End to Freeze on Planetary Control, and Other Notes

Thank you once again for your patience with us during this transition. Now that everyone has had well over a month to adjust to the new site, and we have seen a slowdown in new usergroup requests and new location requests, we have an announcement to make:
The freeze on planetary take-overs will officially thaw out on Saturday, 15 June 2013. From that day on, all the normal rules and regulations regarding planetary control, invasion, abandonment, etc. will come back into effect.
We advise that you review your Travelors' Guide entry for correctness before the 15th.
Also, it should be noted that the Natural Laws, aka Rules and Regulations, are still awaiting some further reorganization and clarification. There may be errors or omissions in the rules that have been currently provided, however, this is not a license to ignore those rules. When in doubt, refer to the rules from the old site, or ask a Whill.
