The Void fired one last barrage at the enemy FireStar, then proceeded to disengage from it and head towards the planet's surface. The FireStar, on the other hand, was slowly falling down to the planet, caught in Iridonia's gravity well.
With the majority of its weapon emplacements destroyed from the Void's attack, and its stabilizers damaged, the platform couldn't maintain its orbit. As it plummeted into the atmosphere it began to burn up. With no shields to take the brunt of the heat of re-entry, the doomed FireStar would continue to burn up as it fell. And that suited Savage just fine. Anyone who wished to defy him at this point deserved to die.
The Void pushed into the atmosphere of the planet, heading for the capital of Malidris. It is there that he would secure the planet and ensure it obeyed his rule.
Meanwhile, in orbit...
The four Victory II-Class Star Destroyers of Void Command were engaged with the remaining ships. One enemy Dauntless was already taken out of commission, reduced to a floating debris field. The enemy Vic II was struggling to keep itself in the fight. The remaining Dauntless, Dreadnaughts, and Vindicators were still heavily engaged with the other three Vic II's and the Marauders. So far damage sustained was minimum to Savage's fleet, but the Marauders weren't equipped to fight much more heavily armed foes, so they were hanging back at a safer distance. All three Immobilizers were spread out, with interdiction fields engaged. The Eudora was being harassed by two squadrons of enemy fighters, but beyond that, the Immobilizers were left alone.
With the FireStar out of the picture as well as one Dauntless, the enemy was losing any hope of surviving the engagement. However, they continued to fight, not willing to just lay down and die, or surrender. Such was not the Iridonian way. And the fight continued...

Grand Admiral Benette, the commanding officer in charge of the Victory II-Class Star Destroyer, Dead Space, was pleased with the fact that now there was one less ship to deal with. One of the Vindicator-Class Heavy Cruisers had been destroyed, which left the ailing enemy Vic II, one Dauntless, one Vindicator and three Dreadnaughts. With the four Vic II's and three Marauders under her command, she was certain that they could win this now, provided no surprises were waiting for them when the Iridonians reinforcements dipped too low. The orbital battle continued to rage...

The Deadwood and Bloody Sun exited hyperspace above the Zabrak home world. Though it seemed like they were having problems of their own at the moment. Sirens shrieked and Tof crew ran about trying to correct the error, though it wasn't an error. The two Tof cruisers had just jumped into the middle of a space battle. Wolfgang immediately assumed command of the situation.
"Bring the shields online, power up all defenses and scramble all fighters! Now!"
As the panic-stricken Tof crew ran about carrying out the orders given to them, Wolfgang turned to Venom and glared at him.
"How did you know? Did you set a trap for us?"
Wolfgang could feel his temper rising. If this little Zabrak had set a trap for them, he and his brother would pay for it dearly.

Venom merely chuckled as Wolfgang asked him the question.
"I am capable of more than you can comprehend, my big green friend. Look." said Venom as he pointed out the main viewport towards the ships sporting Iridonian markings. "There is your treasure, Wolfgang. We take these damaged ship and build the pirate fleet into something to be feared! Your deepest desire is to leave a name for the Tof in this galaxy. By stealing these ships, you will be doing that."
Venom grinned as he spoke, knowing full well he was playing on the Tof pirate's strongest desires. And despite their size, the Tof were weak minded. All Venom had to do was influence him in the right direction.

Valafar entered the bridge and saw that there was a battle going on. He recognized the Iridonian ships but the ships that they were engaging them he didn't. Valafar had a feeling that Venom was most likely putting a plan in motion and this he wouldn't make things worst. Valafar sensed a presence that was oddly familiar to that of his old master. The thought of facing the spawn of his was exciting, although he knew that he wouldn't survive at least at his current power. He would need to be stronger to even consider facing him, plus Venom of course would have the first crack at him.
He's below on the planet isn't he brother?

With the destruction of one of the Dreadnaught-Class Heavy Cruisers, on the bridge of the Dead Space, Grand Admiral Bennette was startled at the appearance of two large ships resembling ancient sailing vessels. The Tac Officer spoke up.
"Ma'am, additional contacts. Unknown classification."
Bennette's face was grim.
"They aren't ours. Take 'em out. Tell the Immobilizers to disengage their interdiction fields and move up to support us."
Within minutes of giving the order, the three Immobilizers were approaching the battle. With the four Vic II's, three Marauders and three Immobilizers, Bennette was confident they could take out these odd looking warships. The the Tac Officer spoke up again.
"Ma'am. Additional contacts. Fighters and lots of 'em."
Bennette sighed.
"Deploy all reserve fighters. Tighten up the formation of the fleet and concentrate all fire on the nearest new ship."
Ignoring the damaged Iridonian Fleet was risky, but not as risky as ignoring the two brand new ships. They had to be dealt with otherwise the ran the risk of losing their foothold in orbit. And the High Admiral would not look kindly on that.

