There has only been the stories, when the Sith return, the balance in the force is broken. The Jedi say anything that threatens it is considered unnatural, such as the dark side itself. This power destroys balance, but there are other things that have spawned from the darkness. Though, when balance is shattered. The rift between Harmony, our universe, and Chaos is also destroyed. What is dead, shall always be dead. A broken rift can only mean one thing, monstrous races arising. The ability of Sith magic would become the ultimate power, the light side of the force, it's nexus would struggle, it would choke. The short story of all of it is that the galaxy is becoming a darker place. I am Archetheus, I live in an age of violence, darkness & evil. Spawns of darkness have become civilized, commanders, boss's & even senators. They've bred, grown and only get stronger. The only way to defeat the evil is to return balance, if there's any essence of it left.
Don't fight it. Embrace it. Let it run threw your veins as it runs threw mine. The Vampire, cross breeds of the force beast and humans that have the ability to take your humanity away. She pressed her chest against his, held his arms down and let the blood run from her open wound drip down his mouth. Though he turned his face, avoiding the venom. Killing them is above impossible from a distance, the trick is getting close. His hilt, thrown across the room along with the rest of the blades. Don't make me snap your kneck!! She shouted.
Her grip was tight, like fastened shackles around his wrists. Though there was a way to escape shackles, no doubt painful. He began pulling on his right hand when suddenly he twisted his wrist, breaking the bone and slipping his arm from out under her. He bent his hand forward, moved his arm under her then bent his wrist outward releasing a hidden dart gun. The steel dart shot threw her chest and the Vampire slowly turned to ash. Fucking half breed.
Those 'half breeds' as he called them always turned to ash. No one knew why, no one that knows of their existence of course. It's something incomplete in their DNA, something not there that their both halves that created the race did not have. Perhaps a soul? Who knows. He got up and wiped the side of his face off, full of half breed blood. Then he shook himself off, walked towards the covered window as he took out a cigarette. Then, there were groaning sounds coming from the darkness behind him. He froze, cursed under his breath then looked at the window when suddenly a few other vampires darted after him. He grabbed onto the shutter, covering the window and pulled it down. The room was drowned in light and the half breeds burst into flames. ..must be the last of them around here.
Arc had another look around, then approached the ablaze corpse of one of the vampire, knelt down and wavered his cigarette over the flames. Soon after the corpses turned to ash, he stood up and looked outside. Except...this wasn't outside. The lights of the underworld shined threw the window. He was in a hole, 900 levels down from under the surface of Coruscant.

6 Hours later- 477 levels below the surface of Galactic city.
They're everywhere!
A republic soldier turned around, pressing his finger against the trigger, the barrel of his gun pounded laser. It lit the room for a second, and the sound of critters, like bugs, these sounds were everywhere. One leaped at him so he open fired, ripping threw it with his assault rifle. Bravo leader, Bravo leader!! We need immediate back up. Level 476, Underworld apartment hall #4. We have wounded and dead, please respond!!
Bravo leader pulled out a grenade then threw it. He leaped into the other room when suddenly everything in this room floated in mid air then exploded into flames. He was hit by the shockwave, he slid down against the wall and caught his breath as he pulled a com out. Dark-2 This is Bravo leader.. He coughed. I'm right under you, stand by! He grabbed his rifle, dropped the empty rounds and clipped another into the rifle. Bravo leader raised his rifle towards the ceiling then open fired. There was gunfire, a lot of it above him. He shot threw the floor, and the circular shape fell leaving an open hole to the next level. He grabbed his grapple then swung it up threw the hole. Hooking into something he began retracting the wire as it pulled him up. Dark-2, your location?!
He shouted into the com, then climbed up onto Level 476. He switched his flash light on, looked around then knelt down to unhook his grapple, he nearly jumped back into the hole when he realized the hook had caught inside a dead soldiers mouth, tearing threw the flesh of his cheek. Goddammit. He said to himself looking at Dark-2. Bravo leader looked around then brought the com-link to his mouth. I need immediate extraction, this is Bravo leader. Dark legion 103 are dead, they're all dead!
He said, looking to the other bodies. Torn into, whatever these things were, they have moved on. He waited but he could only hear the sound of static. It was dark in the room, he had thought he was the only one there. Until from the darkness, Archetheus appeared, lighting up another cigarette. No one's coming...
