoing slightly But... we fight and sacrifice a few, so that many more do not have to suffer at the hands of tyrants like Nicademus and the dark siders that stand with him... And what of Fondor? Does she stand ready?

Having been silent during the meeting for the most part Jacques listened to the Senators speak among themselves. Instead he like the others looked at the captured Imperial Warship. Compared to the other ships in the ramshackle fleets above the planet it was a miracle of engineering. It was no wonder that their forces had lost over Dac when they had so many of these ships let alone everything else they had brought with them. Looking away from the ship he nodded toward Gorgano for the compliment. Although he had done very little beyond survive the battle itself hopefully in time the men and women assembled would find a way to fight back against the Imperials.

After the Battle of Dac
As one of the last ships arriving from hyperspace within Corellian space as an escort towards a few Gallofrey medium transports, who transported some of the Neimoidian refugees and others, who were able to escape the Imperial invasion, which was unleashed upon Dac, the Spark of Nen made a poor look like most Majestic-class cruisers, who had survived the most recent onslaught. Still with a pale face, Senator Findos stood on board of the bridge, barely realizing that the captain was informing her upon their arrival at Dac. The horror of having lost two transporters during their escape, which were shot down by the Imperial navy was still a fresh image within her mind, as she still felt like she was able to feel the last screams of those, who were on board. A hit by a heavy laser, while the ships were pulverized in a blink of seconds. Did the passengers even feel the pain or was it just their fear of near death, which were their last thoughts, not even realizing the fatal blow, which lead towards their transporter's destruction?
Linuy didn't knew for sure. But as she heard the brief report about their escape and how the rest of the fleet fared, she solely knew that she had failed her people. "Senator, I think we will be stuck here for the time of repairing this ship - do you wish to leave to the surface for the meantime?", the captain asked her briefly, after he realized that his superior wasn't feeling to well, "If you wish, we can set up communications with the local authorities to provide you the regular service, appropriate for a Senator-" "I solely wish to leave to the surface, that's all", Findos replied bitter, "If the gouvernment or anyone of high rank asks for my attendence, inform me about it, but I will rent a suite on my own behalf. Mon Calamari has fallen this day and with it the freedom within the galaxy. I don't wish for luxus right now, but for a peaceful refugee, where I can silently mourn those, who have fallen against the First Order and who will perish during their occupation of our former territory. That's all for now. If I found an apartment for myself and my bodyguard, you will be informed, captain. Until the next time we meet." And with those last words she left the bridge, leaving a busy ship crew behind herself for the moment, as she silently made her way towards her shuttle, which would escort her towards Corellia's capital city soon.

But... we fight and sacrifice a few, so that many more do not have to suffer at the hands of tyrants like Nicademus and the dark siders that stand with him... And what of Fondor? Does she stand ready? Graemon turns to the oldest member presence, Marcus Starmane. One of the few Kings that the Fondorian had ever met. At that question presented, the male visibly sighs, looking back at the Resurgent-class Battlecruiser that rested within Corellia's shipyards.Fondor has always enjoyed its freedom, Your Excellency. Though they have been allied with the Jedi Order and the Republic before, Fondor and the Tapani Sector have closely guarded their independence... something I found difficult to overcome when I tried to align Fondor with the Galactic Alliance. There were still, more silent, dissidents within the sector. Thankfully, Measure 267 had not caused any reaction. The public is divided between on the issue's matter. I have, unfortunately, forced my predecessor, Mike Frantz, out of retirement in order to make key speeches, supporting the measure. I have been trying to get the public, and the Guild of Shipwrights, to understand that Tapani cannot stand alone if the sea of darkness reaches our borders. Not even the Chiss Ascendancy could stand against the Imperial war machine.Even now, Graemon was aware that the Jedi, Mike Frantz, was giving one of the final speeches of the campaign to vote in favor of Measure 267. To unite two of the strongest shipyards in the Core regions would be a boon for the Corellian Coalition. It was necessary to be united. The Prime Minister speaks up as well, shortly after. We can only hope that the polls are in favor of the measure tonight. Fondor's senate meets within a few short hours to debate.Graemon nods to the Prime Minister. If Fondor votes in favor, Thyferra and Kiffex will follow in agreement. I am certain of that.

