Franz smiled when he got the clear about his toast and he took a sip of his wine before listening to the ongoing conversation again and in silence. He was still thinking about that matter that he had felt earlier and that was recently confirmed by Atlantis a few moments ago. Thankfully though his expression was still peaceful and so were his emotions because despite that slight hiccup which he couldn't do much about for now, he was still in great company.
He looked at Elika with a knowing smile when she seemed to have decided to sleep in tomorrow. Franz knew that maybe that would happen but then again, who factually would wake up after drinking that much the previous evening and go for a jog the next day? He couldn't see that, no matter how strict a person was with their usual routine. "So... No jogging tomorrow?" Franz asked with a playful pout and chuckled before shrugging slightly. "I wouldn't blame you after this unquiet evening."
Now that Elika had asked about what Lily was thinking, he wondered about that too, which was why he, too, looked at Crystal dubiously wondering what Lily usually did to pass up the time that immediately got Crystal to say pretty much no. Crystal does have an interesting idea and to his delight, Elika goes first, he listened attentively to her songs selection and smiled warmly. "Actually, not surprising." Franz told her sincerely before inclining his head with warm smile. "Will I ever get to hear you play one of these days?" He asked curiously, he was quite aware of her hobby too, and it wasn't just sketching, it was also playing the vioflute.
He extended his arm in Elika's direction to take the controller and thought for a few moments. He put his glass down on the table and closed one of his eyes to think of a fitting song for yesterday. "This is tougher than it sounds." He muttered thoughtfully before lifting his index finger and began to search for that song that would depict his yesterday. "Right, so yesterday." He said thoughtfully, not that the lyrics had any relevance really but he just liked the music that went with it. He waited for that to finish and played the second song that would fit for today. "Today, obviously." And for tomorrow, well there was one song that came to mind right now, and when the second finished playing, he looked at the three of them and chuckled. "And finally, I think that this song, for tomorrow will definitely fit for me." Franz passed the controller to whoever wanted to go first.

Sighing in mock defeat when Elika states that indeed, it has come to us who should have done the cooking, and that wouldn't turn out to be great maybe, at least I know that if I had been the one cooking, it would end up badly, very badly ... "Couldn't agree with you more on that, gorgeous." Winking playfully before looking at Crystal with a very jaded expression. "Sooner or later, baby girl, you will really realize that gorgeous and I really are not made for a kitchen."
I am sure that Crystal already knows that but right now I am faking a hurt expression and gasping to show that I am so shocked that baby girl doesn't allow me to even choose the next game, I look at her with a pouty face. "I do not even know what you are talking about ..." I tell her playfully before laughing because yes, I am sure that CKayne might have guessed what I potentially had in mind to begin with, after all she has been used to that before. In my defense though, I have asked all of them first on what we should be doing to kill the time, and I am not that bad ... Okay yes, I am that bad, but it's really not the time and place to play that game just yet, maybe when we get to the tipsy phase.
Sipping my wine so that I am doing something right now and also because I do not want to laugh at that thought that just went through my mind, I look at Elika with a very innocent expression to tell her that I wasn't thinking of anything at all. I am sure though that she will not believe that, because I don't believe that either anyways, but considering that we are currently steering far away from my idea with Crystal's suggestion, I look at her agreeing to that suggestion of hers, but now I have to think of three songs. Oh gods ... That is tougher than it looks although gorgeous decides to go first and I listen attentively to her selections with a warm smile, because it actually does fit her and it is quite soothing.
"What Franz said, will you play for us one of these days?" I ask her genuinely because I do remember that the space dedicated to her in the house is about music and painting, and I really would like to listen to a piece she might have written, but I am not pushing it, whenever she is comfortable then I will gladly listen with attentive ears. Now it looks like it Franz's turn and I do agree with his statement that it is tougher ... But he seems to have found the songs just fine. I listen to his selections before laughing wholeheartedly for the third.
"Those are good." I tell him sincerely although I have no want to currently psychoanalyze him about his yesterday's song but it sounds to me that he really has so many things to deal with and that his final song tells me that he is actually looking forward to tomorrow. I gesture to Franz so that he can hand me the controller since I have figured out those three songs and I put my glass down onto the table before finding the first one that would reflect my yesterday. "Yesterday, stupid long day." I say while making a face but that song does fit my yesterday considering what I had to deal with ...
"My today," I say with a giggle after pushing the play button and letting that one go on until I come up with the third and final song for tomorrow, at least it's how I might picture that tomorrow. "And finally, how I see that tomorrow, for all of us." I put the controller down next to Crystal and start dancing on the spot with a knowing glance at Crystal. "We should go clubbing one of these evenings!"