The Deadwood shuddered as it took several shots. Wolfgang slammed his fist down on the arm of his chair with a loud THUMP.
He was angry, but at the same time, the small Zabrak had a good point. He wanted to make a name for the Tof. And in doing as the Zabrak suggested, he could very well fulfill that vision.
Wolfgang then addressed his crew. His deep voice booming over the alarms and sirens.
"Tof! Prepare to for boarding action. Helm, get us in closer to the enemy ships!"
The crew hooted and hollered in response to their leader's orders. Wolfgang then led the Starkillers and a sizeable crew of Tof to the hangar bay, where three Katarn-Class Boarding Shuttles were located.
As the walked, Wolfgang spoke to Venom.
"Which of these ships is the strongest?"

Venom grinned at Wolfgang's plan. The Tof pirate was indeed bold and fearless. Venom replied to the question posed to him.
"The Victory II Class Star Destroyer is the one you seek." Venom paused, then spoke again. "We will have better luck if we split up. You take your crew to the Star Destroyer. Verenhimo and I will take a boarding craft to the Vindicator and another of your crew should head to the Dreadnaught. Once on the boarding craft, I will upload relevant information pertaining to each vessel."
Venom had heard Valafar and replied, now that they were moving.
Neither of us is in any shape to duel. If my old master is indeed on the surface, we are no match for him at the present moment. Patience, my brother. We will have our revenge soon enough.
And with that, Venom motioned to one of the boarding shuttles and made his way to it.

Valafar knew that his brother was right, so he followed him to the boarding shuttle and along the way he picked up one of the Tof cutlass, since he needed a weapon and his old lightsaber was no longer functioning. Valafar was amused that Venom had called him Verenhimo, for only a few people have even called him that. He walked silently behind Venom, waiting until they could take Vindicator for themselves.

Whether Zackkur liked the tiny man's plan or not it did make the most sense. Zackkur knew that he would be the one leading the other boarding party to the Dreadnaught. He would enjoy taking it from the weaklings.
"I'll lead the other boarding party."
And with that Zackkur signaled for his men to follow and they headed for the other boarding shuttle. Zackkur was hoping that one of the ships that they were about to capture would be placed under his command. Zackkur and his boarding party entered their shuttle and awaited for his brother to give the green light.

Despite the beating the Deadwood was taking, Wolfgang lumbered into the seemingly tiny craft with ten other Tof.
Being designed for fifty troops, the Katarn-Class Boarding Shuttles weren't large enough to successfully contain that many Tof. Ten of the massive beings was all the ship could comfortably contain.
As the first boarding shuttle prepared to depart, Wolfgang contacted the helmsman on the Bloody Sun.
Move up and draw fire from the enemy fleet. The Deadwood will support you once we are clear.
And then the hatch sealed and the first boarding craft lifted off the scorched hangar deck and flew out into the void of space, heading for the Iridonian controlled Victory II Star Destroyer.

Venom climbed aboard the second boarding shuttle with Valafar and eight other Tof. They were eager for blood and treasure. Venom could feel it clearly. Perhaps this uneasy alliance with the Tof would work out after all, he thought to himself. Once in the shuttle's main bay, Venom moved towards the terminal and began pulling all information he could about the intended ships as he could. Satisfied, Venom glanced up at Valafar.
"We head straight for the bridge. If the crew is Iridonian, we'll reason with them. We'll need the crews of the vessels relatively intact if we wish to maintain and operate these vessels."
And with that, the hatch sealed and the second boarding shuttle lifted off the scorched deck and exited the hangar. Once clear of the Deadwood the shuttle accelerated towards the Vindicator-Class Heavy cruiser. It was far more occupied with trying to fight the enemy ships now that they were focused on the pirate vessels than to worry about a boarding craft. And that would be their mistake. Venom grinned and raised his hood. It was time to show these Tof just how skilled he was.

