*Sin shook her head lightly again, it was not an approach she was used to, though Nightsisters were often very strong beings, she knew her sister to ride a rancor since she was 8. She thinks about herself, and looks up at NCO again.*
The whole thing is foreign to me. I have just always been told to be proud of where I came from good or bad. Not used to this pick and choose what you want and genetic selection.
*She bites her lip softly as she finishes her drink. She looks at Aya again, then to NCO. They were alot different then what her brother had described of Mando's.*

NCO nodded to the waiter as he worked to clear and restock the table, but remained silent while the man was in earshot, and then a few moments more, letting his sister sneak another line in. Then it was his turn to laugh, a deep guttural laugh. NCO trusted her with his life, it was the less fatal permanent side effects that worried him. He merely shook his head in response to her, deciding to let that thought rest where it lie.
You have your sample, play with that, I've got jetii to herd.
I turn to Sinina as as she speaks again, trying to comprehend. I take the moment to elaborate on our culture a little more, I always enjoyed teaching but it was so hard to find someone willing to just be taught these days. Bah, back to the culture lesson before I get lost in petty contempt.
That is a common aruetii[outsider] approach to dealing with the galaxy. Mando'ade[mandolorians] see things differently, your lineage isn't important, but your legacy is everything. You don't get to choose your parents, or what they leave you with, so we don't measure you against them. You do get to choose your children, and what you leave them, so we measure you against your offspring. Whether they be natural or adopted is irrelevant to us, so long as you leave a legacy. Your value to the Aliit, to all Manda'yaim[Mandalore, and it's holdings in this context], is the heirs you leave behind when you go marching far away. That's why my sister summoned me to this meeting. D'ordinii has many lesser heirs in a manner of speaking, but none that can claim the seat of alitt'alor without starting a civil war. We've been busy running, or defending the clan, and neither of us has had time to see to the proper making of an heir worthy of aliit d'ordinii. It's time to change that, so we had this little family chat and resolved, informally, to start making time in our own ways. Did you catch all that?

*Where was he headed? That was a very good question, and Atton didn't really have an answer for her. For the first time he could remember, he didn't really have a destination or purpose. He was likely dead to the galaxy, and he doubted that the Jedi knew that he still lived. It may not have been by chance that he had ended up on Etti IV of all places, but he had no idea what to do or where to go. He almost felt...lost.
There was another pause as he downed the rest of his drink.*"Well...I'm going to be honest with you: I have no idea." Eya nodded sympathetically, knowing that is how she felt on Honoghr. Downing the rest of her soda, she came up with an idea. She didn't know how her father would react, but she didn't care. if she had to, she would bring him as her guest, if he wanted to come."Why don't you join us. We don't have much that we do, just fly here and there. Sometimes cause a little bit of trouble."She couldn't help but laugh after that. Trouble seemed to follow her and Adi around, wherever they went. Even if they weren't together. Now that they were together, she could only imagine the hell they would cause. Well, she -was- bold....definitely a Matango to be sure. She didn't pull any punches, nor did she seem to have a filter. The apple apparently didn't fall too far from the tree. Shrugging, Adi nodded."She's right. We are just a spacer crew trying to make our way in this big, big universe. It'd be nice to have another person to help us out. You'd get a cut, of course, and the opportunity to travel around the galaxy with us.
Sound like fun?"He pulled a smoke from his pack...no, not -that- kind this time...and lit it, taking a drag. He was starting to get the feeling like they should be heading back to the Wayward Son, and see what Loki had managed to dig up with Raven. Besides, MICRO would be getting antsy, and probably come looking for them if they didn't at least report in soon. He was glad that E`yame had seemed to calm down a bit now that he had a chance to explain himself, so that was a plus. Besides, if Atton decided to join them, it would be nice to have the extra hand on the ship."If you are joining us, however, you should probably get your gear around, and meet us at the ship. We are going to be leaving here very shortly, as I believe the business our crew member wanted to take care of should be done by now, or wrapping up."

