Stang this is a tough one. Twi'leks, Echani, Mirialans, and Zeltrons are all great species that have great looking females. Guess I'll take the bullet and say Zeltron, with Echani really coming close.

Honestly never thought Bothan females are that great looking. Best they have in canon from what I can tell is Asyr. starwars.wikia.com/wiki/File:Asyr_Sei%27lar.jpg
