So yesterday I spent the day watching the netflix exclusive season 6 and am left incredibly disappointed. No shock there. However the main reason for that being that they didn't answer or tie up the two BIG things they ended with in season 5: What officially happens to stupid-never-should-have-exisited-padawan chick, and what does Sidious do with Maul? Neither of them show for the entire season save dumbass chick but thats in one episode in an illusion (not going to go into spoilers for those that give a crap).
Most of the season is actually incredibly easy to predict because every situation or drama they try to set up its blatantly obvious that the Sith are going to come out on top.

***SPOILERS****V
I agree with what you said about Maul. They totally ignored the entire story arc surrounding him, it's as if they deleted him from the show and rushed threw what they thought was most important to 'better understanding the saga'. Disney has the money to give us at least one more season to cover what is deserved to be wrapped up before the clone wars ends. Though i feel as if they've left these Story arcs open to continue in Star Wars Rebels. Since the earlier seasons we've always wanted to know what happened to Jedi like Ahsoka Tano during order 66, or even the final demise of Maul.
One change that isn't huge, but still irritates me a lot is the fact that they've changed the planet name Korriban to Morriban. That planet has history, even the valley of the dark lords & the Sith temple remained. You can't just go change the name and is it just me or did they change the appearence of Darth Bane?
As I've mentioned before we still have Rebels to hope for. ''Also, don't expect to see the kind of lightning-quick lightsaber battles that defined "Clone Wars" and the prequel films. The mystical powers of the Force will be taking a back seat in the new series.
"I think that we all agree what we liked about the Force in the original films was it was a less-is-more scenario," Filoni says.''
That sounds pretty cool, hopefully we'll get a similar feel the originals gave us. With the story arc of Maul and the whereabouts of Tano, perhaps they'll wrap up that in Rebels. We did see a few lightsaber battles in the originals, so I'm hoping they give us this. Maybe have an older Obi wan or even Vader kill off Maul & for Ahsoka, maybe she'll be one of the Rebels.

I had a similar thought with how Rebels is probably going to wrap up the two story lines, I simply wanted my answers NOW! lol
One of the few things that I actually really enjoyed was that they kept the stun rounds as the blue rings; when the clones are trying to captures Fives. Though, having read all of the Clone Commando novels where they delved balls deep into clone biology, I was pissed at this chip bullcrap that they pulled out of their ass that had 66 on it. The CC novels explained thoroughly that the clones were flash trained everything they needed to remember/know and they established a list of Protocols as in case scenarios called the Contingency Orders for the Grand Army of the Republic: Order Initiation, Orders 1 through 150, GAR Document CO(CL) 56-95, Order 66 being:
"In the event of Jedi officers acting against the interests of the Republic, and after receiving specific orders verified as coming directly from the Supreme Commander (Chancellor), GAR commanders will remove those officers by lethal force, and command of the GAR will revert to the Supreme Commander (Chancellor) until a new command structure is established."
So again they screw over her novels thus emphasizing again why she refuses to write anymore Clone novels :,,-(
Anyways, bringing Bane into the story at all is absolutely preposterous, however I can understand why he looked different; He was an illusion test for Yoda, who while he knew of Bane's existence, did not know what he looked like, so really that could have been any Sith lord, but Yoda's fears at the time were grounded in the Sith and their Rule of Two teachings, and thus Bane appeared. Though I'm still pissed that they keep referring to the Sith as if that is always what they have been. Korriban was the Homeworld of the Sith race that lead to the Sith style of Darksiders rising. But until the Dark Jedi of Typhon went there, they weren't Sith. So the shows fixation on everything Sith kinda irritated me.
I'm...optimistic about Rebels. All I hope is that they don't further screw the Mandalorians and the arse moreso then they already have, and have a scene of Vader killing the crap outta Tano....that would be nice.

When Ahsoka died, even in the vision, I was so sad! I love that girl...
Other than that, the fight scenes were epic! It was a good watch.
