Even if Atlantis said no, she actually did want to help for it was unfair in a way that he'd be the one cooking alone, and she practically had crashed here but she exactly did not have a choice especially when Crystal had actually walked in and proceeded to give her a cup of coffee. Thanking them both in the process, Lana was about to sit down there but she stopped mid action when she heard Atlantis greet Elika.
"Sallan, Shakal..." Lana greeted her back and holding her close even sneaking a quick peck on her lips before the architect made the rounds towards Atlantis and Crystal. Clearly Elika was going for humor, and as per usual, Atlantis returned it in kind, Lana was also certain that Crystal would do the same since she had been cheerful since coming into the kitchen.
Rubbing her temple and remembering where she had left Elika's eyeglasses, Lana groaned softly and looked at Elika with an apologetic smile. "Sorry about your glasses, I should have deposited them by your beside table last night, instead I left them by your reading lamp by the couch there." Lana should have known and ended up wrapping her arm around her pecking her temple instead of actually going to the bedroom to retrieve the spectacles.
Before even answering the negative, she heard that faint noise in the background, baggage, turning to look back upon hearing the Attorney General, Lana had that amused expression on her face. One of those things, when it came to Lily, Lana knew that a lot of people except a few would take her seriously, especially when she was in lawyer mode, but today, it just seemed that she was being her usual self.
Taking that opportunity to actually go retrieve the spectacles into Elika's room, Lana released her Shakal and went her wait to the bedroom to grab the glasses quickly where she had left them last night, and returned by Elika's side quickly handing those to her. "Here have my coffee, I haven't touched it yet." She told Lily as she pushed the cup on the lawyer's direction since it looked like she obviously needed it more than herself. However, she still went to grab another cup to pour herself some coffee, remembering where it had been taken and just stood by Elika again. "Nothing embarrassing at all last night, my Shakal, don't worry. It was a quick process, and the presence of both Andros and Atlantis too expedited your release from there, like your Lieutenant." Lana reassured here, at least that was when she was back on the ground, and she couldn't quite speak for what potentially happened back up in the sky before she and Lucine landed.

Crystal supposed the Elika question had been answered relatively quickly, or did not need an answer at all since one of closest friends had walked in awake, and still in her own clothes from last night. Laughing softly and shaking her head even looking apologetic, because yes in fact, Crystal used to do that three years ago, wake Elika up to go for a jog, but ever since...
Deciding to not even go there and stopping her thoughts in the process as she hugged her friend in return actually happily and comfortingly, Crystal just took in the fact that Elika was here, and had decided to leave the drama out, not really wanting to explain so to speak on how over the last three years her jogging routine had changed, and why. "I should have, and I did not, you were just peacefully sleeping, so I figured I'd give you a day off, like Atlantis is giving himself some me time from teaching." Palm to palm of her hands, she presented those to Elika with a knowing smile. "Tomorrow, promise I will wake you." Winking soon enough and watching Elika return by Lana, Crystal looked at Atlantis who had prepared the breakfast.
Giving his forearm a squeeze as a thanks, she was about to tell everyone to just get seated and eat but she did not quite get there. Embarrassing event, no nothing at all but just figuratively nearly leaving her shoes and the Lieutenant's flask in the hangar, other than that nothing out of the ordinary at all. Although she had felt her childhood friend approaching, actually and she looked at Lily who had just stepped into the kitchen.
Dopo Crystal mouthed back to her in her language, as she knew that at least over the years Lily had become fluent in her family's dialect, dating Ryan and all. With the coffee being out of the way, Lana handing hers to Lily, Crystal shook her head with an amused expression. "Alas baby girl, it's not today you'll be getting some dirt on Elika, at all." Patting her childhood friend's shoulder comfortingly, Crystal looked at Elika while rolling her eyes playfully. "Just have something to eat Jankovic, you sound too cranky this early in the morning. I am glad you are here though." Crystal smiled, she kept in mind to actually thank Andros if and when she saw him later if he did drop by. Probably he would. Grabbing a plate, and serving it around the kitchen island so they could all have some breakfast to start the day, Crystal ended up removing her jacket and letting it hang on her lap for the time being.
"Not working today, I am guessing you aren't as well?" Looking at Lily with a knowing expression, since her childhood friend did look like crap, Crystal served some pancakes and all the likes that Atlantis had prepared for everyone else. Serving each and everyone of them.

Elikapeka is grateful that, in addition to being reassured that she had not managed to embarrass herself under the influence of alcohol combined with a sedative, everyone appears content, at least for now, to follow her cue and keep things light; anxious being her default state, Elika knows just how tentative a hold she has for the moment on her anxiety over what has happened and what it will take to truly get her life back in order, just as she knows, and is concerned, that Delaana and her friends have all gone through three years of uncertainty about her whereabouts that will have changed them in ways that have yet to be revealed. Elika hopes that by easing into, rather than diving right into, learning what it will take to adjust to her new reality and what changes have taken place in the people that are closest to her she can keep her anxiety at a manageable level and avoid allowing it to consume her. Knowing that Delaana and her friends are clearly willing to stand by her makes Elika more than a little hopeful that she will navigate whatever challenges lay ahead of her.
Smiling when Atlantis, responding to her bantering tone in kind, points out that he has every right to take some time for himself, Elika nods and tells him, "Well, I suppose I cannot really argue with that, and, she smiles as she looks at the breakfast Atlantis had presented with a showman's flourish, would not dream of contradicting anyone when they have vine-caf and pancakes to offer. Thank you, she adds before, resting a hand on Delaana's cheek when the Hapan apologizes about leaving her glasses by the reading lamp, Elika laughs and tells her, I am lucky I had you to look after them, my Ceesi, since I have a vague memory of just dropping things like my shoes and my lieutenant's flask around the hangar bay last night."
"You better, hon', Elika tells Crystal with a playful wink after being promised to be woken tomorrow for the morning jog, any resumption of her usual routine something Elika knows will help her in adjusting to what her new reality will be until she has a more secure sense of her place in it. Before Elika has a chance to say anything else, Lily, arriving with her signature wit intact, expresses her dismay that she might have missed something embarrassing. Arching an eyebrow and waving a hand towards Crystal, who has delivered the disappointing news that Lily had not missed any dirt, Elika says, Sorry, beautiful, no dirt, and then hugs Lily back when the other woman embraces her. Chuckling when Lily apologizes for her appearance, Elika clucks her tongue and, waving a hand up and down in front of herself to indicate her own sleep rumpled clothes and bedraggled hair, telling her, Oh, please. Haven't I told you before that you are incapable of looking anything other than absolutely beautiful, beautiful?"
Smiling gratefully when Delaana, returning after thoughtfully going to retrieve her spectacles, hands her said spectacles, Elika takes them with one hand while reaching over to lace the fingers of her other hand in Delaana's fingers, as she says, "Thank you, my Ceesi, and then nods, her expression betraying just a faint hint of concern for her lieutenant, after Delaana explains that Andros and Atlantis had expedited their release. Elika doesn't really know her lieutenant very well, but hopes that she also has friends or family to be with her to help her adjust to what has happened. Keeping her hand in Delaana's, Elika moves closer to where Crystal has served out breakfast for everyone, telling Atlantis, This looks delicious, thank you, and then jokes, I feel like I haven't eaten in years, which, technically, is true, I think? Shrugging with an amused smile, Elika says in a baffled and mildly brittle tone revealing just how much difficulty she is having in wrapping her head around the idea of what has happened, Time travel is so confusing to really think about, right? Shaking her head as though to consciously shake off the confusion and other attendant emotions dwelling on the subject of what occurred invites within her, Elika uses her fork to cut off a bite of pancake and then eats it, covering her mouth with her hand as she tells Atlantis, Mmm. . . it's just as delicious as it looks!"