What-----was....the human doing? What was that horrible, ear shattering sound piercing her tiny, highly sensitive dragon ears??? Was he in pain? Was he dying? And above all, how could she shut him up. Taking another circle around the room, Meeka suddenly dive bombed the bed, backwards so as to fling him off her back a few inches away- still on the bed. And if that did happen, she would pen him to the bed with her front feet and rwar/ squeek at him.
She thought she would play nice, and all she got in return was a squalling tiny person.
Meeka was a girl- a very moody one. Zee thought everything was going fine, but apparently his singing was quite off key, a fact he learned moments later as Meeka dive bombed the bed. He quickly found himself pinned to the bed beneath her front feet. Well, she was very dominating, what a kinky beast. He really seemed to have no luck keeping her happy. He was at least thankful she had tossed him off onto the bed, so he had something soft to land on. He then raised his hands in surrender as she growled at him"No singing... got it. Seems there is still much I have to learn about such a mystical beast as yourself..."

We are going to be leaving here very shortly, as I believe the business our crew member wanted to take care of should be done by now, or wrapping up." *A choice had now been laid before him, a surprising turn of events to be sure, but suddenly things didn't seem as bleak as they had when he had first landed here. Running with a crew would probably be a lot better than going it all by himself. Atton had been questioning his decision to come here ever since he had landed on Etti IV but it seemed that the Force had indeed led him here for a reason. Besides, how much trouble could these guys really be causing? Right?
Atton downed the rest of his drink.*"Well if you'll have me, I'd be happy to hop aboard. Just so you know, I'm good at drinking, piloting and fighting. In that order." *That about covered his skill summary, which also included some skill at mechanics but he didn't see the need to bring it up. As for his personal possessions, Atton pretty much only owned that beat up Y-wing, which he cared little about, and his lightsabers. So that saved some trouble there...*"I'm all set to go."

Eya smiled and got down off the stool. She knew she was short, but it always felt like she was falling off a cliff when she got down off high seats. As they headed back to the ship, she heard her father's com go off. She had left her's in her room. Listening to the message, she looked at her father and Atton.
"Son of a bi..."
she started to say and started running towards the ship. She knew, that she wouldn't stand a chance against anyone really at this point. She also regretted leaving her katana in her room. As they neared the ship, She took off, away from the group and up the ramp, into the unknown chaos. Seeing that there was no one in the major area, she headed off towards her room to a site, she never would have thought that she would ever see. There, on her bed, was Zee being held down by a dragon. She had no clue what was going on or what to do and just stared in amusement.

Loki stood and stared at the strange looking droid, having never seen it’s like before, he shut his saber off as it spoke and clipped it back on his belt. The droid had no idea the alarm it had caused, the galaxy was crawling with First Order spies, and other groups as well, some even more dangerous than the sickening remnants of Palpatine’s pathetic empire, though they had endured this long. Loki nodded at the droid.
“Forgive me, we are near an enemy base, and they are aware of our impending attack. At least they have a general idea. We cannot take risks. But if you have permission to be here. Then we have no quarrel.”
Loki said in a much more quiet, and less authoritative voice then before. He looked back to see if Raven had followed him. “Little Jedi, I think it is here at the request of Adi, however if you could please come here to help ask it questions.”
Loki turned back to the droid and looked around for a spot to sit, he finds a large enough crate and moves it with the force so that he is across from the droid, sitting himself upon it, he looks again at the strange droid with an even stranger accent. “Tell me, who is your master, how you come to be aboard this ship, and your purpose for being here. And if you can think of anything else that we may want to know you can just tell us so we don’t have to poke and prod too much, unless you’re a simple droid with simple directives…” Loki said the last raising his brow as he stared the droid down, wondering if it could help them free Anna from her prison, it could prove a valuable resource if that were the case. Loki waited patiently for the responses, moving a smaller crate for Raven to sit on.

