Ali left her cheek to rest against Crystaall Sehefadu's shoulder for the majority of the ride. Now and again, her lips would find Crystaall's neck, leaving small kisses and tiny traces of saliva where she expressed her warm feelings. Crystaall took them through the vast forests surrounding the base of the Theed plateau, whipping between trees. Crystaall maintained a fast pace for most of the journey, the wind cut through Ali's hair and tossed her locks about. The coming night was warm, which was a boon to the two women who rode at such high speeds in such thin and sparse clothing. As their speeder bike passed through a clearing near the center of the forest, Crystaall slowed and offered Ali a brief and glamorous view of the Theed Royal Palace, far above them atop the plateau. Ali's eyes widened as the structure's stonework walls and stained-glass windows caught the reflection of the setting sun, bathing the Palace in all the colors of the spectrum. She soaked in the view like she soaked in the warmth of Crystaall's body that she remained wrapped around. Soon, Crystaall kicked the speeder into high gear and cut around the base of the plateau to come up near the edge of the city. As they drifted through the landscape of Nubian structures, floating over the cobblestone streets, Crystaall slowed the speeder bike to confirm the location of the restaurant Ali had chosen for their date. Ali leaned away from Crystaall for a moment, tightening her thighs around the seat to hold her stable, and drew her datapad from her handbag. She pulled up the restaurant's location from the local database and compared it to their own. Looking out across the large city center, Ali got her bearings and pointed off to the West."No more than a klick that way," Ali told Crystaall, "Happening Lane." Ali stowed the datapad back into her handbag and wrapped her arms around Crystaall's waist once more, feeling the warmth of her skin through the fabric of her dress. Briefly, Ali considered letting her hand fall between the woman's legs, but subdued the impulse, silently grinning to herself. Her stomach continued to gnaw at her; Ali hadn't eaten since the morning before when she had left the Basterd's Hand aboard her starfighter. Food first, pleasure second, Ali reminded herself, her excitement mounting against the coming meal.

*Crystaall throttled the bike once more to get them to the place and pulled up to its front door. She felt a small breeze and looked at the sky for a few momments and cursed under her breath. She looked back at Ali and motioned her to go inside without by twitching her head to the door.*
"Go inside, see if you can get us a table. I need to secure the bike out back."
*Hopefully Ali understood this, got off the speeder and went inside. Whether or not she did, Crystaall gently pulled the bike around to the back of the restaurant and pulled out two micro chips from the console. (I hope Ali doesn't think I'm being distant. And I hope she understands later on.) Crystaall walked back to the entrance, admiring the clopping noise her boots made as her feet hit the stone ground. She quietly entered the place and stood there for a momment, just observing everyone. She noticed a few people look at her strange and she looked at her arms and let out a deep sigh. (I should have brought my covers. People always like to stare at one thing or another.)*