Fist pumping when Elika conceded, Atlantis laughed while nodding. "What can I say, I just enjoy cooking, even if your roomie is still hands down the best chef here." It's not that Atlantis used to not enjoy cooking before, because he did cook but throughout the years, he had found himself sometimes actually cooking either here or back at the Academy assisting the chef there, or even just watching how dishes were made. "You are very welcome." Inclining his head and returning to finishing a few things here and there in the kitchen, Atlantis was quite content just listening to the ongoing exchange, and of course, soon enough they had been joined by Lily.
Seeing her mouthed question, Atlantis didn't say a thing or showed any reactions just yet, since Crystal did it for them both. Figures Ljiljana might not definitely know the entire story just yet since he had not updated the Attorney General and he knew for a fact that Crystal did not either last night. Probably even Andros remained in the surface of explanation when he actually asked Lily to come back home.
"Ryan is at the Academy." Atlantis quipped and informed Lily when she stated she needed a pick her up. His eyes widened and raised both of his hands as if surrendering or just showing defeat overall. There were just things that he knew what was good for him, and one of those was still knowing not to debate or argue with the in house lawyer here.
Taking a seat after thanking Crystal for serving them all, Atlantis took his cutlery and looked at Elika with a thoughtful expression. "Tomato, tomahto?" They were entering an actually difficult topic so to speak. "Technically yes, but from your perspective you weren't up there long, right?" He even pointed skywards, "Complicated, yep, but Andros does not want you or Lucine worry too much about that nor just talk about it to people." It definitely was a complicated topic, and one that was too early to broach thus Atlantis did not even carry on with that topic that might invite some drama in. So instead he just stopped there and silently sat down on the barstool.
Grinning happily when Elika mentioned that she was enjoying the food, "Next time I'll put chocolate bits already in the pancake, it'll give some oompf." It was one of those things he had not done yet, and he was seriously considering it in the future, he guessed he should for sure. "Since I am guessing no work for the ladies of the government here today, any potential plans today?"

Puckering my lips as if to kiss Gorgeous, I shake my head truly amused although I am still not really sure what happened to her. I mean da, she looks fine even if her clothes are all rumpled, so what actually gives? Unfortunately though, I might not getting the update any time soon since Baby Girl mentioned to me that she'd tell me later. That aside though ... Since apparently I am being told to eat, meaning I should just shut myself and just sit down and probably just listen. Well okay then, and thank the powers that be for the Hapan Bombshell who is giving me coffee. "Thanks, girl. Grabbing that said cup and taking a sip after making sure that it isn't that hot, I just proceed to listen to the ongoings and evidently my curiosity is piqued since apparently no dirt, at least other things ... How is Lucy? Was Forcias there last night?"
Putting my cup down and accepting the food being given to me, I just first remove my jacket and just put it on the side before getting some food in, which of course is delicious. Whether it's lover boy doing the cooking or baby girl, it's always a treat.It's a power couple thing just those two doing things right as usual ... Not that it's putting me off, far from it actually, they just have that dynamic as usual that is soothing, not that I do not have the same with Ryan because I do, but just watching those two it's cute, plus I always get to tease Baby Girl about it anyways. Speaking of Ryan, who is apparently at the academy, I arch my eyebrow looking at Atlantis with an amused expression. "Let me guess, he is either playing limmie with the kids, or actually teaching healing, right? He and I talked for a bit yesterday, he did comm me, and actually informed me about a few things. I heard you left your doppelganger there last night. Obviously I know what that is, and I know that lover boy is quite capable in being two places at once, since I did see him do that a while ago at Kayne's birthday. Although I am not really concerned about that fact, nor am I truly interested since I am actually far more interested in knowing and finding out what happened to Gorgeous. My attention is caught though by Crystal who isn't going to be working today. Which gets me to groan actually since we are talking about work here. Gods no, I am so not working, I mean look at me, I am so not in the mood to even consider working today or even tomorrow. Not at all even if truth be told those trips, I have asked Andros to personally handle them since it was a way for me to just get out from here actually with how in a way heavy the atmosphere in the house had become. I just wished I had not sent off Dinah with P.M.S. Chuckling softly and exactly remembering how that come about and why, she was my protégé, and I actually need to consider in getting someone new soon again. Life would be easier in the office."
I probably should pick up my comm and actually check up on them, even my dear brother, since for obvious reasons he is there too. Baby girl won, she called it, and we should probably at some point ... Halting my thoughts then and there and looking at Gorgeous who mentions time travel, and Lover Boy answered something that is completely gibberish to me. "Uh time out Even doing the hand gesture and all, and even if Kayne told me she'd fill me in later, I am just so out of it. Obviously Gorgeous, you are fine, yes? Your lieutenant too, but time travel, huh? Come again?"

