i was thinking about setting up a noble house with some npcs on Bastion for my character background and development how would i do that.

You could always write a personal location like a house within the larger context of one of the existing locations, too, like within a city, or just in the Open Terrain thread. I guess what I'm saying is, there are a lot of options.  |