Alora followed Loki- expecting someone to shoot first, but, thank the force, no one did. In fact, the Zabrak was being rather cordial. She instantly saw potential in his flexibility. Sitting on the smaller crate, the Jedi observed the Bothan random droid curiously. She was taken back mentally to her first days on Felucia- side by side with her star pupil, Gadrial'lya, another Bothan, with a knack for Makashi. Blinking a few times, she centered herself, focusing on the hear and now, as a good Jedi should.
It is rather curious how you came to be on this ship, Mr. White, and more importantly, how you were capable of accessing the coms like that.
She looked intently at the droid for a moment, searching it, then blinked a few times. She felt another presence, strangely intertwined with this machine. It was a strange mix of consciousness and technology and it unsettled her. Not that she considered Mr. White a threat- but, it just felt strange, for the small empth.
I do not think you are a simple droid.
She added, with a soft smile.
Meeka seemed to nod in satisfaction before gripping his shirt with her teeth and pulling him up, with a little toss so he'd bounce once or twice on the bed. Then in a sudden playful fashion, the tailring began leaping and bounding around the bed happily, eventually diving under a pillow and poking her head out to peer at Zee quizically.

They had left the bar, and the comlink had beeped....
Crap. They couldn't even have a nice dinner and chat without someone trying to ruin it. He watched as Eya took off running toward the ship, leaving Atton and Adi to catch up. Well, if she wanted to play it that way....
"Sorry Atton. If you feel like you are going to barf, aim it to the side I'm -not- on."
Adi grabbed Atton by the collar, and took off in a blur. He was fully engulfed in the force, allowing it to move with extreme speed, and clear the three blocks back to the spaceport in about thirty seconds. Matango released Atton as he began to run up the ramp to the cargo hold, ready to strike down whoever was the genius who decided to cause the shortening of the outing with his daughter. He was here, ready for and expecting a fight....
...However, all he saw was basically a pow wow, with a bothan? What. The. Kriff. Was. Going. ON?? Putting his hands in the air, he rolled his eyes.
"So um....What's the emergency??"
He figured the answer would be convoluted, confusing, and long...but interesting nonetheless.

I do not think you are a simple droid. She added, with a soft smile. Vash was surprised with the drastic change in the large Zabrak's demeanor. Also, the arrival of the Jedi Master was interesting, followed by the Zabrak's uncharacteristic aid that he offered her. Vash felt the V.I. of Mr. White bristle when the Zabrak referred to him as a "simple droid", but he did not balk at the assumption. He should have expected them to see immediately through the droid's exterior. After all, there is only so many ways to deceive a Force-user; Sith, Jedi, or otherwise. If you weren't alive, then you simply weren't. There truly was no way around it. Questions had been posed of him, though. And as much as he disliked the idea of repeating himself, he knew it was only a matter of time before Adieumus arrived, so he may not have to divulge all of the details until then."I suppose ah canneh be upset that yer callin' meh 'simple' -- yer understandin' o'droids must be as simple as ye think I am." He scratched at his chin, pulling on the tuft of hair residing there as he spoke. "Yer posin' an awful lot o' questions, and as much as I'd love ta tell ye what ah know, it'll be easier to say it once rather than a dozen times. Perhaps if we wait jus' a bit longer--"Just then, he heard footsteps clanging up the entrance ramp, followed momentarily by another set, which suddenly had the former prince, himself, rounding the corner."So um....What's the emergency??" Looking the man over, Vash/Mr. White raised an eyebrow. This was who the galaxy was in an uproar about? Far be it from the Bothan to make presumptions about someone based on looks, but, to see him there with that perplexed look on his face...it was almost too much."Ah, Adieumus. Pleasure ta finally meet th' man who's given meh all sorts o'grief over the past few weeks. Please, join us, will ye?" He motioned with a waving gesture toward any of the other open crates. As soon as he felt like he could continue, he nodded to himself. "Right...well, th' question yer posin' me, Adi, would likely be the same question that I'd pose ta you. 'What's the emergency?' indeed." He'd allow the question to soak in before going on. "Because I've had jus' about enough of the 'veil of secrecy' surroundin' everythin' from you to this ship an' this crew. Ye sought my employer out on Nabue. By name, no less. Er, at least, someone ya knew did. That sort of information isn't easy ta come by." He looks back to the Jedi and the Zabrak Sith. "T' answer yer question, here's the simple bit: ah snuck aboard yer ship by way of crate. Bein' a Bothan Replica Droid, I can figger out plenty o'ways to make that happen. My benefactor, as it were, has tasked me with findin' out why it was that ye wanted him to begin with. His 'area of expertise' is often times what people seek out. Th' trick I did with yer comms? Child's play. My employer can do much, much more than that...for the right price." He then looks to the Zabrak directly. "Simply put, Mr. Sith, he's a slicer. For hire, o'course."He waited there to see how the crew would put two and two together. If Adieumus were so inclined, he'd find the notion of a slicer to be within the scope of why they were here to begin with. Furthermore, the idea that there was some "emergency" could likely be a result of earlier misgivings surrounding his presence and reason for being there. Mr. White would leave it up to Adieumus to figure out where he would be needed most.

