Bringing the Scimitar II down to one of the public landing platforms was relatively easy. Since the Gran didn't expect any sort of hostilities, and Venom was here to make nice for the time being, he was left alone. Disembarking the craft, garbed in a black tunic with a cloak over top, the Zabrak donned his hood and made his way down the busy streets, doing his best to not draw any attention to himself. Using the force to cloak himself to avoid inquisitive eyes, he continued to make his way to the central government building.

Arriving at what the visitor guides labeled the Governor's Palace, the Zabrak scaled the steps and entered. Moving passed several officials and straight into the main chamber where a meeting was currently in session, Venom stands off to the side and merely observes, waiting for the meeting to conclude. As the minutes passed, he noted that Gran politics were way too socialist for his liking, but the got results. As the meeting concluded, and the various observers filtered out, he stepped forward and called out to the cabinet members as they were preparing to leave.
"A moment, gentlemen. If you please."
Returning to their respective positions, the five Gran present were whispering among themselves until the front and foremost Gran spoke.
"You were not on the docket for today...who are you?"
With a small smirk, Venom lowered his hood, revealing his yellow and black visage, complete with the cranial horns.
"Who I am is of no consequence. Who I represent, however, is of great relevance. I am a representative of the Blackguard Imperium, traveling to your world seeking an alliance."
The Gran to the immediate left of the center spoke, clearly incredulous of such a claim.
"The Blackguard Imperium? Surely you must be mad! Nothing but Sith in that lot. Murderers who take what they wish with no regard for others!"
While certainly not wrong in his summation of the Sith, Venom reminded himself he was here to try and coerce the Gran to join the Blackguard, rather than simply slaughtering them outright. But, he was no diplomat, after all. And the fact that he had been asked to do such a task by the Sith'ari was quite frankly, beneath him. And so long as there was no bloodshed, convincing the Gran to join the Imperium was ultimately left up to him.
"So, rather than hear me out, you will refute my offer...well, allow me to counter...."
Extending his right hand and summoning the Force, he plucked the Gran on the far right off the ground and pulled him towards his outstretched hand. The others shrieked and gasped in shock. As his gloved fingers curled around the Gra's neck, he spoke again.
"You are being given the opportunity to become willing allies of the Imperium, rather than forced to be slaves, submitting to our every whim. If I leave here without a partnership with your government, you can guarantee I will return. With a fleet and an army. And I will not hesitate to lay waste to this city and take what we want. Is not life preferable to death? I suggest you make your decision wisely..."
The Gran in his grasp was squirming and gasping for air, eyes beginning to bulge out of its head. The others began to quickly converse among themselves. Slowly, the squirming and gasping began to subside, but before the life of the Gran slipped away, they spoke, causing Venom to loosen his grasp slightly.
"Your terms and conditions are acceptable, my lord. We will ally with the Blackguard Imperium."
Dropping the Gran in his clutches, who hit the floor wheezing and gasping for air, clutching his throat, Venom smirked.
"A wise decision. I shall relay the news of your decision to my superiors. Ships will be here in two days..."
And with that, the Zabrak raised his hood, turned on his heel, and exited the main chamber and eventually the building itself. Moving through the crowd, he made his way back to his ship.

Upon arriving at his ship, Venom activated the holo-projector as he arrived on the bridge of the vessel. Standing, arms folded across his chest, hidden beneath the folds of his cloak, the hooded Zabrak spoke to the image of the Sith'ari.
"It is done, sire. Kinyen had willingly aligned with the Blackguard. Our settlement procedures can begin at once..."
As much as the Zabrak wanted to terminate the call after reporting his success, he knew better than to actually do so. The Sith'ari may have disliked the everyday dealings of the Blackguard, however his temper was something one did not want to intentionally incur. So, as an obedient servant, he waited to be addressed.

The image of the Sith'ari, standing with his arms crossed, nodded in approval.
You have done well, Lord Wraak. You are a credit to your clan. I had thought that taking your clan under my wing would have been more detrimental than it has...for once I am glad to see I am mistaken. Upon your return to Mustafar, come find me. I have a...proposition for you.
Without waiting for a reply, the Sith'ari uncrossed his arms and waved his right hand, ending the transmission.

Content with his progress and the fact that the Sith'ari seemed legitimately pleased with him, Venom powered up the ship and did as requested. Piloting the craft off of the landing pad, the ship accelerated into the atmosphere. Punching in the coordinates for Mustafar, Venom pushed the craft up through the upper reached of the atmosphere and into orbit...

Due to Venom Starkiller's actions, Kinyen was brought swiftly under the Blackguard's sway. Granting the Imperium a major agricultural world, able to feed the members of the Imperium as well as its armed forces, defenses were allocated accordingly. Within two months of the initial occupation, Kinyen supported a significant Blackguard presence, ensuring that the world was adequately defended and the Coalition and core-ward First Order planets didn't have direct access to the south western portion of the galaxy or could threaten the Imperium's core worlds without consequences.

123rd Regiment - Auresh Battalion Formerly stationed on Dromund Kaas, within Kaas City itself, Auresh Battalion had suffered significantly during Darth Malvus's coup d'etat of the Sith Worlds. Traitors within the battalion made it easy for Malvus to claim the Kaas City with very little struggle. By the time it was learned that Malvus was acting on his own accord and not with the authority of the Sith'ari, the Battalion had already been in full retreat. Then came the general order for all forces in affected territories to withdraw, indicating that Dromund Kaas wasn't the only place that had been hit. Returning to Mustafar for a debrief as well as rest and resupply, the battalion was replenished to full strength and sent to Kinyen, the Imperium's now northern most border world. And it was here that Auresh Battalion learned of the Resurgent Sith Conclave, a group of turncoats and heretics, just like those that had been purged from the Sith Worlds. Regardless, Auresh would defend Hekaras and Kinyen itself until the very last.

