Everything that R&D creates is tested here. It is secure and contained, complete with an array of security protocols that ensure that nothing that goes in has a chance of escaping if it becomes dangerous. Weapons testing is also done here, aside from weapons of mass destruction. Each testing lab is made from ultrachrome and lined with Neuranium, these were some of the security measures taken to prevent dangerous situations from arising

Contained and controlled in every aspect, right down to atmosphere, the Testing Labs were completely overhauled and redesigned to ensure the highest level of security, while allowing various tests on anything that comes from the R&D division to take place without endangering anyone. Due to previous accidents and incidents in the field, every possible precaution has been taken to ensure the highest form of safety, security and ensuring tests can be completed uninterrupted.