He spoke. Bravo leader didn't turn, he already knew who this was. I should of known you were amongst this mess. Every fucking time Arc. Wherever there's strange...you appear! He turned around then looked to Archetheus. He raised his blaster. Perhaps it'll end if i kill you.
Arc chuckled, then exhaled as smoke escaped his lungs. Don't be an idiot. I kill this 'strange' you speak of. So rephrase that, I'm the one following these things.
There was a dead one, the critter, shot open. Alpha leader noticed that it's outer layer looked more like a pouch, as if it were actually inside and the pouch was some sort of organic armor. He picked it up and looked to Arc, then threw it aside. What the hell are those things anyway.
He said and turned to him until Arc walked passed him about to enter the other room. Symbiotic bastards, that's what. Do me a favor and put a hole in the head of every last dead guy here before they get up again, don't worry you wont be shooting your friends. So do it before those bugs take control, alright?
Arc said then left the room. Afterwards, Bravo leader had caught up with Arc as they both headed for the upper levels.

Hey, more of your symbiotic bastards. Bravo leader whispered to him. What should we do?
A hoard of them gathered in a hall, there was no getting pass them. Almost as if they huddled together, these things had strange ways but no one cared. As long as they were destroyed everything was fine. They wandered past each other amongst this hall, for a moment Arc thought he seen a woman starring at him threw the crowd. When he blinked, she was gone. Your grapple...you'll need it.
He said nearing the window, of the hole that when straight down between all the floors. Arc stuck his head out and looked up to the window of the next floor, he climbed out to the edge. Grabbing onto the top when suddenly he leaped up and grabbed the wall, concrete cracked and he nearly fell to his death before he pulled himself up onto the ledge of the window. Hanging there, he looked down at the soldier. He lowered his hand and the soldier threw the grapple, Arc missed it, it fell and swung against the wall making a loud sound. So he threw it again, this time Arc caught it then hooked it into the edge of the window frame. Shit, they're after me! Bravo leader shouted. He got out onto the ledge, Arc climbed up and cleared the room. The symbiots went after him until he pulled himself up, just barely missing their hands reaching for his legs. He climbed in and looked around. Arc was gone. He cursed to himself when suddenly, he came from the side and covered his mouth. Don't say...a word.
He whispered to the soldier, Arc had studied the surroundings. He knew well what type of place this was, not only the room and floor but what monster inhabited this floor. He encountered one hours ago but this place told him there was more then one. We're in a hive.. he said. The worst type down here.
Bravo leader looked at him. What...type.
Arc slowly looked around the edge noticing a few sleeping beings. They looked human but he knew well they were not human at all, he looked around then edged himself back behind the wall. He raised his finger, then motioned for him to follow. A Vampire nest. Arc said. In another room, one of them opened her eyes. The slit pupils became round like a human. Bravo leader followed Arc threw the main hall, they kept going until suddenly someone came from around the corner, fear upon her face. Help me...you gotta help me. Please.
The looked at her, Arc looked at her skin. It was pale, though the good sign was, she had no feeding fangs in her mouth. He looked at Bravo leader and nodded, then back to the female. She brushed her red hair back behind her ear and starred at Arc. Don't leave me down here.
She said, then covered her mouth with a nod when arc raised his finger up across his mouth then motioned for her to follow. He wasn't sure about her, but he felt the fear and it was real. Vampires didn't usually had fear, just passion, pleasure, & hunger. Much like a human actually...except the fact they fed on humans, though human Jedi or Sith were their favorite. Their ancestors were force beasts, that fed on force users. Though they adapted after years of feeding on humans since there were more of them without the capability to use the force. They kept moving until suddenly Bravo leader stepped on a piece of glass and cracked it. Suddenly, all eyes had opened. Then screams. Run! Move your ass...go go go!!
The soldier shouted, they began running. Threw halls, twisting and turning until they noticed the stair well. With many vampire blocking it, Arc led them into a room. He looked out the window then backed up. We gotta jump! He shouted. Trust me!!
He shouted, then suddenly they ran and jumped threw the glass. They fell down a few floors then landed on a rising ship, the girl kept rolling so Arc ran after her then made a leap to the edge and grabbed her hand. He held it tight and she looked up at him in fear, crying for him. d-don't let me fall. Pull me up...pull me up!! He looked her in the eyes. When suddenly he noticed the pupils had gone slim for a second. He frowned, a pity he thought. If she lived, she'd kill them all. She would cause an outbreak if they brought her to the surface. Though the fear in that girl...it was heartbreaking. She must be in transition.