Crystaall Sehefadu slowed the speeder bike to a halt in front of the restaurant entrance and Ali gently slid out of her seat, careful not to hook her heels on anything. She adjusted her handbag on her left shoulder as Crystaall looked up at the sky and swore under her breath. Ali glanced in the same direction, cocking her head slightly in question. "Go inside, see if you can get us a table. I need to secure the bike out back." Crystaall told her, the firmness of the command causing a warmth to rise between Ali's legs. She smiled innocently and leaned forward, taking Crystaall's chin in her delicate grasp and pulling the woman in for a kiss. As she peeled away, Ali nodded, "Of course, darling. As long as you save your more interesting orders for later." She muttered slyly, stepping away to do as she was bid. Ali watched Crystaall disappear around the corner of the building and stepped inside, stopping to greet the host within the entrance way. The man was Hapan, tall and muscled with bronze skin and flashing eyes. He appeared to be wearing a light application of make up to accentuate his already chiseled features. Briefly, Ali understood why most women preferred men, though she could never fully wrap her mind around it."Good evening, miss. How many in your party? The Hapan asked, the words rolling from his lips like a river, deep and soothing. Ali smiled pleasantly in return. "Two, please, though we don't have a reservation." The man shook his head, still smiling. "That is not a problem, we have several tables available." He reached for a small comlink, before looking back up at Ali and joining her side. Ali did not miss the attention her body received from his gaze, though it brought no pleasure to her. "Would you prefer a table or a booth tonight, miss?" The host purred, taking Ali's arm with a strong, warm hand and guiding her inside the restaurant. Ali took stock of the interior of the place as they passed the host's podium. The restaurant was dimly lit all around save for at the bar, which rested in the center of the restaurant. A performing stage was set off to the right, though no one was performing at the moment. Ali spied a corner booth at the opposite end of the restaurant, the several tables around it empty. She pointed to the booth and looked up at the Hapan. "Right there would be perfect, if you please." She replied, and the host nodded. "It is yours, then." He cooed in response, apparently unaware that Ali had made no attempt to return his interest. He guided her around the edge of the restaurant, his hand leaving her arm and falling against the small of her back, just above her ass. Ali clenched her jaw, though the smile did not leave her lips. They arrived at the booth several moments later, passing by a dozen tables filled with beings from around the Galaxy, though mostly occupied by local Nubians and Gungans. The Hapan gestured to the small booth, lit only by a small candle at the center of the table. As Ali thanked him and moved to take her seat, the host's hand slid from her back to her bottom, and she felt an infuriating squeeze. Leaving her handbag to rest against her leg beside her, Ali looked up at him, nothing but sweetness in her gaze. "Touch me like that again, and I'll ruin your life." She said happily, enjoying the sight of the Hapan's smile melting from his lips. "I'll have a Nubian scotch, no ice, use whiskey rocks." Ali demanded pleasantly, her expression never wavering. The Hapan cleared his throat and stepped away from the table before nodding. "Of course, miss." He replied before turning to leave. Ali rolled her eyes once the man was gone. "As if we all want them…" she grumbled to herself as she waited for Crystaall to return. She spied her lover some moments later, stepping through the entrance to the restaurant, looking somewhat timid from what Ali could tell. Ali's lips split into a grin, and quickly she pulled a mirror and lipstick from her handbag, checking over herself before waving Crystaall over from her seat. Crystaall looked beautiful, long legs, thin fabric hinting at all the pleasures beneath. Her face was adorned with an expression of mild uncertainty, though what she would have to feel uncertain about Ali couldn't guess. Ali was simply glad to have her there.

*She noticed Ali and rose her hand up n acknowledgement as she walked over to the booth. She watched the Hapan leave their seating area with red cheeks and Crystaall raised an eyebrow at Ali once she reached the table.*
"I'm guessing he pulled a move and you told him off. Just a guess."
*She moved into the seat across from Ali and placed her prosthetic arms on the table with a numerous clanks. She sighed as she clasped her hands together, metal fingers inter-locked.*
"This is a nice seat. I should have brought my coverings for my arms. People on Naboo are not fond of cybernetics. Matter of fact most people don't acknowledge me as a rightfull heir of the throne, due to me leaving to fight with the Alliance."
*She lifted her left hand, signaling that Ali should not say anything. She put her hand back down and rotated her shoulders a bit.*
"Don't worry about the hostility people have for me. We are here to enjoy the night, so let's not let silly things stop us from doing so."
*Crystaall grabbed the arm of a waitress that walked by her that had nothing in her hands, and pulled her beside her, bringing her face to her own.*
"Itik nun zo truazbroa alus ir virt'ne zmir tave slonias."
*The waitress nodded and rushed off... taking her arm with her and Crystaall turned her attention back to Ali. She wondered if Ali would be confused or impressed with the unique dialect she just used. The fact that the waitress understood her was a bonus.*

