Venom could feel Valafar's eagerness to engage the enemy. And he also forgot that Valafar had been trained by Xander the majority of his life, so he didn't regard other Zabraks the way he did."That's what they are here for. I have no intention of spilling the blood of our kin, especially if we are planning on keeping them to work for us."Despite being a Sith, the honor of being a Zabrak could sometimes win over the ramblings of a Sith. Venom braced as the shuttle latched on to the outer hull of the bridge. Two Tof near the front of the shuttle began cutting away a hole with the plasma cutter. Once complete, which was only a few minutes, the Tof nearest the hole kicked it in with one mighty heave of his booted foot.Venom had to admit, he was liking the Tof a little more every time they proved how useful they were.As the Tof charged through, blaster fire rang out. Venom unclipped his lightsaber from his belt and thumbed the activation stud. The ruby red blade sprang to life. Venom stepped through the hole and began deflecting stray blaster shots away from his allies. As they fought the few resisting crew members, two security teams arrived on the bridge. Venom motioned for Valafar to push forward while he hollered to the Tof pirates."Seal the bridge behind us! We'll take care of the rest of the ship!"Venom then stepped through the threshold and began deflecting blaster bolts. His saber blade hissed and crackled with each successful deflection. Once close enough, Venom cut down the nearest guard. He took no pride in it, but it had to be done. He focused on the next one and began the slaughter. He knew Valafar would be enjoying it, as his newly acquired weapon was a lot messier than a lightsaber. Several more Iridonians were cut down by Venom's blade. While he regretted killing them because of their usefulness, he relished in the fact that he was cutting down the enemy.Having recently fallen back down the dark path he had abandon several years ago, he felt stronger than ever. Being fully in touch with the Dark Side was so...invigorating He felt invincible. He felt stronger than he ever had before. And now, thinking back on it, maybe it was because he was too afraid to commit fully to the Dark Side. Now he knew he was giving his all to it. And it showed. As Venom's blade sliced down another Iridonian resisting them, he turned to Valafar."Keep these heathens a bay. I'm going to contact the Supreme. Maybe a chance of venue will show these fools we are serious."Venom deflected several more shots then spun around and sprinted back towards the bridge. The fighting on board the ship needed to stop if they were to have a fully functioning vessel by the time they were done.

The badly damaged Vic II, now under the control of the Tof, limped away from the battle. The Deadwood covered its retreat as the Vindicator and Dreadnaught also began to retreat from the battle. That left the remaining Dauntless. But Wolfgang was about to take care of that as well. He opened a secure channel with his brother on the Dreadnaught.Brother, send a boardin' party from t' Bloody Sun t' take control o' t' Dauntless. We ain't leavin' without it. Once secured, we will depart this system.Wolfgang then turned to the Zabrak Commander."Here be t' co-ordinates t' our jump point. On me say, once t' Dauntless be secured, take us thar."The Zabrak Commander nodded nervously and signaled the rest of the crew to prepare the ship for a hyperspace jump. The Commandant received his brother's message, Zackkur knew who he should send from the Bloody Sun to Board the last remaining ship that they needed to capture. This Tof was always ready for a good fight. Zackkur brought up his ship's holo frequency. "'tis be Commandant Wolfgang, Bloody Sun do ye read me?"Yes Sir, we read you."Jolly, then send Boardin' parrrty cap'n Manso, to th' remainin' ship. Have cap'n Manso contact me once th' ship be under our control."Right away sirZackkur stopped the transmission to the Bloody Sun, and began to wait for the boarding party Captain Manso to contact him. Zackkur wondered why it was taking so long for them to take the last ship. He was getting irritated at this fact, then he received a holo transmission from the Dauntless.Commandant sir, we have taken the last ship. Orders?"Prepare to make a jump to these co-ordinates cap'n"With that Zackkur sent a signal to Supreme Wolfgang, informing him that the last ship was now under their control. Now all Zackkur had to do was await for the signal from his brother to make a hyperspace jump.

With the enemy fleet no longer pressing against them, now was as good a time as any to vacate the area."Recall all fighters. 'ave all ships fall back 'n prepare t' jump away. I wants t' be leavin' this system right away."And with the orders given, the battered and beaten former Iridonian ships began to limp away from the planet, followed closely by the Deadwood and Bloody Sun.

On the bridge of the Victory-II, Dead Space.
Grand Admiral Bennette watched as all of the enemy ships, Pirates included, began to fully retreat and withdraw from Iridonia's orbit. Bennette spoke up, addressing the crew of her ship.
"The enemy is in full retreat! Have all of our ship stand down. Return the fleet to condition two and let's get a damage assessment. We will initiate a patrol of the planet's orbit once that has been completed."
And with that, the fighters were being recalled to their appropriate ships and the fleet began to spread out and begin assessing damages done to each ship. Once that task is completed, the Fleet would begin patrol vectors to ensure that no counter strike would be made without their knowledge.

