Threads have been created for this location, here, however I do not seem to be able to create a new post on those threads. I checked the request for the new threads and it did not seem to indicate that a certain usergroup would be the only ones allowed to post in those topics.
I just thought I'd bring it to your attention since I wanted to post there.
