Having heard word of some Imperial Knights that went AWOL after the battle of Prakith a team of knights led by Panno track them down to the planet Correllia.
The following battle will be considered IC and as such all rules of the universe apply within this thread and all actions affect the characters. It is agreed by both parties that no death or permanently crippling injuries will happen. The setting shall be described by the first poster as well as the definitive timeline.
Ready. Go.

It has been a few months after Talon awoke from his unconscious state at the Jedi Academy here on Corellia to give the Jedi his assistance in tracking an elusive smoke demon.
Assisted by his merry band of self-exiled Imperial Knights and a handful of troopers, he has just shut down a Sith-backed operation down in the Selonian caverns, incapacitating multiple individuals and smashing their plans to smithereens with the survivors being escorted to CorSec HQ and the Jedi Academy. Feeling happy that his team of Knights had the situation in hand, he heads for the outskirts of the city, out in the rolling fields far from civilization. With nothing important to attend to he is taking a well earned rest from the rest of the universe by enjoying the wind rushing around him, grass and flowers bending to it's will. However, he can't shake off the felling he is not alone, or that someone out there is coming for him for some unknown reason or another. The wind has picked up more power, replacing the once hot and breezy day with storm-clouds and torrents of rain.Talon decides to make his way back towards the city using his swoop bike which sports a two-tone color scheme of the Jedi Order and CorSec but only manages to get a few hundred meters before the systems fail. Looking to his wrist-mounted holocomp system, he tries to bring his personal comms system online but the signal is being blocked by forces unknown, the very same who have stopped the swoop. He disembarks the swoop and walks a while away from it, if there is to be a confrontation, he wants to be ready for it. Reaching down and sliding his lightsaber from it's sheath on his right shin, he holds it with no intent to do battle, blade not ignited just yet.He double checks his Armour, Crimson like those used by his former Imperial brethren, but changed slightly. Gone are the Imperial insignia, replaced by the Jedi emblem upon the right shoulder, his Legion's number etched underneath the image.916TH His hood is a brilliant white, as are the robe segments that are not covered by the phrik Armour plates, while the standard wrist-guards have been swapped with his phrick-reinforced wrist-blades, also in a brilliant white color. He is ready for what trouble seeks him out, and is surprised that the Force is calling one word to him....PRAKITH

Indeed the plants were moving seemingly of their own accord. Panno stood in the distance hidden by those very same plants. In tuned with the force he expanded his conciousness so that he could feel every plant in the area. Indeed everything sentient in the area to some degree he could feel ever so slightly but he had always been drawn to the plants. In actuality they moved as one with the breeze, like the paint off a paintbrush onto a canvas and his mind was the paint brush. Feeling the deserter begin to leave towards the city he opened his eyes and waited until he was far enough away from the main group.
Flipping the switch on something Imperial R&D had created. Something akin to a EMP it was much smaller and worked on specific frequencies, in this case the hover part of a swoop speeder. From there it infects the system like a virus and shuts it down until the device is turned off. Similar devices were being set off around the other Knights and soliders of the Empire back in the city. They would be dealt with by other Knights and hundreds of soldiers. A show of force, and if need be a death squad. If Order 66 had proved anything it was that force users could be brought down with sufficient numbers. With his first one going off the order was sent to the others and already Knights were talking to others. He heard them in the earpiece in his right ear but blocked it out. Focusing instead on the ringleader.
Panno had been at Prakith alongside these men, he had sweat and bled alongside all of them. Yet here they were on the run, fugitives from the Empire which had grown in size and influence since their leaving. With the Mandalorians dealt with the Masters of the Order had decided to focus inwards. Finding the wayward Knights and returning them home, or ending them. His thoughts returned to Prakith and how Talon; the man in front of him had fought to keep a Sith outside the tombs of a long dead Sith. He had fallen, but obviously in the months since then things had gotten better after all he was leading a squad of other wayward Knights. The fact that they remained loyal to him made him a threat. Most were in ones or twos. There were over two dozen Knights and three times as many soliders. This at least in the eyes of Imperial Intel was a threat to be dealt with, with swift action. Just like there had been at
Prakith
Crap. He had embellished the word with the force, or rather the thought of the planet which was transmitted as an image of the planet to everything he was connected to. Even Talon.
Stepping out into the opening, which was about thirty meters from Talon he smiled showing the sharp teeth to the new Jedi.
Didnt you learn in your training that once you were a Knight the only way out was to die?
It wasnt exactly true, once you reached an age where you could not serve the Knights, Empire or Emperor then you were released from your oaths. So few made it to that age however that it was all but a technicality.

