Ok so my RP has dried up... Not necessarily on my side but on others. I am looking for to continue my teachings as a force user. (That means I am accepting inquiries of both light and dark sided) I am a mandalorian, have a slight nightisister past, and am force sensitive and tend to display it from time to time. Isthere anyone whom can continue and help me with this?

Well. Hesper is a former-Jedi, not a Darksider. I have some time, and I can help.
Though, you wouldn't want to tell her about all that. Hesper will make your character choose where her allegiance will lie: Either she fully commits herself to her studies, and she'll teach her or she stays Mando, and Hesper will leave her to that.

Thing with that is, Hesper won't know, She tends to keep it very concealed even from the most probing within the Mandalorian order itself from Mandalore that she can use the force.

I'm not sure how Synth will get around being a Mando looking for training.
After all, Jedi training isn't something that is finished in a month or so. It will take several years, how will she hide that she's a Mando from Hesper?

Synth kinda sounds like a perfect candidate to come join the Grey Order on Honoghr. it'd fit perfectly with the slightly darkerside of her past, and we don't really care what you are. The Honoghr Conclave is about balance, being neither too dark, nor too light. I mean we usually adhere more towards the light side of things, but we aren;t as stringent as the Jedi Order.
