The grounds surrounding the Honoghr Jedi Temple spanned for some distance into the surrounding rainforest, with it's most prominent tower viewable from a great distance. The actual walls of the temple acted as a perfect defensive structure

In The Forested Region
Kamini strolls through the temple grounds, taking her time to explore the full length of the Jedi Temple’s territory. Her bare feet gratefully relishes the sensations of the soft soil. A being of nature, she enjoys being in the forests and outdoors that’s not tainted by the touch of technology. In fact, technology and unnatural designs hurts her, or turns her clumsy. But out here, surrounded by nature, she’s the most graceful being to behold. She disappears through a copse of trees, and finds some women basking in a pool. They immediately notice her and beckon her to join them. It seems like some of her full-blooded kin had found a wonderful place for a bath. Smiling, she strides forward.

The GCBASS slowly descended through the atmosphere as it headed towards the Temple, before the ship activated it's repulsors and stopped in the air above the grounds of the Temple, before a hangar bay door opened and 3 Sólyom's exited the ship and headed down towards the hangar bay of the temple
Rebecca sat opposite two members of the Dísz?rség, whilst another pair of Dísz?rség manned the two side Maser Turrets, whilst 8 Dísz?rség manned the other Sólyom's (4 manning turrets, the other 4 seated in passanger positions). She looked out the side of the Sólyom she was seated in and couldn't help but admire the view of the grounds and Temple itself as the 3 craft made their descent. He really had chosen a good place to settle down at last, she thought to herself

Not having run into Kaelan in the hallways or mess hall, through which she'd detoured to snag a piece of toast, Alexis rambled out into the grounds around the Temple. Choosing a vantage point on a piece of rising ground underneath a towering oak, she flopped onto her back and contemplated the Honoghrian Temple edifice as it soared into the skyline in stark contrast to the blueness of the sky.

Atton walked onto the temple grounds, checking his chronometer as he walked. There wasn't much time before his first class of the day and he needed to get there before the students did to set everything up. He hoped it would go better than the day before, but likely, it would be another trying day. He still had a lot to learn in the arts of teaching it seemed...
Right now though, he was looking for Alexis, and since he hadn't seen her in her room or the canteen, he may as well try out here. If she wasn't here, then he would have to wait until after the class.
Luckily, he spotted her laying on the ground a little ways into the grounds, and he made his way over."Feeling all right kid?"She didn't look like she was suffering from a massive hangover, and he wondered if she had used the little hangover remedy he had given her.

Alexis squinted up at Kaelan's rugged profile as he put himself between her and the view of the Jedi Temple behind him. Though, it did give him a majestic backdrop.
She got to her feet and dusted herself off, tugging her tunic back into place deftly, and half-bowing.
"As alright as is possible, under the circumstances, Master Kaelan. I am fully capable of functioning at this time," her low, quiet voice responded to his query. She scrutinized him for a moment or two before speaking again.
"You have classes at this academy?" she half-inquired, half-declared. "It is a peaceful morning out here, wouldn't you agree?"

Atton raised an eyebrow at her choice of words about her state of being. Most people he knew would have some much more choice and colorful words after coming off a drinking binge the night before.Fully capable of functioning? You sound like a droid."He couldn't help but bristle inwardly at being called Master again, as it just sounded so strange to hear anyone say that. Oh well...respect for one's elders and all that.
He checked the time on his datapad and nodded at her question. Just a few more minutes to spare before it would be time to head to the classroom."Unfortunately yes. Someone got the bright idea to insert me as a teacher here."

"That could lead to a serious discussion of 'life' and what it means, don't you think, Master Kaelan?" she inquired. While she wouldn't say it, at this point there seemed to be some very serious advantages connected to going through life as a droid, not the least of which would be the ability to switch off emotions.
Something sparked deep in her eyes, elusive, disappearing a moment later. "A teacher of what, might one inquire?" she queried. Alexis did not think that he was the type to settle down, particularly since he had only returned... two days ago by now? Unless of course, he taught here before, and then left... or there was a shortage of instructors due to the Jihad? She frowned.

Atton shrugged, wondering if that had been a bad time to be making jokes. Often one wasn't in the mood for joking after a hard time in life."Maybe."
He sighed when she asked him what he taught here, and that probably would change by the day. They had such a shortage of instructors here that he had been pressed into service without much of a chance for debate. Probably not the best profession since he was told to avoid undue stress for a few more weeks, but then, the Jedi weren't exactly known for avoiding stress."I teach whatever is on the lesson plan. Speaking of which..."He checked the time."I had better get going."