Former Iridonian Defense Fleet Vindicator-Class Heavy Cruiser.
Venom arrived on the bridge just as the Tof boarding party had secured it and managed to convince the remaining Zabrak crew members to cooperate. Breathing heavily, Venom approached a Tof.
"Contact the Supreme. And then transmit these coordinates. None of these ships will survive prolonged exposure to hyperspace. We need a regrouping location before we decide where we are going next."
The large, smelly pirate took the datapad Venom offered him and grumbled under his breath. Venom then closed his eyes and let his senses connect with Valafar.
Brother, return to the bridge. If we keep up this needless slaughter, we won't have a crew large enough to operate this vessel. As you retreat, I'll seal off the bulkheads, effectively cutting off the rest of the ship from the bridge.
As Venom finished speaking to Valafar mentally, he moved over to a console and called up the ship's security cams, trying to track down his brother so he could begin locking the bulkheads behind him.

Former Iridonian Defense Fleet Vindicator-Class Heavy Cruiser
Valafar heard his clan brother through the force. Luckily the rest of the crew had pledged their loyalty to Clan Starkiller and the Firefirst pirates. He was slightly glad for this as that meant he wouldn't have to spill anymore Zabrak blood, normally he would care but with everything he had learnt on Rhommamool he had to rethink how he operated when it came to his people. Valafar began to walk towards the bridge to meet up with Venom. Once they had left Iridonia's orbit they could begin with their vision, their mission, revenge and anything else they wanted to do. For people would fear Clan Starkiller as they have feared Clan Savage. Valafar had only one man on his hit list and that would be his former master/Overlord Xander Savage, for he had to pay for what he made him do to his clan all those years ago.

Former Iridonian Defense Fleet Vindicator-Class Heavy Cruiser.
The battered Vindicator was in full retreat. Venom stood on the bridge, observing the operations of his new pirate allies and the Zabrak crew now under their control. Venom knew that the Supreme of this little pirate outfit wouldn't take kindly to Venom just blatantly usurping his rule, however, if he was to slowly work his way in to a position of power, then perhaps he could call for a mutiny. As of right now, the Zabraks outnumbered the Tof four to one. And despite the Tof's physical advantage over the Zabraks, they were a hardy species. With the right persuasion, Venom and Valafar would eventually be running this little outfit. Which suited him just fine. If he ever wished to exact his revenge against Reynolds, Viox and Xander, he would need resources and allies. And the Tof would make excellent allies, in due time. At least they were no longer prisoners. And that was a start. The Vindicator altered its trajectory and within minutes of clearing Iridonia's gravity well, the ship jumped to hyperspace.

Former Iridonian Defense Fleet Victory II-Class Star Destroyer.
The Vic II, along with the Deadwood were already clear of Iridonia's gravity well when the Vindicator carrying the former Zabrak prisoners jumped away. Supreme Wolfgang watched his crew work along side the Zabraks. They worked well together. Which was a good thing. And the yellow tattooed prisoner had been correct in his scheme to steal these ships. Everything had gone according to plan. Though with Wolfgang and his pirates, it usually did. As the Vindicator disappeared from Iridonia's orbit, Wolfgang watched the remaining ships jump away as well. The Bloody Sun and the Deadwood slipped away, and then the Victory II jumped to lightspeed. They would regroup on the other side of this jump and then he would coordinate where he was going to go from there.

Former Iridonian Defense Fleet Dreadnaught-Class Heavy Cruiser and Former Iridonian Defense Fleet Dauntless-Class Heavy Cruiser.
Both of the Former battled damaged Defense ships followed the other former Defense ships as they made a jump into hyperspace.
Aboard the Former Iridonian Defense Fleet Dreadnaught-Class Heavy Cruiser.
The Commandant thought on where they were going and what kind of treasure they would find, all the while examining the new crew members. If they had spirits like their former prisoners turned allies, then their pirate crew just become a hell a lot stronger. Zackkur had only seen spirits like theirs twice his father's and his Uncle the original Supreme and Commandant before Zackkur and his brother took over by force. This could mean big things were coming their way.

With all enemy ships gone from orbit, it left the space surrounding the planet strangely empty. However, once the planet was completely under First Order control, that would change. Until then, however, the ships of High Admiral Savage's fleet would have to suffice in defending the planet. Though, if push came to shove, the entire might of the First Order Navy could have been called in to help aid Savage's ship. There were some advantages of being in a position of power. And any benefits right now were crucial in Savage's plans...