He knew this day was coming, when the Empire would send someone to track him down but was not expecting a confrontation so soon. Talon smiled at Panno while the other spoke, he looked somewhat familiar and the mention of Prakith could only mean he was there for the balls-up but our intrepid anti-hero can't quite place him as he was injured severely and rendered unconscious until what was left of his force retreated back into high orbit onto the ship waiting for them. Talon could see the Knight had the same crimson armor that he himself used, minus his own changes like a silver bladed lightsaber which informed anyone in Imperial space of his profession.
He steps a few meters closer to Panno slowly, not attempting to intimidate or goad the Knight into a fight, but so he can see his face and look deep into his eyes and notice the conviction he held to his orders. His own lightsaber is still in his right hand, not activated and the grip loose, informing Panno that Talon will not make an attack right away. Surely he has order to take the exiles back to the Empire and hopefully this situation can be resolved without a fight.
We all know there will be blood split here this day. Forgive me, it has been some time since the battle at Prakith and I am having trouble remembering you, Knight...? Talon is not lying, he has had many problems related to his memory recently and he has no guards up in his mind which Panno should notice. His mind does wander to his group of Knights and Troopers back in the city however as he genuinely cares for their well-being and hopes they do not have much trouble. In his mind, everyone should have the choice to be free, no matter whom they are or what faction they are apart of. Criminals on the other hand should answer for their crimes of course, he does not want Panno to think wrong of him.
The subject of the group and the empire is a tricky situation however, so these two may never see the others point of view fully however open-minded they try to be..

Ah another ill informed human or close enough. It seemed so few knew him. Or pretended not to. Either way it did not matter to him and according to the reports this man was officially WIA during the battle.
I am Master Panno Grai'Tal. That armour you wear, or that farce of an armour. I made that. I have made every armour in service to the Empire at this moment. At the time of Prakith I was apprenticed to the former Master Armourer, thanks to my actions we won the battle and saved the day.
That was the official note. The battle had been won, but Panno didnt think so. In his own mind the battle had been lost, dozens of Imperial Knights lost, hundreds of soliders and thousands of civilians to eh NOE. He had used his force, usually reserved for moments of peace in the heat of battle. He had wormed his way into the rabid beasts they fought, he experienced the death of every Barabel as if it was his own death. Dying tens of thousands of times. The battle had left him a changed man. It had changed everyone there, and indeed the whole galaxy but he was no longer the person to see the good in everyone.
Where as Talons stance said "I will not fight" Pannos said something else intirly. Sure his lightsaber wasnt on but he still wanted a fight. Why anyone would leave the corps was beyond him. Plus he was under orders to kill this man. The others were up to themselves, or so he was told.
You are Talon Fenris. Leader of this merry band of wayward Knights and soliders. Forsaking the Knights for the ways of the Jedi. Leaving behind the Empire you swore to protect. We have been watching for a while, looking for you and the opportunity to get you back.