As the other boarding shuttles departed, Zackkur ordered the pilot to depart and head towards the Dreadnaught. Zackkur was itching for a good fight, plus getting his hands on treasure.
"Pilot, take us towards the Dreadnaught."
"Aye Sir"
The Boarding shuttle made its way towards the Dreadnaught, while Zackkur gave a speech to the men under his command. Zackkur always liked to make a speech before they boarded a vessel. Most of the Tof on the Bloody Sun enjoyed them.
"Alright, me hearties we be heading to the Dreadnaught. We'll take what we want and give nothin' back, and any blasted scum that gets in our way will find out why the Tof are be feared."
As soon as Zackkur finished the whole boarding shuttle was cheering. The speech did what it was meant to, and that was to get the men in the right mind set and ready for battle.

The first Katarn-Class Boarding Shuttle rocketed towards the damaged Victory II. Supreme Wolfgang was busily reviewing the information Venom had sent him. Once he had seen the information, he sent the exact location to the pilot as to where he wanted the shuttle to latch on to the enemy ship. Once received, the shuttle changed its approach and angled upward, towards the bridge tower. Three Tof Fighters raced past them and drew fire while the shuttle attached to the outer hull of the Vic II's bridge tower. Wolfgang stepped back and allowed the two Tof nearest the airlock to use the plasma cutters and begin cutting a hole in the hull. Once finished, Wolfgang stepped up, raised a booted foot and planted it on the hull. With an almighty THUD, the cut out piece fell inwards. Wolfgang stepped through and drew one of his cutlasses.
"Lay down yer weapons! We be commandeering this here ship from you lot!"
Naturally, there was some resistance, but once the ten other Tof accompanying him exited the shuttle, the resistance ceased quickly. Wolfgang motioned for one of his pirates to seal the bridge off from the rest of the ship.
"We appreciate yer cooperation fully. You are now recruited into the Firefist Pirates. We will be your superiors. All those opposed will be tossed out of the airlock in transit."
None of the Zabrak crew members moved at this point.
Apparently seeing an eight foot two, four hundred pound Tof brandishing a massive cutlass was enough to earn their cooperation.
Wolfgang smiled broadly.
"Alright then, get us underway. We are leaving this system."
The Tof pirates oversaw the operations of the ship. One of the Zabrak crew piped up, somewhat tentatively.
"I beg your forgiveness, but this ship has sustained enough damage that it might not survive the jump to lightspeed...-"
And with a metallic Swoosh, followed by a wet sounding SPLAT, the words of the Zabrak were immediately cut off as Wolfgang had just swung his cutlass with one hand at the Zabrak's neck, severing the head from the body. He watched the body flop over, blood squirting out.
"Does any one else feel the need to tell me what this bucket can and can't do?"
The more terrified and slightly paler Zabraks remaining slowly went back to work as if they hadn't witness the brutal slaughter of one of their own. Wolfgang then contacted the Deadwood.
Disengage and fall back. We are getting ready to leave this system back the way we came. Once we hear from the Commandant and the small one, we'll leave this system completely.
After receiving an acknowledgement, Wolfgang lumbered across the bridge to watch out of the main viewport.
He would have to get used to how small everything was on this vessel. Perhaps they could modify the interior to at least accommodate a large plush chair for him to sit in. But that would have to be look into at a different time.

Valafar knew that simply reasoning with the crew if they were Iridonian wouldn't be as simple as his clan brother made it out to be. If he venture a guess it would be that the crew of the ship will be stupid and try to resist them, or maybe he'd just hoped that they would so that he could test his new arm in combat.
"And what of those who can't be reasoned with or those who'd oppose us"
Valafar waited for Venom's response, whether it be the one he hope for or not, he would be indulging the bloodlust while board the vessel. Anyone who would oppose them would die without mercy.

Venom could feel Valafar's eagerness to engage the enemy. And he also forgot that Valafar had been trained by Xander the majority of his life, so he didn't regard other Zabraks the way he did.
"That's what they are here for. I have no intention of spilling the blood of our kin, especially if we are planning on keeping them to work for us."
Despite being a Sith, the honor of being a Zabrak could sometimes win over the ramblings of a Sith. Venom braced as the shuttle latched on to the outer hull of the bridge. Two Tof near the front of the shuttle began cutting away a hole with the plasma cutter. Once complete, which was only a few minutes, the Tof nearest the hole kicked it in with one mighty heave of his booted foot.
Venom had to admit, he was liking the Tof a little more every time they proved how useful they were.
As the Tof charged through, blaster fire rang out. Venom unclipped his lightsaber from his belt and thumbed the activation stud. The ruby red blade sprang to life. Venom stepped through the hole and began deflecting stray blaster shots away from his allies. As they fought the few resisting crew members, two security teams arrived on the bridge. Venom motioned for Valafar to push forward while he hollered to the Tof pirates.
"Seal the bridge behind us! We'll take care of the rest of the ship!"
Venom then stepped through the threshold and began deflecting blaster bolts. His saber blade hissed and crackled with each successful deflection. Once close enough, Venom cut down the nearest guard. He took no pride in it, but it had to be done. He focused on the next one and began the slaughter. He knew Valafar would be enjoying it, as his newly acquired weapon was a lot messier than a lightsaber.