Crystal made a face when Elika asked her what Lily was thinking. "Sweetie, if Lily had her way, we'd be going into a truth or dare game." It did not sound so bad when Crystal just put it like that, but Lily being Lily, well, it said it all, right? Lily was a lawyer and she could very well push it to a point that people might get very uncomfortable. Crystal could play that game just fine but currently, she wasn't in the mood to do so, not enough wine just yet and right now also she wanted a smoke even though she had been trying to quit but from time to time she was still known to light a few cigarettes especially when she was drinking.
Crystal's need for a smoke temporarily faded away when Elika decided to go with her suggestion, so Crystal handed the controller to her so she could choose the songs that would reflect those three days. Crystal had a smile on her features because even though that Elika thought it was something they had not expected, to tell the truth, knowing Elika more or less and her love of the vioflute, she was definitely expecting that. Sure it was different from her usual genre, but Crystal still loved those songs Elika had picked. It reflected her and in those songs, Crystal knew that it reflected her mood. It was, after all, the point of this little game right? So that they could kill some times.
"Soothing and you don't need words to understand." Crystal told her sincerely with a warm smile before pointing at both Franz and Lily to concur with their statement, it would be nice to hear Elika playing from time to time. Crystal wasn't against that, she had requested that once a while ago anyways.
Now, it was Franz's turn and she listened attentively to the songs he had selected for each day, she never knew that he was the rock type of guy, but then again she never pegged him as any particular type, and it made her wonder if he listened to those kind of songs back then, but the last song he picked to reflect his potential tomorrow, that made her smile, now that was more like it. More the Franz she was used to a few months ago. "That is definitely a good one for tomorrow." Crystal told him with a playful wink before giggling softly, she would really love to see that more from him, the lyrics spoke to her and she wanted him happy, so she was going to make it a mission to hopefully see the old Franz more tomorrow.
Leaning back comfortably against her seat and placing her feet under her, Crystal focused her attention onto her childhood friend and actually wasn't surprised about that first selection considering that yesterday, Lily seemed to have been in a crabby mood, but she knew that her brother had fixed that, she guessed? The second song made her laugh and she rolled her eyes playfully until the last song came, that brought so many memories, Crystal knew how Lily referred to that song. "Uh huh, bitch song alert." Crystal stifled a laugh and shook her head in fake exasperation. "Maybe one of these evenings, why not?" Crystal tentatively suggested as she looked at Elika dubiously, if she was up for it, then sure, otherwise they could still have their little dancing session here, though Lily was already doing the dancing.
Since the three of them had gone through their music selections, Crystal guessed it was her turn, so she picked up the controller after putting her glass of wine down and closed her eyes briefly to think of that one song for her yesterday. Finally finding one, she selected it and took a deep breath. "Yesterday." While that played, Crystal searched for her today song and found the perfect one. "Today" Crystal said after the first song finished playing and that one played automatically. "Finally, my tomorrow, how I see it at least." Crystal said with a smirk.
Putting the controller down, she took her glass of wine again and poured some wine into it noticing from her chrono that they had successfully killed thirty minutes with their songs. "Will you two mind if I actually smoked?" Crystal asked curiously to both Franz and Elika mainly because she already knew Lily's answer and how she would say it, but at least that would give her that reason to stand up, grab her pack from her purse and some credit chips to pay for those take outs too.

Groaning when Franz brings up the jogging that she is almost certain she will not be doing in the morning, Elikapeka crinkles her nose and moans theatrically, "You just had to bring that up, didn't you? Sunday morning, Elika says, smiling now so Franz knows she was not truly upset, bright and early, I'll start my routine. Wait and see. When Franz asks if he will ever get the chance to hear her play the vioflute, after which Lily asks when they will hear her play, Elika shrugs, suggesting with an amused smile, Give me a few more glasses of this, she raises her wine glass, and I might just play something for you after we eat. Assuming, she adds with a comically exaggerated skeptical expression, I am still in possession of the coordination and mental acuity required to play. Even though it would only be her friends that she would be playing for, Elika feels a twinge of nervousness; it has been years since she has played for any kind of audience, and while she was once possessed of the confidence to perform in front of crowds that was before she developed the social anxiety she now battles with daily. Telling herself that she should not be anxious about playing in front of friends, Elika lifts her right hand, thumb keeping her sleeve in place, and absently grasps her shirt and the figurine of Shiraya she wears beneath it as she listens to Crystal explain the potential danger inherent in allowing Lily to choose their activity. Nodding that she understands perfectly the trouble that could result if Lily were to successfully convince them to play the game she would probably have suggested, Elika smiles as she jokes, I'm not sure we have enough wine here in the cellar to make that seem like a good idea, then looks at Lily and smiles as she says, Sorry beautiful."
After Franz and Lily play their selections - Franz's somewhat more unexpected than Lily's since Elika, living with Lily, has had a chance to learn what kinds of music she appreciates where she did not previously have any such reference where Franz's tastes are concerned - and Lily begins dancing after handing the controller to Crystal, Elika shakes her head with a laugh when Lily suggests they go clubbing some night, explaining, "You'd have to go without me beautiful. Crinkling her nose, she adds, I don't dance. Two left feet." Her discomfort with crowds and social situations of most kind is the actual reason, of course, but Elika doubts anyone will call her on it.
"I loved the first song hon', Elika says with a smile when Crystal has finished her three selections, then shakes her head when Crystal asks if anyone minds if she smokes. As their food has yet to arrive, Elika finishes her wine and, as she leans forward to refill it, asks, What now? Glancing at Lily, Elika smiles and tells Franz jokingly, Better come up with something quick old woman, or Lily will think of something for you."

Franz lifted both of his hands as if to say he was innocent currently but he knew that he wouldn't be fooling anyone since he did bring up the fact that Elika wouldn't be jogging the next morning. "Told you." He told her before grinning playfully. "I am no longer fun, and it turns out that I am turning out to be a kill joy..." He made a face at that but soon enough he shook his head before smiling once again as he lifted his glass to toast to her resolution on doing what she was supposed to do tomorrow on Sunday. "I'll hold you to that, and if I see you are not coming out, I will be whistling into your room that early morning." He playfully warned her, he was assuming himself to be a self imposed coach right this instant.
Nodding to say that he got her instructions loud and clear in order for them to hear her play the vioflute, he glanced at the bottle of wines and chuckled. "Drink up then, but not too much, I wouldn't want your acuity be impaired too much from the wine." He said with another smile before he looked at her thoughtfully and smiled. "Did you know that the identical twins could play some instruments?" Franz asked curiously, maybe it was news to all of them but then again, as far as he could remember Atlantis had always been good with every strings instruments and Andros always the drum, any type of drums really. Maybe one of these days, the three of them could actually play together, who knew? It was something that he was hoping to happen one day at least.
Comfortably settling himself to his seat, Franz smiled when he got a good feedback for his tomorrow song but then he listened attentively to the songs that Lily and Crystal had selected. Just from the two sets, he could somewhat perceive a difference in their overall personalities. Lily definitely had that wild streak, so he wasn't surprised about that and as for Crystal, she seemed more tamed at least outwardly. Then again, he wasn't even going to start going into profiling his cousins' girlfriends because that was just rude and also it wasn't necessary, he appreciated them for who they were.
"Not at all." Franz replied when Crystal asked if he minded if she smoked, he was used to it anyways, from time to time even Atlantis smoked so really that wasn't a bother to him and this was her place too, so she didn't really need to ask for his permission, right? Right now though, yeah what now indeed? Franz's eyes widened when Elika redirected the decision to him and he looked nervously from her to Crystal and Lily before gulping. Franz really did not want to go either in a truth or dare session, so if Lily decided for him, yep there was a little apprehension. "I know!" He declared before laughing and rolling his eyes, he was sure that was going to be awkward too in a way but it would pass up the time.
"How about we mime someone we all know, barred us four and guess who it is?" He suggested thoughtfully before tilting his head on the side and making a face, now that he thought about it, that might be awkward indeed.