Marcus could understand the sentiment. Talus and Tralus had fought for their independence from the rest of the Corellian Sector before. They had won out for a time, before the other worlds dismantled the original FedDub. Something which many within the Double Worlds could not fault their sister planets for. This time, however, the FedDub had been built upon more solid foundations It is no easy balancing act. Each of our people wish independence to make their own futures, especially after how many times galactic governments in the past have fallen to corruption or been wiped from the face of history. Other times they end up as a small party within a much larger delegation, where money gets you representation. The answer, however, is not to simply recuse oneself from any and all alliances for fear of returning to that point... Marcus gave a nod to Corellia's Prime Minister Well... Reluctant as I am to spoil such moments with cliches, fights such as this are built on hope... The Redemption and Measure two-six-seven are all part of that hope for a better tomorrow...

Rubbing her eyes with a yawn, awakened from a near dozing state by her twin's question, Kaiya nods, "Sure thing, sis'." Leaning forward to reach for the comm controls, Kaiya begins the process of requesting landing clearance to proceed on for the Jedi Academy's hangar bay. The process takes a relatively short time, the fact that Kaiya is presently a member of the academy making the matter more routine than anything.
Once clearance has been given, Kaiya acts as co-pilot for her twin, helping get the gunship onto its assigned flight path and then continuing on to the academy hangar.

On board of the Spark of Nen, Corellian shipyards
As news from the Outer Rim of further Neimoidian refugees had reached Linuy Findos, she had hardly expected Din Maggi to return. It surely was a surprise, but a welcome one as Maggi not solely had told the Neimoidian senator that he came with good news regarding other survivors among the trader families, which she already expected to be killed by the First Order, but as well met with a man, going by the name of captain Tas Hatoo, a former Separatist commander. Having abbandoned the most recent battles against the new dreadnaughts of the Blackguard, which harassed the former holdouts, Hatoo was able to smuggle important data with him on his Sheathipede-shuttle escape when he abbandoned the Munificent-class frigate on which he was stationed. Though only few ships survived the following hunt by the Sith overlords and their new ships, he along with a hand full of expierienced men decided to join the ranks of Linuy Findos' services, when Maggi met them on Bothawui and explained them the situation.
Maggi had told the senator over a holo-transmission already that Captain Hatoo did not solely serve within the Separatist's navy, but was tasked by Vice Admiral Ferrus Ariean, one of Gulch's favored henchmen with the defense of Utapau before the sector fleet was relocated to nearby systems in order to repell a taskforce of the Blackguard within Separatist territory. While though the mission ended in a desaster, Hatoo decided that there was barely any hope within the Grand Confederacy's ambitions to reclaim First Order territory, thus throwing in his luck by joining up with the Galactic Alliance instead - solely to realize on Bothawui that the Alliance has found its demise at the battle of Mon Calamari already! Yet, according to the Neimoidian salesman, it wasn't hard to convince Captain Hatoo to reveal the informations he had gathered about Utapau and its defences during his time as one of Ariean's underlings, since he had already thought on deserting, when the time was right, thus making him valuable enough to the Galactic Alliance when he would reveal the informations he gathered.
According to Hatoo, the Confederacy had planned to increase its production output within the last months when it became obvious that Gulch intended to cut his ties with the Galactic Alliance in order to become an independent faction, thus having ordered the production of multiple Lucrehulk-class battleships within Utapau's orbit. When the captain left the sector, the ring sections were already near finishing, while the core ships itself were manufactured on ground in order to double the production process. Having access data stored within his personal tactical droids in order to bypass eventual security system, Hatoo furthermore claims that it would be possible to hijack some of these ships, if a mission to Utapau was authorized by the Senate. Something which of course didn't happen at all for the moment, as the Corellians were busy with other matters for the moment. Yet Linuy assured that she would back the mission nontheless.
With Maggi's help she had organized a meeting where she intended to assemble various persons, they attempt to recruit for the mission. Some of them she was able to convince over Maggi and his contacts, others would eventually come due to other contacts from the Galactic Alliance's navy she had informed about her intentions and others would show up due to the Bothans doing their part of spreading rumors about a perilous mission, for which a Senator would pay them a good sum, if expierienced mercenaries and headhunters would join up their ranks. No matter who would show up, Findos was confident that they were able to launch such a mission. She had already realized that they must act now, if they wanted to have any chance to strengthen their own forces against the First Order. Thus she showed up on the Spark of Nen's bridge up herself as she was willing to take the risk.

