Hush, hush, hush, and a few space cowboys flock into and out of the system, and then without warning an entire fleet pops up in the system, on the edge of this rather lawless system. The belligerents are comprised of 4 dreadnought-class cruisers set to operate by the Katana Fleet style. Flanking the zipping cruisers are two much larger Victory II-class Star Destroyers. They advance in formation, turrets already prepare for a textbook blitz. They do not go unchallenged, however. While a number of frigates quickly make for the edges of the moon laced system and flee, a few of the pirates and criminal syndicates gather their best defense and send it towards the ships with the strange black "X" painted on their bridges. It is too late. They have taken too long, but they give the invasion force a run for its money, exchanging heavy blows as the glory hounds seek one last victory amid the teaming chaos that was turbolasers and flak cannon filled space.

It is too late, everything is always far too late. While a concentrated effort manages to disable one of the Victory IIs, that coming from a suicide mission to deplete its shields and crash into the iconic engines mounted on the Star Destroyer's rear, the rest of the battle waxes into the realm of calculated slaughter. As the pirates' fleets are swiss cheesed and ram-blasted, a number of the remainders begin to rout. This does nothing to stop the onslaught, as a good number of the ships are destroyed with their backs turned while trying to escape the various gravity wells these moons provided. The lesson here was that no matter how far lost a battle becomes, one should always use a rear guard.
No problem. The Fascists would teach the criminals and money-pigs to respect that. Plenty of time to contemplate in the after life.
Starfighters and defensive pickets are deployed to protect the disabled Star Destroyer, while the main body moves on to Bodgen's main, cosmopolitan moon, Bogg V.