Ali was prepared to reply to Crystaall Sehefadu's words regarding her cybernetics when the woman cut her off with a gesture. Ali closed her parted lips, pursing them just so, but let the moment pass. Crystaall was a private person, Ali knew, though she would have hoped Crystaall was growing more comfortable with their closeness. Just as her drink arrived in the hands of a male Human, a woman passed by the table. Ali took her drink in her hands and thanked the waiter as Crystaall stopped the other employee and imparted words in a language Ali didn't readily recognize. Sipping at her scotch, she searched her memory for anything resembling the words her lover had just spoken. The waitress only nodded in reply and walked away from the booth; Crystaall chased her with an order for a Corellian Ale…with ice? Ali sipped at her scotch a second time, enjoying the warmth that tingled in her throat as she swallowed. Leaning forward with her elbows resting on the tabletop, her drink held casually between her hands, Ali cocked her head and asked Crystaall about the words she had spoken. "Dar'jetii1?" Ali inquired, reverting to her native tongue for the moment. She knew of Crystaall's talent with languages, though that of the Sith was utterly foreign to her, unknown. She only recognized the harshness of the words, and linked their sound with Crystaall's past as a Dark Sider. "My people followed them for a long time, thousands of years ago. They promised Mando'ade2 everywhere a better life. But we learned quickly that promises made by Sith were no better than those made by their enemies, the Jetiise3." Ali was certain Crystaall understood the history of the relationship her people had flirted with for a time. Mandalorians had been taken advantage of for centuries, used as the hammer to any given faction's war machine. The Sith weren't the only ones who had sought to use Mando'ade for their own gain, the Jedi were just as guilty of the crime. The thought made Ali sick, for her people had always had the means for which to provide for themselves, and had never needed the non-existant fruits promised by either side of the Force. Ali let her left hand fall to the table, reaching for Crystaall's. She grasped it gently, squeezing it. "Crys, are you alright? I want you to be honest." Ali asked, her eyes searching the other woman's face for an answer in case she was denied one from her lover's own mind.1: Sith, lit. "No longer a Jedi." 2: Mandalorians, plur. 3: Jedi, plur.

*Crystaall sat there for a momment, thinking of how to change the subject. (Sithspit.) She thought as she barely felt Ali take her hand. She took a deep breath and gripped Ali's hand, tighter than before.*
"I...I.."
*She couldn't find words to express herself. The feeling was there, but the words could barely be developed. She sighed and tried again.*
"I've been having nightmares. And I'm not surprised by these because of a thing I can't really speak about. Its a 'family' issue. But I can tell you, I'm feeling closer, to my darker self. Its like a faint whisper in my ear. I fail to believe it will leave at all. And I'm afraid of my potential within the Dark Side."

Ali's eyes narrowed with concern as Crystaall Sehefadu gripped her hand tightly, suddenly grasping at words. When she finally spoke, her voice was filled with worry, tinged with dread. The Force, Dark Siders, Light Siders, the whole thing was a mess as far as Ali was concerned. Better the whole Force be done away with; all it seemed to do for Crystaall was tear her apart and ruin her life. Ali took a deep breath, her eyes briefly flickering between open and closed."Look, Crys…I don't know a lot about this whole Force deal, but I can tell you from experience I know how hard it is to keep control over yourself. Over your emotions." Ali waved a hand nonchalantly through the air, gesturing at nothing in particular as she spoke. "I haven't been able to control my anger since before I can remember. It's a wretched feeling, saying and doing things that hurt other people without being able to take that moment and reconsider myself. Whatever normal Humans have in their brain that gives them that chance, I don't have. I jump into fights, I jump into love, like an aiwha seeking water. I don't feel like I have a choice when I get mad, and I certainly didn't have a choice when I started having feelings for you."Ali brushed a lock of hair from her eyes, keeping Crystaall's hand held in hers. Below the surface of the table, Ali slipped a foot out of her heel and brushed it gently against one of Crystaall's legs. It wasn't a sexual act, just an attempt to express the emotional connection Ali had with Crystaall through a physical one. "So while these thoughts and feelings can be hard to swallow, they can be good and bad, not just one or the other." Ali squeezed her lover's hand softly, comfortingly. "Whatever it is you end up facing, I'll be there to see you through it," Ali promised, her tone nothing but sincere. "I may not understand how the Dark Side works, but I know the lines that separate the good from the bad are blurry at best. You might not be slipping as far as you think, Crys. Maybe you're meant to be a little Dark and a little Light…" Ali's voice trailed off, knowing she had nothing to say that could really help. Sometimes people shared with those around them because they needed answers, other times they merely needed someone to listen. Ali understood that feeling all too well, knowing when there was no one in her life that could truly see her through difficult times. How she felt now, with Crystaall, was how she guessed civilians felt when dealing with combat veterans. They could never really understand, which meant they were powerless to help.