'Please forgive me Master Armorer, I did not know your predecessor had been replaced, or that you was in the same battle...'It is true, Talon had not seen the Armory or any of the individuals for a very long time, almost a year since the battle on Prakith even. Once the remains of the 916th were safely aboard, they attempted to make a jump back to the Core worlds of Imperial space to return injured and dead which included the remains of the Knights own Grandmaster Xeonon Solomon. What should of taken a few hours turned into a journey of months as no sooner then Talon and his ground team had finished setting up camp in the tomb, the comms to the Thunderstrike went dead, scrambled by at the time forces unknown.
He later returned to consciousness inside of one of the medbays' bacta tanks to listen to one of his knights tell him that a virus of unknown origin had infected the ships systems, rendering it almost inoperable when it was most needed. That would explain why he had no reinforcements for almost 5 hours of holding back wave after wave of creatures from that godforsaken tomb. Weapons largely made no better then showpieces at a model fair and engines non operational, the wizards that compromised the on board computer experts were seconds away from a total ship shutdown but they managed to retain control of life support.
For this Talon was thankful, as without his Legion he would not be here today alive when he should of surely perished and this memory is what pushed his rage to the forefront of his mind while he listened to Panno drone on about 'Forsaking the Knights', leaving those he 'Swore to Protect' and that this bullshit order for this 'blacksmith' to track his group and capture if not eliminate them.
You think I just willingly left everything behind? Talon pointed to his own chest with a balled up fist, smacking the plate with dull clunk.
You was there, do you not remember the amount of dead and wounded on both side of the conflict, our own Brothers pleading for help when they already knew they were dead? He started to pace in front of the Imperial Knight, looking between him and the ground at his feet as if trying to explain his actions are impossible.
Oh, Great and Powerful Panno, what the hell did you do for them eh? He stopped and held out his right hand holding his weapon horizontally in his fist straight at Panno, as if accusing him of betrayal for those that were lost.
What the fuck do you think you are doing here now?!
His face was paralyzed in angry contusion for many minutes not moving a muscle that any passerby could be forgiven for thinking the two individuals here were posing for an artist. The wind howled around them in rage as if it willed them to start the bloodletting. There was no rain now to dampen the ground beneath them, and Talon Fenris would love to cut his companion down right here and now. How dare he follow an order that meant killing friends and comrades!
More ferocious winds howled and threw their weight against them, but they both stood stock still for many minutes more. Talon eventually calmed his nerves to speak to Panno again with a more disciplined temperament. He has always had trouble controlling emotions.
Are you that simple minded to follow orders to kill those that you once stood shoulder to shoulder with, shared your meals and training with, laughed, maybe cried and helped those back to their feet?
Do you understand that to follow an order without question, you must first question everything that request may imply?
His voice was barely louder then a loud whisper now, although Panno would hear it easily since the winds had died down to a slight breeze once more and the self-exiled knight had closed the distance between them now to little over ten meters. When he realised he had come so close to Panno Talon stopped and backed up a few steps lowing his hands to his sides in a non-threatening manner, partly because he had enough of fighting those he once trusted and called brothers, and partly because the pain from his back where that dammed Rebbelious character had left a nasty cut before going on to kill Xeonon.
Remembering Xeonon automatically brought his left hand up to his neck and slid under the armor plate to finger the ring hanging from a thin chain around his neck, the same ring the Master of the Imperial Knights had worn when he last drew breath. His mind open again, Panno should be able to tell exactly what that item is, and who it originally belongs to, and the dark feeling that ring brings with it.
Feeling regret that things have turned into what they are now, his hand returned to his side, awaiting a response from Panno..

Cold fury burned in his eyes. Accusations were one thing. That thing he had around his neck. Usually he would sing to get the plants to listen to him was to sing. This was something different, he channelled that rage into the plants and they grew and mutated up and around Talon. The rolling field of knee high grass went from green to a dark and menacing purple. Sprouting thorns and barbs it grew larger and larger in an instant. If he succeed in getting Talon with it multiple thick ropes of this grass would envelope his arms and hands holding them out so he looked like a childs stick man on a piece of paper. The grass leaking sap as it was no longer grass, but something dark and evil would burn brilliantly should it be ignited.
THAT RING! You wouldnt be able to tell but that is forged with malice and hatred. Someone powerful made it.
Thumbing on his own blade; or rather Xeonons old blade the silver plasma curved slightly making it look like a katana and making it stand out in the galactic community. Rushing forward he held the blade a few feet from Talon.
It doesnt matter that you left, it matters that you didn't come back. AND DONT YOU FUCKING TALK TO ME ABOUT DEATH! I was in the heads of every single death there. Imperial Knight. Stormtrooper. Even the mindless bastards of Dragus. I died a thousand fucking times over. I sacrificed my mind for those worthless currs. Those pricks who did nothing but spit on me. Who ignored me. Who hated me for no other reason than I am a fucking Dressillian. So fuck them.
Calming himself Panno took in a deep breath and held in there before exhale loudly.
I questioned this. I did, and you know what it does not matter. You are here, I am here. Come back with me and no blood will be spi-
Just then in the distance blasts of red plasma cut through the air. Hundreds of them, one after the other tore through the air. Although the atmosphere ate away at some of the power it did not matter. Each one of them struck their intended target destroying the area and everyone in it. Including the 916th. Presumably all of them perished. All of a sudden the plants that may or may not have been holding Talon crumbled and died. The sap still there, sticky as glue. Oh shit, he hoped that this wouldnt provoke another response that would cause a FIGHT! *wink wink*

