NUBIAN RIOTS!!!
Backstory: With the end of the Mandalorian Holy Crusade the two powerhouses of the galaxy are at each others throats. Neither powerful enough to take out the other without destroying themselves in the process. Hundreds of millions watch awaiting their destruction every day many flee to the opposite side of the "wall" feeling safer. These citizens seeking asylum had to leave everything behind; friends, family, homes, jobs. Everything. Having to start from the bottom again the empires military swells as people get jobs to survive. The Republics welfare system soon reaches full capacity as it tries to help all its citizens get support while they get themselves settled.
In this politically charged time a healthy black market develops, criminal life flourishes and normal law abiding citizens start doing illegal things to get by. Although the rule of law still applies from the dark shadows of hidden allies things happen. People vanish, money is exchanged and evil dooers are happy. On Nubia people are not liking the way the system is rigged so that no one can get ahead and they have to run faster and faster to stay in place. In order to get their voices heard protests have been arranged, with Imperial agents in crowd they want something more sinister
OOC Info: This is starting the events on Nubia. A planet that produces a lot of the Republics food it also does ship parts and robots, the people on the planet are stuck in an endless cycle as the companies that the people work for also sell the majority of the products on the planet. A few old timers, and imperial agents have sparked the seeds of change.
The Imperial objectives:
- Start a riot
- Secure weapons, lethal or non lethal
Republic objectives:
- Make sure things remain peaceful
- Should things get out of hand use non-lethal force to end riots