Franz, the previous night, had decided to actually sleep by the pool in the recess area here in the lakehouse, because why not? Also because he got used to it in a way with also having just returned from his retreat. Plus it also wasn't as if he could immediately fall asleep quite honestly which was why he chose this place to also meditate and to sense if anything was out of the ordinary nearby. Since nothing was out of place so to speak, Franz had comfortably settled himself there only to be awaken by his datapad signaling that he had received a message. Obviously Model Face wasn't teaching this morning, well he wasn't either he guessed, maybe...?
Getting up on his feet and stretching and popping some of his bones, Franz returned inside of the home, and shut the door behind him smelling coffee and food, and also hearing voices. Entering the kitchen and actually not wanting to interrupt the ongoing talks, Franz just waved at everyone and just went to pour himself some coffee and leaned against the counter. Chortling when Lily asked about Forcias being there last night, "Oh yeah, he was there alright." From where he was standing that was a happy reunion between Lucy and Forcias.
Taking a sip of his coffee, Franz was content in just listening to the exchanges occurring right now in the kitchen, and he figured he'd let everyone else actually just bring Lily up to speed on that whole time travel debacle, and since it did not look like they were working today, or anything, well that was a good time as any. Though he just hoped that it wouldn't raise Elika's anxiety levels up high like it had been last night. Thankfully, or at least hopefully she did have a good night's sleep as he actually did not know what today would bring for her in a wide sense.
From the hangar talks last night, there was something about protocols being enacted, and Andros mentioning that both Elika and Lucy got their lives back sooner rather than later.

Squeezing Elika's hand gently and smiling to let her know to not mention it about her getting the spectacles, Lana noticed her Shakal's expression after having mentioned the lieutenant. Lana just mouthed she's fine, don't worry, since after she did notice last night that Lucy was in the arms of her who she assumed was her significant other. Lana knew who he was, for having seen him from time to time in the government building actually. Although they had never interacted with one another, she knew he was often in the intelligence department since he was always with the deputy director of intelligence.
Guessing that this was where they were going to have their breakfast, Lana sat down next to Elika and just thanked both Atlantis for the meal but also Crystal for serving them the food. The perspective of actually not working today was promising plus it would allow her later to get on a holocomm with her brother if she ever actually got that moment, but she still knew that she'd have to stop by the office and check a few things at least. Even if she was under no obligation to do so, and also go back home and change too.
That was a matter she could think about later and it really wasn't that important, considering that unfortunately that subject of time travel had been brought up, Lana moved her hand on the small of Elika's back and gently rubbed her to hopefully soothe her and not worry her too much. Thankfully though Atlantis was just keeping it light too with his answers however with Lily's question now, that could potentially turn into a nerve wracking situation. "The hyperdrive failed as they were entering hyperspace. It got them stuck there until the ship had been pulled back into realspace, and like Atlantis said, it was only a few moments for them while for the rest of us it was longer." Taking the initiative to actually answer the question, Lana figured she'd say what she knew, at least the basic knowledge that they had been explained or in her case the information she got from Crystal last night, but in the end that was just it, hyperdrive malfunction at the wrong moment.
"I am sure that Andros is handling everything that the whole situation implied." He was after all the one who had picked her up last night, and they had a brief exchange while on the way to the starport, although it was a bit hazy to begin with, it only took her a few moments to understand the entire implication, and everything that would have to be handled the upcoming days. Focusing on her food, she took a bite of the pancake and smiled for it was indeed delicious. "Nothing set in stones for today for me, although I will have to comm my brother later, I was supposed to go to Honoghr tomorrow but obviously that isn't the case now." Looking at Elika, and winking at her Shakal, for obvious reasons she was canceling her trip, and it was just some day offs anyways.

Crystal had mentioned to Elika that her shoes were quite safe and under her bed, that was where Crystal had put them last night, as for the flask actually in the living room so it was there in view, so that none of them would forget it. Although since she had seen Forcias from time to time at the Academy, she supposed she could take it with her there and hopefully cross his path to hand it to him so that he could give it to his girl. She certainly had been glad to see that they were still together in a way, not that she knew them enough, but she could guess that even Forcias just like them here had been worried about Lucy...
Shaking her head looking at her childhood friend about sending the one who used to be her protégé here to Honoghr, Crystal rolled her eyes playfully. "Like you actually would have barred her from going, especially after finding out that she is actually the sister of Stefanie's man." That was all there is, and while she knew some bits and pieces, she didn't really entirely know the story saved for the fact that it was a happy reunion for them too, so of course Lily would let her go. "Or you know, find someone new, and maybe your life at the office will be easier again."
Taking a bite of her egg and bacon, Crystal looked at Elika for a moment wondering if she was truly comfortable in talking about what happened to her and Lucy. Staying out of that conversation entirely not that she wasn't interested but more the fact that it was a complicated subject indeed, and like all of them yesterday had unanimously agreed upon. It was not Elika's fault, and even if those three years were difficult for all of them, the bottom line was that she was here now, and that was just it.
Thankful for the shift of conversation though about the chocolate bits, Crystal remembered what Atlantis had said previously. "You were always good when it comes to cooking, I am sure that it has nothing to do with you watching some of those cooking holoshows, huh?" She teasingly told him pecking his cheek, her attention soon turned towards Lana with a knowing and thankful smile for answering Lily's question, but again not truly wanting to linger on that for now, Crystal said. "One of these days, I'll have to make that trip to Honoghr too." Why not, after all that situation she had in the past with Stefanie had been fixed when the lawyers from Honoghr had actually come here because of that thing. They also have been often in contact for multiple reasons also, but that was something that potentially could and would be revisited at a later date.
"You ladies fancy some pampering today?" Again why not, also it actually has been a while since forever, or nearly three years since they even treated themselves, or at least herself and Lily to some spa, and whatever. They weren't just into it like they used to be when Elika was here. But now that she was, could be something great to do, at least in getting back to normal.

