Ugh ... Not an urgent message so to speak but just one of those messages where you just want to reach out on the other side and strangle the person that sent that message. On the verge of hitting the reply button to give that man my piece of mind, I am actually saved from doing that ... Oh thank the powers that be! Rubbing my face just actually taking a deep breath to shelve that matter, I smile gratefully at both Baby Girl and Gorgeous who also had just walked into the living room. "Guilty as charged, Putting both of my hands up as if surrendering, I finally stand up from the couch and nod. Probably for the best indeed, and won't certainly think about that message further."
Hooking my arms to both Elika and Crystal after picking up my bag, I smile and just walk over with them to the exit of the lakehouse to get into that B69. "By the way Gorgeous, your Hapan Bombshell's brother, totally a hottie too, Since there is that possibility that Gorgeous might meet in that certain future the one that I have come to nick as the Hapan Stud, well I just have to make that obvious statement, although that isn't the part that truly would interest Gorgeous. But, words from Sweet Cheeks, or Lindsay, he is kind and has a comforting presence. That is of course just the tip of the iceberg, but I am sure that it's good enough for Gorgeous. Need to know basis, after I am sure that Gorgeous can find out more for herself and actually let me know her own impressions. Oh and he is a lawyer too, actually same specialty as Lindsay's and he is a junior partner in their firm."
At least that will get Elika to understand why the Hapan Bombshell has often gone to Honoghr on her paid leaves. Now that I think about it, Lana never said anything about it ... I'll leave that to her. "Wanna ride shotgun? I ask Gorgeous with genuine curiosity, I do not mind either way, at least at the back I can maybe get a little shut eye although something else does come to mind right now which causes me to nudge Crystal teasingly. Color me interested, baby girl, who is that good looking man you were referring to? I distinctively remember her mentioning that Lover Boy owed her a sparring match with a good looking man, since he still can't come to hit back when sparring with Crystal. Not surprised, that is so him, but yep over the last three years, she has been mostly sparring at the Academy, for obvious reasons ... Anyhow you do the talking while we go to TaSpa! and you Gorgeous ride shotgun so you can pick up some knowledge maybe in potentially learn on how to pilot even if you said you might not get some practice any time soon, but knowing a few basics won't hurt, right?"
I don't even let her argue about it, and just get in the back after releasing both of my girls' arms and just smile knowingly paired with a wink.

In lieu of repeating herself, or repeating Elika's statement, Crystal was glad that her childhood friend was letting go of that issue that she seemed into before walking in on her. It was a common knowledge that all of them here could be workaholics, and even if they had time off from time to time Crystal knew she could not help herself to take a peak or something, but today was not going to be one of those days. They had that plan to relax, and they will just do that even if to Crystal it felt like such a long time since she had done that. She wouldn't be surprised if Lily felt the same at some point, but as it stood, Crystal just had to remember that however she felt in the last three years it would not undermine how she felt now that finally Elika had returned and unharmed.
That was all that mattered, and she just held onto that.
With Lily in the middle and her dragging she and Elika towards the exit of the lakehouse, Crystal just welcomed that content sensation before glancing over her shoulder to make sure the entrance was locked as she listened to what Lily was saying about Lana's brother. Laughing softly and looking over at Elika with a knowing expression, Crystal soon rolled her eyes playfully and shook her head. "Lily totally grilled Lindsay when they were here, especially after what Lana mentioned that made her do a double take." Shaking her head and biting her lower lip in thought, Crystal glanced at her childhood friend before adding. "He is a sweet guy, so when you do get to meet him, I believe you two will get along." Smiling at Elika, since it was in the cards that she would be making the trip there to Honoghr, Crystal hoped to reassure Elika, since she knew that the architect could be anxious meeting new people to begin with.
Swaying slightly on the side upon being nudged, Crystal chuckled and shook her head amusingly. "Why am I not surprised you'd remember that?" She rhetorically asked before dropping her bag in the backseat of the airspeeder before getting on the piloting seat waiting for her friends to get in. "Remember I told you that both Atlantis and Andros got left some bodyguards when their uncle came here a long time ago?" Checking all of the consoles to make sure that everything was functional, Crystal looked at all the gears even if she knew the guys would have checked the transport before lending it to them, it did not hurt just double checking. "Well several of them have been released from their mandates, but also a lot diverted to some intelligence work along with assisting from time to time Atlantis at the Academy." Crystal was just putting the background there although she was pretty sure that her friends didn't really need to hear that which was why she went to the interesting part. "Anyways, there were siblings amongst those bodyguards, and the guy's name is Valaras, he is definitely a looker, his sister too."
Starting the engines when everyone was comfortably settled, Crystal got the hovercar up in the air as the lakehouse gate opened and just started piloting forward before getting higher to get out from the mists. "Yesterday evening back at the Academy when Saoirse found out that she wouldn't really get a for real sparring session with Atlantis, he suggested the siblings who had no apprehension in hitting back, and it escalated from there. Ryan also said that it had been a while since he saw his cousin fight, and I pretty much said that I also wanted to see him fight with Valaras." Crystal did say a few more things last night to get a rise from Atlantis but the man did not take the bait. "I might have said something about seeing two good looking men shirtless sparring with one another was a lot of beings' dream come true."
Looking on her side and at the back not really needing to do that quite honestly since she could still feel anyone approaching, Crystal just speed up to head towards the city and more importantly in TaSpa!'s direction...