Waving my hand when gorgeous apologizes, and quite honestly, she doesn't need to apologize because it's unnecessary. Only Kayne up to this day knows what to expect if she and I end up playing that game, and even though it might be a good way to know a little more about people, I do not intend of pursuing that game of mine currently for respecting that much the people I currently am with. "Don't worry about it, gorgeous, at least we have enough wine to maybe hear you play later on." I tell her sincerely and playfully with a wink.
Sipping my wine looking forward to that perspective, hopefully it will happen indeed with just about enough wine in Elika's system just like Franz has pointed out a few moments ago, I look at him with a faint surprised expression when he says that the Vyridians do play some instruments. That I did not know. At least I was never made aware of it by baby girl, did she even know? "Did you know that lover boy and boss man played some instruments?" I end up asking baby girl thoughtfully. For as long as I can remember ever since I got on this planet, I have never heard Crystal telling me that Atlantis played some tunes for her ... So, maybe she did not know either? "What do they play?" Asking Franz curiously while I refill my glass and the others too, I am interested that much shows. There is nothing sexier in my honest opinion than a guy who knows how to play some music.
"One of these days, gorgeous, one of these days, you will go clubbing with me." I tell her with a knowing smile, maybe not tomorrow or maybe not the following months but one day, hopefully. I do understand the underlying reasonings but still I will not stop hoping for that one day when Elika does feel confident enough to come with me and/ or Crystal to the club. Picking up the controller again since the songs have stopped and we do need some background music which I select from my playlist and let the song play in the background. At least that would be fitting currently considering our current dispositions ...
While the song is playing, I turn to look at Elika with an amused expression when she is ushering Franz to pick the next activity. I laugh softly and roll my eyes playfully before taking a sip of my wine. Even if I do have an idea to kill a little bit more time, I do not say a thing, and instead I find myself being amused by Franz's suggestion. "I am definitely not starting for that one." I say with a giggle because that can be very awkward coming from me to begin with anyways and I do not know that much of people still here anyways, so I am probably out for the time being ...

Crystal smiled at the fact that Elika might be working out in the mornings now, definitely to lose her unwanted weight, Crystal was sure of it, and thus she genuinely offered. "Sweetie, if you want we can work out together?" Crystal always found that working out with a friend, it wouldn't necessarily make a work out turn into a chore that would make people give up after two or three times doing so. Whether Crystal worked out alone or not, it did not make any difference for her, she always had been used to it although at the very beginning she did have someone who was tagging along with her, and now she believed on returning the favor one way or the other. Also it sounded that Franz was going to join too, that was a welcoming perspective to tell the truth but she could not help but to laugh at Franz's warning who was sounding like a self imposed coach for Elika right now.
"That, I wouldn't qualify as kill joy at all." She told him with an amused tone because she was in fact amused so, how could that be kill joy really? But now she was really hoping to hear Elika playing a piece with her vioflute, maybe, maybe not, and as far as Crystal was concerned, she wasn't going to push Elika to do something she did not want to, same for the clubbing. It did not matter, here or there they were still having a good time, right? But it sounded to Crystal that Lily was really hoping that one the clubbing will happen, but her childhood friend wasn't pushing either, Crystal was sure that just like her Lily understood completely the underlying reasoning. Though she had been surprised to learn that both Atlantis and Andros could play an instrument or even several, she had no idea about Atlantis, so when Lily asked her that question, Crystal shook her head to say that no, she wasn't aware of that. And now she was actually curious to find out what the twins could play, so she looked dubiously at Franz when Lily asked that question.
Standing up from her seat when Elika and Franz told her that they clearly did not mind, Crystal lifted a finger after putting her glass down to say that she would be right back. Heading inside of the lakehouse, she went straight to her room to retrieve her cigarette pack from her purse along with the lighter and she also took the ashtray sitting there before grabbing some credit chips on the way. Before she even returned towards the recessed area, she made a quick stop to the bathroom due to the fact that she needed to go to the toilet and only after she had washed her hand did she come back.
Already lighting a cigarette and putting the credit chips down onto the table, she looked at everyone wondering if they had decided on what to do for the remainder of their wait. Taking a drag of her cigarette, she blew the excess of smoke up in the air before letting the stick sit in the ashtray. "Please tell me you have come up with something and did not let Lily decide?" Crystal asked playfully and teasingly nudging her childhood friend as she picked up her wine glass again to take a sip of her drink as she waited patiently for someone's reply.