Elikapeka gives Delaana a grateful smile when the latter, observant enough to detect the concern in the former's expression, silently makes it known that the concern is unfounded. The smile that Elika offers Franz a moment later is a mildly perplexed yet amused one since she gets the sense that Franz, while responding to Lily's question about whether Forcias had been at the starport with everyone else last night, is making some kind of joke by using such an amused tone when confirming that Forcias had indeed been present. Venturing a guess, Elika looks over at Delaana and, arching an eyebrow interrogatively, mouths PDA?
Elika smiles and gives Atlantis, who appears to understand how confusing she finds the thought that while for everyone other than her and her lieutenant three years have passed for both she and her lieutenant it seems it has been less than a day, an are-you-serious look when, after he suggests that she not worry too much about whether it is more accurate to say that she missed time or that she lost it, likening it to the argument about the correct pronunciation of words that are pronounced more than one way, before he explains that Andros has asked that neither she nor her lieutenant speak to anyone outside of their circle about what happened to them, causing Elika to fight back her laughter as she assures Atlantis, who, like his twin Andros and nearly everyone in the kitchen now, having witnessed Elika's social anxiety on display on more than one occasion certainly should not be surprised in the least when Elika says, "Somehow I just don't think that will pose any problem at all for me," before returning to eating her breakfast after giving Lily a smile accompanied by a thumbs up to let her friend know that she is fine in at least the physical sense rather than trying to explain that while she is physically unharmed she has some concerns and anxiety about how missing or losing or skipping three years will affect her life in the long run, content to listen to Delaana field Lily's question about what it is that had happened to her and her lieutenant given that she herself has only a tentative grasp on the particulars given that she was in no state to take in or recall any more detailed explanations that might have been offered the night before. As she eats and sips her vine-caf while listening to the others talk among themselves in a comfortingly familiar way, Elika feels a little less anxious about things as she doesn't detect any overt differences in demeanor or behavior among them, giving her hope that she won't find any of them fundamentally changed by the last three years of their lives.
Elika looks a bit guilty when Delaana explains that she had plans to go to Honoghr that she will change now, and gently squeezes Delaana's hand as she whispers, "You don't have to change your plans, my Ceesi. Smiling and attempting a joke, she says, I promise I'll still be here when you get back. Chuckling as she realizes that she is almost certainly unemployed now, she adds, I don't think I'll have any business trips offworld any time soon since I doubt the firm has held my job all this time." Frowning as she starts thinking about how being unemployed and not knowing the current state of her finances could make normal things like paying her share of the bills and other things one other problem among many she imagines she will have to face in the coming days, Elika tries not to let her anxiety get any more of a hold on her than it has, reminding herself that it sounds from what has been said that Andros has some kind of plan to address at least some of the concerns she has, as well as those she imagines she probably has yet to even think of, about what the effect of her return after three years being concerned missing will be.
Shaking her head as she tries to set all of her worries aside, trusting that she will eventually find her footing again, Elika smiles when Crystal asks whether any of the ladies present are in the mood for pampering, raising her hand as she says, "Yes, please, hon', that idea sounds very appealing," imagining that spending some time with her friends and, should she decide to go through with cancelling her plans despite Elika's protest, Delaana would go a long way in helping her fight back the anxiety she can feel swirling around and gaining strength within her.

Nodding in confirmation to Lily's statement about what Ryan was doing at the Academy, he soon furrowed his eyebrows and then arched one of them. "Nothing does escape you, you are correct on all accounts." Not that he was being prosecuted, but he had learned since meeting her there were no point in denying anything, and it was best for him to just say what's what, and be done with it. "I also realized that I had never done that before all the students, so I will definitely at some point be teaching them that." Musing on his own, he wasn't truly speaking to any one in particular but he did look at Franz with a knowing expression. Thankfully for him, a few of them had mastered that Force power too...
When he got that look from Elika, maybe his analogy was off the mark but still in the end, the finality of it all. It was three years after from her point of view, and things had happened, or did not happen, but again in the end, they were still all here and they would absolutely do everything and anything to just help her out. He was very certain she knew that, and of course he also knew that she wasn't one that would be screaming that she just jumped in time. Considering that from that part, Atlantis just needed to wait until he received the report, he knew that his brother too was going to receive it in any case, so now it was just the waiting game.
It looked like at least the ladies were tentatively making plans for today which got him to smile. Atlantis couldn't quite remember when was the last time Crystal or even Lily had done that. Atlantis knew the answer and he was certainly glad that Crystal had been the one to suggest that, and he did not foresee Lily turning that down nor Lana. Considering the recent haps, he knew that the Hapan wouldn't be going to Honoghr to see her brother. Atlantis just preferred to not address some of the things that had been said as after all, it wasn't that he was not interested, it was more the fact that he knew that it was going to be resolved in any case. Atlantis knew the people here enough that he had no doubt that Crystal, just like Lily and even Lana would put Elika at ease. Keep her also occupied to not think too much about those things.
"Ladies have their plan. Unfortunately Franz, you and I are being benched, and thus we should probably do our manly stuff." Laughing and shaking his head, there was no manly stuff or whatever, but actually just them heading to the Academy and potentially relieve whomever was present there, and just take over for the rest of the day. Looking at Lily soon enough and tilting his head on the side with a knowing expression. "Should I send your doc along here later, counselor Jankovic?"