Setting the airspeeder down by the driveway of the lakehouse, Crystal stepped out of the transport with her childhood, they both have just been talking about potentially organizing that trip to Honoghr soon as indeed, seeing Rianne on a holocomm wasn't enough, and she truly wanted to see the one she considered like her second mom in the flesh and just be able to hug her.
Getting some commentary from Lily about being censored earlier, Crystal just pushed her childhood friend teasingly into their house before shaking her head. "I am proud of you though, that you actually said nothing, though I am sure that is going to be a short reprieve for Elika, as you will be grilling her?"
Actually bidding Lily a goodnight, for truly it was the truth that the attorney was exhausted, and just wanted to sleep, Crystal made her way straight to her room to get changed into her PJs before grabbing her datapad to send a message to Atlantis to just let him know where she was now...

Taking her badge from the side pocket of her flowing black trench coat as the winds atop the mist shrouded mountains howl and a light drizzle begins to fall, UPD Detective Nazani Pakchoian, a short, curvy, olive complected Lorridan with an unruly mop of dark brown wavy hair that is almost certainly going to frizz up even more than it usually does in the mists now that drizzle has been added into the mix, shows it to the patrolman standing guard over the crime scene she and her new partner have been assigned to the investigation of.
Stepping under the flap of a tent that has been set up to preserve the scene from the elements, Nazani sees that her partner, Detective Cleite Kallas, a pale skinned red head with large blue eyes that had only recently emigrated to Umgul from Dressel, is already squatting in front of a partially unburied body.
"What do we got? Nazani asks, knees popping as she crouches down beside Cleite and takes a look at the body, uncovered in a recent rockslide, a hiker had the misfortune of stumbling over. The corpse is female, badly decomposed, which will make identifying her difficult, and appears to have been stripped prior to being buried. Looking around to see if Vinter or Caracci, the evidence techs she asked to be called to the scene, are around and not seeing them, Nazani asks, Have Vinter and Caracci been over the scene yet?"
Cleite, using a gloved hand to gingerly turn the dead woman's head, says, "They were here before us. Took some samples, but they don't have much hope any useful trace evidence will have lasted this long. Wincing as she sees the huge, gaping wound in the back of the corpse's skull, Cleite says, There's our cause of death. Blaster?"
Shaking her head, Nazani says, "Slugthrower. Leaning in to see if she can see any sign of the slug that will prove her right and not seeing it, she stands up and asks, What do the hands look like? Any chance we can get prints off them?"
Cleite gently releases her hold on the victim's head, saying, "Decomposition is too far advanced, not much tissue left on the fingers. Tilting her head to the side as she looks at the victim's face, also too ravaged by time to make a photo ID likely, Cleite says, Facial reconstruction is the only way we'll get a useful idea of what she looked like. Standing up and putting her hands into the pockets of her peacoat, she says, Hopefully Claus', Umgul City's coroner, autopsy will give us something to go on. Age is difficult to guess, but I can use her skin tone and hair color to do a preliminary search of the missing persons database, pull out anything that fits. Once we have the autopsy and anything Vinter and Caracci come up with we can narrow the search down."
"Good idea, Nazani tells her partner, who she knows almost nothing about even after working with her for over a year. Cleite has proven herself to be a competent detective, but has never been one to socialize outside of work or talk about herself when on the job. I'll head back to the city with the body, light a fire under Claus."

