Can you Whill's do me a favour and recode the Ground force entry in the general rules? I can understand the copy and paste from the old site, but... c'mon.

Thank you for your attention to detail.
This section of the rules has not escaped our attention.
However, we are not pursuing any action on that post until a corrected set of Ground Rules is developed.
Those troop numbers were used with the old fleet numbers and I believe it has also not escaped the notice of some players that the number of troops now far exceeds the number of viably transportable troops within current fleet regulations.
The Whills are discussing a revised set of numbers, and we are not going to devote effort to dressing up a post that will be essentially discarded.
On the other hand, if you find it to be that much of a problem, you are more than welcome to put it in BBCode on your own time and we'll be happy to replace the existing post with your nicely formatted one.
