Not trying to crash the market place scene, (which I am literally crashing) but feel free to kill the idiot if ya want to. I just read your post about soil and purity, and thought that might be a cool thing to spin off for an NPC from the cultists that worship Havok. I haven't really felt inspired to RP one of them until now.
Just an idea if there is no plan afoot, if you and Draggy wanted a casual RP to slip back into the ways of war, there's always the matter of Fragus, the flatulate bloated clone of Dragus, in the open terrain topic that the Umbaran might still want to deal with. The help of an NPC leader of the lord of war's retinue during that conflict might be just what Draggy's lieutenant is looking for to get back in Draggy's good graces again? (plausible plot hook?)

Just saying, fragus flaunts the will of dragus and the high lords and leads the night ewoks of poisonberry village astray from their patron protector Dragus. The will of the Eye and its High Lords will not be mocked. It is not a question of IF retribution and just punishments are meted out, but WHEN, and--to the degree discretion is afforded to the Eye's servants-- HOW-- Fragus will be punished. (!!! Extra dramatic !1!)
It wouldn't be very fun if punishment was delivered via precision orbital strike from the Waster in orbit, so ground party, would be in order. If we all create, use, and dispose of NPC's as we go and keep things grim-dark and monty-python black-knight-comedy-dramatic-esque, I think we can make the adventure light, fun, and engaging without being too invested in the outcome. (which I think is key to avoiding writer's block for me.)