Laughing when Franz says that he is now a killjoy and threatens to whistle into her room if she doesn't wake up for the jogging she has resolved to take up, Elikapeka unfolds a leg from beneath her to kick him playfully as she says, "You're still fun old woman, and I promise you won't have to use any force to get me out of bed. I'm going to get in shape, Elika declares in a decisive tone while folding her leg back beneath her, then sips her wine before moaning mostly jokingly, I want to fit into my good clothes again. Nodding her head eagerly with a smile when Crystal suggests that they work out together, Elika says, Yes please. That would be so, so great hon'." Crystal obviously has a routine that works, Elika thinks, and it is a well known fact that working out with others increases the likelihood of sticking to a routine; with both Franz and Crystal encouraging her, Elika imagines that she will be able to settle into an exercise routine without too much trouble despite the fact it has been a while since she really stuck to a plan to get in shape.
"We'll see anyway beautiful, Elika says in an amused tone when Lily says there is enough wine to ensure that she plays for them later; she has actually gotten more comfortable with the idea than she imagined, which Elika attributes more to the fact that she is so comfortable among her friends than to the wine. Looking more skeptical about the idea of clubbing when Lily says it will happen someday, Elika says, I don't know, then smiles with a shrug as she adds, but if anyone were relentless enough to make it happen, it would be you beautiful."
Elika smiles when Franz says not to drink too much, assuring him, "I'll be fine. I'm not even a lil', teensy bitty bit tipsy yet. Elika nods, then looks uncertain as she says, At leas' I think I'm not. Do I sound tipsy? Shrugging, Elika says, It prob'ly won't hurt my playing anyway. A lil' bitty bit of disinhibition is good for playing. Smiling happily, Elika notes, I said disinhibition properly, so I can't be too tipsy yet. Sipping her wine as Franz asks if they knew that the Vyridian twins play instruments as well, Elika leans over and slaps his shoulder with her free hand and says, Get out! No way. Really? Unable to picture Andros playing an instrument no matter how hard she tries, Elika laughs and points at Franz and asks, You're not jus' making that up? Get out!"
Sitting back and listening for how Franz answers Lily's question about what instruments the twins play, Elika sets her wine down after Crystal has returned, explaining, "The old woman has sugges'sed we mime someone we all know and see if we can guess who is being mimed from the miming of the person that mimes the other person. Wagging a finger, she explains further, Only you have to mime someone that isn't here now, you can only mime the someones that are not here. Clapping her hands together and standing when it looks like no one else is willing to go first, Elika grins as she says, I got one, then holds up a finger and takes a moment to consider how to mime the person she has in mind. Ok, she says after a moment, shaking her head and arms as she takes a deep breath and gets ready. Here goes, Elika announces, standing up straight and, after removing her spectacles and putting them into a vest pocket, scowling as she crosses her arms over her chest and then glares broodingly into the distance with her chin tilted slightly upward in what she imagines is a heroic fashion. Holding the pose, Elika waits to see if anyone can correctly guess who she is mimicking. . .

Franz keeled over when Elika kicked him and looked at her with fake shock before his lower lip trembled for show. But he sat up straighter and looked at her with amusement because fact was even though she had kicked him, something else came to his mind. "Good!" He declared with a laugh before putting a finger up and looking at her very seriously. "And then when that goes well under way, we will have to do something about the kicking." Franz nodded factually and looked at Crystal since it really sounded that she was going to be joining them. "PekaPeka cannot just remain on the kicking phase, you need to show her those punching tricks." He said as he mimed a boxer on the spot and chuckled and then another thought came to him. "Oh right and also maybe a particular eating regimen." He nodded and smirked at the thought before laughing again.
That was going to be a highlight of his early morning and he really was looking forward to it because after all, it was going to be fun in his honest opinion. He came back to the now the moment he heard Elika asking if she sounded tipsy. Franz looked at her with an amused expression and showed a quarter of an inch gap between his thumb and index finger. "A little bit." Franz said as he looked at her housemates and chuckled, the difference between Elika and Crystal but also Lily, the last two didn't look quite inebriated just yet, he could see that they could definitely hold their alcohol but Elika just did not, at least not yet compared to the two from Alderaan.
Again, Franz looked at Elika dramatically when she slapped his shoulder this time and he laughed at her expression, and obviously he had said something about the Vyridians that no one knew at all from Lily's questions and also Crystal surprised look. "Nope, not making that up at all." He said sincerely with a warm smile as he shook his head. "Atlantis likes the strings instruments and he plays those perfectly, he does have a preference for the Zabrak musical instrument though, the quetarra?" Franz explained before he smiled again at his other thought. "Andros works any types of drums." Franz could still remember that, sure the both of them haven't touched an instrument in a while but considering the Vyridians' predisposition of assimilating quickly they set their minds into, Franz wouldn't be surprised to see or hear them playing like pros once again...
When Crystal came back from inside, he looked at her and laughed at her statement before taking a sip of his wine again and he ended up refilling his glass but also the others that needed a refill and looked at Elika who seemed to be mimicking Andros, at least he thought that was Andros with the scowl and the glare she was doing right now. He could not help himself and he started to laugh because really, the Andros impersonation, that looked very wrong when it wasn't Andros doing it or maybe even Atlantis, Atlantis could pull that off without people outside of their circle knowing the difference, at least that was what he thought. Only after he controlled his laughter did he look at Elika and ventured that guess. "Our esteemed, Andros Vyridian?"