Feeling a bit restless, Crystal took her datapad with her towards the recess area, and just settled it there on the table before grabbing the lighter that was near it to actually fire up the pit. Igniting the lighter, Crystal looked at the flame briefly before taking a deep breath and actually focusing on it with the Force as she slowly called upon it to entrap the fire telekinetically before putting the lighter down and making sure the fire pit had combustibles, she redirected the flame towards it successfully lighting up the fire pit.
Crystal remembered being taught that by her brother, and there was a point when she wasn't exactly comfortable in doing that, just manipulating the Force or whatever, but with guidance from a few who were aware of her sensitivity here, she did get the hang of it, and easily too. Apparently it was in her blood.
Whatever that meant, or whatever it implied...
Apparently her father's line, had been an important one, something about being one of the Triumvirate of Coruscant's Nobility. Zhell descendants, Crystal was told, protector of something far greater than anyone could imagine, but also sought out by many. For three years, those matters had been a distant memory, as for three years, her mind was more focused on someone. Hoping that nothing had happened. Crystal was perpetually in that state of unknown, and she knew she had no control of it, much like she thought of having no control on her sensitivity.
Which by the way she hadn't fully come to terms yet, but deep down, she had known that it was for a purpose why it had been sealed, why she was meant to never know at first and even never find out. But apparently her closeness, and the presence of some of them back then, altogether inevitably broke the seal. What a twisted way indeed. Was that the reason why the Drakes had no come back yet, or even just decided to stay far away because Lara knew too much?
Crystal still had that memory from their Naboo retreat several years ago, Lara fainting, and her finding out that the one she had only come to know as Keith at first was actually Lara's fraternal twin. From all of that, the one thing she had retained mostly was how much her dad had resentment towards the person who originally hired her here...
What a big mess indeed, and one that she did not foresee be untangled anytime soon. Sitting down on the recess area, and just closing her eyes, not the perfect posture to meditate, but who cared, Crystal just needed to clear her mind from all of those issues that resurfaced once again.

It took Atlantis some time to get to the lakehouse after getting his girlfriend's message. Upon entering the property, he scanned the area and only felt two of the residents present here. Closing his eyes, Atlantis expanded his awareness and... Oh nope, nope, nope!!! Cringing and shaking his head, Atlantis definitely cut that sensing right then and there and just walked up straight inside of the Lakehouse depositing his coat, and even his lightsabers to where he usually hanged them.
Only when he was certain that he had composed himself did he let go of his lightsaber that usually hid him. His signature out in the open, he was very certain that Crystal would feel him, but even if his signature was hidden, she seemed to always know when he was nearby. Joining her to the recess area, Atlantis sat opposite of her and looked at her with a warm smile, he didn't want to interrupt her meditation, if she wasn't done which was why he made no other movements.
"Evening, cara mia," Atlantis greeted her, they talked for a bit as they would usually do and as she had requested earlier in her message, they also trained for a bit, not fighting, but her use of telekinesis, it helped that they were here in the garden, and by the pool as they mostly make use of the water. Whether to separate the body of water into two, or just emptying the entire pool by lifting the water up with the Force. Crystal was indeed a quick study and always knew how to main her focus, even if there was some distraction provided by him...
Judging that it was enough for the evening, and knowing that she was probably exhausted, Atlantis picked her up and carried her in his arms to her bedroom for a well needed sleep.
The next morning, waking early as usual, Atlantis was the first one to rise. Freshening up and just putting own a shirt and jogging pants, he headed to the kitchen to start on some coffee and some breakfast. He wondered if Crystal would go for her usual jog this morning, although probably yes but then he remembered that Elika wasn't here so yesterday's promise about waking her up for a jog, that won't happen this very morning. That obviously was an understandable reason considering who Elika was with, and that made Atlantis smile knowingly. He supposed that since the architect was back now, he'd probably have to stop reaching out to the Force to try and feel her like back then, last night he definitely learned his lesson.

