And no, this isn't an April Fool's joke.
Hey everyone! I realize it has been a while. Still brushing the rust off my writing machine, as it were.
I'm going to see if I can give this another go. I realize I'm not at my prime. Just by looking at my post from yesterday, I can already tell that the "Road to Writing Rehab" is going to be a long one for me.
I'm coming back with the intention of taking Aedon's story in an entirely-different direction. He's back to Ground Zero, and has lost everything. For those who were writing with me previously, I've given your characters an "escape route"...none of you were harmed in the crossfire, save for one who I know won't be returning to the boards.
With that said, I'm looking to see where everyone is at. I've been attempting to follow some of my old friends, but I'm just as interested in seeing if someone new would like to come along and write with me. If you have any interest in doing so, drop me a reply here or inbox me.

So, would you be in need of a mechanic, or are you not going the smuggler route this time? Cuz I have heard about you and your skills, however 'rusty' they might be and I am certainly looking for a place to start.

Aedon will be in *need* of a mechanic, that's for sure. If the "Veritas" is ever to sail the stars again, he'll be out of his element and will have to have help. I'll be able to go into further detail when I can get to my computer this evening...hope to see ya then!

Ah, yeah...that's a whole lot better...
As I was saying, Aedon is going to need a mechanic. But, it's going to be pretty evident that he's not going to want a mechanic at the moment. I'm about to delve a little bit deeper into what exactly went on with regards to his capture and the whole shebang. I'm hoping to paint a not-so-pretty picture. How will this affect him? He's not going to want a crew, or anything to do with the smuggling game. It'll be on his only surviving crew member - the Bothan you see mentioned in the post there - and likely whoever else is going to want to work themselves into this "comeback" of mine.
So, if you feel like you can handle this, Johnathan, then by all means...let's see what we can put together. I'll be busy putting together a couple of posts over the course of the evening, but I'll have this thread on an open tab to keep an eye on the conversation.

I am definitely looking forward to this. I can certainly find a way to work my way into this, and I'm probably going to enjoy it. I'll keep an eye one your posts in order to get a better feel for where Aedon's head is at and how I can work into it. Also, Castle isn't a smuggler. He's a mechanic by trade and is simply looking for a place that will keep him busy as well as make him feel appreciated.
