It was to early to start thinking just yet about where he was, his eyes were still closed. The boy seemed more pale then usual with those dark pits under his eyes as if he hadn't slept for an entire week even though he is only awaking now. His eyes were a faded version of the bright blue eyes he once had, just like the eyes of a man born blind.
His first breath was delayed for about a minute after his eyes opened, with each breath he took he could see the cold air of carbon dioxide escaping his mouth. In fact it was very cold wherever he was, also very dark as his heart accelerated. Placing the palm of his hands against the cold floor he scruffed his feet towards himself while bending his knees, he pushed himself up and stood up taking a good look around the area. Fear had already taken him, his fear of the dark is a great fear. ...Hello.. He spoke, only getting his echo back.
He moved slowly threw the dark, raising his arms and holding his hands up to guard himself. It seemed like a room of endless dark. This was no different then being blind, he had no sense of direction or sight. He kept moving until all of the sudden he heard a menacing groan amongst the dark just ahead of himself, the puffs of air quickening in front of him stood out in the dark as his anxiety grew. He took a step back and went for his weapon, he patted down his belt but the lightsaber was not there. ...ring....ring... His communication link. A sense of relief came over him like a blanket, he must of missed it on his belt. He brought it towards himself and when he was about to speak a voice appeared.
Horan... The voice of his mother echoed threw the link. h--help me. Your getting closer... His heart must of skipped a beat because fear was drowning him right now. The image of his mother, her mangled body haunted him till this day. There was no way she was still alive, she couldn't of been because it's just impossible for her to be speaking.
Horan had been taking small steps ahead, until suddenly in the distance he saw the bloody white blouse his mother had worn before she use to lay down to sleep. He stopped, his legs shaking. Most of her body still in the dark with the white shirt standing out. Her face could not be recognized, Horan had tried his best to block those images out of his head. Suddenly those dark memories were coming back to him, tears rolled down his cheeks. He shook his head. Stay away from me...please.. He said. He heard those same groans when suddenly her body moved closer to him, her legs not moving. As if she were sliding across the floor towards him. He gasped in fear and shock so he turned around to start running. When he turned around everything was quite the opposite as it just was.
He looked up at the city before him, this was infact Galactic city. Some buildings were toppled, some were even gone. Was this the future he was witnessing? He held his hand out as the snow fell heavily like it would on Hoth. The streets were filled with sky cars and right now he believed he was alone. So he started to walk.