"Oh, that good, huh? Laughing at how Pookie seems to describe Forcias being there for Gorgeous' lieutenant, I already can imagine. If baby girl could still hear my thoughts here, I bet she would be glaring, not that she wouldn't be glaring now anyways. Shrugging nonchalantly at the thought and smiling, Lucy is still someone that I actually need to know, I remember Baby Girl telling me that she was actually fun, and was down for some girl talks, but that is still something that I definitely have yet to see. Nodding in confirmation also because after all Hot Stuff informed me last night about it, I wink at him knowingly before focusing my attention onto Baby Girl about actually me needing someone to act in my place back at the office. No, of course not, besides apparently she and her family have been looking for him for so long. I swear to you, Honoghr and Umgul at this point might as well be married on how much the two planets hold connection with one another ..."
It's true, my brother is there, the Hapan bombshell's brother is there, one of baby girl's brother is there also. And we have friends, plus a lot also came here in the past already. So, da, sister planets, or whatever. Taking a sip of my coffee after finishing the rest of my meal, I lower my cup looking at Lana actually interested in what she is saying about the reason why Gorgeous has disappeared for three years without us having a clue why. "Oh ... Frowning and shaking my head because I still don't quite fully understand except the fact that is too technical for me but thankfully it was only three years right? Proof of life, sure, as technically Gorgeous has never been announced dead, none of us pushed for that, and just left it as a missing person along with her lieutenant. Pretty sure Lucy is covered in that area since she is military, but Gorgeous is a civilian, however ... Right, job wise, Gorgeous, don't worry about anything when it comes to credits or whatever, Gesturing to myself and Baby Girl with my index finger. We got you, and I am sure that Boss Man will get your assets unfrozen quickly. I distinctly remember having that conversation with Andros a while back, on how quick we could get that done. He came through for both you and Lucy. So just live in the now, and we'll all be here to help you to adjust, or perhaps you won't even need to, it'll be as if you have never left."
Clearly the explanation provided by the Hapan Bombshell was enough for me to understand that while life went on for the rest of us here, and perhaps we all have dealt with it one way or another, the only thing that matters now is that she is back, and we are all together again. The best way to start that again, actually with Baby Girl's suggestion. "Yes, let's, even if I barely slept last night, I might fall asleep on the massage table. So yes, a thousand times yes. Smiling at Baby Girl knowingly, it truly has been a while since we did some pampering, sure there has been some haircuts here and there, but full spa day, nope, it has been a while. Glancing at the guys laughing especially with what lover boy has just said, I roll my eyes playfully and tilted my head on the side. Don't worry lover boy, one of these days we'll drag you along. And yes, please inform my dear doctor that I will want to see him later, but going with my mantra here, chicks before di ... Laughing and finishing the rest of my caf I look at the Hapan Bombshell. Even if last night Lana had been more focused on Elika and how she was, her overall well being, it wasn't hard to miss at all how Forcias actually greeted Lucy, thus it was with a knowing smile, especially after Lily's statement that Lana looked at her Shakal confirming her guess. Nodding and blinking once and replying Big time. Taking a sip of her caf to cover her amusement, Lana just proceeded in finishing her breakfast as she just listened to the ongoing talks around the table. What Lily was saying about Umgul and Honoghr being tied, metaphorically speaking, it was true. Having gone there a few times these last three years just to be in a different setting overall, and because for a lot of reasons, her brother would understand too. Lana couldn't quite talk to people here for them being affected too one way or another, so she had to find some other ways.
Which was the reason why when Elika told her that she did not need to change her plans at all, or even cancel her trip, Lana was quick to shake her head and also reassure her. "Nash knows, I sent him a message already last night, and I am even sure he'd be the first one to tell me to not even make the trip." With everything she and Nash had talked about, all of their exchanges, she just knew him, like he knew her that this was where she was supposed to be. Plus any other day, if this did not happen, Lana would have suggested Elika to come with her, but it did happen, and far from her also to even make that suggestion now when both Crystal and Lily were also here, and that wouldn't even sit well with any of them. "Why not make that trip in the future together, with anyone here who feels like it?" Why not indeed? Different scenery, and different people, just different atmosphere.
Giving Elika's hand a squeeze to hopefully soothe her or just reassure her overall, Lana understood her worries, and what her disappearance entailed overall. Hopefully Lily's words would also reassure her. "Considering your resume, I am sure that you will not have a hard time finding a new job, perhaps the firm will also want you back one your boss realizes that you are here with us safe and sound." Either way, her statement was still valid, right? Anyone here would back her up one way or another when it was necessary.
Since the plan seemed to be in motion about treating themselves for a spa day, Lana nodded looking at Lily. "Yes, I am coming but," Looking down at what she was wearing with a smile, Lana shook her head before adding on. "I'll just have to go home first, and get changed, Andros just picked me up last night and I didn't have the time to change at all." Leggins, tank top under her hoodie, not that it bothered her that much, but she also needed to take a shower and just overall freshen up, and quite honestly she already didn't want to impose here further, so she'd do that at the comfort of her own home, and also perhaps even sneak in a comm with her brother.

Leave it to Lily to that take cue from Franz about Lucy and Forcias last night, shaking her head exasperatedly, only not really as deep down Crystal was just amused by her childhood friend's antic, as per usual, Crystal just commented, "You are so impossible, and you are not helping at all Pookie." No one missed that, at least Crystal was sure of it, and what she did find touching then and there, it was just the fact that the two of them just seem in their world and even did not care about the people around them at all. It was love, pure and simple.
"We should set up a holocomm date with them, that is it they are not busy, of course, I miss them." Crystal definitely meant the lawyers in Honoghr, and also she should probably consider in comming her brother, and just check up on him, and Alisha, it felt like it had been a while since they also talked, perhaps that could also be remedied sooner or later, just like old times, hopefully.
"Don't think about the job right now, sweetie, and what Lily said. Let's just start with the basics and we'll go from there, sooner or later, everything will fall back into place, just believe that." Being in her situation, Crystal knew that it was caused for worried, or even maybe Elika's anxiety might grow but hopefully her friend knew that she wasn't on her own at all, they were all there. "We'll help you along the way, so just don't worry at all, alright?" Whatever came, tomorrow, the next day, or even today, Crystal would make sure that it wouldn't affect Elika too much, and hopefully it'll be resolved quickly, she knew that Andros would do everything in his power to do so.
"Manly stuff?" Crystal repeated with an arched eyebrow before nudging Atlantis' shoulder. "You heard Lily, this if a girls' day out, I am sure that you and Franz will be quite busy anyways. Just say hello to all of them from me, and let Saoirse know that I will still make time to spar with her when I do get a moment." It was what she had talked about with one of the newest learner of the Academy, but of course last night that conversation had to be cut short for obvious reasons. Though not really lingering on that for now, she looked at the three women with her currently. "Besides the fact that we all need to change, and just freshen up, shall we do that package deal, spa, mani, pedi, and lunch?"