The Fleet of the High Admiral of the First Order continued to patrol around Iridonia. With the defeat of the Iridonian Defense Fleet and the disappearance of the pirate ships, the situation in orbit over the planet had calmed down. With Malidris secured and firmly under First Order control, and subsequently that of Clan Savage, the Legacy of the Void had returned to orbit. One Victory II-Class Star Destroyer was still engaged in surface activities, but the rest of the fleet was now busy protecting the construction efforts of a single FireStar-Class Orbital Platform. Construction crews and craft bustled about, called in from all corners of the First Order's reaches to begin fortifying the newest stronghold that added to the First Order's ranks. Once the planet was fully secured, it would remain to be see if Iridonia remained loyal to the First Order, or if High Admiral Savage had other plans in mind...only time would tell, however.

** The Resurgent-class Battlecruiser Bogan emerged from Hyperspace above Iridonia. Aboard was Darth Heritor, now a member of the First Order, along with his ship, his crew, and his servants. Lord Phaeron, currently commanding the vessel as his master meditated, made contact.**
This is the First Order vessel Bogan under the command of Darth Heritor, here at Iridonia under orders from Supreme Commander Delvardus. We are here to report to High Admiral Viox Savage.
**The sleek modern wedge of the massive vessel edged closer to Iridonia as she awaited a response.**

Iridonia - High Orbit. Bridge of the Legacy of the Void.
Commodore King, the Executive Officer on the High Admiral's flagship, the Nebula-Class Star Destroyer Legacy of the Void, recieved the incoming transmission from the Bogan. As King strode to the comms blister, he ordered a scan of the approaching Resurgent-Class Star Destroyer. A culmination of First Order engineering, the Resurgent-Class was exclusive to the First Order navy. Only a few of these magnificent warships were in existence right now. Which meant that this Darth Heritor was either a formidable Sith, capable of stealing such a vessel, or the more likely scenario was he was actually aligned with the First Order. As the scans came back indicating the Bogan was indeed a First Order vessel, fresh off the production lines, King opened the channel with the Bogan.
Understood Bogan. The High Admiral is currently at the Dark Diamond Palace. You have been granted landing clearance for a single shuttle only. Escorts will be waiting at the palace once you land. Welcome to Iridonia.
And with that, King severed the comm with the Bogan and resumed his duties as the proper authorization was transmitted to both the Bogan and the planet's surface.

The 'business as usual' pace continued in orbit above the Zabrak homeworld. With trade booming and the First Order supporting Clan Savage's rise to power, the construction of a single FireStar-Class Orbital Defense Platform had begun. Holding in geosynchronous orbit above Malidris, the platform would be completed in six months. In the mean time, seventy-two Imperial Defense Satellites had been manufactured off-world and delivered to Iridonia. Engineers and defense specialists would then take the time to arrange the satellites in such a pattern that they would be spread as evenly as possible throughout Iridonia's orbit, marking all the major hyperspace lanes to the planet. Until such time that the orbital defenses were completed, Void Command would remain in charge of orbital security, patrolling throughout Iridonia's orbit, monitoring all incoming and outgoing vessels.

The Necrosis, an aged Victory II-Class Star Destroyer, exited hyperspace over the Zabrak homeworld of Iridonia. This gave Akrak his first view of the fleet orbiting the planet. Off in the distance, construction of some sort of orbital installation was taking place. And scattered between the most direct route to the planet and empty space were several defense satellites.
Hmm, they certainly don't mess around...mused Akrak to himself. Highly fortified, defended and not afraid to show it. Whomever was the current occupant of this planet was certainly prepared to go all out against intruders.
Akrak motioned to the ship's XO, Commander Maxwell.
"Hail the planet on open frequencies. We aren't here for a fight. But the Force has led me here and I intend to find out exactly why that is."
Maxwell nodded as Akrak spoke. He turned to the officer sitting at the comms terminal.
"Hail the planet and state our intentions."
The officer, an ensign, nodded and opened the appropriate channels.
This is the Necrosis hailing Iridonia on all open frequencies. We are not, I repeat, not hostile. Our Commanding Officer wishes to speak with the leaders of this world. Please advise.
Now all that could be done was to wait. Akrak crossed his arms over his chest and continued to watch the activity before the ship, ensuring his senses were on high alert for any signs of deception of trickery. One could never be to careful when entering an unknown system. And at this point, Akrak knew if hostilities were to happen, he wasn't leaving here unscathed. Despite his better nature, playing it safe was the only real alternative he had.