Talon was not shocked by the grass changing in the way it did, this was the way of the Force after all and strange but wonderful things happened all the time. He didn't even bat an eyelid even while Panno raged at him, coming right up to him with his lightsaber drawn and ignited. The Imperial Knight was having an emotional response to his very own one just before.
He had been able to remain in limited contact with his team back in the city due to their shared connection to the Force and the surface thoughts informed him that they too were having a small altercation with an Imperial contingent, giving them the option to return home or die. The link was suddenly severed although this was often the case when one or the other had pressing matters to attend to.
His arms had been restrained by the aforementioned grass but the thorny material had since vaporized, leaving only the sticky sap which covered most of the armor plates on his upper body. He was lowering his hands back down to his sides when Panno stopped what he was suddenly saying and looked upwards to the sky and Talon followed his eyes with his own to see what looked like a meteorite shower, but realization soon dawned upon him as explosive blasts could be seen and heard when the red plasma which could only be a precision orbital strike descended to the city.
Knowing full well his team of Knights and Troopers were in the vicinity of the strike, he felt the first one of them die in a super-heated ball of pain and agonizing heat, then the second.
The rest followed until there was only three of them left, among the countless dead and injured....
The ring around his neck whispered the word 'Betrayal' over and over until it became a deafening roar in his ears. He knew he shouldn't listen to it but what had just happened just a stones throw away reminded him all to well of the very reason he and Panno stood here...
Prakith.
The feelings and emotions of that battle welled up inside until he could take no more, his eyes burning with fury for what has happened yet again. There is nothing more to be said, Panno must atone for his actions on this day.
His right hand moved slightly as he thumbed the activator switch on the deadly weapon which ignited in an instant to reveal a bright cyan blade with it's unstable crystal, giving it what could be mistaken as a slight but noticeable fog which surrounded the blade, tiny bolts of energy arcing out at the edges.
'You came here 'Knight Panno' to talk about your feelings, the people who perished beside us and draw your blade on me? You think you can do these things then rain death and destruction again around me with little consequences? '
Talon raised his lightsaber up in front of his face as he grasped it with his other hand keeping the pure energy in line with his nose but pointing forwards in the classic Jedi Offensive stance, able to move it to make a parry or dodge out of the way.
The wind rustles through his hair, softly brushing against the skin on his face like a lover causing a single drop of sweat to drop to the ground making not one sound. He had not noticed his breathing was heavy although both of them shouting at each other and moving about suddenly caused such perspiration. his feet are placed firmly at shoulder span apart with the legs straight but not too wide that he could not bend them at a moments notice.
'You wanted to fight, then come on and see if you can hit me then'.

Oh sweet Talon. A good time for a things and all things in good time. Shocked by the strike Pannos attention wavered and from the grass jumped five Vornskrs. Upper lips quivering all had their teeth bared as they edged closer to the two Force users. The largest, a female with multiple scars along her flanks at the head of the pack her purple fur bristling in anticipation of the flesh she had stalked. Snarling it brought Pannos attention back to the problem in front of him.
Closing his eyes he brow knotted in a grimace as he went into each beasts mind and subdued each beast lust for blood and instead upped their levels of calm. Once you figured out the colour scheme it wasnt so hard to do. Red for anger, blue for calm, yellow for horny. It was just a matter of upping specific colours and dosing others. Still five at one was hard, even for one who had mastered this aspect of the force. Almost at once things changed, the smallest layed down and closed its eyes content, the middle three sat eyes rapt at attention. The largest, the bitch kept pacing around the two keeping a wide berth between them. Her demeanour still said "I want to rip out your throat" but for now she was content to have some threatening posture.
Fine you want a fight.
In truth it was not his wish to fight, he truly had come here in peace wanting to bring Talon back. It was the ring. Even from this far away its power leached its way into Pannos mind, doing the same thing he had done to his pets not moments before. It upped his aggression, his rage, and his lust for power. All so subliminally that it felt to him as if it were his thoughts
Swinging his blade down to his right side, the palm side of his hand facing Talon, Panno took two steps forward with his right foot in the lead he swung at Talon. Gripping it with both hands he stared straight towards Talons neck as he brought the lightsaber in an ark along his own right side he brought down the silver blade down towards the run away Imperial Knights LEFT side of the neck.
Pretty blue blade you have there, I see you forsook not just your oaths but your armour and blade.