Nodding, Franz only actually did that, nodded confirming Lily's statement. "Yep, the love is strong between those two." He ended up saying knowingly then soon looked at Crystal with both of his shoulders raised with a somewhat innocent expression, not that it would fool anyone right now. But he wasn't blind at all, he saw that clear as day, and even if by nature those two weren't much of the talking type truly, at least to any of them, it was still undeniable last night. Franz decided to not say anything further, as he was pretty much that it would get into trouble too, and also another thing what those two had together, well it really wasn't his story to tell at all.
Plus he didn't exactly know them that much. Franz knew the basics, and he also knew that the Kiffars as a whole were pretty discreet in any case, not that he'd even ask any of the details what ever happened in their chain of command. But what he did know was that they were always a helpful bunch, and always came through whatsoever situation so to speak.
Right about now, it did certainly sound that the women herewith present had their plans laid out for the day, he was very certain, or at least he hoped that would be the case, Elika would just have a restful and non dramatic day. "Yeah, yeah, besides I am pretty sure that you have a ton of questions stll to answer." Franz said playfully looking at his cousin before explaining to those who did not know who Saoirse was. "New learner, although older, Model Face approached her at the university, she was part of the limmie team there." That was just it, pretty much, and in the fear of boring the rest, he did not say anything further actually and just smiled knowingly.
"Just relax, have fun, and definitely just have a good time." Franz knew that no matter what Elika was pretty well surrounded plus with all of the few things that had changed within the planet, the press that stopped being on people's faces, Franz was pretty sure they'd just have that peaceful experience. "We'll just leave the B69 here, so you can use it." Franz knew that Crystal could pilot, heck even Lana but also Lily so instead of having a chaperone or hailing an airtaxi, they could use that airspeeder. It wasn't as if they were lacking in that department back at the academy anyways.

Elikapeka smiles when, shortly after Delaana confirms that her guess about PDA being the reason Franz sounded so amused when informing Lily that Forcias had been there to meet her lieutenant, Franz emphatically asserts that the love between her lieutenant and Forcias is strong in a way that suggests their love is also easy for anyone to see given how the pair is apparently not opposed to expressing it publicly; which amuses Elika as the idea seems at odds with the buttoned down and aloof way that her lieutenant typically presents herself.
Elika's expression when Delaana says that she has already let her brother know that she won't be making the trip to Honoghr that had been planned prior to the previous evening's events is still a bit guilty, though it also reveals that she, despite her guilt, is more than a little pleased that Delaana will be staying. Smiling and giving Delaana's hand a tender squeeze when the Hapan suggests that she and Elika might make a trip to Honoghr themselves or with any of the others that might want to come along with them, Elika tells her quietly, "I would like that very much, my Ceesi," in a thoroughly smitten tone that suggests she would quite happily go along with any suggestion involving the two of them spending time together.
Frowning a bit, more due to the thought of being a burden on her friends than to anything else, when Lily tells her not to worry about her job or finances for the moment since both Crystal and Lily are willing and able to cover any expenses she might encounter between now and when Andros is able to get her assets unfrozen, Elika says, "Thank you, she turns to Crystal to include her, both. After taking a sip of her vine-caf, Elika manages a somewhat forced smile to match her rather forced jovial tone as she tells Lily, I'll try to take your advice and live in the now too, Beautiful," even though she can only imagine what that might be like given her natural inclination to worry and fret, which has only been compounded by traveling three years into the future; as comfortingly familiar as the morning with Delaana and her friends has been thusfar, Elika's ingrained pessimism cannot let her shake the thought that, despite Lily's assertion that it will soon be like she has never left, the three years of her friends lives she has missed will come back to haunt or hurt her in some way before too long.
Smiling a bit less shakily when Crystal and Delaana add their support to Lily's idea about forgetting about her job, Elika lifts her hands as though surrendering and even laughs as she tells them, "Okay, okay, no more fretting about for my job or credits . . . for today anyway, and then shakes her head as she spears the last bite of pancake on her plate and lifts it to contemplate it as she wonders aloud to herself softly, I wonder if Evadne would take me back," the idea of returning to the firm she, from her perspective, never left rather than going through the ordeal of interviewing and settling into a new workplace with unfamiliar co-workers, more than appealing to her.
After finishing the last of her breakfast while Lily and Crystal hash out the details of what their day of pampering will include, which makes her believe that TaSpa!, one of their favorite places to visit when in search of indulgent ways to spoil themselves, is where said pampering will occur, and Delaana says that she will be joining them after she goes home to freshen up first, Elika drinks some of her vine-caf while listening to Franz telling Atlantis that he will probably have a lot of questions waiting for him since there is a new learner at the academy that Crystal spars with and who Atlantis had apparently recruited from the University's limmie team. Arching an eyebrow with an amused grin, Elika asks Atlantis playfully, "And what does the University think about you poaching their limmie player from them? Guessing that there will have been other learners recruited over the course of the past three years, Elika asks Franz and Atlantis, How are things at the Academy? How many learners do you all have there now?" Elika has not visited the Mist Order Academy since showing everyone around after the construction of her design had been completed, and believes that she would enjoy seeing it now that it is in use should the opportunity to do so ever present itself.
Setting her mug down and taking both of Delaana's hands into hers, Elika turns towards her and pouts just a bit as she says sincerely but with a light touch of theatricality to make it clear she is teasing, "I wish you didn't have to go, my Ceesi, I'll miss you terribly until you come back, then sighs heavily as she goes on with a glowing smile, but I am very glad that you will be joining us for the pampering today. Turning back to everyone after Franz has explained he and Atlantis will leave the B69 so that she and her friends can use it, Elika nods and, sounding moderately more certain than she had before, tells Franz and Atlantis, Relax and have fun, check! You two have fun doing your manly things and answering questions. Looking over at Crystal, she smiles and says, The package deal gets my vote, hon'."

Atlantis wasn't at all surprised that Crystal did miss her friends that were on Honoghr, from the stories he had heard, it was just filled with shenanigans back in their uni days. Plus the fact that a lot of light had been shed on what had happened in the past, again he wasn't surprised how they clicked again. "Just give one of them a comm, you very well know that they'll get back to you." That was all he could do just encourage her, and mayhaps in the near or distant future, she would make the trip, because why not?
Gathering his plate, and his cutlery, doing the same for the people that were done with their breakfast, Atlantis just piled them up and looked at Elika with a knowing smile. "Well, the dean was gracious, and kind, and understood the circumstances. It's relatively recent truly. I was just at the limmie game and noticed that one of the players had the Force on her side, so you know." Quite honestly Atlantis figured that if and when people figured out that potentially she could use the Force in the midst of non Force users, opponent teams might scream cheat or scandal, and even if Saoirse had no idea to begin with, well sooner or later perhaps someone or anyone could figure it out.
"Things at the Academy is great, I damaged several walls there, and just destroyed a few things before it was just in the way." Looking at Elika with a very serious expression before shaking his head and laughing at potentially the near glaring face she had then and there. "I am kidding, Elika, promise, I did no such thing, at all, you should come around some time when you feel like it, the kids there are welcoming and just kind, there are a several learners of different ages, and they just love it there." Glancing at Crystal who after all in the last three years, he smiled warmly and nodded in her direction. "Crystal is there also often, though the learners have no idea that she is attuned to the Force, she never said anything." It was true, even if the press did stop the people's private lives' coverage on the planet, Crystal still preferred to just inform a handful about her affinity, and all the people here in this kitchen knew about it.
"I'll say hello to them, no worries and I'll transmit the message most certainly, although the younglings will be missing you and your food." Standing up from his seat and picking up the rest of the dirty dishes around the table, Atlantis deposited them in the sink and made a shooing motion to the ladies to just get out of here and do their thing while he cleaned up around here first before freshening up and actually heading to the Academy with Franz after bidding his farewell to the women.