Oh nope, gorgeous is tipsy definitely ... I cannot help but to snort a laugh because of Elika right now, she is definitely tipsy in my books, that much I can see and tell. Gosh, that is very amusing to see. Even Franz is saying that she is a little tipsy but c'mon, it's more than a little right right! "Gorgeous ..?" I begin to tell her as I manage more or less my laughter right now, after all I have been drinking too and anything funny right now makes me laugh. "You are tipsy." I tell her factually with an amused expression before giggling on the side, my point does hold when Elika slaps Franz when he declares that the wonder twins do play some instruments, I smile at the revelation, and I actually do see Atlantis play the queterra and Andros, yeah he would be the kind to play the drums, it goes with his personality in my honest opinion. Then that idea comes to my mind.
"Oh, oh, oh!" I start fussing while snapping my fingers looking at Elika with that newfound revelation expression of mine. "One of these days, the three of you should try and play together!" That sounded more like a statement than a suggestion, that much I am aware of but still I would like to also see and hear the twins play at some point also and I wouldn't be surprised if baby girl wanted to hear her man play too.
When Crystal comes back and sits back down to her seat and just put her cigarette down into the ashtray, I cannot help but to actually take that cigarette and take a drag from it before blowing the excessive smoke in the air until I look at Crystal and giggle. "Feels like you and I just made out." I tell her playfully before pucking my lips as if I am kissing her right now, but I am still joking anyways and also Crystal is used to me taking her cigarette from time to time when we are drinking and just have a hit here and there.
Since it looks like Elika is down to mime someone, I focus my attention onto her when she starts emulating someone, and that person that comes to mind is definitely boss man, but her expression right then and there makes me laugh so much that it takes me a moment to control myself and just wipe away the tear that has formed in the corner of my eye. "Does Andros really do that, having his chin up and all?" I ask gorgeous still with an amused voice, sure gorgeous got the whole glaring and scowling expression but it really did not fit her at all. "Oh gosh, please do not do that one again!" I ask her in a hysterical giggle before covering my face onto baby girl's shoulder. I am still laughing, that much it is a fact, but really Elika being all scowling, it really doesn't fit her and just no ... Big no ...

It was a surprise for Crystal to find out that Atlantis knew how to play any strings instruments, of course she was also surprised to find out that Andros favored more the drums but discovering something about Atlantis, that was a good surprise to her. Crystal might have started thinking to ask him to play one day. She had to find a quetarra in the city then and give that to him. Smiling at her idea, she leaned back against her seat only to seat that Elika was definitely on the tipsy phase with how she was speaking currently.
Crystal was laughing that was a fact because she found it very entertaining to be seeing Elika this way, that meant definitely that she was having fun, and that by itself did not make her regret to just spend a quiet, or unquiet evening here at home, just the four of them together. "Got it." Crystal said in a toast as she sipped her drink and soon she got her glass refilled too by Franz, before she could even take a sip of her drink, she noticed Lily taking her cigarette and Crystal laughed at her childhood friend's statement before rolling her eyes playfully and she puckered her lips too as if to kiss her back.
"Except that there was no actual kissing and I clearly do not want to know where your mouth has been." Crystal giggled softly before rolling her eyes playfully, she retook her cigarette and took a drag from it while she looked in Elika's direction who seemed to be miming Andros right now. Crystal laughed, that was a given, because right now the visual that Elika was currently providing them was just hilarious, it did not look intimidating, or at least it wasn't close to the intimidating Andros kind.
"I believe that it is safe to say that no one will ever do an Andros impersonation correctly like he does himself." Crystal said softly as she took a sip of her wine and just wondered for jokes if even her boyfriend could pull that off, actually pretend to be Andros, maybe she'll ask him too one of these days... For now though, just for now.
Crystal put her glass of wine down onto the table and took a quick drag of her cigarette before picking up the credit chips that she had put there and just stood up from her seat. She could feel that someone was approaching, and it wasn't someone she knew, so she could only conclude that it was someone delivering their food. Instead of going into the lakehouse, she circled around the house to find herself at the entrance of the lakehouse. Pushing a button to get the gate opened, she found someone from that Tapani restaurant standing there holding some bags from with the restaurant's logo. Handing the person the credit chips and telling him to keep the change after seeing that it covered indeed the bill, she bid the person a nice evening before turning around on her heels and closing the gate again.
From there, she headed into of the lakehouse to put everything on plates and on a tray along with the cutleries and napkins before stepping back out into the garden deciding that since they were comfortably settled there, they could actually just eat out there. "Dinner time, everyone!" Crystal said with a warm smile and just handed to each and everyone of them their own plate and anything else they needed until she settled down herself onto her seat.

Pretending to look disappointed when Franz correctly guesses who she had been impersonated, Elikapeka grins and tries to touch her nose to confirm that he has gotten it, missing on her first attempt but managing to touch her nose on the second. Giggling as she unsteadily makes her way back to the lounge and drops into her seat, Elika tells Lily, "I don't know if he does the chin thing beau'ful, but I thought it fit since he's pretty heroic unner all the scowling and glaring, then tells Crytsal, An' you're apsalooly c'rect hon', no one does Andros better'n Andros. Nodding in agreement with her and Crystal's observation about the chances of anyone capturing Andros's unique demeanor, Elika sips her wine and then tilts her head to the side while agreeing cheerfully with Lily, Yep, I'm def'nilly a liiiiilll tipsy beau'ful."
Not so tipsy that she cannot follow the conversation, Elika laughs as she tries to picture herself, Atlantis, and Andros forming a trio, musing aloud, "I'm not really sure that we could get Andros to perform, but I can def'nly see him playing the drums. Pursing her lips in thought after chuckling at Crystal and Lily's back and forth about sharing the cigarette, Elika says, Maybe I'll write a piece for the vioflute, quewhatevera, and drums," giggling again at the thought of the three of them performing together.
When Crystal returns with the dinner, Elika pouts, "No one else is going to mime the miming of someone? Tha's to'lly unfa . . . distracted by the plate Crystal hands her, Elika smiles and says happily, Oohhh, food!" sitting up straighter so she can dig in and promptly forgetting about the impersonations. As she eats Elika doesn't touch her wine, thinking that the food should sober her up enough that she will still be able to play for her friends, after which she can probably have another glass or two of wine without risking too terrible a hangover in the morning; provided, of course, that she can remember to stick to the glass or two plan.