Alexis nodded slowly. Somehow she could not picture Kaelan with his tunic sleeves rolled up toiling away in the fields, teaching students how to 'hoe a row' along with other aspects pertaining to agriculture. Nor could she see him with a towel over his shoulder washing dishes or up to his elbows in potato peelings in the kitchens. The corner of her lips barely twitched as these things flickered through her mind. Doubtless it was something combat related.
She got to her feet and dusted herself off. "I suppose in that case I'll tag along and observe," she informed him quietly.

Atton raised an eyebrow at her declaration, wondering if Alexis really didn't have anything better to do other than watching him make a fool out of himself playing teacher. Maybe she really didn't, as she was a new arrival here like he was. Oh well...how bad could it really be?
He sighed."Suit yourself."With that, he turned and headed back into the temple, going towards the classrooms.

Alexis silently padded along behind him. He seemed worried about something. She'd figure out what it was, and then go check up on her 9D. She didn't trust anyone else at this point with the unsupervised care of her ship or astromech. But then, Arr-Eight would have alerted her if anything untoward had happened.

That same ship crashed hard by the Jedi Temple, within the grounds, but not into the edifice itself. That would have been inconvenient for everyone and probably deadly for the pilot.
Dorsal and ventral fins were both damaged, and there was no way I could do anything other than try to land in such a way that I'd be able to walk away from it. Unfortunately, the ground was coming up too fast and slowing down was not working.
A figure hidden in a large black robe staggered out of the cockpit of the fighter, fell heavily to the ground, and began crawling away slowly attempting to put as much distance between herself and the ship as possible before the fires reached the fuel tanks and triggered an explosion.
She made it a few feet further away before the loud boom followed by a shock wave and a blast of heat knocked her flat on the ground. Kaja dimly battled the darkness closing in around her, before succumbing to the black limbo of unconsciousness.

Master Bezeel had been strolling through the grounds around the Temple, when he looked up and saw the incoming starfighter that came crashing down towards the grounds fo the Temple. Seamus started trying to make sure there was no one in the projected crash area, whilst others around the Grounds started running for cover. The area was barely cleared moments before the Starfighter impacted the ground, bits of debris scattering across the ground. Seamus ran across the Grounds, heading towards the crashed ship as a black robed person crawled out of the wreckage and across the ground. He then jumped to the ground and flattened himself as the fuel tanks exploded, the shockwave passing over him. Seamus then got back off the ground and raced across to where the unconcious form of Kaja was laying. He dropped to his knees and craddled her head, checking for a pulse as he looked around, various spot fires burning on the grass around them. He then held his hand just centimeters above her chest, reaching out with the force to check her body for any injuries. A medical team rushed out of the temple and over to where Seamus was cradling Kaja. Medics set up a small stretcher, before moving Kaja onto it so they could carry inside into the small Infirmary, with Seamus following close behind

Sarissa made her way out of the main temple and took a stroll across the grounds that lead towards the main gate where a Mk I Security Droid was on guard, to ensure no unauthorised visitors made their way in. A pair of Droids also patrolled the perimeter, since they weren't naive enough to believe that any unwanted guests would only enter through the main gate, not that there was any high likelyhood of unwanted guests to begin with. Putting such thoughts aside, Sarissa took a seat on a bench, choosing to relax and enjoy the clear weather as she began to wonder why it was that Zion had appointed a Knight Mentor like herself to run the academy in his absence, when there was a half dozen or so Jedi Masters that could have done the job instead. Maybe she had just been in the right place, at the right time, but she was doubtful about that, since Zion was not one to make a decision unless he had thought about the matter and had some ulterior motive that wasn't immediately clear, she just wished she knew what that motive was. The thought had crossed her mind that this was merely a test from Zion to see her leadership skills in preparation for her Master-ship, but then, he had plenty of opportunity to see that, since he had trusted her with a number of administrative tasks when he was around. No, there was something else at work here that she was undoubtedly missing, but she knew that if she lingered on trying to figure out what it was, she'd end up losing sight of her duties, and there was quite a few Jedi here that counted on her to do her job, so that they could do theirs
