Summary of Outbound Flight II (The Series)
Following a time of great peace and unity throughout the New Republic, The Senate looked to it's past for new projects it might undertake. In doing so, It came across the once ill-fated project known as Outbound Flight, A project's objective which was, at the time, aimed at expanding the Republic's borders beyond the known Galaxy.
It was an enormous undertaking, which ultimately lead to failure. But at the urging of several members of the Senate, They would attempt to recreate the Outbound Flight Project, but instead of a Jedi heading the project, It would be headed by a coalition of several Republic planet's with the Jedi only aiding as crew members aboard the completed ship.
The new Project idea was quickly approved and dubbed The Outbound Flight II Project. One of the new changes to the project was the use of a modified Viscount-class Star Defender as opposed to the original 6 dreadnoughts attached to a central fuselage. Extra passenger cabin space was added following the removal of several hangar bays, bringing the ship up to a passenger capacity half of the original Outbound Flight. Within several months of the original proposal and approval of the Outbound Flight II Project, the Outbound Flight II was finished in construction, with the crew and colonists finished being recruited not long after.
Now with a full crew and passenger list, the Outbound Flight II is ready to launch into the unknown depths of space, in search of life beyond the reaches of this Galaxy...

This is where the series picks up from, moments before the launch of the Outbound Flight II. In the style of a TV series, Outbound Flight II follows the adventures of the Crew and Passengers aboard the Outbound Flight II as it sets forth on its mission into space. But like any series, things do not go exactly as planned and our adventurers soon find themselves plagued by trouble of varying levels each episode and season.
But where there is trouble, there is heroes there to try solve the problem and ensure the continuing travel of the Outbound Flight II. Very little is known about them, but collectively they are known as "The Five" to the crew and passengers, Their mission is to protect those on board and maintain order.
But on the other side of this same coin, exists a cast of villains. Some are permanent residents on board the Outbound Flight II, others are cameo's that visit the ship. Their motives vary, some want to take over the Outbound Flight II and use it to terrorise weaker worlds, some want to destroy it, others to steal parts, while some want to terrorise the crew and try and take down "The Five".
There is no set timeline as to when episodes will be done in, but generally the next episode will follow soon after the previous episode is completed. A season will consist of 8 episodes, story arc's can continue over several seasons. Nothing is set in stone yet, so there is no real predictions on how many seasons there will be, nor is there a limit on how long each episode will go for as far as posts go.