"I know in the past, force users have been aligned with the Light and the Dark. My issue is different."
*Crystaall loosened her grip, completely letting go of Ali's hand. She saw this as a symbol of how mch of an issue she had.*
"I hide my anger, my fury and my sorrow. Any feeling that I have that fuels my rage is locked inside. I only let it out in short bursts. I have to be calm and under control, or I could be a loose cannon, naive and quick to start killing at random. I don't want to sound dramatic, but I must never freely release the Dark Side. Since I cannot control it forever, I want you to never look for me if I do lose it."
*She used the force to bring her glass to her as she noticed the waitress walking toward them. She took a sip from the glass and placed it on the table.*
"Let us avoid this topic for another time. I would like to hear about your experience with GALSAF."

Ali felt diminished when Crystaall Sehefadu released her hand, crushed when she shot the conversation dead. Ali felt a cool expression form on her face without her asking her to and she sat back against her seat. With a deft wrist, Ali tipped the remainder of her scotch into her mouth, feeling it fill the gap between her lip and teeth, then burn pleasantly as it washed down her throat. Setting the glass down with a sharp clack and a rattle of the frozen rock inside, Ali rested hands in her lap and looked around, silent for the moment. If Crys didn't want to talk about such dark things, Ali understood, but she felt the other woman was attempting to retreat from her emotionally. Ali wanted to believe Crystaall merely didn't want to darken their evening with talk of her rough past, but Ali couldn't help feel Crystaall was withdrawing into herself for some other reason. She wondered if revealing GALCOM's potential plans for an offensive against Force Users had something to do with it. If so, Ali's rationale told her that it would make perfect sense for Crystaall to want to have nothing to do with her, but if this were the case, Ali wanted to know up front. She left the issue aside for the time being, though she withdrew her naked foot from Crystaall's leg and slipped it back into her heel. Keying open the small holo-display at the center of the table, Ali began to scroll through the list of available entrees. She kept her eyes on the menu, though attempted to revive the conversation somewhat as she considered what to order. "There's a show playing at the city theatre tonight and tomorrow, if you're interested," Ali proposed, her voice quiet and timid. "It's a stage performance, Political Face." Ali's dark eyes flickered up towards Crystaall, taking in the sight of the woman she felt so deeply for. "It's about the life of Chancellor Palpatine, and his apprenticeship to Darth Plaqueis." Ali remembered suddenly Crystaall's disdain for sinister conversation. "Maybe not, actually." Ali muttered, selecting an order of Nubian Cod and vegetable medley from the menu. "Though there's another performance at the Grand Theatre. It's a musical about the life of a Kuati Princess of one of the great bacta families." Ali closed the holo-display after issuing another order of scotch, finding it hard to keep her eyes off Crystaall. The woman was beautiful, and strong in so many ways. Maybe she was avoiding such conversation to protect Ali? She had no way of knowing unless Crystaall were to say herself. All Ali knew was she wanted to be close to Crystaall, to share her time with her, her bed, her life, her past. Ali had been most honest when she had only wanted to be a part of Crystaall's stories, but she couldn't help but wonder if her part in Crystaall's tale might be cut shorter than she would have liked.

