As the scene of the labyrinth began to fade away, Luxeria's mind began recede back into her own, reflecting upon her own mental defenses in comparison to her friend's. The both carried their own strengths and weakness, showing superiority over the other in one form or another. When it came to knowledge and mental control within oneself, Vasari was the dominating one. Luxeria's pedestal came in the form of her physical capabilities and ability to harness the Dark-Side better. Each of these things were easily attributed to the way they were reared within the ranks of the Sith. And while Luxeria noticed many things within Vasari's displays and explanations, including that she was hiding some things with actual effort, the woman had no desire to pry and push her friend's feelings too far.
Not returning to reality just yet, she looked around her own mind, seeing that the closeness they shared had carried the Zabrak there as well. Just like before, there wasn't anything about it. It appeared like a dark void with the occasionally faint stream of color. So very different than her friend's defenses. It was something Luxeria wished to work on, but had yet gotten around to trying. In fact, she didn't even know where to begin. Did she just imagine a world like Vasari had or was there much more to it? She only gave a sigh and shrug of her shoulders as she looked around. <<Not much to look at, especially when in comparison to yours. One could say I have nothing in my mind.>> They moved further into the depths of Luxeria's mind, however, due to the layout of her mind, it didn't seem like there was any movement at all. The only thing that gave it any indication as the sudden blue light that started faint and grew a bit brighter behind Vasari until she could turn and see an orb of blue energy just sitting there in the middle of nothing.

Vasari's shaken mindset did not register that she was being led until she 'awoke' to find herself in a strange mindscape... the familiar corridors and shelves of the library labyrinth of her own mind was gone, and though she could feel herself within a mind, she knew unmistakably it was not her own. She did not even realize right away that she had simply been tailing Luxeria back into her own, as the memory she had had upon visiting her friends mind before was so very different from this, or at least it had felt as much then. The echo of Luxeria's thoughts caused her to focus as she sectioned off a piece of her retreating mind and left it to collect itself on its own as she focused what was left of her extraconscious thought on Luxeria's mindscape.
<<Only a fool would claim such... You are knew here, it is quite common... my mind looked similar, save it was a desert. If you walk far enough long enough in the wrong directions within my Labyrinth you will find the desert still. This blackness will never go away, you will simply build upon it or within it... shape your mindscape from it... it all starts with a spark of... inspiration.>>
Vasari's thoughts whispered as she moved closer to Luxeria's personification and looked between her and the orb of energy that seemed to slowly manifest itself within Luxeria's thoughts. She wondered for a moment if this was something like the pool at the center of her labyrinth for Luxeria, if this orb of energy was in some way an extension of her sub conscious thought. In the real world reaching and touching something such as this was the normal impulse, but here you had to force your mind to act such. The mind knows where it is not welcome and to do anything within the mind of another you must be conscious of the act, and have the will to see it done. And so when Vasari raised her hand without hesitance towards the blue light she knew exactly that she had no idea what she was doing.

<<I guess we'll see one day.>> Luxeria didn't pay much mind to the orb, already knowing what lay inside. It had been there for years now and she had done nothing with it. It wasn't until Vasari reached out to touch it that Luxeria gave it recognition, raising her hand quickly to her friend. <<No, don't!>> But her words came too late as Vasari's hand touched it and slipped through.
In that moment, images and scenes of memories began to flash within their minds. A family of five, primitive in the eyes of some due to the lack of technology anywhere in sight. Two young boys barely five and four years respectively, running, swimming in a pond, and playing sword fights with sticks. Teasing and having fun with a younger sister. A father and mother, hard working in the forest with occasional aid from the children. Soft songs being hummed and played on a flute. Then another woman, looking to be in her teens, beautiful with raven black hair. Faint words of a young boy, the younger of the two previously seen, asking if the girl would marry him. Momentary silence before she said yes, her words and eyes reflecting true desire and not humoring a child. With those memories came the feelings of peace and happiness.
But soon after came the torment. The family wandering a desert world, using a speeder to get about, exploring the home of their father. Peacefully before the sudden appearance of a man. Suddenly, things went cold. Ice could be seen forming over the sand and rock. A fight breaking out between the man and father, leaving only the sight of him being impaled by an ice blue lightsaber as the remaining four fled in the speeder. An escape made in vain as the man caught them and destroyed the speeder, scattering them across the sand, all except the mother. Young eyes looking up long enough to see her killed just the same. Then the attack, the three children rushing the man, a pointless attempt. The oldest boy taken, the youngest girl just gone, and the younger boy going blank with memory loss. In these scenes, fear, anger, and sorrow resonated greatly as if the emotions were being experienced first hand, as if they were the ones living it.
Luxeria's eyes open suddenly as the Dark-Side surged around her at the outpouring of such emotions. Her breaths became heavy as she turned and gripped hard onto the edge of the hot tub, her fists clenched hard, all but drawing blood. She tried to focus, to calm herself, but the images played over and over. Such happy times ripped away from one's so young. Never had she felt this level of emotion, and even then, she had to wonder if they had been amplified for this purpose.
It took several minutes before Luxeria was even able to remotely gain and semblance of control as it took every ounce of her will not to start lashing out. She didn't turn back to Vasari for the moment, her red eyes almost glowing as she worked to calm herself. If one thing was clear, outside of the intensity of emotions was that none in those memories were Luxeria.

