Aye, Meony, you describe it perfectly. Eventually you'll so be so good at it you'll be able to mimic any of the 10 billion genetic markers within you, and even combine them to make new identities that can fool any test, even the Force, because you're not pretending. You ARE who ever you want to be genetically.
Basically, I just turned your DNA into a fashion piece.
I'm not sure about your outside appearance tho. For that you'll need surgery, or a another super power. If you learn how to cast illusions you can really give non forces the slip. And if you were a Fallanassi, you'd pretty much be the ruler of the universe, or anyone you wanted to be.
Holy crap, you're scary!
What have I done?
Oh yeah, shake things up a bit.
Okay, so about your robo friend, do you remember how you met him?

T-t-ten billion markers?!?
No, I don't remember how I met it. That's the whole point.
I mean, when I met it, it was just there, parked near me. And supposedly came with the ship I was found on.

Might I ask for a list of the physical injuries please? (like which bones are broken, what head injury she suffered)

I would say the back of the skull. It's what I think she wrote on Choal, that it was the back of her skull. I could be wrong.

More like the top of my head, really, the back can be quite fatal. My chances are better if it's the top of the head.
Possible fractures in ribs, shattered right cheekbone, dislocated left elbow, multiple burns and lacerations all over, missing pinky finger, fractured left hand, broken right shin, right foot compound fracture. <-- I just made all these up on the spot.
Feel free to reduce the amount of injuries or increase them to whatever volume you feel is appropriate.
And lastly, a cut, on my right hand. Just and inch long. Probably from a razor blade or an angry Rattata.

Hello everyone. It has been brought to my attention that someone is claiming to be Reyn's brother or Reyn's brother's son or somesuch. As a clarify, Reyn has no brother's and only one younger sister who died during the old sith wars.

Yeah, that is the guy I created. I really hope that didn't offend you. I can change the name if it did.

I'm fine with that, It was only tossed around OOC. In his bio that's all it says is he's Aliit Skirata.

so just for my personal curiosity. How exactly does the whole changing of her DNA markers work exactly? Can't say I've ever seen a case like it before.
I can understand being able to affect changes in DNA externally (since it has been done before). On top of that changing DNA would change the way she looked, since it's down to those little bits of organic coding to ensure the proper genetic material is reproduced to make you look the way you do.

Popping in to explain a bit of DNA (At a high-school level ) [Ramble, pay no heed] DNA in humans is actually composed of a lot of code that we have no idea what it does. Part of it is remnant, part of it is simply unknown, but becomes more known as we study the body. It's generally differences in this junk code that make each human being so identifiable, along with every other difference we have. So to change a genetic marker in a human, all you would really have to do is induce a mutation on specific strands. Or, if one was going to be a bit sneakier/Futuristic, I would introduce a virus/nanotech that simply inserts parts of the RNA (in the case of Nanotech) or DNA (for a virus) of the selected individual, or anything really, into the subject. This is assuming we're using DNA markers as the "genetic markers" for this, of course, and not anything else. Also, you'd probably get either a fever or a cold from this every time you tried it. But basically, changing the genetic marker would be unlikely to change her physical appearance much, given current understanding of the DNA and how much is useless[end ramble] Anyways, I'm probably spouting bullshit, and I barely remember that class. So yeah. *Flies away*

Well I don't think we'll be employing a lot of logical explanation for the ability to change my DNA, because if we do, then none of this would be plausible even. Some actual facts I believe have to be ignored to make all this possible.
That aside, Elementis. I'm such a vain pot about my looks, that no matter how much I change internally, my face and shape will remain unchanged. What Major has done, is basically give me the DNA of girls whom I resemble, who come from important backgrounds. For example: a noble's daughter, a princess, a rich man's daughter, a well known Jensaarai master's relation, etc.
The purpose is no longer clear, but any number of reasons could be involved behind making me able to fully simulate the genetic structure of those girls: Infiltration, Information gathering, Assassination, Annoyance, Verbal torture, Making irrelevant comments, Biting paper, Making Meony-shaped holes in a wall, the heebie-jeebies and E=mc2
But yeah, in effect, the DNA markers I've been uh, installed with, enable me to change internally so that I can fool DNA tests to prove if I'm the girl whom I resemble. I mean, in a galaxy with trillions of humans/near-humans, how hard is it to find hundreds of lookalikes? I'm sure the people of the Star Wars universe would suspect this and thus require DNA testing to prove the verity of the person, therefore, being able to look similar won't be enough, and thus comes in the DNA masking. But as Lyssa said, the RDMC people won't have to worry about the DNA thing. The injuries would be their primary issue....unless, I happen to resemble someone you know.
PM me if you feel we should talk about that, or if you have ideas you'd like to share. Or just share them here, we have nothing to hide after all.

It isn't even beyond Scientific reason! It would be completely doable if someone had the funding and the millions upon millions upon billions of dead to build markers to draw upon.
Science!
It's about quality over quantity. Who wants to share a crowded subway?

Well,...to be honest that's exactly what you did Major. Meony's DNA is like New York's subway system before AND after a Yankees/Mets game.