*Crystaall took a sip at the ale in her hand and listened to Ali's suggestion for the theatre. She had never seen such a thing before, having been invested in revenge and self-adventure for her whole life, she never tried to even enjoy the many things around her that could serve as mild entertainment. Now the performance that would be showing made her wince a little. The name Palpatine would make almost any previous Alliance member cringe in their boots. Of course this was to explain his apprenticeship with Darth Plaqueis. An interesting reveal, even for Naboo. Of course she didn't expect Ali's forgiveness for this, even after having clearly made a point not to discuss the Dark Side. She understood this mistake could be made by anyone and let it slide. The show of a Kuati Princess seemed interesting. Her own blood was not initially royalty, but she'd like to see how an actual royal acted, even if it was just a musical. Either one sounded nice and she thought about which one she would prefer for a small moment and then decided. She realized Ali had put her foot back in her heel and she frowned slightly. She didn't want to drift away from Ali like she has with everyone else, except for the two students under her tutelage. (Damn it. I hope I don't seem too distant. I love her too much to get her hurt, but I don't want to leave her, not like last time.) Crystaall thought this too herself as she finally came up with a decision.*
"Why don't we see both? There can't be much harm in seeing either shows.

Something changed in Crystaall Sehefadu's demeanor as the moments passed. Her expression softened and Ali could tell she was thinking about much more than just which show to see. Ali thought she saw regret touch her lover's face. Suddenly, Ali considered how strange it was of her to refer to Crystaall as her lover when they hadn't yet made love. She blinked rapidly as the thought rolled through her mind, and as Crystaall replied to her suggestions, she began to feel better about the night. Crystaall was struggling with a great many burdens, more so than Ali herself had been forced to shoulder during the course of her life as a woman and a soldier. Even if Crystaall was falling somewhat distant in the moment, it was Ali's responsibility to chase her to the end, to be there, as she promised she would be. Crystaall told her there was no reason they couldn't enjoy both shows, and her words brought a smile to Ali's lips. She suddenly felt a strong need to be close to the other woman, as they had been in her home earlier that evening. Ali pushed herself around the booth seat, sliding into place at her lover's side. She crossed one leg over the other and leaned against Crystaall, resting her head on the other's shoulder and took Crystaall's free hand in hers, squeezing it gently. Kissing Crystaall softly on the cheek, Ali let her heel slip from her foot once more and fall to the floor. She brushed the naked skin against Crystaall's leg, enjoying the warmth of her."We can see the musical tonight, and the play tomorrow," she suggested, her voice retaining its timid quality. She felt wonderfully subservient to Crystaall in that moment, relishing how the Jensaarai woman had taken a semblance of control and tossed caution to the wind. Crystaall wasn't the sort to make decisions based solely on the options available to her. She made her own options, and while deciding to see both shows as opposed to one or the other was a small decision to make, it gave Ali another glimpse of the soldier she was falling in love with. Ali wanted to stand in Crystaall's shadow and enjoy the experience that was Crystaall's personality. She was a presence in any room, strong and full of life. Ali smiled to herself, continuing to brush Crystaall's leg with her own, feeling close to her again."I won't let you run away," Ali muttered abruptly, her words an unintended reflection of Crystaall's own thoughts. "I'm offering you too much of my heart to let that happen, Crys."

*Crystaall only nodded in agreement to Ali's suggestion of how they should see either shows. She smiled as she could feel Ali's heel once more. Her own warmth, made Ali feel safe, or maybe it was just the fact that she was here with someone who has done so much in so little time. She continued to smile and soon closed her eyes for a moment as Ali said she wouldn't allow Crystaall to run away. (If only I could stay with you forever.) Crystaall than opened her eyes to stare at Ali's eyes. She could see the passion, the need.... to be with only her. It was very tempting, and she would take it in a heartbeat, but she had to hold herself back, she couldn't take it all. Not at once, but she couldn't leave it alone. Not with how much perseverance this woman had to use her abilities to achieve her goals. Some one could swear they were fraternal twins, the only difference being their looks.*
"I hope you understand that risk? That I could turn on a dime, that I can lose control faster than a podracer with the engine of a starfighter?"
*She chuckled to herself and placed her arms on the table and leaned back.*
"You certainly know how to make me feel bad for wanting to run. To hide behind my own shadow of darkness and watch it take over, not caring what it does, as long as I survive in the long run."
*Crystaall looked up at the chandelier above them and raised her right hand to grasp the dangling lights, but she closed her fist and let her arm drop down before she even touched it.*
"If you stick by my side... you must be able to catch up."