Something tells me that she'll keep worrying no matter what ... Gorgeous does seem to be the kind to do so, I know it's very complicated since technically she did miss three years of our lives here, but it wasn't as if we have changed that much, right? Okay sure three years, we have changed, and that's just how life goes, if only Gorgeous knew how boring we have become here ... Stopping myself from shuddering and just looking at Elika with a knowing smile, paired to me with inclining my head a few times before laughing and shaking my head. "Oh Gorgeous, what did I tell you? Do or do not, there is no try. Laughing softly and remembering exactly when I used that well known phrase, it seems so long ago but to me it seems like it was only yesterday. Plus, like CKayne would say Carpe Diem"
I know Gorgeous is just the way she is but I am very sure we'll just alleviate her concern one way or the other, and it starts with us going to TaSpa! There was a time when we always used to go there, but then Crystal and I just stopped altogether for obvious reasons in the last three years. Perhaps Cosimo still remembers us. That should be fun.
Mmmmm these talks about Honoghr reminds me also that I should also contact my brother and check up on him, but he might be busy with Spanky ... Giggling at the thought, actually unable to help myself, I am just sleepless and can't really control my inner monologue sometimes, I end up covering my mouth and shake my head. "Nope, nothing at all ... I end up saying which thankfully was about the same time Lover Boy has been joking about wall destruction and the potential unamused look he is getting from Gorgeous. You just love getting in trouble, don't you Lover Boy?"
Thanking him when he picks up all the dirty dishes, I suppose I should freshen up and get changed, at least to look more alive than I do right now. Thankful also that the guys are leaving the airspeeder for us, though I am so not piloting at all. "Baby girl, you pilot, please, I am so not awake enough for this, and shall we meet up there in two hours ish?" I asked the Hapan Bombshell since she is also going home, though one of us should probably hail a cab for her, which is what I actually do when I pick up my commlink to request for one ...
Finally standing up from my seat and telling the boys to have a nice day, I just end up dragging my luggage towards my room to actually freshen up and actually relax for a bit into my own room. Thankfully that's what I needed to be much more awake than I was earlier to actually just get changed into comfortable casual dark clothes. Walking over to the living room to actually wait for both Crystal and Elika, I end up checking my portable datapad, just in case I have received any urgent message.

Answering with squeezing Elika's hand back, Lana just smiled and winked at her. Lana perhaps figured that Elika was probably feeling a bit guilty, but quite honestly she had nothing to worry about or feel guilty about her postponed trip. Lana had already been in Honoghr often these last three years, but she figured she wouldn't blurt it out currently due to the fact that in the end she would have to explain everything in its entirety, and it wasn't the right time at all. "That's settled then, in the future, we'll make that trip, plus that way my brother gets to meet you officially." The difference between her and Nash, he actually was attuned to the Force, and she wasn't but the two of them had shared so much already, that he was also her secrets' keeper, like she was his. While Lana had actually no idea what Nash had shared with his significant other just yet, Lana still wasn't just ready yet, but the lawyers back in Honoghr actually, and probably knew that she and Nash were very capable fighters. Lindsay's nickname to her brother was fitting.
Smiling at the thought and just taking a sip of her coffee, actually finishing it, she was just fine with listening to the conversations here. Lana agreed to what Lily and Crystal had said which she only showed by nodding and smiling while looking at Elika knowingly. "You can always ask him, my Shakal, but as Lily and Crystal both have planned, today is about relaxation and have fun indeed." Work could definitely wait a few days, or even a week or so, until the Vice Governor did what he needed to do. She wouldn't be surprised actually if he expedited the whole process.
Sounded like a good plan to actually meet up in a few hours back at TaSpa!, she knew that it was still there as truth be told she would still get a massage there from time to time to untie the knots on her back. "Two hours it is, and thanks for hailing a cab for me." Grateful for that actually, she still had to grab her jacket again from Elika's room actually, but she could quickly do that indeed in a few. For now she just looked at the architect with a warm smile and shook her head slightly. "We'll see one another soon, my Shakal, promise." Winking and giving her hand a gentle squeeze to reassure her, Lana pecked her lips quickly before standing up. "I just have to grab my jacket, and then I'll be off."
As she said, she did grab her jacket and made sure she had everything in her pocket before walking out of the lakehouse just telling everyone she'd be seeing them soon, and with that, she got into the cab and gave her address to the city to actually just do exactly what she had in mind, freshen up, comm her brother too if she had enough time...

