Terra smiled and got up, though she too was a little sad that he had to let go, even though they both knew that they couldn't just sit around forever. She stretched and smiled as she felt the sun's rays on her skin, then looked over and watched while Ralph prepared the fishing hooks. She took the fishing rod and shook her head. "No...I've never fished before. You'll have to show me how." Fishing opportunities had been nonexistent on Nar Shaddaa, though she hadn't told him about where she had grown up. Maybe later she would tell him, but first, she wanted to learn to fish.

Alright.
*Ralph stuck the end of his rod into the sand and took Terra to the waters edge. He spun around so that he was behind her, and slid his arms over her own. His chest pressed against her back as he began to guide her hands through the motions of casting.*
You need to keep a firm enough grip that the pole doesn't slide from your hands, but keep your muscles relaxed. Pull your arm back and at the hieght of a sideways swing, flick your wrists. Since this isn't a river, you -may- need to use the Force to carry the hook out further.

Terra's hand shook slightly as Ralph's arms slid over hers, and she took a deep breath. Normally she would have taken issue with someone standing so close to her, but now she didn't really mind being so close to him at all. She smiled and paid close attention to what he said, focusing on mimicking the moves he was showing her. They went through the motions a few times, almost like it was a training session, which made her giggle a little.
She smiled. "OK...let me try once..." She took a step forwards and took a deep breath, waiting until Ralph had stepped back before pulling her arm back like he had instructed and casting it just like he had shown her. With Ashla's guidance, she was able to cast the hook a fair distance away. She turned around to look at him, securely holding the fishing rod in her hand. "How was that?"

*Ralph nodded and stepped away from Terra, watching her cast. Terra had a good form to her cast, but she would still ned a bit of practice. Ralph grabbed his own pole and casted it out, reeling in a bit and giving the line a light tug.*
You need to tug on the line from time to time to keep the bait moving around and looking lively. And don't start reeling in the minute you feel a bite, you have to give the fish a little room to take it, then when you feel continued biting, give it a yank and reel it in nice and slow.

Terra nodded and turned to watch Ralph as he cast his line out, and she couldn't help but smile. He seemed so much happier now than when he had first arrived on Corellia, and she had noticed him in a much better mood in the weeks leading up to this trip. Of course, maybe that had been because he had been falling in love with her, but even so, it was nice to see him so happy. And she felt happy too, much more so than any other time she could remember.
She giggled and continued to watch him, keeping a firm grip on her fishing rod.

*As the day dragged on, and they reeled in a few fish, Ralph had put his pole down and started to clean the fish. Fishing had been a nice bonding experience with Terra. As the fish soaked in the seasoning Ralph had used on them, he had strode over to the tree line for fire wood to cook the fish. Once the fire was started, Ralph grabbed Terra and sat down, pulling her into his lap.*
Can't put the fish on just yet, the fire is too hot.

Terra was excited when she managed to reel in a fish, and after a few hours they had caught a few. Of course, she had been quite happy to spend time with Ralph like this, with free time having been a little scarce at the academy lately. It was even better now that she knew how he felt about her and she was looking forward to spending the rest of this trip with the man she loved. She watched him as he prepared the fish to cook, and she giggled and blushed when he grabbed her and pulled her into his lap. It was strange, but she no longer felt the least bit embarrassed to be wearing her bikini in front of him, and she didn't really mind when he touched her. She knew he wouldn't be trying anything funny.
She smiled up at him and wrapped her arms tightly around him. "OK. I guess we'll just have to wait awhile." She leaned up and kissed him, giggling as she did so.

*Ralph kissed back without hesitation as the fire burned behind them. This was the best possible moment they could be having, and Ralph wished it would never end. Deep down, Ralph was worried. As a war between the Jedi and the Mandalorians raged on, and no one seemed to know what the Sith were doing, there was a worry in the pit of Ralph's stomach that it may come to Corellia. He put a lid on it though and didn't say over even imply at the worry. As he pulled his lips from hers, he pointed to the setting sun out on the water.*
It's beautiful.

Terra sighed softly and turned to look over the water, and she smiled and nodded. "Yeah...it is beautiful..." Resting her head on his chest, she watched the waves lapping over the shore, sighing happily. Eventually, this trip would end and they would return to their lives at the academy, but no matter what happened, she always wanted to remember this moment, to cherish it. It was the first time in her life that she had felt this happy and she wanted to keep this memory forever.
She squirmed a little, settling more comfortably on his lap and continuing to look out over the water.

*As the heat of the fire on his back began to die down, Ralph slid Terra off his lap and got back up. He placed the seasoned fish in the grill basket he brought, closed the top, and held it out over the fire. He help them over the fire for a few short minutes before flipping them over to the other side and repeated the process until the fish was cooked through and had a nice set of grill marks. He plated them and walked back over to join Terra.*
Let me know how you like it.

Terra stood up to stretch for a moment, looking over to watch him cook for a moment before laying down on the beach towel, looking up at the sky to wait. What a day this had been, so far, and if the last dinner they had eaten together was any indication, this would end with a great meal. When Ralph had finished, she took a fork and waited a moment for it to cool off before taking her first bite, and it tasted quite good. She smiled at him. "It's great!"