Last night, it wasn't that I did not want to say anything, it was just last night, I was literally exhausted, and whatever I cuold have said it would just sound lame altogether. So of course I just went with the safest route and actually was tame. Oh ... da, I am very sure that not only did I shock Kayne, but even Gorgeous, the way she was looking at me last night, I could have sworn that she was waiting for me to say something. But alas, I did mean it I was exhausted ... So exhausted that when we got to the lakehouse, I had just waved to Baby Girl and headed straight to my room to sleep.
What a fantastic and restful sleep it was too. Waking up with no sound of an alarm, with nothing precisely to wake me up without me wanting to, I just lay in bed for a moment, staring at the ceiling for a bit, and I find myself smiling. Gorgeous is finally here, after all of these years of uncertainty, she is here ... I actually wouldn't be surprised if she isn't even back home yet anyways. Sitting up on my bed, of course I do notice that the spot by my side is empty, not so surprising considering what Ryan does, I freshen up quickly before heading to the kitchen where I find Lover Boy.
"Morning, lover boy! Pretty much in a good mood while greeting him, I just go over the cups to grab one and pour myself some coffee which has already been brewed thanks to the man, which is actually all that I just need in the morning, I look at him dubiously. Which is totally a legit question too, the one I am about to ask ... Baby Girl out jogging already, and Gorgeous with her, too?" I do remember that the Hapan Bombshell said something about taking Gorgeous home last night if she wanted to, but I actually am not hoping on that. Smirking at the thought while taking a sip of my cup, I just finally grab some of those energy bars that are often for snacks, but really I am definitely not in the mood to eat anything with what we ate last night for dinner ...

That very morning, Crystal actually felt quite content, last night training Atlantis put her through thankfully made her forget some of those problems, albeit temporarily, that were brewing in her mind yesterday. Waking up right after her boyfriend, Crystal quickly freshened up and changed into her jogging clothes, and like he had guessed, she was definitely going to be jogging around the property which she let him know when she found him in the kitchen.
It was about an hour later, probably just before Lily had stepped into the kitchen did Crystal walked back into their home, and lowered the zipper of her jacket. She had heard Lily's question when she entered the kitchen, and just walked up straight to the caf that had been brewed and sitting there to pour herself a cup of it.
Preferring not to answer her childhood friend that moment, Crystal went over to her man and kissed his cheek as a good morning before leaning against the kitchen counter with a faint grin looking at Lily. Obviously the attorney would figure it out by now that Crystal actually went on a jog alone considering that Elika did not follow her into the kitchen.
"Heading to the office today, Baby Girl?" Crystal asked dubiously, she actually wondered if her childhood friend would be undertaking her trips again soon considering that it had been cut short indeed or the AG had just redistributed the paperworks to the DAs and whatever other acronyms used for any legal people around the planet. Also she had in mind to send Elika a message later to ask if she wanted to meet up for lunch or if she was going to be staying at Lana's for the day. Although Crystal figured that probably Elika would want to come home, having no other clothes but just those from last night, not that Lana wouldn't let her borrow some if necessary...

Peacefully sitting the kitchen, while also looking at his datapad to read any updates anything that might have occurred in the Academy, or not, Atlantis took a sip of his coffee before lowering his cup upon seeing that Lily was here, awake and very jovial actually. "Morning to you as well, Lily." He had nearly called her by the nickname that was tied to her, thankfully he managed to not let that slip up, or he might be in trouble, or maybe not considering that it was her. Yes in his mind he just referred to her or nicknamed her Relentless One, for in fact, she could be relentless.
About Crystal, Atlantis just gestured with his hand that held his cup of coffee before addressing Elika's whereabouts, well not exactly or precisely her whereabouts... He knew he had to potentially just keep it coy, normal and all the likes because this was Lily. "Nope, Crystal went for a jog alone this morning." As far as he was concerned, Lily could believe that he had no idea where Elika was, or even put that under the guise that she was in her room sleeping.
But he knew that wouldn't work and maybe Lily wouldn't believe him, actually he knew Lily would not believe him, and thus he might get grilled in return which he preferred not to, so instead he turned the table, and just asked said thoughtfully. "Ryan didn't come by last night, didn't see him this morning." Taking another sip of his caf and looking at Lily thoughtfully, he knew that his girlfriend's brother could be a workaholic too, just like Lily, but kinda surprising that his cousin had not come here yet especially that his girlfriend had arrived and had her trip cut short with Elika being found safe and sound.
Grinning at Crystal's peck, Atlantis just looked at her with a warm smile before eating the rest of the toast he had prepared. "The airspeeder is yours if you need it still, don't need it, and neither will Franz, we have some other transports back at the Academy, so just use it for as long as you need it to head to work or wherever."