Well it probably wasn't the speed of sound, but it certainly felt like it. Not exactly the way he had been expecting to leave the bar...
In any case, there they were at the ship. While Adi bolted into the vessel, Atton just stood there. He honestly wouldn't be surprised if his eyes were actually spinning in his head...being a pilot, these things didn't bother him as much but it was still annoying. Just what the hell had been the hurry?
After taking a moment to collect himself, he took a deep breath and boarded the vessel. Time to see what all the fuss was about. It wasn't hard to locate where everyone was. He decided to hang back though, figuring if someone wanted his help they would ask.*

Ok, well, that answered a few questions...but raised a few more. Before Adi could even speak, however, *and thankfully, because he had no CLUE who the BRD was talking about*, Raxxie entered the cargo bay. Apparently, she had been watching the goings on via the ship's cams.
"That would be me, Mr White. I assume your 'employer' isVash'Ur Nam'Aser? I know him. I went to Theed to sniff him out to look for =this= arsehole." Raxxie thumbed at Adi, and shrugged. "Obviously, we didn't find him...but he knew I was there. Why didn't he try to contact me earlier? He's not still sore about me leaving, is he?"
Meanwhile, Adi was standing in stunned silence while Raxana spoke. She had been looking for him? How had they ended up on Naboo at the same exact time, then? The Arkanian's face showed his confusion, and the Zabrak woman just shook her head and smiled.
"Told ya, you had a debt to pay to this crew...and the Cap'n. He saved your bacon, now you have to finish what you started....Skylar." She chuckled at his attempt to hoodwink her upon their first meeting. To be frank, she never thought she'd find the guy again, let alone coerce him into staying on to help the crew out. Now, the ship was filled with people who knew him, or were there because of him...including the one that looked strikingly like her father. She had been avoiding talking to him for that very reason...it creeped her out, and she didn't like it one bit.
"We don't have much to offer at the moment, but we most definitely could use a good slicer...seeing as ours jumped ship back on Bastion. Think your 'employer' could find it in his heart to help out an old flame, Mr White?" She -knew- Vash was watching, so her comment was directed pretty much at him. She smiled sweetly, and cocked her head. Blinking once, she sat on a crate.

Eya quickly grabbed the katana from under the bed, not waiting for an explanation from Zee, and headed out of her room. Turning towards the hallway that led to the cargo bay, she raced in. Lifting her katana, she rounded the corner and stopped dead in her tracks.
Everyone was already there. She looked at her father and Atton and scoffed. How did they beat her here? Slowly lowering her katana, she hid it behind her back, acting like nothing was going on. Finding a crate, she sat down, hiding the katana behind her, and listened. She kept her snarky comments to herself. She was out of her element at the moment and didn't want to step on any toes.
Her mind kind of wandered to her bedroom and the amusing things that were going on in there. She kind of wished she would have stayed there. Leaving now, would just bring on unwanted attention. So she sat and listened to the poor interrogation. They could at least smack him around a little bit, she thought to herself.

I know Te'oma's father was Helius Ordo. My brother is with Catherous last I heard.. I know alot of basics about the culture.. Just never heard talk of genetic manipulation before. I do know alot about needing heirs. Mother would talk alot about grooming Te'oma to be hers.
*She frowns and her fist tightened, she shakes her head, she knew she could do it, just because Te'oma was older. Instead she was sent to Naboo. She sighs softly and smiles, she was supposed to be releasing her anger not dredging up some. She smiles at NCO.*
I know how important Family is. You do what you have to. Even if you don't want to. So when you have time you enjoy it, make the most of it. I am sorry to distract you from your time for history lessons..

