-Description:
There are five buildings:
Ministry of Internal Security-
-Unified command structure for law enforcement, emergency response, food and drug regulations, domestic military forces, and anything else that concerns the safety and security of citizens and visitors on Dressel.
Ministry of External Security-
-Unified command structure for law enforcement within the Dressel System but outside of the atmosphere, customs, and military forces deployed off-planet. The Diplomatic Corps also technically falls under the MES and is housed in the MES building, but answers directly to the Prime Minister.
Ministry of Finance-
-If it involves money, it is controlled from this building. Taxes, tariffs, trade agreements, budgets, the Treasury, and especially the Market, all fall under the MOF's jurisdiction. The Market Defense Force is the only law enforcement agency that doesn't fall under the MIS; it falls under the MOF instead.
Ministry of Science and Education
-Regulatory body in charge of all things related to scientific research and the education system. Almost any project with potential merit can receive government funding. However, accepting government funding requires accepting government oversight. The Ministry makes due with a bare minimum of red tape and regulation, and is more concerned with enforcing safety and ethical standards than making things difficult. Most of the effort of the MSE is devoted to ensuring a top quality education system, from the lowest grades in primary school to the doctorate candidates in the universities.
Capitol Building
-Houses the Legislature, the High Court, and the Presidential Residency. The President is the head of the Executive Branch, the Prime Minister is the head of the Legislative Branch, and the High Court Justices preside over the judicial branch. The relationship and interplay between the branches and the ministries is fairly complex, but it all starts here.
-Person who will use the building:
Primarily, Eralam. However, if I can get more people involved, I will.

Ideally, I'd like to have a thread for every ministry, as I fully intend to waste a lot of time setting things up. Call it a thought experiment in the perfect government, according to someone who probably has no idea what he's talking about. However, if that's not possible at this time, I'll live.
