So here is my idea.
After switching Yokins to a PC from an NPC in the 1.5 to 2.0 transition, I am going to be writing him and his reports as normal(remember those wacky stories? Thinking of kissing a hutt when drunk can be fun i tell you!), but as you read from the profile, he has done some nasty stuff..
He is now a paranoid and delusional arse, who will do almost anything to anyone and think nothing of it.
This is where YOU, the safety-concerned(or greedy) people of the Galaxy come in.
In each report he will do something disturbing, small at first untill he becomes feared accross the galaxy(think of when that little green Yoda fellow had a bad feeling about a young boy once, and that was before the whole Anakin/Vader crap) and I plead to you to reply to this thread with a brief report of what he did, what your Pc/npc's saw and felt.
I will keep a running total of the crimes and the bounty that he will start to get from local militia at first which will hopefully go onto local goverment, then planetary and eventualy Faction and Galaxy-wide Bounties.
Each report will raise his total, and you will get a 'finders-fee' which will be awarded based on your report. Short, crappy ones will recive next to nothing while good-descriptive ones will recive a sizeable goverment fee. (i will probably just quote and award your post x amount of 7'', then its upto you to do with it what you want.)
Once the bounty gets high enough I will tell you to take him in, dead or alive(alive gets more booty!). That is where I hope the fun starts as as the bounty will be so high(think about being able to buy a couple of deathstars, and still have enough tucked away to make a large enough garage for them, pimp them out with some fantastic spinner sif you desire too), that hopefully not just bounty hunters will be after him but Jedi, Sith, any and all of the big factions and even small moisture farmers will set out to grab him.
Essentialy, We could start a site-wide war in order to get him because, EVERYONE wants to be a hero and win the booty, Dont they? 
Anyway, thats my idea, if you have something that you think could make it better or more interesting then please post away.

P.S: Now that I am thinking about it, I could make a tiny remark in the reports about the sucess or failiures of those after the bugger..
Note to reader: There are no Boobs here, but you could buy a good few of them with the takings from this small adventure, even give yourself some if thats what youre into.. XD