Munching that energy bar and washing it down with my coffee, after my question, I end up looking over my shoulder when I see Lover Boy pointing in front of him while actually answering my question about the girls' whereabouts. Well well, Gorgeous! Way to go girl! Smiling at my thought, actually quite happy for the two, and yes there is no way I cannot assume that it did happen last night, after all Elika isn't here, at all. Grr, those two! Of course the power couple just manages to change the subject. Narrowing my gaze at Lover Boy, and shaking my head, not really that bothered if my doc didn't come around last night because I know his job is important.
"Ne, definitely not, I am sure he is busy so it's alright. Something I have come to accept and respect, Hot Stuff is a doctor, and of course I will not, I cannot stop him from doing something what he loves, plus it's his career, much like mine has taken me around the planet for some time. I am sure I'll see him soon enough. For now, Finishing that energy bar and taking another sip of my caf, I throw the foil into the trash and look at baby girl with a knowing smile. No, I believe that I will be working from home today."
Plus it'll allow me to catch Gorgeous and maybe tease her, or maybe not. Shall depend on my mood at that moment, but honestly good for them both, after nearly three years, at least from the Hapan Bombshell's perspective. In any case, it's a good start of the day, I am happy, I sure as hell that Gorgeous is happy, plus the once upon a time statement I have told her finally has come true now. Mmmmm ... "You gonna send her a message, baby girl? I ask her dubiously before glancing at Lover Boy thoughtfully who has decided to just leave the airspeeder at our disposal. Or even pick her up, or something?"

Sipping her caf leisurely, Crystal was glad that it was covering her smile as Atlantis somewhat diverted the topic of conversation, and that topic of course was Elika and why she currently wasn't present. Crystal knew, nonetheless, that her childhood friend won't be deterred by it so to speak, Lily was relentless, after all.
Lowering her cup and not surprised at all why Lily would be working from home this time around, no doubt wanting to catch Elika later, when the architect did come home, Crystal gave her childhood friend and meaningful expression that said 'I know what you are up to', still though she shook her head pursing her lips. "Or you could always go to the hospital and check up on your man?" Crystal suggested nonchalantly before taking another sip of her coffee.
The fact that Atlantis was going to leave the B69 here which she was thankful for, she gave his forearm a squeeze to show her appreciation, Crystal pondered on Lily's question. "Actually, yes for the message, and probably go from there. I'll just check if she needs anything." Finishing her caf, and leaving that in the sink, she looked at her boyfriend and pecked his cheek. "Leave it all there, and please don't do the dishes, I'll handle that after my shower." She warned him playfully, she just knew that Atlantis was the organized tidy kind of guy but still he always did more than what was necessary, which she did appreciate, but still.
"Office is yours, baby girl." Considering it was the weekend, and that she didn't have work on her mind, Crystal exited the kitchen before pulling out her commlink to send a text message to Elika before heading to her room to take a shower and just get changed into comfortable clothes.

"Such a kj, unbelievable ... Muttering under my breath and shaking my head when obviously those two are acting like parental units and killing my fun, I do end up smiling honestly. If only ... Not currently in the cards for Baby Girl, and obviously not currently in the cards for me either. But not really wanting to dwell on that, I just declare as I walk out of the kitchen. I will not be denied!"
Since this is going to be a slow day and I do not foresee myself going on holocomm with anyone today for work, I just pick up my attaché case from my room and bring it to the office to start reviewing on the progress or the next steps to be taken to finalizing all of this and harmonizing the law all over the planet.
I had been surprised that some other cities still applied the capital punishment upon cheating whereas in the capital that had already overturned but I know that this is a big task and one that cannot be undertaken overnight, which is the reason why after my dataterminal is turned on, I start typing out some messages to the legal department in the government to assign these tasks that are very important ... Caught in my work, and obviously not keeping track of time I just pour myself into it because it is necessary.