-Aya Keep in mind that our Clan has views that are deemed extreme by many of the other Mandalorian Clans. Sometimes to the point of violence. Many feel that our reliance on technology in this way & our embracing of a more formal command structure, makes us heretics.
Aya takes another sip of the creeping red fluid before turning back to Non.
-Aya I have one sample. I will need more than just that. I am hoping for at least three useful samples.

I finish my plate as Sinina and Aya speak, acknowledging their points with a nod each as I ate, instead of talking around my food. As I clean the last few grains of rice up and I wash it all down with the rest of m... was this the third or fourth cup? It's not like it really matters anyway, I sit back in my seat, and roll my head around, loosening my neck muscles though since the bone structure was all cartilage the sounds of bones popping was distinctly absent.
So my tasks are to stop by for retooling, and then go hunt down tree other samples? I'll have to take a leave of absence from the crew for a bit, though I doubt they'll mind much, not to many of them are fond of us bucket heads. Haran[hell], aside from the pilot Raxxie, I'm the only non-jetii[force wielder] in the crew to my knowledge. Oya.

Aya nods. The need for speed was as total as Non seemed to think, but it was alright.
-Aya Two more samples, Since I have one already. Anyway, it would seem that the crew you are will is traveling fairly heavily. The timing isn't as dire as a full out hunt yet. I see no reason you couldn't remain with them & just keep an eye out for more samples. On the other hand, I know how trying jetii can be, if you feel like using it as an excuse for a break.
Aya pauses to ponder for a moment & let her food settle.
-Aya If you do decide to take a short break, there are other matters that might benefit from your attention while you are on Etti IV. Afterward, supplying transport is not particularly a problem. It isn't like buying a private ship is much of a cost to our family.

Loki nodded at Adi, and stood leaving his crate open, he seems to ignore everyone and everything and goes to stand by the exit, leaning against the bulk head waiting for the conversation to continue. He seems almost disinterested in the arrival of strangers, eyeballing the new comer, with disdain, his cybernetic eye flashing red as he scanned him. Loki also sent out tendrils of the force feeling for any subterfuge, as of now they were in enemy territory, who knew what type of spies lurked here and there from the first order.
Loki eyeballed his niece, wondering how she came to be here on this ship, it had been twelve years since the death of her father, and if he was correct, she was his only living relative, he supposed she’d try and kill him if she knew who he was. Or worse. These thoughts kept whirling through Loki’s mind, wondering if he should tell her, or let her figure it out on her own, neither seemed like a wise course of action at this time as she seemed a bit agitated at the moment. Loki eyeballed everyone, eyes constantly scanning the room.

*Sinina nods quietly as she mulls it over, she learned alot about a different clan that she didn't know much of before. She bites her lip softly, it sounded nothing the same as to how house Ordo did things, but she also didn't really see why they would any of the clans would be so against what they did. She looks up at Aya.*
Well, I do remember my Mother telling stories of serveral not being okay with being married to an Ordo..just because she was Echani. So, I suppose I can sympathize with getting such responses.

Raven sat quietly, listening critically to the conversations and squinting her eyes at the crowd and their varying emotions. E'yame seemed frustrated about something- which probably was Mr White's com message that apparently pinged everyone in the crew. Adi looked confused, wondering how fate had brought them all here at the exact same time. Alora herself never bothered with wondering about that anymore, particularly if Anna was anywhere near involved. They even had, what she thought, was a very capable slicer on hand- JUST when they needed one. Loki felt tense with all the people around and especially the newcomer, but he also had some strange focus set on Raxxie- who at the moment was trying to win the loyalty of the Droid. And then there was Mr. White himself, who felt so much deeper than a common machine should ever feel through the force. The BRD intrigued Raven greatly, and she slowly brushed it with the force, seeing if there was- really- someone else on the other side, and if so, who it was.