Franz had been looking at Elika trying to touch her nose and really seemed to be already tipsy, that was a fact. It actually made him smile and he was glad to be seeing her that way. Last time he did, he believed that it was back in Shadowmist, right? Seemed so long ago and even if namanas weren't involved right now, this was still a good moment. "Only Andros I have ever seen to glare that much, so it was an easy guess." Franz said with a chuckle before nodding a few times. "He doesn't do that chin thing." Franz said thoughtfully, no as far as he could remember Andros had never been the kind to show that he had done this or that, never overtly showed that he cared about anything, his actions were always hidden behind those layers and layers of his intricate personality.
The fact though that Elika had just qualified Andros as heroic, that was saying something and Franz smiled at that and how she really saw Andros for who really was beneath that exterior. When Elika though said that she was a 'little' tipsy, Franz turned to look at Lily and shook his head, that was far from being just a little tipsy and hopefully the food would be arriving soon, that way Elika could sober up a little and play for them. Speaking of playing, true, it would be difficult to potentially get Andros to play but, it was always worth a shot, right? "I am sure that you'll be able to convince Andros, if and when you tell him that no one other than us will be there?" Franz suggested with a warm smile, who better than Elika would know anyways, in a way they were the same, didn't like the attention and avoided as much as they could.
Franz had briefly caught that conversation between Crystal and Lily and he ended up looking at the both of them with an amused smile but he had to soon purse his lips to stop himself from laughing. Now that he thought about it, he could feel someone approaching too and it seemed that Crystal did as well, before he could even say something about that, she had up and gone to deal with that, and it was the food. Franz got his own plate and looked at Crystal gratefully and maybe his vision was a little blurry right now because it had been a while since he didn't actually drink that much.
He wouldn't be surprised if Lily and Crystal drunk him from under the table. That being thought, Franz grabbed his fork and knife before beginning to eat just sipping his wine from time to time to down the food that might have gone down wrong. "How about this..." Franz started to say to Elika after he had taken a bite of his food. "Since you have said that it was unfair, I'll make an impersonation after having eaten just for you?"

I have that thoughtful look on my features because I am actually thinking of whenever Andros is glaring and scowling, which is actually ninety-seven percent of the time ... Nope, I cannot see him doing that chin thing, at all but I do agree with gorgeous, he is pretty great and just good underneath that facade of his. "That, he is ... Everything he did so far without even saying that it's his own doing, he is never expecting for a compliment." I smile at the thought, there is just that fact that I like about him, he says what he wants and makes it happen even at the expense of him potentially not getting any sleep to complete something ...
Taking a sip of my wine while glancing at Elika, I giggle softly after lowering my glass. "Gorgeous, I do believe that you are way over the 'little' phase of being a lil tipsy." I tell her with a laugh, I know I am a little tipsy but Elika definitely went beyond the tipsy, at least that is how I am seeing it right now. But right now I am more focused on what Crystal has just told me, and I look at her with a shocked expression before pretending to sob.
"Just say it baby girl!" I tell her as she ups and leaves to do whatever she is going to do. "You don't love me no more!" I say quite dramatically before laughing at the stupidity I have just spouted. Considering that she has upped and left and that her cigarette is still there, I pick it up and take a few drag of it in between blowing the excess of smoke before looking at both Franz and Elika who both suggest something, that would actually be quite nice to see and hear. "You should gorgeous, and also what Franz said, just tell boss man that it'll only happen here, or some place else where there isn't a lot of people but just us?"
It makes me wonder though, what type of music does boss man actually like? But before I can even ask that question to Franz, I see that baby girl has the food and that no one else has done an imitation of someone. Pushing that latter matter aside for the time being especially when Crystal hands me my food, I look at her with a wide grin. "Thanks baby girl." Returning the unfinished cigarette into the ashtray, I sit up straighter and place the place onto my lap to just dig in and I know that just by eating, I may regain some sobriety ... At least that is what I hope.
After the first bite and the second bite, I look at Crystal and sigh softly. "I still think you would have cooked this better, baby girl." I tell her with a pout before taking my glass again to take a sip of my drink.

Crystal really was amused by the fact that Elika still couldn't hold her wine, if she had to guess right now, Elika might be nearing the drunk phase, but it actually made her smile affectionately, at least Crystal knew that Elika was having a good time right now. Crystal was about to reach for her cigarette but noticed that it was near the end, and she could not help but to nudge her childhood friend teasingly. "Baby girl, I know you are still waiting for that day to happen but really..." Crystal said with a laughter before rolling her eyes playfully. It had been their redundant joke for however long she remembered, but it always was funny come to think of it, especially when they were drinking.
Putting the cigarette out, she ended up shrugging before another thought came to mind. "This is the part where I should probably tell you that you should call your doctor instead of keeping making out with my cigarette." Crystal laughed this time and she knew that she really had to snap out of it because she was talking ridiculously. Too many glasses of wine in a short amount of time, it would be preferable for her to just shut up and eat.
So... That was what she was going to do, just eat. Crystal started to dig in and she really realized that by the time she had the first bite, she really was hungry and this was so welcoming to have at this point although the comment from Lily made Crystal look at her childhood friend with an amused expression. "I did say that I wasn't going to cook tonight, and besides, you would make me feel bad for missing all of this." Crystal said with a knowing smile. It was either that or something else, but in the end, she was actually glad to not have cooked right now and she did not feel bad about that.
"If he does an imitation..." Crystal began to say in Elika's direction after Franz had clearly promise something then and there. "Will you, at least, be playing for us afterwards too?" She asked with a pouty face before even batting her eyelids playfully like a spoiled brat probably. As she waited for the answer, Crystal continued to eat peacefully, although music was currently lacking so, she got a hold of the control and selected a random song and started listening to it before glancing at Lily with an amused expression.
"Isn't that by any chance, your doctor's favorite song?" Crystal asked innocently, because yes she intended to make Lily lose right now with the bet she had going on with Elika and Franz.