I'm glad that you like it, Terra. Food always taste better when it is fresh.
*Ralph smiled and eat a forkful himself, chewing slowly to savor the flavor of the first bite. It was rather nice, having a savory flavor with a lemony undertone. He was glad to spend time with Terra, and even glader that she seemed to greatly enjoy his cooking no matter what it was that he made. Leaning over, he gave her a light kiss on the cheek.*
What would you like to do tomorrow, Terra? We still have three days to do whatever we want.

Terra finished her meal and put the plate down, giggling as Ralph kissed her on the cheek. That made three times now that he had made her dinner for just the two of them, and she wished there was more time for them to do this more often. She hadn't really thought about what to do for the rest of this trip, having been thoroughly sidetracked by the day's events.
She shrugged. "I don't know...maybe we could hike? Or we could come back here if you wanted. I wouldn't mind either way." She thought about going for a hike mostly to try and keep from getting out of shape, but if he really wanted to come back here, she certainly wouldn't mind. It was really beautiful here after all...

W can go hiking tomorrow if that's what you want to do.
*Ralph smiled and finished his food as the sun set and the only light they had left were the stars and the fire Burning behind them. Soon they would need to head back to the campsite unless they spent the whole night at the beach, which Ralph would not complain about. Not only did he love the ocean, but it made Ralph happy to see Terra so content in her own skin.*
We should probably get back to camp soon.

Terra smiled and looked out over the water as the sun set. "That sounds fine to me." Hiking gave them the opportunity to explore the countryside, as well as providing a way to stay in shape, though she really wasn't thinking about that last part. Spending time with Ralph and enjoying the scenery was foremost in her mind.
She scooted over back into Ralph's lap and wrapped her arms tightly around him to watch as the sun set and she looked up at the stars as they appeared. It was so peaceful out here, with nothing but the sounds of the waves lapping over the shore and the crackling of the fire behind them. It made her never want to leave, to just stay wrapped securely in his arms forever, even if she knew that was impossible.
She nodded in agreement when he suggested that they return to their camp, but made no move to get up. "I know...but...let's stay a little longer..."
The fire had dyed down to embers before the two finally, and reluctantly, decided to leave the beach and head back to the camp. She wouldn't have minded staying longer, maybe even spending the night, but she was still dressed in just her bikini and even with Ralph holding her tightly, she had started to feel a little chilly. Under the starlight, they gathered everything and hauled it back to their campsite. They kissed one last time before each retiring to their tents for the night. Terra changed out of her bikini and into a fresh tank top and slack combo before burrowing under her blankets, though she lay awake for almost a half hour before finally falling asleep.
Terra woke the next morning, just as the sun had risen, and she yawned and stretched, climbing out of her tent to begin her morning meditation. Taking a seat under the same tree as the previous morning, she closed her eyes and sank into her daily meditation routine. She hadn't seen Ralph, but maybe he was out training or maybe still asleep.

*Ralph had slept some what odd. Restless, he tossed and turned until the time the son started to come up when he finally rested into deep sleep. It was about 10 in the morning before he finally sat up and pushed himself out of the tent. He was wearing just a pair of shorts and held a t-shirt in his hands as he gave Terra a smile and stretched a bit.*
Morning Terra. Sleep well?

Terra was just coming out of her meditation when Ralph emerged from his tent, and she opened her eyes, smiling back and nodding. "Yeah. Did you sleep OK? You're up a little late." She giggled and stood up, stretching, thinking now would be a good time to get breakfast going. If they still planned to hike today, they would need energy. And she had done pretty well with making breakfast the previous morning.
Her gaze lingered on him for a moment as he stood outside his tent, and she couldn't help but giggle some more as she momentarily forgot about making breakfast. Never in her wildest dreams had she thought anything like this would happen to her, and she kept getting the urge to pinch herself to make sure it wasn't actually some dream she was having. She kept replaying the events of the previous day in her mind, and though that felt like a dream, she knew it was real.
Terra walked over to him and tightly wrapped her arms around him, blushing a little as she stared into his eyes.

*Ralph smiled and wrapped his free arm around her. He tilted his head down and kissed her lightly. In truth, he hadn't slept well, and he had an idea as to why, but he wasn't going to tell her just yet that he had wanted to spend the night with her. It had been a short time they'd been together, but he already felt more comfortable the closer he was to her. Ralph leaned back and smiled.*
So you're making breakfast again?

Terra closed her eyes as Ralph kissed her and she eagerly kissed him back, pulling away after a moment and giggling. She nodded and slipped from his grasp after a few moments. "Yeah, I can make it." It only took her a few minutes to gather the ingredients and cook something that resembled a good breakfast. Her skills as a cook were nowhere near Ralph's, but if yesterday's breakfast was any indication, this was more than passable. She made a mental note to have Ralph give her some more tips on cooking sometime, but for now, she wanted to eat and get hiking. Depending on when they got back, maybe there would be time to go to the beach later.
Terra finished cooking and put the food on a plate for her and Ralph and she smiled. "Here. I hope I made it OK."

*Ralph smiled and took a seat, starting to eat breakfast. The more Terra cooked, the better her cooking got as it was already and improvement over the day before. He was thinking about their plans for the day. He had promised to take Terra hiking, but something about the day before had occurred to him. He smiled across the small folding table, placed his untinsils down and placed his hand over one of Terra's*
Terra, I was wondering...Why didn't you get in the water yesterday?