Casually dressed and returning to the kitchen, glad that for once Atlantis had indeed left the dishes, and actually he was not gone yet, she looked at him dubiously. "Everything okay, handsome?" Crystal figured that if he wanted to share what was going on, or anything at all, he'd tell her. Although she also knew that probably with many initiates now at the Academy he regularly checked the currents of the Force in their wide proximity.
Taking his cup seeing that he was done and the plate and fork he used, Crystal put those in the sink and started washing the dishes. "Just go to the Academy, we'll be okay. I'll be probably here all day to keep an eye on..." She leaned her head in the direction of the house office knowing he'll understand and there was no way Crystal was going to say her childhood's friend name because everyone, or at least most of them, knew that Lily had a tendency to sneeze whenever she was talked about.
"I'll see you later." Kissing him before letting her man go so he could just take his shower and get changed, Crystal just took her datapad, and commlink with her and just decided to chill in the living room to read a book as she definitely was not working today either, and knowing Lily, her friend could be quite taken with her work especially since it had been cut short.
That afternoon, Crystal who had just grabbed a quick bite to eat, a sandwich, one that also she brought to Lily with a cup of coffee, she had heard her datapad ping when she received a message, taking her device, Crystal laughed softly before shaking her head. She bit her lower lip and rolled her eyes, if that was going to be the excuse... Well that was going to be a problem, in the sense that Lily wouldn't buy that excuse at all.
Oh boy... Hitting the reply button shortly after, Crystal started typing the message to Elika before hitting send.

As she is walking from the hovertaxi to the lakehouse, Elikapeka still feels the euphoric elation she has felt ever since she and her Ceesi made their feelings for one another known, moving beyond the coltish uncertainty that accompanies the beginnings of most relationships where a couple is still learning about one another and how they fit together into something more mature and founded upon more firm ground, and she holds the feeling as tightly as she can even though she knows that the insecurities and anxieties within her that have been stilled for now by the way she feels when with Delaana are not likely to remain quelled for long.
Pausing to take a deep breath before opening the door, Elika smiles as she readies herself for whatever level of well intentioned teasing awaits her inside, and is amused to find that while a part of her wants to keep what has happened between her and Delaana between them alone, another part of her wants to share what she feels, in as much as sharing so complicated a thing is possible, with the friends that have been at her side through so much over the years. Turning her key in the lock, Elika opens the door and enters the home she shares with her friends, unable to keep herself from closing the door slowly and quietly despite the confidence she had hoped she had managed to cultivate, and tilts her head to the side for a moment to see if she can hear any sounds that will clue her in to where her housemates are.
Hearing the clink of dishes and the running of the sink, Elika hangs up her coat and backpack purse before going into the kitchen where Crystal appears to be washing up after lunch, and, aiming for a nonchalant tone that comes out closer to an uncertain one, as though she is readying herself for a bit of teasing, which is at odds with the fact she simultaneously feels positively bursting to tell her friend what has happened, rests her elbows casually on the kitchen island and says, "Hey hon', need any help cleaning up?"

Definitely lost track of time, I do not even realize that it is lunch time, and I am actually grateful that Baby Girl brings me a sandwich and a coffee. Covering the commlink since I am currently in a call, I lower my voice. "Thanks, mom" Puckering my lips to kiss her and thank her for the food and the coffee, I return to the comm and just listen attentively to what one of the lawyers is telling me. Why do I have to hold their hands ... How is that actually our problem? The local government was given a deadline, one that has been pushed by the VeeGee of Umgul, need I remind you to who we all answer to? Just neutral voice, and factually speaking, it's not even necessary to sugarcoat the whole thing, as I never sugarcoat anything ... Placing my cup on top of the plate next to my sandwich as clearly I am in need of a break. I step out of the office and actually notice Gorgeous just walking into the kitchen and just finish my comm. Well grow some balls already, and remind the mayor where the funding comes from. I honestly do not want to hear any further excuses on why it's not moving along still. You better get back to me with some good news. Hanging up the comm then and there and taking a deep breath before finally walking into the kitchen and depositing my plate on top of the kitchen island and then glancing at both Baby Girl and Gorgeous, particularly Gorgeous with a knowing expression.
Doesn't matter if they heard the end of the comm there, I know that Baby Girl is already aware of that about me, though Gorgeous, not so certain, but that is so not the point ... Picking up my cup of coffee and actually leaning towards Gorgeous and playfully sniffing her before pulling back and taking a sip of my coffee while looking at her playfully. "I knew that scent was familiar. Although I am more used to that body wash being tied to a certain Hapan ... Grinning knowingly and looking like I am peering at her over my cup of caf, I just end up asking nonchalantly. Had a pleasurable night and morning ...?"
I might be wrong, but there is a big probability that she might deny or come with an excuse, and I am very certain I have heard it all before, but honestly, Gorgeous seems happy, and that makes me happy. She is just glowing. Picking up my sandwich and taking a bite of it before glancing at Gorgeous, "Hungry by the way, Gorgeous? Some appetites must have been pushed aside, maybe?" Presenting the sandwich in front of her if she wants a bite, she is free to take a bite if she wants, of course ...

