The drone of the speeder bike tapered off in a shrill whine as Faust deaccelerated, bringing the stripped-down vehicle to a halt just in front of the fueling station. Swinging one leg over he dismounted, the motion ruffling his earth-toned cloak and briefly exposing the scarred cuirass beneath it. He approached the two men, one in steel and the other in cloth, his sulfuric yellow gaze shifting between them restlessly. Darian was recognizable even devoid of his chains and with his features hidden beneath a buy'ce; it was in the way he stood and in the quiet, deadly atmosphere surrounding him that had become oh so familiar to the Priest. The other man, then, could be none but their new employer. 'At least he has good taste,' Faust decided.
"Alor," The warrior said with a deferential nod in Darian's direction. "Tiongar mar'eyir meg gar echoy?"
The two men smelled of blood. His nose wrinkled, his scarred, ruined features twisting into a pleased grimace. Regardless of the success of Darian's quest for vengeance, he had at least found the time to make the appropriate sacrifices to Kad. Dropping a hand to rest on the hilt of his beskad, Faust inhaled deeply. The Destroyer God's presence was strong in this place, as it was everywhere blood had been spilled by those with malice in their hearts. 'Arasuum would frown upon this,' he thought fondly.
Perhaps working as a beroya would hold some glory after all.
The other man caught his gaze next. "You...are Liam Blood?"

::Ni kar'taylir meg'cuyi kando, al'ni nu'ke ganar te'besom, Faust'ika.:: The way Darian said it with such pointed nonchalance begged the question of whether he were really all that disappointed. Of course, he had been on the trail of his wife's murderer for years- but now, with a fresh and legitimate lead, he was beginning to doubt seriously whether he would have reciprocity in this life. He wanted to believe Kad would see justice done, but realistically, slimeballs like Avy Brynn were incredibly good at slipling through fingers. It was how she had managed to stay alive so long, after all.
Sliding the plates free of his arms first, Darian sat himself down inside of the shuttle, probing his weathered flesh appraisingly, as though he were unsure it remained after donning beskar'gam. Certainly, there was a familiarity to armor that all Mandos knew, and though he had not worn his in so very long, that feeling of absence was not forgotten. Peeling away the chestplate, Darian exposed his toned physique to the dull, interior lighting, and sweat glistened like dewdrops across a field at dawn all over his torso.
Rolling his shoulders, the High Priest closed his eyes and listened to the hymn of popping and cracking bones rattling through his mantle, and his lips curled upward in a smile. After a moment, he removed his buy'ce, then set it on the floor beside him. He would shed the duasteel leggings before long, too, but for now, it would be wisest to regroup.
Stealing into his gathered accoutrements, Darian produced the lightweight (relatively speaking) chain robe, and he slung it over his arms, letting it cascade down his form like water. The shiver, rattle and moaning of chains brought Darian's head to bow in silent prayer for a moment, and then, he lifted his gaze. "This is Faust Skirata. He is a ward of my Brotherhood, and a fledgling on the path of the Bringer of Change. Few men can rival the viciousness that Skirata brings to the fray. Unfortunately," Darian snorted, his voice lowering to a muttered version of itself, "he speaks precious little basic. A minor inconvenience, perhaps, but an inconvenience no less."
Darian, of course, was quick to shrug. "You pay the bills, I'll make sure your shots get called. Simple enough, 'lek?"
Finishing his monologue on the theory of bounty hunting, Darian coaxed Gorehound from its place at his hip, and he began to- as was his morbid habit- hone the blade on a whetstone produced from the depths of his vestments. The beskar hissed and moaned it's defiance, even as the viim vivid, green eyes of Beviin slowly slid closed, and he fantasized about slaughter.