Bravo leader was on his ass, hands out behind him keeping him up, the top of this wasn't so stable as it wobbled on its way up. He then watched Arc get up slowly, the soldier smirked finding that he saved the girl. He pulled her up then fell onto his back. He turned to his side then stood up, she got up, her red hair blowing like fire in the wind. She hugged into him. The Vampire strength nearly cracking Arcs back, she was even unaware of her condition. Thank you.. She said. But Arc didn't look at her, he was confused with himself. Why did he just do that, save her.
Then he looked at the top of this ship. He knelt down and brushed his hand on the top of it, brushed his finger tips together feeling the dirt. Then suddenly an expression of shock appeared on his face and he looked at the soldier. Damn...this is a mining vessel. It's going to turn up right before it finishes its ascend. He looked at the two.
He spoke to soon, when suddenly one side of the ship began rising, they would fall off. Suddenly they began sliding down the side of the ship, he looked at her beside him, sliding down the edge. He looked down at the soldier. He's not gonna make it, I'm going to throw you into him after we all jump. Your going to catch him, and then you will punch threw the wall. She looked at him like he was crazy. Go threw the wall...are you crazy!! She shouted.
He nodded. Yes...but trust me!!!
Then they jumped off the edge, the soldiers armor weighed him down. Arc used force leap and grabbed her hand propelling her up towards the soldier. She hit him, Arc fell two floors below them seeing only rubble pass him from the wall breaking. He hit the side then dropped down into the window frame crawling inside.

He ran as fast as he could go, hearing the sounds behind him nearing. Archetheus kicked down an old door, kicking it off its hinges. Dust parted as the door hit the floor and he stepped in looking around, he sniffed. Knelt down and brushed his finger tips along the floor. A thin texture covered the surface of this floor, above it everything was grey from dust. He looked to his fingers and the dry gooey blood had stuck on, he cursed to himself then heard the sound a light running, bare foot. Probably around 60 pounds, he knew well what it was. Shit..
A blade had been sheathed beneath his outer robe, he grabbed the hilt firmly and looked around. More sounds. He turned his head, it was getting closer. It's paste quickened and a moment later Arc twisted around and sliced a skinny monstrous creature in two. He backed up into the room as another crawled towards him, this was a symbiote bug in a human. By the look of it, its been feeding off of this humans juicy resources for quite a while now, when they got this skinny, Arc calls them crawlers. It tried to stand, didn't stand straight, except it stood on a hunch with its long skinny arms held out. It screamed at him the launched itself towards Arc, he ducked down moving to his right side then brought up the blade slicing into its stomach. He twisted his blade, approached it then sliced its head off. He looked out the door way, hearing nothing else he moved to the stairwell and headed up. He found the two of them ten minutes later, just outside the window they fell threw. Bravo leader, on the floor bleeding out. And the Vampire, she was starring at him, dead on the floor. She noticed Arc enter the hall and moved around the body towards him. He fell short, broke a few ribs and damaged other vital organs. He just died..
She said, with the stained blood across her mouth. Archetheus looked at her mouth, sore red, a sign she tried to wipe the blood. He looked away then approached the leader of team bravo, he didn't say anything. He looked back at her. Follow me, the Undercity is just ahead. He said then opened the door. She seemed worried, she didn't even look at the body as she passed. Followed Arc up the steps towards the outpost.
THE UNDERCITY- 100 levels below Galactic city
The opening of the city was just ahead, though the outpost was in his way. She wasn't getting threw without Archetheus, he still questioned himself for saving her. The both of them approached the outpost, assault rifles being pointed at them. Two guards came by, a third with some sort of device used to scan people, any infected with any type of virus would be shot on the spot. He looked to her hoping she'd follow his lead. He was scanned, the light coming up green. Quickly, he wavered his hand. This girl does not need to be scanned, move along. Arc said, the soldier repeated what he said and the two of them moved threw the outpost and towards the Undercity.
This is where I'm from.. She said, he noticed she was keeping an eye out. Arc guessed she'd hope to see someone from her family and that was what he feared, he couldn't let her go back to her family now. If something happened the blood would be on his hands. Not much of a home. He said, looking around himself. Though, he'd been here thousands of times.
She looked at him rolling her eyes, he motioned for her to follow him. There were many people down here, many criminals looking to make someones life a living hell. The low lives of the galaxy, though there was more then just the crime here. She followed him down a street full of people until he turned into a club which read 'the outlander club' on its glowing sign. Do you drink? Arc said to her, she smirked with a nod.
