The surface of the planet was dusty, and subterranean agri-farms were watered by aquifers. Damp ravines were occupied by slow, tough, tentacular creatures which comprised the planet's flora and fauna both.

A turbolaser beam tens of kilometers in diameter and hundreds long slammed into the planet instantly turning into supercharged plasma and fused heavy elements. The energy unleashed into the planet was equal to the main weapon on the second Death Star, and the planet exploded.

*The modified TIE Hunter swept down low over the terrain of the planet. It was exactly as Ambar remembered it: Crusty and dry. Not exactly pleasant. He'd never had any particular attachment to the planet anyway, he'd only ever seen it as a base, a planet with close proximity to strike at his enemy, with Sith influence already that made it easy to take refuge here.
And eventually, control.
He'd made sure to avoid detection as he entered the planet and descended to a more remote part of terrain; he wasn't entirely sure what the government of the world was like, or if any of the last vestiges of the Sith presence here remained. Perhaps he should have taken a different craft instead of his TIE; if the world still had records, and it likely did, it could easily recognize his ship, as well as Ambar himself. He wanted to covertly infiltrate the world and learn what he could...
... then possibly take action.
The TIE found a clearing in the shadow of some hills, setting itself down there. The city was a short distance away, but not too far for walking. Ambar undid his crash webbing and exited the ship, Samantha behind him. It felt... odd being here again. In his mind it was familiar, but his body did not recognize the dry air. That was to be expected, he supposed; his mind and his spirit still recognized the world, and that was all that mattered.* It's been years, Sernpidal. Let's see how you're holding up. *Samantha remained silent, following along behind her master— her brother. She was starting to feel a little more uneasy now that they were back on this dusty world, but she had to get a grip; Ambar was reformed now and she had plenty of faith in him now. He wasn't going to suddenly turn on her again, and the only thing troubling her anytime soon were her own memories. And possibly Sith. They would soon find out, she supposed...*