Liam appraised the newcomer, another Mandalorian with the aura of danger emanating from him. Good, another capable warrior, not to be kriffed with. This, Liam could respect, and could work with. These men were obviously not only capable fighters, but possessed of the presence of spirit that gave them purpose. Liam could empathize with this, and this made it easier still for him to adjust to working alongside such august warriors as these.
Liam nodded respectfully in greeting to Faust. He kept his greeting short, regarding Darian's mention of the former's lack of Basic. I am Liam Blood. Welcome.
Liam looked to Darian. I guess i'll be working on my Mando'a. Let's get aboard, Bounty awaits. He turned to lead the Mandalorians up the ramp, which would be raised by the impatient Wookiee in the cockpit just as soon as they were up and inside the shuttle. There was a passenger compartment behind the cockpit with a dozen seats, and the open rear cargo area with a few strapped down crates and hardshell cases. The continued not too subtle Wookiee curses that flowed from Gerlani in the cockpit hinted that the passengers should steer clear. Liam, noting this, grabbed a datapad from one of the cases and found himself a spot at the front of the cargo compartment, behind the seats, leaving the Mandalorians to choose their own spots for the short flight to the ship.
Flight time will be about fifteen minutes, Bounty's a little ways out from Corellia. We don't want CorSec sniffing around too much. Enjoy the ride, we'll be home shortly.

He clapped a consoling hand on Darian's shoulder as he passed by. "Taylir te runi, ner vod."
Faust looked after the High Priest for a long moment after he had already boarded the shuttle, then turned his attention to Liam, his gaze studying him from his face down to his boots and back up again. At least he wasn't completely spineless- you could see that in the set of his jaw. There was something in his eyes, too, but the Priest had neither the time nor the interest to discover just what it might be. He nodded once, silently, in response to the man's greeting, and then followed him into the shuttle, weapons clanking beneath his cloak.
Ignoring the roared curses of whatever behemoth was piloting the craft, Faust stepped past where Darian was sharpening Gorehound- and was once again cloaked in chains, he noted approvingly- and sat a few seats away from either of the men. He drew his Ripper and laid it in his lap, for the simple reason that his position would make him slow on the draw- and unable to unsheath his beskad without standing. Better to have a weapon handy.
Listening to the thrum of shuttle's engines, Faust laid his head back and closed his eyes.

Terra couldn't help but giggle a little when Ralph told her to smile, and she had been about to ask if he would teacher when he offered to help her learn to swim. She smiled brightly. "I'd like that. Thanks..." She looked at the ground again, blushing. "We...could go right now...if you wanted to." Yesterday he had been quite excited to get to the beach, and he seemed to like it a lot over there. She did too, and if he really wanted to go there like she thought he did, she wouldn't mind changing their plans. Swimming was exercise too after all... Alright, go get changed then. I think it might be better for us to find a slow flowing river to learn though, the tides will mess you up a bit. * Ralph stood to clean up the mess made from making breakfast. It would only take him a quick moment to get changed, so he would clean and give Terra more time to get ready. Once the portable stove was put away and the dishes cleaned, Ralph slid into his tent to change into his swim trunks, producing himself moments later in trunks and a t-shirt.* Ready when you are, Terra.

Terra nodded and set her plate down, then got up and disappeared into her tent, and started to change, stripping out of her clothes and pulling on her bikini. Once she was changed, she emerged from her tent and smiled at Ralph."I'm ready."There was very little of the previous embarrassment from the day before at being so scantily clad in front of him evident on her face, and she walked over to him, taking his hand."So where to?"There was probably a river or something nearby and even if they had to walk, it would be fine with her.

When I looked at the map, it showed a river about 45 minutes walk from here. *Ralph smiled as she took hold of his hand. He gave hers a gentle squeeze and began to lead her off towards the river. The young man had an incredible sense of direction, and that became apparent as running water came within ear shot of the couple.* I promise we will go hiking some time soon. I know you were looking forward to it, and I feel kind of bad for deviating from our original plans for the day...

Terra walked alongside Ralph, her hand in his as she followed him along with a happy sigh. The sun was up now and she enjoyed how it felt on her skin, along with the gentle breeze as they walked along and the grass beneath her feet. As for changing their plans from hiking to a swimming lesson, she was fine with that, as she was rather enjoying the walk with him. They could still hike tomorrow if they wanted, too. Unless they decided to go back to the beach again...
She smiled and shook her head when he started to apologize."N-no it's OK I don't mind. I mean...45 minutes is a sort of hike, right?"She giggled and hooked her arm in his, sliding closer to him as they walked."We could still go tomorrow, too."

The afternoon was spent with Ralph teaching Terra the basics of swimming. The river was a great place to learn since the current was weak in this part, and of course Terra was a quick learner at most things. The sun had started to sink a little lower in the sky by the time the two had wrapped up the lesson but by then, Terra had gotten a good grasp of the basics of swimming. She walked back to their campsite hand in hand with Ralph.
She smiled."Thanks for teaching me today."