Vasari felt nothing - as was the way of most mental assaults from one mind to another - and there was little else that this could be classified as save than an assault. One moment she was within the relatively empty mindscape of Luxeria's mind, and then a moment later she was deep... emotionally deep into a memory that was not hers. Reacting from it first hand. She watched the memory play out - there was little to do to stop it now, she had after all brought this on herself by reaching out to an unknown part of someone else's mind in doing so.
She watched on as the memory played itself out, she wondered why this memory was floating so close to the front of Luxeria's thoughts, but before the memory played itself out completely she felt her friends mind breaking away, or reacting strongly to the memory - however no where within the memory she see a young red haired girl. This was not Luxeria's memory. As the memory ended and they were both pushed out of memory and she was pushed from Luxeria's mind she opened her eyes to the Jacuzzi room, the water had not yet even begun to cool, they had not been within the mindscape long, but Luxeria was having a very visible reaction to the memory. The dark side flooded the room and Vasari could tell that Luxeria was the cause, her eyes held the power within them that Vasari's held naturally - all of them were born with a spark of the force within them, seen bright as day by the shine of the flame within their eyes - but something about this was different. Vasari was affected in some way as well, she felt her hearts beating and the powerful emotions from the memory swirling within her mind and heart, though she was able to hide it a little better - the memory was not hers, and regardless of the power it held she knew how to disconnect herself from the mind of another - elsewise she would have died many times over from the shock of the pain she had inflicted on others minds. But even now it felt like the memory itself was trying to push her deeper into the dark, to unbalance her - it seemed that the memory had form and intent within Luxeria's mind.
Vasari wanted to move forward to comfort Luxeria in some way, but she could tell such a thing would not be looked upon kindly and she might even lash out at someone moving towards her with her mind in such a fragile state. within the moments of Silence Vasari found herself thinking how one could place such a powerful memory within the mind of another that had no connection to the memory. She was experiencing it third hand, and even with her mental training she was affected. More and more questions came to mind, but Vasari kept them silent within her. For the moment she simply allowed Luxeria the time to recover herself... nothing about this trip had been exactly what it had seemed already. She began wondering what else was in store for them...

The minutes continued to pass by as they sat there in silence. Luxeria knew that Vasari had questions. It would have been odd otherwise. But in her state, one thing she couldn't tell was the affect it had on the Zabrak. She imagined it would have been the same, but then again, she might not have felt anything substantial from it.
Still, she didn't imagine it would have been so intense from that single line of memories. Just what did Gavin do that could warrant such an effect? What power he he truly wield? And to think, this was only the beginning. It made not want to touch it again, to find him and have this removed. He had warned her about it being touched by another, to be invaded when she wasn't working to focus those memories. All this time, she had succeeded until now. The most relaxed and unprepared she had ever been.
Taking a few more breaths, she finally took hold of some semblence of control. Turning around, she laid her head back on the edge of the tub, darkness still resonating heavily as she sought to reestablish full control. "Sorry. I....should have warned....you sooner. I bet you have.....have a lot of questions." She took heavy breaths in between her words, trying to steady her breathing and catch her breath.

