Behind the counter, a thick gutted Barabel in a stained apron could be seen cutting up a uncooked pork roast with a bloody butcher's knife. He collected the green blood in a measuring cup, which he then dumped in a bucket labelled 'Porkcycle'. A few more and he could stick the bucket in the freezer.