No problem, hun. If I didn't teach, I am sure someone else would have soon enough, yeah? *Ralph smiled and gave her hand a light squeeze. He was greatly enjoying the time spent with Terra, but sadly it would soon be over. In just a few short days, they would have to return to their regular training, so why not make the most out of the time they had left? As Ralph began to prepare dinner, he turned to Terra and smiled.* Hey, what do you say we stay up instead of turning in early tonight? Maybe we can go for a moon lit swim or something?

Terra giggled and nodded."Yeah I suppose."She was still grateful to him for teaching her, as it was probably something she would need sometime down the road. Too bad she hadn't learned before her trip to Felucia...
She watched him while he prepared dinner, and she thought about staying up a little later tonight. That was fine by her, as she wanted to enjoy these precious few days with him before getting back to the grind of training. She smiled and nodded, looking forward to the chance to test her newly acquired swimming skills."Well...that sounds romantic..."She blushed a little."But yeah...I don't mind staying up late."

Haha, something wrong with being romantic? * He chuckled and continued making dinner for the two of them. It was nothing overly special. He was just making some kind of stew while steaming rice as a side dish. He liked cooking simply, it really brought out the true flavor of the food. When it was done, he brought them each a plate full to the table, kissing Terra's cheek as he set her plate down then took his spot across from her.* Where would you like to do the swimming? We could unload to speeder and look for a lake or something, or head back to the river.

Terra giggled again and sat down to wait for him to finish cooking dinner. In truth she wouldn't mind a little romantic moonlit swim with Ralph. When he brought the food, she dug in eagerly, the day's swimming lessons having given her quite the appetite. As she ate, she thought about where to swim. The river was a fair distance away but if they were staying up late anyway, then that wouldn't be as much of an issue. Or they could just take the speeder no matter where they went. A lake might be better but either way was fine with her.
She shrugged."Um...doesn't matter I guess. We could try to find a lake if you want."

You're so indecisive. I think we will just head back to the river. Gives our dinner some time to settle before we jump right in. * Ralph didn't eat with the eagerness Terra had, but he kept a good pace so that she wouldn't be kept waiting for too long. Once done, he cleaned up the dishes and grabbed his bag. The sun was still in the process of setting, sending wonderful shades of pinks and oranges into the sky. There would be enough light still to get there unaided, and so he took Terra's hand and they set out.*

Terra knew she was indecisive, but that was more a result of still getting used to actually making her own decisions than anything else. Come to think of it, she still hadn't told Ralph that she used to be a slave, but then, the topic had never come up during their talks. Still, that might be something she would have to talk about with him sooner rather than later. In any case, she decided not to say anything about it here.
She took his hand and followed him back to the river.

*The river was calm and the current light as could be. The sky was lit up by the moons, stars, and shipyards, all in all, quite the display of lights. As Ralph stood there watching the sky, he would pull Terra in close. "Quite the sight. Still not as pretty a sight as you though." *Ralph smiled and leaned in, kissing Terra lightly before letting his arm slip away from her. He pulled his shirt off and started wading in to the cool river water.*

"Thanks."Terra giggled when he complimented her and kissed him back, then stood back a little as he removed his shirt. She watched him for a moment as he waded into the river, admiring how he looked in the moonlight. She was about to follow him when something occurred to her. She still hadn't told him much of anything about herself, and it felt like she was still hiding her past from him. It had been bothering her for a little while now, and despite everything that had happened, it was like she still didn't trust him. That wasn't true, of course, as she really did trust Ralph. She loved him after all, so why shouldn't she trust him?
She suddenly giggled to herself when an idea came to her. It would certainly be a bold move on her part, but if she trusted Ralph enough to tell him about her past, then it wouldn't be a stretch to trust him with what she was about to do.
She giggled again and called out to him."I'll be there in a minute!"There was a tree near the riverbank and Terra quickly darted behind it, still hardly believing what she was about to do. If Morgan knew about this, she would likely be very proud. Smiling at the memories of her time on Felucia with Morgan, she slowly stripped out of her bikini, blushing as she did so. After that was done, she slowly emerged from behind the tree and slipped into the river, blushing as she slowly waded over to where Ralph was. She watched him closely for his reaction.

