A mission for some Jedi: a character resurrection.

Hi guys, its me the Nightingale - most of you probably know me better as Dante Deveaux. Basically, I've had to cut down a LOT of my SL's and RP's to a single character and SL - which in the past was the Fel crew and Dante. Well, with the Fel crew more or less moving at the speed of a retarded snail, I've been looking for a main SL to put Dante through: I've attempted in the past to make Dante a Jedi, but quite honestly I've had a LOT of trouble writing him as such. He's just too much of a rogue/scoundrel for the work.

So this is what I'd like to do. Back in the day - WAY back on FB - I used to write a rather ardent Jedi character. This character got to know one Raven Alora extremely well, and hung out with the Felucia crowd wayyyyy back when. His name was Arcturus Utan Sorrows - some of you old timers might remember him. Anyway, he was really my only tried and true Jedi character - and I'd like to bring him back...thing is he's nearly several thousand years old according to my own IC canon - I've literally RPed dozens of generations of his children and grand children.

So...this is what I'd like to do: literally years ago in RL, I left an extremely valuable holocron on Felucia in the care of Raven Alora. A book, it details several dozen force arts - both light and dark - from Arcturus' time as a Sith and a then redeemed Jedi. IC, I've legitimately put together a holocron that details Sith magic and alchemy, as well as some of the more esoteric Jedi techniques. Anyway, the last remaining piece of Arcturus, a piece of his spirit, watches over the book to make sure it doesnt fall into the wrong hands. Say an unworthy individual tries to access it, and the spirit literally interferes with the holocrons matrix and scrambles the information into pea soup. There isn't really a consciousness in it though...more just a single minded will. So here's the idea...a lone Jedi, or a group, are drawn to the book on Felucia: for some mysterious reason, it is giving off intense ripples in the force. On reaching the book, they are able to open it, and all they find is a star map detailing a certain star system (unlabeled of course, requiring some research). The book directs them to a system (to be determined, but probably bespin) - the team goes to search it out...and they find that a Sith has been trying to learn the secrets of magic and alchemy from Arcturus. Unable to open the book, he creates clones of Arcturus and tries to suffuse them with Arcturus' soul - which doesnt completely work as its anchored tot he book. The result is a massive number of unstable force mad clones of varying degrees of mental capability/madness.

The Jedi mission is to find the Sith, stop him (as he'll be protected by clones this might be hard to do), and to stop further production of the clone aberrations. On meeting one particular clone though, they find that the Sith was more successful in his attempt than the others - the book reacts to the clone, and suffuses him with what remains of Arcturus' spirit, creating an new Arcturus that will become my personal PC from there.

If theres any interest whatsoever, I'd like two to three Jedi tops. No need to make it too big or cumbersome. I'll also note that I'm rather excited about this - and would be able to post multiple times and with some frequency as well.