Iridonia - High Orbit. Legacy of the Void - Bridge.
As the transmission from the Necrosis came through, Commodore King, the Void's Executive Officer, was already scanning the aged Vic II that had recently arrived on their doorstep. The scans returned, indicated that while fully operational, the Vic II did not have weapons powered up and it was making no aggressive actions towards the orbiting Iridonian fleet. Which suited King just fine. Fighting the enemy was all good and fine, but peace times were needed. Especially with the changes the Sith'ari was making. Being in a constant state of war was exhausting and draining on resources. Signalling the Void's communications officer, a Zabrak Lieutenant by the name of Loran Nightshade, King replied to the open frequency hail as soon as the channel was open.
We read you, Necrosis. This is Commodore King of the Legacy of the Void. Your ship will have to remain in orbit, but you have been granted clearance to land at the Dark Diamond Palace in Malidris. Shuttles only. The Sith'ari will be expecting you. King out.
With the transmission sent and the channel closed, King continued to observe the Vic II for a few moments longer. Satisfied they weren't going to attempt anything, he returned to his duties, managing the ship in the CO's absence.

Upon recieving a response so rapidly from the orbiting fleet, Akrak smiled briefly beneath his helmet.
"Commander, you have the helm. I shall pay a visit to this Sith'ari and proceed from there. Perhaps in meeting with this king I can uncover the reason for why the Force has drawn us here."
As the Commander saluted Akrak, the armored Sith was already leaving the bridge, heading to the lift that would eventually take him down to the hangar bay. Once in the hangar, Akrak strode over to the waiting Lambda Shuttle. Once inside, the shuttle lifted off and exited the Necrosis' hangar bay and began its descent towards the planet.

Iridonia - High Orbit.
Things around Iridonia continued as usual. The construction of the single FireStar-Class Orbital Defense platform in geosynchronou orbit over Malidris was completed. Upon completion, the station was to become the single main hub in orbit over the planet, acting as traffic control, meeting locations for visiting dignitaries as well as several other purposes. The Imperial Defense Satellites were also completed and arrayed in a network, monitoring all incoming and outgoing vessels. Set up with the main network controlled from the FireStar, the satellites could operate in unison or individually. And each satellite was equipped with a fail-safe, a single baradium 'dead-man' charge capable of being detonated via proximity or remotely from either the FireStar or the Dark Diamond Palace itself. All in all, Iridonia was becoming the fortress world Viox Savage had envisioned. And this was merely the start...

The Vindicator-Class Heavy Cruiser, formerly of the Iridonian Navy, now in the possession of the two remaining Clan Starkiller members, exited hyperspace above Iridonia. Venom had long since finished with his meditations. While still uneasy at returning to Iridonia now that it was under the sway of his former master, he couldn't resist the call that was drawing him there. Noticing the considerable increase in defenses and security since the last time they had been there, he knew that his former master had begun turning the planet into a fortress of sorts. The defense satellites, the FireStar Defense Platform, the patrolling ships. All of it was impressive, in all honesty. Though Viox wasn't an idiot, Venom reminded himself. He remembered the resources the Tyrian Triumvirate had at its disposal during the height of its rule. If Viox could amass even half of that, Iridonia would be set to withstand just about anything. Standing on the bridge, he issued his orders.
"Commander, hail the planet and inform them of our intentions. We are not here for a fight and wish an audience with my former master."
The Zabrak Commander nodded and signaled to the Comms Officer to hail the planet.
Attention Iridonia, this is the Brotherhood. We are seeking an audience with Lord Savage. Requesting permission to land. Advise.
Now all they could do was wait. Hopefully everything went smoothly, as the Vindicator was a hardy ship, it would last long against the defenses arrayed against them, should things go sideways in a rush.

Rumors had been flying across the galaxy as war ravaged planets and systems in the Galactic North. One particular rumor, combined with a draw from the Force towards the planet of Iridonia, brought a transmission to the very person of Viox Savage. Once the transmission was accepted, the image of a red-skinned Sith appeared before the Iridonian. His physical appearance had altered completely, but the force signature emitting from his person was all too familiar.
Seems the rumors about you were true, Lord Savage. Many worlds have witnessed the terror of your battle prowess.
Valstrol Horica, or rather, Darth Malvus, as he went by these days, had heard further rumors, but felt it was best to address the more prominent ones.
At least my former pupil knows how to employ people of merit and ability... and not sycophants and charlatans. But enough of the First Order and your spotless career I have heard about. I would like to speak with you in person, Viox. There is something of importance we need to discuss.
