Well I was thinking more of the darker side of things I guess Like a dark jedi sith pirate bounty hunter ect ect ect

Alright, let's narrow it down.
Force user or no?
If you like the dark side stuff, the Dark Tide is currently the big Sith group.
Non Force, the Mandos are where it's happening.

Not to harp too much on the virtues of being on the Dark Side, but even as a non-force user you can join the action on the Sithy side of the site.
This is a rare choice for players to make, so you'd be a bit unique in that respect, but it's a career choice that is nonetheless well-documented in Star Wars canon.
In the Old Sith Wars, the Sith employed a number of troops who were not Forceful. Darth Bane was a member of a platoon of these (despite being able to use the Force, himself).
And let's not forget the Star Wars: The Old Republic trailer which depicts the attack on the Jedi Temple of Coruscant by Darth Malgus as being made possible in part by a non-force female bounty hunter.
There are plenty of worthwhile options for you to pursue no matter which route you go; I'm not the best resource for recommending who you might want to try to get involved with, but I've got no doubt that there will be plenty of people willing to throw offers in your direction. So, best of luck in all that, the most important part is that you make a choice that you'll have fun with!
(And if you later decide that you should have chosen a different career, you can always make a second character and explore a different angle that way. Many of the players on this site play more than one characters.)

Welcome to the site.
I'd suggest - since there's a Mandalorian vs. all Forcies site-wide War going on - that you hop around. Seeing as it sounds like you'd rather be a non-force user, but a darker, grittier character. So maybe a Mercenary? Renting your gun out to the highest bidder? It's a thought.