The silence and stillness of the room gave Vasari more time to collect herself and by the time Luxeria found herself enough to speak she had all but recovered - even if she might have looked a little shaken she was more curious than anything. She withheld the rush of comments that must have been so obvious. Why? Who? How long? Instead she closed her eyes and relaxed into the water, her head slipping below the surface of the pool for a moment as she shifted slightly beneath the surface of the water emerging next to Luxeria before calmly straddling her pressing her chest up against Luxeria's as she sat gently atop her, her hands moving to the sides of Luxeria's head gently massaging her temples...
"No need to apologize... I know better than to touch something within the mind of another, the fault is mine."She allowed the comment to hang in the air for a moment as she continued to massage the sides of her head hoping to ease the tension."Do you wish those painful memories to remain?"She asked simply after a few more moments of silence before running her hands down Luxeria's cheeks and neck massaging her shoulder muscles and the muscles along her chest as well with slow practiced hands - gently, as most of the tension would only be lingering on the surface, but if allowed to remain it would ruin the hour they spent having such tension removed from their bodies in the room prior. Vasari seemed perfectly calm now as she waited for Luxeria to respond whether physically or vocally.

It was only when Vasari rose from the water and straddled her that she even attempted to look up. She simply looked at her friend as the Zabrak massaged her temples. She took a few heavy breaths, the fire of her red eyes slowly dying off, a sign that it wouldn't be much longer before she had regained full control of herself. She gave the offer a consideration for a few moments before finally shaking her head. "No. They are required. Besides, its a fitting punishment. Spent the passed couple years keeping them blocked and out of the reach of others as they worked their way through my kind in my training. Seems a bit pathetic that they would be breached now, like this."
Raising a hand, she rubbed her head and eyes. "I'm sure it was obvious that these weren't my memories, right?"

Vasari tilted her head slightly at the word punishment, who would dare punish this one? She who held such power - but then there were others, and just then that thought felt very foolish. Luxeria was further along than she was, in some ways Vasari thought she was further along than most, but there were many powerful men in the 'verse, and powerful women as well. But still Vasari felt like the word was not accurate for the type of memory she was forced to endure. What was she supposed to learn by it, what could be learned from such a memory? Or perhaps the lesson was not one to be learned but to be felt. Truth was Vasari did not understand any of it...
"Quite obvious, perhaps intended for you to view... crafted that way... what an interesting use of a memory."
A part of Vasari's mind began to formulate various ways memories could be used for more practical reasons, but she kept her mind here and now. She felt then that she was uncomfortably close to Luxeria and moved her hands down away from her head down her chest to the surface of the water, resting gently against her breasts, then falling to Luxeria's hips below the surface of the water. Her thighs still wrapped tightly around Luxeria's legs as if it was the only way that she could embrace her friend and be there for her but even that felt out of place for some reason, and she fought back the urge to flee, but released the hold on her so if she wished to pull back she might.

The Zabrak's words brought about a strange reaction from Luxeria: a laugh. It wasn't one driven by the darkness that had risen within her, but more of a chuckle at Vasari's observation. After a few seconds, it faded as she looked back to her friend, the deep green finally returning. Taking a another breath, she nodded. "Indeed they were. They were given to me by my choice." She guessed that even for her friend, those words would be slightly confusing, despite her ability to catch on to things and figure them. "A few years ago, before I came into the apprenticeship of Lord Malvus, I was an apprentice of another. But that's not important or relevant. In the short span when I left my first master and sought another that could teach me and help me grow instead of concerning themselves with a rising order, I met a man on Kuat. I followed him and a girl I knew to be an Imperial Knight. I was curious about them as there was something different about them."
Closing her eyes, she chuckled again, realizing she was rambling on with the wrong details. Sure, it led to the moment she received the memories, but not the reason why. Shaking her head, she began again "You have seen the life I once lived. Never once did I face any kind of situation that would grant me the emotions a Sith required and used for their power. It was my weakness. I had the mind and focus to control the power, but not the fuel to drive it. I discovered just how lacking I truly was when facing off with my sibling apprentice, Lura. That man gave to me a gift to help me increase my power: all his memories and the emotions tied to them. He placed them deep within my mind within a barrier so they'd remain contained. All I had to due was step into them and learn to control them. As you could probably tell, they are quite powerful. And that was only one. And to further their effectiveness, they weren't put there as memories I could watch. They were put there as if my own. I experience everything from his perspective."
She then gave a shrug. "But I never got around to them. My time under Malvus, the missions we went on was all I needed to start building emotions and feeling of my own to use. So they've remained dormant there until now." She then dropped her head as she spoke the next part. "And now the barrier around them has been weakened. Each time the memories are viewed, it weakens until eventually there is nothing left and the memories flood into my mind freely. If I don't learn to endure and control those emotions, they'll over run me."