Bela Vistal Valley Crystal Fountain mid-day:
* Bela Vistal was nestled in a serene mountain valley. It was considered by many to be an ideal tourist destination for those on a modest budget. Its isolation and tall mountains made it a favorite among hikers and climbers, as well as adventurers who yearned for a beautiful view and fresh air. One of the most well-known attractions in Bela Vistal was the Crystal Fountain, a geyser which was transported from the Agrilat Swamp to the center of the town. *
* A young Jedi Padawan, with an acute case of amnesia sits in meditation on the far far outskirts of the valley. Her scars still very visible on her left lekku from a time when she self taught herself how to use her specific weapons. Though when doing so she learned more then how to use them as well as how to properly control them, before she lost part of her memories. She sits in the solitude of solace underneath a younger tree, the sun beat down upon her and warmed her skin. She let the moments of silence bring her back to peace as she struggled with her demons inside. Sounds of wild creatures echoed from the distance with faint sound. Something that made her start very challenging and almost didn't make it as a Jedi Initiate. For some reason her curiosity constantly drew her here, perhaps it was a slight pull of the darkness here or the possibilities of more. Her two special crafted Tanfa Sabers sat attached to the sides of her hips as her legs were folded underneath her bottom and her knees bent, her hands laid clasped in her lap and her head partially down as she embraced the warmth-ness of the sun and the silence setting her mind back into peace.*

Bela Vistal Crystal Valley (mid-day)
Corellia offered many things to her people including, but not limited to, a temperate climate and a diversity of natural phenomena. One afternoon found Nalatua'lin, Jedi Healer from the Corellian Academy, wandering farther than usual from her typical stomping grounds which unfortunately had been mainly limited to the Academy itself and nearby Coronet City. She had determined to remedy this and one day, she'd even get as far as the fabled underwater caves. She had a hankering for an orange lightsaber crystal. On this particular afternoon, she was using up some well-deserved R&R time while scouting abroad for medicinal herbs and soaking up the sunlight.
For today, she was determined to check off the noted Crystal Fountain within Bela Vistal. It had been taken from the Agrilat Swamp many years ago, and she had seen pictures of its black majesty threaded with rose and emerald veins of colour. The Twi'Lek smiled softly to herself as she threaded her way through the town and arrived in front of her goal. She had stopped a few times to gather some wildflowers which she was in the process of arranging into a rough bouquet.
Some distance away from where Yin She'She was collecting her thoughts under a tree, a satuestque green Twi'Lek female stopped and simply looked with all her eyes at the Crystal Fountain as water splashed down its sides. She was dressed in typical Jedi fashion, though her tunic was a sandy brown instead of Corellian green, and over her trousers, she wore a split skirt that was belted at her waist. In concession to her adopted home she had embroidered the edges of her attire with an intricate pattern of emerald green in a shade that complimented her skin color. Long, shapely lekku draped gently over her shoulders, as she contemplated the constantly-shifting yet always similar movements of the falling water with clear grey eyes. Into the midst of her musings gradually the feeling of someone struggling with internal demons pressed into her consciousness, and she began looking about. The empathic Healer instinct couldn't help itself, even though technically she was on 'vacation.'
A few moments sufficed to bring her over within easy speaking distance of a being curled against the trunk of a stout tree.
With inner joy I realized immediately that she, for she it must be, was one of my own! I do not know what has brought her to Corellia, but here she is, and it seems as if we have been fated to meet. Her sabers are most unusual, but my gaze is drawn to t'chunn---she is scarred, and too recently to be borne with equanimity. I cannot help wondering what has happened, even while hoping that perhaps with some skilled healing---
Nalatua'lin approached closer, and coughed gently. Her own lekku shuddered sympathetically over what had happened to the younger Twi'Lek. As soon as she looked up, Nala addressed her in the hybrid mixture of spoken Ryl and visual lekku language that only Twi'Leks could master, inquiring, "how she felt and how had she been led to this place?"

Bela Vistal Crystal Valley (mid-day)
* Yin looks up and sees the other Twi'lek as she had sensed her approach. As she looks up her scarring could be very blantantly seen by even the most unweary sighted. Her Lekku shuddered as her eyes glazed upon the other Jedi coming close. Yin then began getting up and when she reached her feet she then bows gracefully as possible in her state. *
* ..Injured. Intrigued, and fragile in the ways she can lean in the force, but not helpless. *
"Greetings, I wasn't aware of many that traveled this far?"
* She inquired in her native tongue of Rhy. *
