Jair's alt here. What if we used something like these? www.iconarchive.com/show/starwars-icons-by-everaldo.htmlFor our forum buttons? To make it more Star Warsy than the folders? Just an idea. Dunno how implementable it is or if it's worth the time. But just thought I'd throw it out there. lol |

I think what he means to say is replace the folders formore of a factional/sectorial identifier such as a jedi or clone or even sith to represent the territories. It also would make it look a bit more tasteful while identifying if its republic territory or not, etc.

I think he was just talking about spiffing up the buttons, truthfully....itd get too much to keep up with if we used the faction buttons to identify the planet.

I like it. It's not entirely a new idea, but it's not high on my list of priorities, either. It would be hard to set different icons on different forums based on IC storyline contexts, but we could certainly Star Wars-ify the existing ones in a general kind of way. If anyone wanted to try their hands at making some buttons for us, let me know, and I can give you a list of the images we would need (there are 12 different thread icons and 4 different forum icons).