Ali turned her hips just far enough to allow her leg to slip over Crystaall Sehefadu's thighs, unintentionally bunching up the fabric of her dress that covered them. Ali let it be, enjoying the direct warmth of Crystaall's skin against her own. She wrapped an arm around the woman's flat stomach, feeling the soft skin against her own, but also toned muscles, strength that lay just beneath the surface of Crystaall's beauty. She left her chin to rest against Crystaall's shoulder, allowing her to look up at her lover's face while she spoke. Ali let her lips brush against Crystaall's naked shoulder, humming softly to herself before replying."I'm no stranger to the unpredictable nature of people, Crys." She murmured, enjoying the closeness they shared. "I won't run from you, I'll stay and do what I can to help you keep yourself. And if you run, trust me…Lover, I'll keep up." Ali's voice was all but a whisper, a smile stealing her lips away as she made her vow. Love was a word with so many implications brought against it by societies all across the Galaxy, but Ali had always maintained her own definition. To her, love was as much a feeling as it was a way of living, and she didn't want to live in a Galaxy without love. And a Galaxy without Crystaall was surely one without love. With a gentle hand, the rest of her body pressed so comfortably against Crystaall's, Ali turned the woman's face to hers and kissed her for the umpteenth time that night. It was a kiss Ali could see herself enjoying everyday for the rest of her days, and she knew that even in times where Crystaall struggled with her inner demons, it would be a kiss that the good side of her would always recognize."When you lose yourself, you only need ask for my lips, Crys." Ali cooed softly, absolutely content.

"If I ever ask for your lips, then I have not lost myself completely. And if I never ask, then kiss me when I least expect it."
*Crystaall said this quietly, like a whisper, as she felt Ali by her side. She could not regret meeting this woman, nor would she ever forget how they met in the first place. (To think... we could have hated each other... if I didn't have my issues.) She thought to herself. She felt at peace, like she could sleep in this booth forever, with Ali resting on her shoulder, against her hips. The warmth of them together made Crystaall blush. It made her feel something rare to her. Something she never usually felt and took a deep breath as she realized she could never give herself to Ali completely. It was not her choice to make, and she wish she could.... but fate was not on her side for that choice. Crystaall tried to enjoy more of the moment of having Ali by her side, but her mind kept pushing back. The thoughts of not meeting Ali, the possibility of her having stayed in the temple to battle herself in her mind, to train her skills on her own and slowly deteriorate as the darkness took over her. And it was doing just that. Taking away her soul and replacing it with her demon, a demon she never hoped to ever meet, but was getting close to see its horrid face. She grabbed her drink once more and took a large gulp, attempting to drown her emotions of the fate she knew lie ahead.*

"…kiss me when I least expect it." Came Crystaall Sehefadu's words, a sonata to Ali's ears. She pressed her lips against her lover's in another kiss, feeling gleeful once more, then continued to hold herself close to Crystaall, sharing her warmth. She lightly ran a finger over Crystaall's bottom lip, feeling the curve of her flesh beneath her fingertip. "I'll always have plenty to surprise you with, Crys." Ali murmured pleasantly, "Especially tonight." She grinned and looked passed Crystaall as her entree arrived, dismayed at having to uncoil her body from the other woman's for the time being. She remained seated at her side, of course, their hips touching. Ali would have been content spending the rest of her life in contact with Crystaall's strong and elegant figure. Ali took the time to enjoy her meal, which tasted far better than the nutrient rations she was used to during operations. Even the mess food on board the Basterd's Hand, as good as it was, couldn't compare. As she finished her meal some minutes later, Ali ensured Crystaall wouldn't be eating. "The play starts in the next half hour, if you wanted to leave now." She said, pushing her plate away and downing the last of her scotch before scanning her credchit to cover the bill. Her body felt warmed, as much by the liquor as the body of the beautiful woman at her side, and she felt a tingling in her brain and fingertips that left her feeling blissful. Ali enjoyed a good drink, and might need it that night in order to work up the courage to don the lingerie she'd brought with her for Crystaall's enjoyment. Ali wasn't the sheltered type by a long shot, but she was plenty nervous, uncertain if Crystaall would reciprocate her desire. Being rather reserved and self-contained, Crystaall revealed little at times Ali had noticed, and as a result she had grown uncertain that the physical display she had planned for her lover would be received warmly.