Reluctant as I am to spoil such moments with cliches, fights such as this are built on hope... The Redemption and Measure two-six-seven are all part of that hope for a better tomorrow... A commlink goes off, causing the Prime Minister to look at her wrist. A holoimage appears, revealing a minister of the forming Coalition government, one of the many voices that supported the measure. Sarria looks away to give her attention to the Minister.Prime Minister, we have the votes coming in from Fondor, Corellia, and Talus.Thank you, Minister Harkon.Prime Minister Delpin walks away from the viewport that overlooked the Redemption to activate a console, causing a screen to turn on behind the gathered persons within the conference room. Data was soon seen being transmitted as the tallies for Corellia came first. In a short time, Corellia had 3/4 majority in support of the measure, passing the first of the three major votes for the Coalition's formation. Next, the data was transmitted from Talus. At first, there was a fifty-fifty chance from the sounds of it, which meant a tie vote if that happened. However, 60% of the votes went to the measure, barely passing, but passing nonetheless. This made the Prime Minister exhale in relief. Then came the final vote... Fondor. Graemon watched in disbelief as the votes were almost pretty much against the measure. The Fondorian feared the Tapani sector was too selfish. Then, a spike in the votes went up as the Freeworlds Territory pushed the 'yes' vote further and further up the ladder. The final results were around the same with Talus.
There would certainly be a general feeling of relief across the room as the measure passed with the three major worlds. Data was transmitted, showing favorable polls from other allied planets and systems, revealing the predictions by Graemon. As the data was transmitted, he turns to Starmane and Delpin.Seems we have a lot of work to do... the Measure has been passed by the voting public. Now to see it ratified and signed at a Senatorial conference tomorrow morning. We should look to syncronizing our industries and seeking further worlds to ally and integrate with.

Marcus remained unphased as the voting results started to flow in. He had fielded many questions, concerns, and complaints from the public and their elected officials about the Coalition. Many rightly feared losing their independence again, since it had been a trend for regimes joining larger governmental alliances in the past. But Marcus had managed to largely reassure and assuage many such fears. Those that remained opposed to the motion, were people entrenched in their fears and did not feel the Fed Dub should unnecessarily involve itself in galactic politics. He did not begrudge them their beliefs and views. Choosing instead to acknowledge them whilst respectfully disagreeing.
He shifted his weight upon his cane to turn his attention back to Graemon as the man turned around. He bowed his head in agreement as the man suggested syncing industrial focus and seeking more allies Both agreeable next steps. Did you have any particular worlds in mind for us to reach out to next?

The holoprojector within the conference room was activated by the Fondorian. The galaxy map present was tweaked to reveal the outlines and borders of various known factions and the estimated alignment of various systems. Among the details, several gold dots blinked before the gathered persons. These were the worlds that Graemon desired to reach out to.
To answer your question, Your Excellency, Hapes, Kashyyyk, Bothuwai, and Naboo.
He turns to the gathered persons.
Each has their advantages that will be helpful to the future of the Corellian Coalition. Hapes and her battlefleets, Kashyyyk and the Republic's, as well as the Jedi's, long time allies, the Wookiees. Bothuwai with her shipyards and spynet. Naboo because of her symbol in the recent galactic war.
Graemon looks at the map.
I may reach out to one of our Corellian Jedi. I will need someone to advise me on the politics and nature of these systems and certainly a Jedi is more traveled and diplomatic than I am.

Watching the results of the polls come in Jacques was thrilled to see the votes for coming together. After the battle so many of the fleets had fled to their homes, including himself. Many of them had closed themselves off to the galaxy as a whole instead choosing to remain isolationist.
Sir, if I may?
Walking up to the star map he reached out and pointed towards Naboo.
If we want to foster any sort of support for our cause the Naboo would be the best path. Even if we don't consider the most recent attack on the planet they have always stood against Imperial rule and if memory serves they were amoung the first to sign Common Charter.
Having spent much of his youth and early life reading up on Military history it was not until recently that he had started to read about various governments and rules of law. Jacques had found the two very similar and in many respects had gone hand in hand, and he had taken to his studies eagerly.
Obviously word should be sent to the other worlds, any and all who want to join us but perhaps Naboo could sway others who may not otherwise be interested.