Crystal supposed she could do that indeed, just give them or just one of them a comm, and they'd get back to her. Even if she did hear from time to time how they were faring, with Delaana going there often. It actually wasn't really the same, Crystal still wanted to hear from them personally. She supposed that was mainly her fault too, she didn't really want to burden them further with her problems, or her overall worries but she should definitely give them a comm. Looking at Elika when she thanked her also, Crystal just shook her head with a smile, "Don't mention it, sweetpea, I know you'd do the same for us." If the positions were reversed, Crystal was very certain of that fact, plus it was only natural and logical, that's what friends are for anyways. But she did not hesitate to point at Lily with a faint chuckle and nodded in agreement. "And we are definitely seizing the day with complete relaxation."
Glancing at her boyfriend who could not help himself actually and just joke about destroying a few things at the Academy, Crystal just shook her head and rolled her eyes playfully. She definitely concurred with his statement about the kids, and just the learners there, who definitely still had no idea that she was also attuned to the Force. "No, I am not ready just yet to scream it out loud, but yes, I have often been there, sometimes sparring with Ayla, and even Mace, since still Atlantis can't still hit me back, that hasn't changed at all." Looking at the Grandmaster of the Mist Order with a knowing smile, Crystal reiterated last night's request from pretty much everyone so to speak. "You owe us a sparring match with that good looking man." Winking playfully at him, perhaps she was trying to get a rise out of him, but all in all she was just teasing him as usual.
Considering that they had their plans for the day which was to go to TaSpa! and just relax, Crystal at least could say that this day at least began on a good note, they talked here for breakfast, Lily was also back from her business trip around the planet, and Elika was here amongst them, finally. Crystal nodded looking at Lily and smiled warmly. "I'll handle the piloting, yes, and thanks to the both of you for leaving the airspeeder. She looked at both Franz and Atlantis with a knowing smile before shaking her head. "Perhaps it would be best if we start getting one of our own, although..." Looking at Elika with an amused expression. "Your Z-95 is still in the garage there," Chuckling softly, at least she knew that it still worked, since Atlantis sometimes did start it up and took it for a spin, or she did in the last three years. But she still had not seen Elika getting behind the pilot seat.
"Just tell the younglings I'll make it up to them sooner or later. Besides they are too cute to stay away from and check up on them." Crystal had often been at peace there at the Academy mostly and mainly thanks to the eager learners who often were curious and just loved talking. "I'll see you later, and thanks for clearing this out." She mentioned standing up from her seat and kissing Atlantis before looking at her friend who voted in favor of the package deal. "Just going to freshen up and get ready, then we can just go ahead with our plan." Crystal mentioned before walking out of the kitchen to actually freshen up after taking her effects with her.
Heading to her room and actually freshening up, taking a shower, Crystal took her time so to speak to just in a sense wash her worries away, and she was quite content with how the day had started. Elika was back and that was all that mattered. Soon enough she was ready and casually dressed, Crystal walked out of her room and just headed towards the living room seeing Lily sat there. "Put your datapad away, Baby Girl, no work today, nothing." Picking up her childhood's friend datapad and dimming it off, Crystal tossed the device into her friend's bag with a playful wink.

"That sounds wonderful, my Ceesi, Elikapeka tells Delaana when the Hapan declares the matter of a visit to Honoghr has been settled, adding that it would provide her a chance to introduce Elika to her brother; the prospect of meeting Delaana's brother as exciting as it is mildly nerve wracking for Elika as, while she is interested in meeting Nash given his importance to Delaana, she is, by nature, also inclined to worry about the impression she might make given her social anxiety. Doing her best to not let herself dwell on the added worry her anxious personality has elected to offer up for contemplation, Elika smiles as she nods after Delaana reminds her that the day has been declared one of relaxation and fun, pointing out that Elika can contact Evadne about the possibility of getting her old job, that, as amusingly as confusingly for her, from her perspective she never left, another time, Right, relaxing and fun. Shouldn't be too hard, she adds in a playful tone accompanied by a less than certain expression that renders a more accurate portrait of her frame of mind at present, right?"
Laughing a bit less uncertainly when Lily reminds her of the advice she and Crystal have given her on more than one occasion, Elika offers Lily a playful salute as she says, "Doing not trying and seizing, affirmative, Beautiful. Giving Crystal a grateful smile when her friend tells her not to worry about her finances, reminding Elika that she would do the same were their positions reversed, Elika nods when Crystal adds her own agreement to Lily's mandate about the day being a relaxing one, then looks over at Lily and affirms, Complete relaxation, see? We're all on the same page," feeling the comforting familiarity of the interplay between the three of them start to erode some of her concerns and worries.
Arching an eyebrow in amusement when, after he explains a little more about how he recruited the academy's newest student, Atlantis tells her he was only joking about visiting a bit of wanton destruction on the academy, Elika nods when he suggests that she should visit the academy when she has an opportunity, "I'd like that, and then, looking over at Crystal, who Atlantis has explained has yet to reveal her Force sensitivity to any of the students, asks in an amused tone, He owes you a sparring match with a good looking man? Why do I get the feeling there is am interesting story behind that, hon'? Guessing that the story will be told at some point, Elika purses her lips when informed that her Z-95 is still in the garage, frowning as she says, Too bad it doesn't fit more than two people, I could certainly use the piloting practice, then laughs as she corrects herself, Then again, maybe it's good that it doesn't since I'm not too confident in the cockpit yet, and, she laughs again, given my recent track record with starship travel. . . " trailing off with a shrug, Elika supposes that, since she wouldn't be using the Z-95's hyperdrive, she at least doesn't need to worry about the possibility of getting stuck in a crossroad again, though her mind has no trouble at all coming up with an extensive list of other things that could go wrong, making her wonder if she'll ever feel comfortable piloting the craft, or any other for that matter.
After Delaana pecks her on the lips once she is ready to leave, Elika smiles as she rests a palm on the Hapan's cheek while keeping the fingers of her other hand interlaced with Delaana's, "See you soon, my Ceesi," only letting go of her hand when Delaana has gone too far out the door to keep hold of it any longer. Sighing and closing the door after waving to Delaana after she has gotten into the cab, Elika feels the familiar sense that the Hapan has taken a part of her upon parting, and realizes how fortunate she feels that her three year absence had not led to Delaana moving on; unaware that it was not fate alone that had brought them together, Elika does know that as they have, or had not depending on one's point of view, not been together long before the recent hyperspace incident, and so understands how easy it would have been for Delaana to have simply gone on with her life rather than waiting for a return that might never happen, the thought, when coupled with her own feelings, making her realize how much Delaana has come to mean to her, which makes her feel equal parts giddy and, due to her anxious nature and past history, a bit apprehensive about all that could go wrong. Laughing to herself as she hears Lily's voice in her head telling her to stop worrying, Elika heads to her room to get ready for the day.
Having showered and tried on three different outfits, wanting to dress casually but also mindful of the fact that she will be spending the day with Delaana, which naturally makes her worry about her appearance more than necessary, Elika comes into the living room wearing the loose fitting khaki suit and slacks with a cream colored blouse she ultimately settled on, having convinced herself that the addition of sandals makes the overall look more casual than dressy, just in time to hear Crystal telling Lily that no work is allowed, smiling as she agrees in a playfully stern tone, "No work or worrying allowed at all, beautiful. Only fun and relaxing today, remember?"