Crinkling her nose when Franz confirms that Andros does not 'do the chin thing', Elikapeka asks, "He doesn't? and then frowns in theatrical disappointment before pouting, Well, he should, and then nods in agreement with herself. Shaking her head vigorously when Franz states that he believes Andros could be convinced to perform on the drums, an idea which still seems impossible to her, Elika says, Sorry, just do not see it happening. Andros bangin' the sh . . . crap outta the drums in private, yes, she nods her head, then shakes it as she says, Andros poundin' on'a drums in public? Nope. Uh-uh. Won't happen. Nooooo way. When Franz suggests that he do an impersonation after dinner since she had claimed it was unfair that she had been the only one to play the miming game, Elika nods, Sounds perf'tly fair."
As she returns to her dinner and Lily voices the opinion that Elika has passed the tipsy phase, Elika tilts her head to the side, lifting her hand to cover her mouth as she smiles and says, "Way over beau'ful? Shaking her head, she asserts, A lil', maybe, but not way, no way I'm way over. I'm still a ways from being way over. Nope. Not way over, not yet anyway," she concludes with a giggle before, when Lily points out that Crystal would have been able to make a better rendition of the meal they had ordered, nodding and agreeing, To'lly. No ques'sion."
Setting her plate aside after finishing her dinner, Elika takes a tiny sip of wine and stands, announcing, "I'm too full for dessert, then points at Franz with a playfully stern gaze and says, No miming until I'm back, 'kay? 'Kay," she concludes with a nod before collecting her dishes and any others that are ready to be washed or tossed as the case may be and heading inside. After tending to her bladder before it bursts and splashing some water on her face, Elika decides it would be rather cowardly to back out on her offer to play something on the vioflute for her friends and so, after putting her hair up in a bun so that it is out of the way and removing her vest since she tends to move around more than some vioflutists do when playing, she goes into her studio and picks her vioflute case.
Returning, walking a bit steadier now, to the lounge area, Elika sits and opens her vioflute case so that she can tune it, wax the bow, and check the reed for the flute incorporated into the instrument before playing. As she lifts her bow from the case and checks it, Elika smiles and tells Franz, "I haven't forgotten that impersonation, so don't think you're off the hook."

Franz shrugged slightly when Elika told him that Andros should be doing that chin thing, although he couldn't really see the VG do that, even though sometimes he could pass up as being arrogant and all but Andros wasn't all of those and what Lily said also about Andros that was the truth. The man did not like the attention at all. While he continued to think about that matter, Franz continued to eat silently until the potential way to convince Andros to play some drums. "You never know, right? So do not lose hope." Franz said with a warm smile until he continued to eat and at some point that nearly went the wrong pipe only because he was amused by Lily and Crystal's talks.
He looked at the both of them with an amused expression while he tapped his chest to bring the food down and soon enough he downed his drink and just managed to control his laughter now, thank the Force. "I think that Crystal is right you know..." Franz began to say with an innocent smile before hearing that music playing in the background and he knew that Crystal was definitely doing it on purpose by now, and for that because he didn't want to get into any trouble right now, Franz just sunk into his seat after finishing his food and he gave the plate to Elika when she asked for it.
Come to think of it, so was he, he was currently too full for dessert and maybe later that would be a welcoming treat but not right now, right now he needed to go to the bathroom too. So when Elika told him no miming until she came back, Franz looked at her and nodded before standing up and headed inside quickly to go to the guest bathroom. Relieving himself, Franz washed his hand soon after that and dried them before he returned towards the lounge area feeling lighter, if he could put it that way.
It looked like Elika also was going to be playing and he smiled at that prospect before he looked at her and laughed, yeah he knew that he wasn't going to get out of that predicament. "Oh I know, don't worry, I did say I was going to do it, so here it goes." Franz started to say with a chuckle until he took a deep breath and adopted a semi serious expression until he relaxed his features even more and smiled that suave smile until he put his hand up in his hair to get that fixed, or at least how he knew that person would be fixing his hair by just spiking it more often than not actually... Franz looked at everyone with that same smile until his smile widened for a moment, he had no idea if they would get it, but that was as far as he could do it being suave and all.

Lifting my index finger to look at baby girl with a very serious expression, I end up saying bluntly. "Correction baby girl, I was definitely wanting for that day to happen when you still had your tongue piercing." Giggling soon after that statement of mine, I cover my mouth before looking at her with wide eyes and look at Franz and Elika because maybe they had no idea that Kayne did in fact used to have a tongue piercing ... "Gorgeous," I call out to her before looking at her with another serious expression of mine. "Tell me you have been through that, and you have to tell me how that feels!" I tell her in a somewhat desperate tone, although I am just joking because I really am. And I blame the wine anyways, yep ...
I finally look back at Kayne with narrowed eyes and take a deep breath before shaking my head profusely. "I know what you are doing, I am not going to cal- ..." I put my finger up again when I hear Franz reiterating the same thing and I warn him to. "Don't start Spikey." Although yes there is that part of me that definitely wants to call Ryan but I am not about to lose my bet. Nuh uh, no way ... Grinning at the thought, I keep on eating my food so that I can get over the want to call Ryan and I am actually done with my food now but thankfully Elika does distract me when she admits that she is probably tipsy.
"You are tipsy, I am tipsy, the galaxy is just spinning right currently," I am not making sense and that statement is really stupid, so I end up amending it. "Or maybe just Umgul." I say with a giggle before nodding again to confirm gorgeous' statement that baby girl would have totally aced this dish no matter what. But I have to admit, Crystal is right then and there too. "You are right, we are far more entertaining than cooking."
I smile briefly before blinking a few times because tapping my foot quickly on the ground, and before I can even excuse myself after handing my plate to Elika, Crystal just had to play that song, that I know Ryan loves. I poke my tongue out at her and stand up suddenly to scurry indoors to head quickly to the bathroom because I really need to tinkle due to the amount of wine I have been drinking. After relieving myself, I wash my hands and let out a sigh of relief before splashing some water onto my face to sober up a little. I am torn between taking my comlink or not and in the end, I actually do, despite my brain screaming no. Ugh, whatever!
Heading back outdoors to see that Franz and Elika are not there, I end up sitting next to Crystal and just place my head onto her shoulder breathing softly. It is only when Franz and then Elika come back that I sit up straight and look at them both, one I see Elika prepping herself to play for us a piece with her vioflute, which I am very excited about, but first Franz really is going to mime someone. I look at him not getting it first until he does that thing with his hair, that causes me to laugh. "Now that is Lover Boy, right?"