Vasari's eyes widened slightly at the ingenuity of the memory, in the time it took her to explain it, Vasari's mind had already been working out how to link the mental and emotional connection to the memory, and projecting it to another's mind was easy - it has been done many times during lessons and such at the Academy, but removing or doubling the memory to hold within someone else's mind - what is more allow that emotional connection to give them enough raw power to manifest the workings of the dark side. Even if it had worked the slippage alone would make the transfer of energy hardly worth it. There were factors she couldn't even begin to quantify to actually make this work. Her thoughts were beginning to distract her and so she broke her mind in two and closed the door allowing that piece of her to continue working on the problem while she pushed the majority of her focus to listening to Luxeria's story. The barrier she spoke of weakening... was that her fault? A hesitant abashed look came to her face then that said "sorry... i shouldn't have touched it" without her lips actually moving and after a few moments she spoke.
"If you don't need them anymore then why not have them removed? If they play that much of a risk to your mind, and you obviously have nothing in place to deal with them..."
The second part came off a little more harsh than she imagined in her head, but it was the truth. Luxeria's mental defenses were all geared towards something coming in, not something from within coming out. And the power of that memory alone would be enough to cripple... and she said there was more. ALL of his memories? A look of disbelief crossed her face as her eyes narrowed slightly as if trying to imagine just how that would work.
"This is dangerous Luxeria... not to sound like an over protective professor... but if you lose control, they wont just over run your mind. That amount of power could destroy you. Literally... destroy your body."

Luxeria watched as Vasari processed the knowledge granted to her. She figured such a thing would be said. Sith master wouldn't probably say much, thinking it valuable or even a pain considering it was they would did the deed. But for Vasari, it presented a threat to a friend she didn't like. Still, she shook her head. She knew the value in it herself and knew that once she mastered the emotions within her, it would grant her far greater power. "It'll be fine. It'll only weaken as I step through. As long as I work to control them, I'll be fine. Once the barrier weakens and breaks, I should have gained enough control that they won't overwhelm me. From there its merely a matter of mastering them completely."

Luxeria's calm nature concerning the bomb within her head just waiting to go off was remarkable. Something about the entire situation didn't set right with Vasari but it wasn't her place to mettle, she knew that. Luxeria had chosen to trust her enough with an explanation and she wouldn't push that. She simply nodded slowly and leaned forward to wrap her arms around Luxeria's body in a brief embrace before slipping back and standing. Stepping out of the hot water she wrapped a large white blanket around herself taking a moment to inhale the scent of it. Everything about this place was beautiful, even the smell of the towels.
"If anyone can figure it out my dear... I know it's your mind, and i wont pry... unless you want me to that is?"
She tilted her head to the side slightly and smirked, a joyous thing that was a clear and honest attempt to lighten the mood. As she continued to dry herself off she looked from the door they entered through to the other door and raised an eyebrow towards it.
"Whats in that room I wonder?"

Luxeria smirked as she let herself relax once again in the hot water. It would be a little while more before she was fully at ease, but she was well enough under control now. She watched Vasari step out then shifted her gaze over to the other door. It really didn't matter to her. She wasn't entirely sure if the Zabrak was curious or turning the topic from the more serious conversation, but shrugged at the thought. "Who knows? That curious to find out?"

Vasari moved around the Jacuzzi drying herself with the towel and finally casting it onto one of the nearby tables and coming to her knees behind Luxeria."Not that curious."She whispered dropping her hands to Luxeria's collarbones running her nails along the curve her shoulder and up her neck and then back down to her chest."You said that you had no memories to fuel the darkness... if that is so, why did you choose this life? Why did you choose the darkness?"Vasari's fingers moved back to Luxeria's hair, always they seemed to move back to her hair, running through the wet crimson locks with a careful tender efficiency.

