Mandalorians

This character used to be a bit younger, but she was intended to be Cathaoir's daughter, though we never got to RPing out that discovery. Since Cath announced having to leave JvS (hopefully not permanently) in the fall, he gave me leeway with what to do with the clan. Even said I could have Cathaoir killed somehow, since he was planning on working toward that point eventually. I've decided to, somewhat, take him up on that, only I'm assuming his disappearance, not death; should Cath return, he can decide a more permanent fate, since I don't feel comfortable making that judgment myself.

So what results is a bit of a time-skip to Ka'ra here as a fifteen-year-old, forced to take over as aliit'alor of the clan. I thought this would be a somewhat interesting angle, and have written a bit of a reintroduction. I'm not gonna try to "reclaim the glory of the Mandos" or anything like that, but will be attempting to spur at least a small bit of Mando RP on the side. If not on Ordo, then I'll send her to Mandalore shortly. Anyone wants to hop in on a storyline, then let's go!

Okay, need to know where you guys are at and who is your leader. As Steffo's return to the galaxy, I want him to confront his demons, essentially his last Padawan died during the Mando Force war, Steffo left and disappeared afraid the war would cause him to fall to the Dark Side, so now he wants to talk with those responsible. That's where I need to do with some of you guys. I'm not talking fightong, this is Steffo resolving his issues, by confronting the people responsible or organisation responsible is a test to him self. Test his resolve, his forgiveness and reforge him as a Jedi again essentially. Hope some of you guys can help me. I am open to ideas, suggestions, I am hoping this will be an interesting to that opens up, but also helps my character seel old wounds.

Sounds good. I wasn't expecting a resolution and for the two to shake hands, Steffo will look for answers, he probably won't get them, but he will have faced his de one and that's the crux of it. Where would be best to seek out your character? Furthermore I need a reasonable way of finding you, considering he is a Jedi whom has been out of things for a great length of time, and you guys have gone into hiding.

Indeed, The split was caused by inactive leaders (as far as I can remember). The main problem currently is that there aren't enough Mando Primaries (unique IPs not already counted toward other groups) to justify a mando group. No offense meant, but I think there might be as many as three people that run mandos as their 'primary' account (Myself, Mata, NCO). Most of the current mandos I know on the site are alts of people that mainly focus on jedi characters. (Nothing wrong with branching out, I have a character on pretty much every 'side' of the universe after all XD ). So unless the rules for groups have changed, All three would have to agree to form up on the new group.

As for leadership. The question is: should the leader of the group be the current mand'alor? or should an OOC 'admin' be set up that just keeps things neat in the group? Also who should the leader be? Mata is working on taking the helm IC, backed by my clan. So he is a strong candidate. But again, just because he may be the IC leader doesn't mean he will be the one keeping the books straight (see the previous question).

If the question is deleting one group & flushing the inactives from the other? Then renaming the ME group as 'Mandalorians' would probably be the best best (Though I like the Mandalorian Empire title).

I think more of an "OOC admin" would be appropriate, and certainly the current Mand'alor when he takes the helm. Just someone who's active and watchful enough to handle group permissions.

What's become of NCO anyway? He's been absent a little while...

If we get a really good storyline going, I may make a full return to the Mandalorians (I am Darth Flvin for those who don't know). I haven't been posting for a while because of a new job, but I've been lurking a lot and just looking for the right time to jump back in.

What kind of SL were you thinking of? Perhaps you join Kaalin on a bounty?