"Well, I suppose we should leave in advance. It would be disappointing to not find a seat."
*Crystaall grunted, holding her head with her left hand as she slid out of the booth. She held out her other hand, reaching for Ali's, to pull her out of the seat with a little bit of her strength and to maybe pull her closer. She couldn't let her hand drop from her forehead, the pain was more than she cold normally take as she grunted again and accidentally pulled on Ali's arm more than she intended to. (This isn't natural.....) She hoped Ali wouldn't notice the pan she was experiencing, but who couldn't? It was obvious something was wrong but Crystaall refused to explain the issue. There were some secrets she intended to keep, even from her lover. And she hoped they could be lovers one day... but she was in no condition to have that happen soon. Hoping Ali didn't mind the sharp pull to her feet, Crystaall would have pulled her in closer and hugged her tightly. But she let go as fast as she pulled her in and let go of her head.*
"We should probably go."

Ali nodded happily and felt the surprising touch of her lover's hand on her wrist, helping her out of the booth and pulling her close. Ali enjoyed the strong tug on her body, feeling her chest pressed against Crystaall Sehefadu's as they made to leave the restaurant. She liked how Crystaall had taken control, as if leaving with her weren't an option. Ali's pleasure, however, was short-lived as she noticed the flash of pain that crossed Crystaall's visage and felt the woman's touch leave her skin. "We should probably go." Crystaall muttered, striding forward and leaving Ali behind for a moment, taken aback. Shaking her head of dark thoughts, Ali remembered what Crystaall had told her about keeping up. She stepped off after her lover, her heels clicking on the stonework floor as she caught up to the other woman and left the restaurant entrance. As quickly as Ali had seen the pain in Crystaall's expression, how she touched her hand to her head, the pain was gone again too fast for Ali to ask after. Ali frowned inwardly, keeping her worries to herself for the time being. She wanted Crystaall to share her life with her, but part of that would mean allowing Crystaall to have a life away from her as well. Crystaall's pain and darkness were not Ali's to pry after; her only right was to be at Crystaall's side when she struggled through such times, never judging, never digging. When Crystaall wanted to share, she would, or when the pain grew to be too much, Ali would bestow upon her lips the kisses she had vowed to soothe her pain with. Ali took a deep, calming breath as they left the restaurant, focused on the rest of the night and how she would take Crystaall's mind off such dark things.

*Crystaall had walked out of the restaurant quickly and stood there as she realized how dark it was. They didn't spend that much time, but night came quickly some days. Perhaps this was more of a look at herself than the night, but she tried to ignore her interest in it. She didn't like her dark thoughts, but she didn't hate them. She only despised their presence in her attempts to keep herself at peace. While standing there she suddenly realized she was still with Ali and she had might of left her behind. But she could sense her right by her side. She wiped her head in relief and began to walk toward where she parked the speeder bike, holding up a hand for Ali to wait, hoping that with Ali's military experience, she would know.*
"I'll be right back."
*She walked toward the back, and once she was out of Ali' sight, she held her head once more and moaned in pain as she walked to her vehicle. The pain was shooting through her forehead and she could barely understand why it was happening now. Only visions haunted her dreams, but this was a little overkill, even for her. She guessed it was the A.I that suppressed these feelings during the time she had it connected to herself. (This must be what could of happened without Angel.) But she thought against it, in light of recent events. She grabbed the speeder with her vision beginning to cloud, as she tried shaking her head to keep herself awake. She decided to pull the speeder along until she got to the entrance. She could feel her strength leaving her as she pushed it along, very close to the front of the place. (Maybe I'm too worked up.... I'll try to relax at the theater) She thought as she managed to get the speeder bike out front and hopped on motioning with two fingers in a back and forth motion, signaling Ali to come over and hop on. Once she did, she would start the bike up and shot toward the theater. The one location she actually knew about in the city