Luxeria chuckled with a shake of her head. When she slipped behind her and asked her questions, she let her head lean back to look at her friend. "I didn't possess the emotions to truly utilize the darkness. The memories are just the conduit to utilize them. But as to why I choose this life? Well.." She smirked knowing that Vasari had seen those memories, but at times, it was better to truly explain them in order to grant clarity. "I started on that path before I ever found out I could use the Force. Most of my life, I was a nice girl, as was my family. Being rich didn't corrupt my us as it did most. But when I became a teenager and my beauty began to show, I began to see how it affected those around me. So many vied for my attention: men, women, other races. It was from that that the darkness began to settle in. Seduction, manipulation, gaining what I wanted through others, that was what turned me. That was the day that Aleena began to change. Upon the day I saw I could use the Force was when Aleena truly died, and Luxeria was born. It just wasn't until I first joined the Sith that I gained my new identity."

Vasari smiled as Luxeria told the story about her early life, continuing to play with the girl's hair. It was true she had seen the memories, but that was before coming here, before experiencing a small piece of this life for herself. Ever sense coming here she wasn't sure what would make a person want to leave. She assumed every day wasn't like the ones that Luxeria and her had had, but still... To leave luxury in search of power. It seemed like there was power to be had here, and so she had asked hoping to learn something more of her friend.
"I dont think she changed all that much... I can see her right here..."Vasari whispered leaning down to kiss Luxeria's neck gently then her ear, then back to her neck biting the side of her throat softly as she gently pulled her hair back hoping to draw a moan of pleasure from the girl, or at least a sharp exhale that would accent her point."You've been a very nice girl to me..."

Luxeria gave a slight chuckle before taking a bit of a breath as Vasari bit her neck. "Well, that nice girl still isn't the same. After all, I've really treated you no different than any of those I've manipulated. The only difference is I haven't manipulated you and you got lucky. So many would beg for even the slightest bit that you got last night. If you call last night 'nice.'"

Vasari pouted slightly, wrapping her arms around Luxeria's neck and shifted a little so that Luxeria could tilt her head to see her if she wished. The pout was a pretty one, for being forced the way that it was, and held equal parts disappointment and hurt as a pout should, but the corners of her lips held just a dash of playfulness, so that the look could never have been taken seriously."That makes all the difference, doesn't it?"She moved forward a little biting playfully at Luxeria's ear."Though to be fair I do recall doing a fair amount of begging myself..."She bit her lip as the memory of the night before returned to her, the freshness of the thoughts and emotions made her skin hot, even though she was dry of the near scalding water. Her voice returned to a whisper as she continued..."Though you may be right... 'nice' isn't how i would describe last night. Not at all..."

Luxeria looked over out of the corner of her eye, an evil smirk coming to her face. "Indeed. I do remember quite a bit of that. And nice could never describe last nice. The smirk widened a bit as suddenly, her arms came up to wrap around her neck as she pulled Vasari back into the water. Once she was in, Luxeria laughed as she pulled herself out of the water.
Picking up a towel, he dried herself off before grabbing the towel for Vasari and holding it out to her.

Vasari was ready for the pull, she knew she had put herself in the perfect position for it, and even then she couldn't do anything about it. Luxeria had moved to fast for her to counter but she did laugh as Luxeria's arms wrapped around her and pulled her into the water. She moved in head first at close to a dive and shifted her body under the water and came up sputtering water from her mouth with a half angry look. She half considered using the force to pull her back into the water but found Luxeria holding her towel out for her the lingering effects of her evil smirk still on her lips. She shook her head and stepped out of the tub taking the towel from her graciously and once again set to drying herself off.
"You dont seem to be the type to just... Allow someone to get lucky... you knew what you were doing last night. You knew I wanted you, and you knew you were going to give yourself to me."
Her words weren't accusatory or even teasing, just simply stating the facts in an attempt to arrive at a more logical conclusion than luck. She dried her horns one by one, thinking almost subconsciously that they needed to be sharpened and shortened - they were getting a little long, and while they were the only prominent feature on her head since she had chosen to remove the black hair that use to grow, she was always sure to keep them looking nice - over the years she had even become self conscious of them. She tilted her head once they were dry and looked back to Luxeria for any sort of reaction - not expecting much.