While Crystal had been washing her dishes, she had read the message from Elika with her datapad sitting by the sink. As much as she would love to help in coming up with an excuse, Crystal just knew that Lily wouldn't be fooled, and honestly why would the architect want to hide it? Elika was under no obligation to tell the whole thing and go into details, as far as Crystal was concerned in the end all she wanted to know was if her friend was happy. That was it, no details needed. Sure maybe Lily would grill Elika some more, but even so her childhood friend didn't need to know the details, she just needed to know as well if Elika enjoyed her time.
To which Crystal could already feel with certainty that the architect was indeed happy as she felt Elika approaching actually...
Pausing a moment and smiling warmly, Crystal just took another cup of coffee and poured some vie-caf into it before seeing Elika walking into the kitchen. Crystal just shook her head to let her know that it wasn't necessary and just gave her the coffee with some creamer and sugar already. "Thanks hon', but nope done here." Before she could go on, she heard Lily's voice just outside the kitchen and stifled a faint laughter. "Lawyer mode..."
Taking her own cup of caf that she had poured for herself, Crystal watched her childhood friend walk into the kitchen and just casually sat down there. Crystal was torn between stopping Lily or even not at all because honestly she was certain that whatever she said or did, Lily wouldn't stand down, a reason why Crystal just took a sip of her caf, and dubiously inquired with an arch eyebrow if indeed Elika was hungry currently.
"I didn't cook, so it was just sandwich, our dearest attorney decided to work from home today." Crystal explained, and perhaps that would stall the whole thing for a bit, but she also knew that stalling would not prevent the inevitable which was why Crystal just said. "You are glowing, sweetie and happiness is bursting out of you." Smiling knowingly, after all Crystal was attuned to the Force and she was very much in touch with her friends' emotions here. "Want to share, or talk about anything...?"

Elikapeka puts on a comedically frightened face that is only partially feigned when, after Crystal says that she doesn't need any help at the moment, they both hear Lily, sounding very much in the lawyer mode that has Crystal laughing. Lifting the mug of vine-caf that Crystal has perfectly sugared and creamed for her, Elika gets in a single sip just before Lily enters the kitchen. Looking at Lily dubiously after setting her mug down when, rather than immediately letting loose with the teasing Elika had been anticipating and preparing for, the lawyer who is no longer in lawyer mode leans in and sniffs her before casually taking a sip of her coffee for reasons Elika does not understand until a moment later.
Just when she has begun to think there will be no teasing - which not only surprises her but also surprisingly disappoints her just a little given that the teasing would have given her the chance to gush as she feels more and more is inevitable - and is about to ponder what the sniffing was all about, Elika is relieved of the need to ponder any longer when Lily explains the sniffing was about gathering evidence confirmation that the scent on Elika is one that she had scented on Delaana before, thereby managing to not only make Elika's cheeks blush quite brightly but also finally delivers the teasing Elika had been expecting in an unexpectedly subtle way and renders her momentarily speechless.
Lifting a finger and opening her mouth to say something without actually thinking of what the something would be, Elika turns from Lily to Crystal when the latter informs her that she is glowing, which does little in the way of making her cheeks blush any less but does make a rather loopily happy smile join the blushing in a way that makes it abundantly clear that she finds the idea of glowing pleasing, and then, when Crystal asks if there is anything she would like to share or talk about, feels the need to do just that overwhelm the comparatively mild embarrassment lingering in the aftermath of Lily's sniffing and admittedly masterful follow-up to it, and so, since Lily is closer in proximity at the moment, surrenders to the need to share her feelings about what has happened with her friends and grabs Lily by the shoulders and shakes her back and forth as she all but squeals in delight, "Oh Shiraya, yes!" The shaking and squealing accompanied by a bit of bouncing on her feet that not only serves as the animated answer to Lily's first question and validates Crystal's assertions about glowing and bursting, but also quite possibly more eloquently conveys the width and breadth of her happiness better than anything else EIlka might add to her spirited affirmative reply.
Reminding herself that she is 35, not 15, Elika stops shaking the lawyer, brushing the wrinkles from her shoulders and, after pushing her spectacles back up on her nose, collects herself and tries to imitate Lily's casual air as she tells the attorney, "Thank you for the offer, beautiful, but, a lop-sided grin curls the right corner of her lips upwards as she concludes by answering Lily's third question, all of my, ahem, appetites have already been quite sated. Giving Lily a playful wink that may also be a silent thanks for having, in her own unique way, enabled her to gush rather than hold her feelings in when doing so was not what she wanted to do despite her tendency to be reserved and easily embarrassed by her feelings, Elika picks up her coffee mug and crinkles her nose with an amused smile as she answers Crystal's final question by guessing, I think I have probably already shared enough that talking any more isn't really necessary, hon'," as she imagines that her exuberant display has already told her friends all they need to know about how she feels as well as the most probable reason for why she does.

