Hello everyone,
First to clear the air I feel the need to say that I am not new to the site, I write two other characters here but this is my first attempt at a dark side character. I have a general idea of what direction I would like to take her in, but since I've never written a dark sider I could use some training. I want to write a more gritty character, so far both of my characters have been strong, attractive women who haven't had people walk all over them.
I don't have a biography written out yet but the general idea is that Yvette was a Jedi who was sent on a mission and upon being discovered she was captured, beaten, and tortured. After quite some time in captivity (possibly years) she has finally broken completely and is no longer the person she once was. She is filled with hatred and lusts for revenge against the people who did this to her, the people who stood by and let it happen, and the Jedi for not coming to her rescue. It isn't a perfect story, but it's a work in progress that will likely go through some major edits.
What I would like is for a Jedi to let me write them into her backstory as her master. This, for now, will be of no consequence to you but eventually I would like to write a story with you that comes to a close with a duel. Since this character is an experiment/test run I'm fine with her dying in this duel, but I'm not going to just let her die.
Next I need a dark side master. This would be the more immediate storyline, I don't really want to plan what happens, I just want to write it out. What I really need is help writing a dark sider because I have no idea how to do it. So you'll kind of be my master both in and out of character until I feel comfortable with the dark side role.
That's really all I need for now, I think. If I have any other questions I'll post them here. Thanks everyone.