For once Ali was able to enjoy being little more than the slender, pale-skinned, dark haired, pert-breasted date of a soldier. With Crystaall Sehefadu in control of her, she didn't have to watch the people in the street, pick out likely shooter's nests from rooftops, or scour the gutters for roadside bombs through the periphery of her vision. Crystaall took over the subtle watching, the double-checking, the burden. Ali didn't have to.
But she did. It was not second nature to her, but first. She paid more attention automatically to the corner of her vision, the background voices and noises of the city, the fragments of light that reflected from windows and viewports. There was nothing amiss, she knew, until a pained moan caught her attention from around the corner of the restaurant where Crystaall had just disappeared. Ali stepped towards the corner and leaned against it, a cool breeze catching under her short dress and chilling her thighs. A lesser soldier's muscles would have tensed, their ears pricking up as they strained to hear the disturbance more acutely. But Ali didn't. She remained relaxed, but attentive, her appearance undisturbed and natural. She was concerned, but no one would have been able to tell the difference between herself and any other woman around. She gave a moment's pause as she listened, then watched her love appear around the corner once more, the speeder bike in tow. Ali logged the incident in her memory, along with the sight of Crystaall holding her head in the restaurant, minutes before. The Jensaarai woman slung her leg over the speeder bike seat and gestured for Ali to join her. Ali climbed up onto the speeder bike and wrapped her arms around her lover, holding her more tightly than necessary as the vehicle's repulsors came to life and they shot out into the street towards the theater. Ali would spend the rest of her leave doing whatever she could to make Crystaall feel loved and cared for. She would devote every ounce of energy she had ensuring the woman that Ali would be there for her, to help her struggle through the bad times and flourish in the good ones.

*It did not take long to get there, but to Crystaall, it felt like hours had passed by. She could feel he grip around her waist pull harder than the other times as the bike moved forward at fast speed. She smiled at this pull and clicked the bike into a faster gear to see Ali's reaction. But once they got there Crystaall jerked the handle bar to the right, making the bike do a full one-eighty as she let go of the ignition and the bike came to a complete stop. She slowly took her time getting her leg over the seat as she looked at the theater's entrance. It wasn't much with its pale stone build and had only a few of the popular listings posted. The musical was on top, and she wasn't surprised. She knew the interest would be either mostly females or young men with their girlfriends. She knew how to study her own society.... but never put herself in its core. Too afraid of watching eyes. She grabbed Ali's hand and began walking with her by her right side. There was a single man dressed in a full tuxedo, greeting guests and taking credit chits. And more than what she normally took out with even herself. She walked up with Ali and only nodded at him as they approached him. He held out his hand and Crystaall sighed.*
"You add it to what I owe this city."
*The man, who's face she couldn't she shook his head and told her he needed to be paid in person. This frustrated the former Jedi as she grabbed his collar with her free hand, pulling his face to her own. This action revealed the man to have slick blonde hair and an odd moustace that barely covered his upper lip.*
"Know who you are talking to, boy. I saved this planet from the Empire and YOU treat me with disrespect? Don't you dare tell me what I can and cannot do in this city. I will follow your highness's rules, but I am not obligated to pay for something I helped save."
*She let go of the man who backed up in fear, fixing the collar of his shirt. Crystaall looked at Ali and grinned rather evilly.*
"And that is how you quickly establish fear in a man. Threaten him with the truth of what you've done."
*Crystaall knew immediately what she did was wrong. But she had wanted to release a bit of her anger after the pain had begun to occur. She needed to relax, and that anger she hid in her was not helping that goal. It was only working against it. Crystaall found them seats close to the front for Ali's entertainment and possibly her own and sat down in the middle of the row. She awaited what was in store and kissed Ali on the cheek as she sat down and then leaned back... attempting to relax her body and mind.*