Thankfully by the time Gorgeous starts shaking me I am holding absolutely nothing in my hand for probably that sandwich would end up on the floor. But that wouldn't matter much because I am laughing and just going with the motion of being shaken, that just tells me everything indeed and then some ... Oh gosh, I am so happy for her!!!! "I think you and I, Baby Girl, can safely say that she has been shaken to the core also. Quipping after Gorgeous releases me and actually straitens the wrinkles on my shoulder. Also very sure that Shiraya must have been invoked a few times during those peaks."
Giggling at first before it turns into a full blown laughter that I am trying to control, I finally settle down after a few moments and look at Gorgeous slyly. "Very surprised though to have you here this early judging from ... Waving a hand at her fully just to emphasize her really. All of that, I mean must have been tough to pull away from one another." I mean, I do clearly remember those moments, that intoxicating moment when you couldn't get enough, and just couldn't keep your hands off one another, right?
Ah hell, this is not helping me at all. Grabbing my cup of coffee and taking a sip of it narrowing my eyes remembering exactly that conversation from this morning when the Power Couple were together here in the kitchen, and they mentioned Hot Stuff. "Totally jealous, there's Gorgeous getting some, I have no doubt that, Pointing the sandwich I am holding at Baby Girl You and Lover Boy also did it. I even lift the sandwich to stop Baby Girl from denying, as there is no use. Nuh uh, don't deny it Baby Girl, you and I both know that your frequency has been off the chart with your man. And here I am having a dry spell. Taking a bite of my sandwich and chewing on it before swallowing. I should have listened to you this morning."
Da, this is going to be an emergency ... Taking a sip of my coffee, I probably should comm Ryan later or something, as with the rate this is all going to go, I might be even more frustrated and I might just take it all out on the lawyers.

Stifling her laughter, Crystal had to put her cup down on the counter when she clearly saw and felt how much happiness Elika was exhuming right that instant. Plus the architect shaking the lawyer, that was hilarious truly which caused her to really laugh just in happiness, in joy from what Crystal was seeing right before her eyes but mainly also from her friend's feelings. Crystal couldn't quite remember when was the last time she had seen Elika exhibit this kind of happiness, actually she did not have a recollection to ever seeing her this way from since the moment they had met several years ago. Of course, Crystal remembered a few women coming into Elika's life back then but none of them seemed to have stuck around, not to get it to this point right now. Definitely one of the reasons why Crystal was smiling and just looking at the Architect with joy.
Raising both of her eyebrows in acknowledgement and confirmation to what Lily had just said, Crystal picked up her caf and took a sip until she spilled her coffee out groaning and looking at her childhood friend who just told her to not even deny it concerning her intimacy with Atlantis. Shaking her head and rolling her eyes in exasperation. "Clearly, you do have a vitamin D deficiency, baby girl..." Crystal told her knowingly as the matter of Ryan not being here earlier, well obviously. "Our dearest lawyer has been away for a few weeks around the planet, and my dearest brother must have been busy at the hospital that he wasn't able to pull away. So they haven't seen one another yet." Crystal informed Elika why now their housemate was jealous or probably frustrated altogether.
"I am very sure he'll make it up to you, Baby Girl, besides, I wouldn't be surprised if he just like you was frustrated too." Crystal pointed out, while usually she wouldn't even touch that subject when it came to the two of them since the guy was her brother still, and Lily was Lily and Crystal very well knew all about her, she was just thankful that she no longer could hear her childhood friend's thoughts...
Crystal walked closer to Elika and grabbed her hand giving it a gentle and affectionate squeeze and a look that said she was happy for her, "As much as I wouldn't want to give our dearest lawyer here more validation, there must indeed be a reason why you came home then, you have a thing later?" Crystal asked dubiously with an arched eyebrow and a look that probably said 'More important than that'