Marcus was not all that surprised when Graemon activated a display with several worlds marked out on it in gold. He seemed like the kind of organized individual that was planning several steps ahead, even when certain outcomes were not guaranteed. The man then went on to list the planets and their benefits, making mention of reaching out to someone within the Corellian Jedi. He gave a bow of his head in agreement An excellent plan. Having a Jedi by your side may also prove beneficial in legitimizing our cause to others... His attention was then drawn to former commodore-turned senator, Jacques Hu, as the man suggested they approach Naboo first. Having such a pivotal ally would be important not only for support but also defense Agreed... The First Order would be hard pressed to want to tangle with the Naboo again so soon... Senator Hu's, perhaps you should have the honour of meeting with them?

I can have my things packed and ready to go there by the end of the day.
Although he did not voice all the reasons he suggested Naboo already he was planning on how their joining would best benefit the new alliance. Graemon was not the only former military man in a leadership position in this. Nor was he the only smart man able to think ahead. Naboo was la linchpin in his personal plans for this new alliance. The key to this whole venture though was to not fall into the trappings of the former Galactic Alliance and Republic. As long as everyone here was working towards the same goal it would work.
Any word on the Empire and their movements? Any ship I take with me will be missed in the event they are making a move here or any of the worlds that voted to join.

Graemon still had his contacts from within the old Galactic Alliance spy network, which was now defunct. He turns to one of his aides who brings over a datapad with that had various reports upon it. After a quick examination, the Fondorian would turn to Jacques Hu.
They seem to be holding their ground since the fall of Mon Calamari. Reports of Imperial movement within the former territories of the Galactic Alliance, but they have remained in the Galactic North, away from Hutt and Mandalorian Space. We have received no reports of any military build up since the recent attacks.
There was already footage of the various attacks that came before the strike at the Galactic Alliance's heart. Footage showed Imperial fleets and troops making landfall on planets such as Lianna, Raxus Prime, and once more on Jabiim. The footage had been deliberately released to only shake morale even further. Graemon wondered why the Emperor and the First Order were not pressing their attacks.
We may be in the clear at the moment. If you feel an escort is required for your visit to Naboo, ensure it is done, Commander Hu. I have already begun to arrange for a small escort to Hapes, Kashyyyk, and Bothuwai. It will be necessary considering how close I will be traveling to the Imperial border.

+Several Months After the Fall of the Galactic Alliance+ The swirling blue of Hyperspace finally gave way to the stability or real space. This last jump had been a little rough. The Endless Salvation had just escaped a First Order ambush after refueling. The ship had been hammered hard, but the reinforced armor had held fairly well. Lynne had held off coming to Corellia till she had gotten the injured who had been rescued from Dac to their home systems. It was tough and full of other narrow escapes, only furthering the crews skills and resolve to bring justice and light back to the galaxy. Now it was her turn to go home, where she had heard was the rallying point for most of the former Galactic Alliance.
=Lynne= "Damage report."
=Bridge Officer= "One of the Ion salvos knocked out our primary power generator and life support, but our back ups have kept us stable though we're burning through it fast.
=Lynne= "Patch me through to an open channel."
This is Dr. Lynne Jameroo, captain of Endless Salvation, seeking safe harbor for myself and my crew. Please respond.
As she waited for a response she ordered all none essential systems shut down to preserve the energy reserves that they had remaining.

Having survived the sacking of Mon Calamari as well as the fall of the Galactic Alliance, Vice Admiral Chase Hargrave had managed to flee the horrific defeat, seeking refuge further away from the Imperials. Men of his stature and capabilities seemed to disappear without much trace the longer they lingered near Imperial borders. It was probably nothing, but one could never be too careful. Listening to the Prime Minister, Baron Gorgano and King Starmane and Commander Hu as they discussed their next move. Aside from himself, Commander Hu was one of the very few others to have survived the First Order's attack on Mon Calamari. Absently staring out the window, tracing the hull lines of the Redemption with his eyes, the former Galactic Alliance Vice Admiral merely continued to listen as plans were being discussed. Undoubtedly, he would be selected to head somewhere next, as well. Having been in a navy all of his life, the man knew when it was time to speak and when it was time to appear as though you weren't paying much attention. This was one of those times. While he was listening to what was being said, at a glance it would appear as though the aging man was lost in thought or more interested in the Resurgent that was lingering outside the viewport, than the talks that were proceeding.