As the Fleet pushed against the Iridonians and the new arrivals, from her position looking out the main viewport, Grand Admiral Bennette noticed a shift in the way the enemy fleet was moving. The closer of the two recently arrived was beginning to fall back. As was the damaged Vic II with the Iridonian Fleet.
Something wasn't right. Bennette knew it, but she just couldn't seem to place her finger on it. And then it dawned on her. The two new arrivals were pirate ships. And they were planning to make off with the enemy ships that remained.
On a hunch, Bennette ordered the fleet to ease up so she could observe what was going to happen next. She also ordered all of the remaining fighters to not pursue enemy combatant past the fleet's immediate perimeter. And sure enough, the pirates were slowly withdrawing with at least one of the Iridonian ships. While the fleet was still engaged with a Dauntless, one of the pirate ships and a Dreadnaught, Bennette ordered the remaining ships under her command to stand down and only fire if fired upon. The amount of turbolaser fire being exchanged dropped significantly.
If the pirates were here to steal the Iridonian ships, then who was she to prevent them from doing so?

Valafar watched as Venom had struck down one of the guards, he enjoyed watching Venom do so as he knew that Venom had a sense of honor while fighting their kin. Valafar on the other hand did not as he was trained to be a weapon and nothing else. Valafar drew his pirate cutlass off of his back and proceeded to sever the head of one of the guards. Valafar watched as blood come spewing out of the body that was still standing. Mere seconds later the body fall to the floor. Valafar than sprinted to the nearby guard and grabbed his throat with his cybernetic arm. Valafar looked into the guard's eyes and watch as he crushed his throat. Valafar dropped the body and let out a blood thirsty war cry. Valafar was really enjoying himself he hoped that more guards would be stupid and try to attack him, it would be their last mistake.

The boarding shuttle connected with the Dreadnaught, as close to the bridge as they could. The two Tof pirates nearest the airlock began to cut with plasma cutters. Once they had finished Zackkur lifted his right foot and kicked it inwards causing a loud THUD sound to ring through the corridors. Zackkur stepped out with one of his blasters drawn in his left hand and his cutlass in his right. A small group of guards came rushing towards Zackkur and his boarding party weapons drawn and at the ready. Zackkur spun around looked at them and shot the guard leading the group. Before any of the guards had time to react the rest of the Tof had exited the boarding shuttle.
"Surrender, we be takin' control 'o this fine vessel. If any 'o ye be thinkin' 'o tryin' somethin' ye be endin' up like ye wee bucko."
The guards didn't think twice about the statement, as they laid down their weapons. Zackkur headed towards the bridge leaving one pirate behind to watch the now disarmed guards. It only took a few minutes for Zackkur and the rest of the boarding party to arrive at the bridge. Zackkur opened the door and entered the bridge weapons still in his hands. He looked then decided to give a wee speech.
"Avast ye, scallywags. We be takin' the control 'o vessel. Any one who stands against us gunna take a walk out 'o th' airlock."
Once finished his speech Zackkur looked around and saw no one attempting to resist the take over. it was a good day. He signaled one of the Tof to inform the supreme that they had taken the vessel.
"Alright then get us underway, we be leavin' th' system."
Zackkur looked around and saw the Zabraks moving around preparing to jump, once they received the green light from Zeckkar.

The badly damaged Vic II, now under the control of the Tof, limped away from the battle. The Deadwood covered its retreat as the Vindicator and Dreadnaught also began to retreat from the battle. That left the remaining Dauntless. But Wolfgang was about to take care of that as well. He opened a secure channel with his brother on the Dreadnaught.
Brother, send a boardin' party from t' Bloody Sun t' take control o' t' Dauntless. We ain't leavin' without it. Once secured, we will depart this system.
Wolfgang then turned to the Zabrak Commander.
"Here be t' co-ordinates t' our jump point. On me say, once t' Dauntless be secured, take us thar."
The Zabrak Commander nodded nervously and signaled the rest of the crew to prepare the ship for a hyperspace jump.