Hekaras - Governor's Palace.
Overseer Septimus, an Overseer and Sith Enforcer, had been reassigned to Kinyen after formerly being assigned to Mustafar. As an enforcer, Septimus ruled with impunity. Aggressive and unflinching in his demands, he ruled over the Gran with little regard of what the locals thought of him. So long as the Sith'ari supported him, he'd continue to rule as he preferred.

Hekaras - Governor's Palace.
Septimus, the Overseer and Sith Enforcer stationed on Kinyen, continued to ensure crops were harvested in a timely fashion to ensure the rest of the Blackguard was fed. Stockpiles of excess grains would be stored in preservation silos to ensure there would never be famine or food shortages into the foreseeable future. Overall, Kinyen's contribution to the Imperium was a whole, made it an incredibly valuable world, ensuring that it would be defended fiercely, should the need arise. Auresh Battalion of the 123rd Regiment also further enforced Septimus' rules, keeping the Gran population in line.

123rd Regiment - Auresh Battalion. With Overseer Septimus enforcing his own iron will over Kinyen, while still maintaining his requirements and commitments to the Imperium, Auresh Battalion continued to serve loyally. Ensuring the farmers continued to work was the main concern, though the battalion was often called upon as the local law enforcement as well. Overall, Kinyen's crop yield continued to increase under Septimus' oversight.

Hekaras - Governor's Palace.
Having returned from Eriadu with a new directive and a challenging, yet rewarding future on the horizon, Septimus was currently standing in the Governor's Office with Major Carter Kellner of Auresh Battalion, Governor Rhuss Kias and a handful of his security and personal entourage.
"Governor Kias, you've supported my ruling of Kinyen and kept your people in line so that I do not have to. Not that I am incapable, but the Sith'ari expects a level of restraint when ruling a world. Your aid has been useful. As such I am inclined to include you in the upcoming changes. Major Kellner, you follow your orders to the letter and ensure the safety and security of this world. Continue to be of such use and you shall be granted a place in our reformed society..."
The Overseer strode over to the holoprojector and inserted the datapad he had received from the last convening on Eriadu.
"Operation: FRACTURE. The Imperium will be experiencing a shift in its balance. One expected to breed resistance and revolt to the Sith'ari's grand designs. Brief yourselves on the specifics of the operation momentarily. As for right now, I want all of our troops combat ready. All defenses on alert. And begin stockpiling food and medicine. And harden our lines of communication to the capital. Should this go the way General Xethuys expects, we need to be able to maintain clear communications with Mustafar."
Without waiting for a response from the others, after issuing his orders, Septimus merely looked over the people in the room, nodded in satisfaction and left. Between the Governor and the Major, they would do as ordered and beyond. And that's all he needed. For now.

Hekaras - Governor's Palace.
With the order given to Rampant Savage, the A.I of the Sith'ari, Rampant was able to issue the order simultaneously across all of the affected worlds of the Blackguard Imperium. While one message was the same to each world, those included in Operation: FRACTURE would receive the green light to proceed officially.
Attention all Imperium Navy and Army personnel, per protocol 11.5-4, Order 212 is to be executed immediately by authority of the Sith'ari.
While that message was being played across the fleet and all army bases across the planet, a second message came through to the Governor's Palace where Overseer Septimus was located.
Overseer Septimus, Order 212 has been given. Operation: FRACTURE is to begin in earnest. By the authority of the Sith'ari, you have been granted permission to facilitate this transition by any means necessary while preserving the infrastructure of your world. All Glory to the Imperium. All Glory to the Sith'ari.
And so, it had begun...

Hekaras - Governor's Palace
Since the order had been given, very little had affected Kinyen. Aside from an influx of refugees from the various affected worlds, Kinyen was still secure and ready to lend aid to the rest of the Imperium as it required. Workers from various industries as well as specialists from several fields were flooding to Kinyen to support the agricultural trade of the world, which in turn would keep the Imperium fed. Additional surplus was shipped off for the galactic market and sold, adding to the Imperium's financial economy and trade position within the galaxy. All in all, Overseer Septimus was agitated that nothing was happening here yet, but he knew before hand that this could have been a possibility. For now, Kinyen would continue to receive the refugees and place them where they were needed most.

Hekaras- Governor's Palace
In the months following Order 212 and Operation: FRACTURE, things were beginning to calm down. The influx of troops and supplies had ceased, save for normal trade and transfers. The refugees that had wished to flee with the Imperium had been spread out among the remaining worlds, with each one taking a portion and placing them among the general populations of the respective worlds. Economic trade continued, seeing the import of needed technologies and the export of all foodstuffs that Kinyen produced. Overseer Septimus was pleased with the results. The influx of troops and supplies bolstered Kinyen's defenses and ensured the northern borders of the Imperium were well secured.

123rd Regiment - Aresh Battalion Major Kellner continued to ensure that peace and security were upheld and enforced on Kinyen. Fortunately the Gran population wasn't too keen on invoking the master's whip, so to speak. They complied with whatever orders the Overseer issued and respected the laws and regulations of the Imperium overall. Still, maintaining a formidable military presence and ensuring everything functioned smoothly was a full time job. But it was done effectively, as the Major wouldn't settle for anything less than the best.