Who doesn't these days...everyones gotta problem they need to drown with alcohol.
He smiled with a nod then brought her over to the bar and ordered two rum on ice. He didn't usually take his time, sit down and have a drink. Everything Archetheus does on a daily basis, he does it for a reason. Cheers. He said to her, knocking his glass against hers. So. He looked to her. How'd you end up all the way down there..
She thought about it after taking a drink, but a confusing expression appeared on her face. She shook her head with a shrug, looked to Archetheus with a blank look. I don't know, don't remember. All i remember was waking up and finding you..
He knew there was something else about her. Something different that the other Vampires had, that she did not. Perhaps it was a sense of survival, maybe she was more intelligent and just playing around with him to get up to the surface of Coruscant. I know who i am, and I know my home when i see it. But i cannot remember what happened before i awoke..
He took a drink from his glass, swallowing half the rum in it already. So? What's your name then..
He said then eyed the waitress for another fill up on his rum. Amelia River.. She looked to him. And yours? She smiled. He kept looking at her, like she was a miracle, how could a vampire be so civilized. Until he shook that thought off, she could out smarting him after all. Call me Arc, its Archetheus for short. He chuckled. I know, i know. The name, its odd right?
He said to her, she chuckled herself. Kind of, yeah. She grew silent and drank the rest of her rum. Who would name their child, ARCHETHEUS..? She smirked, being sarcastic with him. Then she looked at his glass, and ordered herself another on his tab. She looked at him again. What about your last name?
Plan on making fun of that one to? He laughed, then slowly grew quiet. He starred at her for at least a minute before he spoke again, shaking his head slightly. Well, I don't have a last name. He smirked. Then that smirk quickly vanished, he looked away and drank the entire glass of rum. She looked at him. Who doesn't have a last name? I mean.. She thought of something. Ever think of getting married? She said. Well, its tradition to carry on the title of the husband but..um. She chuckled. For example...Archetheus River? Sounds stupid.
He raised a brow. What about Arc River? Not as bad..
She smiled. Maybe..
Now he had to get her out of here. He didn't want her to know where he lived, he had to do something about that. He looked at the stool behind her then moved his fingers outwards and the stool flew across the room, hitting a table and smashing the empty glasses. She turned around to see what the controversy was, when Arc slipped something in her drink. This was wrong, but it was for his safety. She turned back to him. Alright...that was weird. Did you see that? She said, but he smirked and starred at her. Nope...I've been to busy starring at you.
A sly smirk formed on his mouth. She chuckled at his expression, she grabbed her glass, keeping eye contact until she raised the glass and drank the rest of the rum remaining in the glass. He thought, eventually someone had to outsmart the other. It wasn't going to be him she got the best of. Amelia yawned, starring at him with her weary and tired eyes. She smirked for a second until her eyes closed and she fell forward, he caught her. Alright, alright lets get going now. He said then picked her up, he put a chemicle in her drink which causes the affects of the alcohol to be triple its effects. She would be out for a while. He carried her to his ship, not far from here. It was tricky opening the ship with her in his arms but he managed.

A ship ascended out into the skies of Coruscant, everything had gone to plan. Though no one should underestimate the Republic military, they catch on quicker then people think. A turret open fired upon his ship. Inside he looked around when the ship shook and sparks ignited off the walls, he avoided the next few turret fire. Three X-wings were catching up to him when one of them moved along side him and looked over motioning him to land the ship, so he nodded. The three X-wing fighters escorted him to the nearest opening which was a courtyard just off from the Jedi temple. When he exited his ship he met with the soldier walking towards him. Why was i fired upon. He said demanding to know.
A soldier with a smug look on his face approached Arc and quickly raised the back end of his gun, then attempted to knock him out. Arc grabbed the gun, kneed him in the stomach then pushed him into the soldier behind him. The second soldier raised his assault rifle. You'll come with us dead or alive! The soldier said. Give yourself in or i will fire!!
The Republic would never do this. Something was wrong here, and he already knew this wasn't about the vampire girl inside his ship. He could see it in the soldiers eyes he did not like these orders he has been given. Arc watched his finger near the trigger, so he acted quickly, used the force and pulled his aim towards the ground as blaster fire hit stone. Then Arcs fist brought up into the soldiers face knocking him out. He looked at the soldiers, backed up and ran into his ship. A minute later he was taking off.