Crystal had to bite her lower lip, that much to stop herself from laughing right now. Before even speaking, she made sure she wasn't holding anything so she put her glass down on the table, she just made sure that she wasn't drinking anything, wasn't holding anything because Lily right now was just making her laugh that much. Unable to help herself, Crystal slapped Lily's shoulder gently and ended up laughing until she managed to get a hold of herself and just blinked a few times. "Awww, I am so sorry." Crystal pouted but then she laughed again when Lily had to ask Elika, Crystal rolled her eyes playfully before burying her face into her hands.
"You are so impossible by the way." Crystal mumbled behind her hands before lowering them as she looked back at Lily somewhat jadedly. "Three years too late, baby girl, three years too late." Crystal said playfully with a wink and now that she was sure that she was going to control her laughter as she had a little time to breathe with Lily heading inside soon followed by Elika and Franz, Crystal reached for her cigarette pack and lit another one up.
Leaning back soon after to relax while taking her glass of wine, she momentarily closed her eyes to just rest for a bit because she was sure that sooner rather than later, she would be laughing again. Now everyone was back, Crystal opened her eyes but did not move from her position but she did notice that Elika was already fiddling with her vioflute but unless Franz did that impersonation, they weren't going to hear her play. So Crystal turned her attention towards Franz, awaiting for him to already get on with it because she definitely wanted to hear Elika play too.
At least Franz was true to his words and he started to mimic someone, at first, she really did not quite get it because hey, Franz doing that suave smile, it could have been himself too, but then she remembered the rules, no mimicking the people currently present, and now what Franz was doing with his hair, that definitely clued her in, and Crystal couldn't help but to giggle at that imitation.
"That is definitely Atlantis." Crystal concurred with her childhood friend before laughing, she rolled her eyes playfully because she knew that her boyfriend always fixed his hair one way or the other. Either he would let it fall, or he would just spike it in disarray or even not do a thing about his hair. But more often than not he spiked it in disarray, and she even had his gel in her bathroom and some of his other stuff. But she definitely pictured Atlantis in Franz's impersonation. "You know, Franz, for a moment I thought you were actually impersonating yourself." Crystal told him sincerely with a warm smile. After all, Franz was also good looking and he could play the suave part if he wanted to. But that was his decision and she wouldn't change him at all. Franz was who he was and she was quite happy that he currently was here.
"Sweetie?" Crystal called out after she had taken a sip of her wine. "Are you sure that you can play now or even, are you sure that you want to play?" Crystal asked curiously, she did not want to force Elika at all and sure she wanted to hear her play but in the end that was up to Elika and Crystal just wanted her to be comfortable with that, with playing for them. Crystal completely muted the music that had been playing in the background just in case.

Elikapeka tries not to laugh when Lily jokes about Crystal's having once had a tongue ring and what she had been waiting for at the time, but despite covering her mouth with a hand as she adjusts a string on her vioflute that had sounded slightly out of tune, cannot help but do so. Before she can recover from that particular incident of Lily inspired laughter, Elika is subject to another, this one caused by Lily's question to Elika herself. Shaking her head, still laughing, Elika says honestly, "Sorry beautiful, I'm afraid I cannot answer that question for you," but does not explain why, as it would require speaking about Noelani and she does not want to dampen anyone's spirits, especially her own.
"Too easy, Elika says when Franz finishes his impersonation and the others have correctly guessed who he was miming along with herself. Plus, Elika says with a grin, it would have been more accurate if you'd done this instead, and adopts a concerned expression, then rubs the root of her nose before doing what she considers the patented Atlantis Vyridian smoulder, before ending with the adjusting of the hair move. See? Elika asks cheerfully, Much more accurate, right?"
"I'm sure hon', Elika says with a smile when asked if she is sure she can play, since she feels sober enough to do so while still feeling tipsy enough to know that it will enable her to get past the awkwardness she might otherwise feel performing in front of others after having spent so long only practicing alone. Ok, she says, feeling that her vioflute is in tune and ready, standing and walking a few feet from the recessed lounge area to give herself room to move freely. This is just something I wrote, she explains as she rests her chin in the chin rest after shaking her arms to loosen them, a long time ago. Deciding she doesn't really need to explain anything, Elika smiles as she adjusts the neck plate of the flute and takes a deep breath before closing her eyes and saying, Anyway, here goes." The song that Elika has chosen is one that begins with a plaintive air, and soon transmutes to something more akin to jubilation, though it retains - primarily through the faint, delicate flute parts accompanying the primarily violin-driven song - a hint of desperate longing threaded beneath the predominating notes. Elika has always belonged to the school of thought that movement when playing does not detract from a performer's ability to play, one of the reasons she has never played except when alone; surrendering to the music had been easier when she was younger and had not developed her social anxiety, the fact she feels her facial expressions and bodily movements could seem as odd as blindisms appear to the sighted having prevented her from feeling comfortable when playing in front of others. At first Elika does not move a great deal, her expressions being the main outlet for the music's effect on her, but by the end of the song she has let the song move her, making her decision to move away from the lounge a sound one.
Once the song is finished, Elika bows, only now blushing and feeling awkward since she is aware she had been overcome while playing and finds that her fears and anxieties are not so easily overcome. Wiping the sweat from her brow, Elika returns to her seat, dropping heavily into it as she says, "Now I need a drink, cheerfully, thinking that the wine will help still the anxiety. Returning her vioflute to it's case after taking a deep drink of her wine, Elika, since she is in the mood for dessert now, leans forward to slice the air cake for herself and anyone else who wants some, asks, Who wants dessert? I'm starving again already."
