Well, since it seems that the Order of Ruin is slowly moving forward, I figured it's time to make some sort of communication thread for all of those interested in writing with a group of Sith hell-bent on eradication of the Jedi Order.
So with that being said.... Let the planning and the RP commence!

Dang I forgot about this idea! Remember who made up this concept, Andor  I still have the notepad document to prove it too lol. I might bring back Malvus for this since he would be the Dread Lord of this Order. |

Great to hear! How would you like to start off? Since the OoR isn't public knowledge yet, there wouldn't be a way for Xxoxia to know about it. She'd have to unintentionally catch the eye of Andor to come investigate rumors of a Sith. Any thoughts?

I'm in. Not sure how either. However I am open to ideas. Am Writing my characters back story though at the moment and so far I have him finding a barely working Sith training droid that is pretty malignant. Through the droid he will begin to learn and create a very crude lightsaber. From there I dunno.

That's a good start. If you want, I can write the Sith training droid and have it ending up being a trashed, surviving droid of the Dark Tide (a long broken up Sith organization that Andor used to belong to). It could recognize your desire to be a Sith, register your ability to make a lightsaber and search the holonet for remaining known members of the DT, find Andor, and reveal to him your location and the possibility of being a force-sensitive. Then, Andor can come give you a visit and we can go from there.

That sounds good. I had this idea of it harbouring some sort of Sith spirit and it being a bit like Ship is with Jacen and Ben in the book. Would be great for you to write the droid. Just if you can think of Golem and Ultron when you write him. The droid is an amalgamation of something dark and unhinged. He talks to himself and refers to a Master. Tidus (my characters name before he takes onn the mantle of Consumaes) thinks the droid is referring to him as Master but I want it to transpire that the droid is referring to a voice of a Sith Master inside himself. A small part maybe, but the droid is a fairly important part in Tidus path to becoming Consumaes. Tidus hates his Boss. His Boss is evil and has taken his Mother effectively as a hostage so that Tidus does what he wants. I want the droid to teach Tidus about a Sith breaking his chains Tidus therefore will kill his boss, but later come to realise that the chain that binds him and makes him weak is actually his Mother.

That sounds like a great plan, and I should be able to write a ultron-esque droid. Continue doing solo RP until Tidus finds the droid, that's when I'll start writing with you.

Oh yes, i remember! But i got bored so i got it started Its all cool, Andor! At least this will give me a reason to come back to JvS We will probably have the Order's secret headquarters on Eriadu. The Western Outer Rim is relatively untouched at this point. Gonna need a reason as to why and how Andor comes around to meeting with Malvus on Eriadu and the Order shooting off from there. |

I've already applied to have the faction HQ set up on Thule. If you want, I can contact Chill and get him to switch it to Eriadu, but IC-wise, Andor has no motivation to set it up there... So maybe Thule can work.. Then Malvus hears about Andor somehow and travels there to confront him or something?

Hmmm we still need an idea as to how this works out cause Malvus would be the Lord Dread of this organization. So we really need to get creative with this.

Even though I am Jedi, very interested in writing a downfall character and partaking in the Order. Spoken with Andor a bit, but was thinking of having a mission to track down one of the sith involved in the order and getting in that way.

*pats the dust from his shoulders* Well Andor, you are the only one active no more. RL got in the way for a bit but it's all cleared up now so I'm game to continue with what we started on Thule now. Darth Malvus, Andor is currently approaching Abaddon about this organization in trying to recruit him and from there hinge off the Sith Arts Academy already there. Even the Lunar Base on Sivvi. I approached Andor awhile back about about finding some reason to write with him cause of an OOC motivation to do so and we currently came up with what we have (though i didn't know you had anything to do with its previous stages of planning. Currently the ball is rolling on Thule though. |

So what plans have been made involving the rooms of the new academy? Just out of curiosity of what creative areas there will be. Along with that would be the chambers for people. Are we going to have individual chambers for each person or a general area? Seen things go both ways.

Well, I was thinking for the Academy side of things, we could just use the already present Sith Arts Academy on Thule. Possibly request some new threads in that board to expand the area and use the base for more of political or non academy doings. But that's still all up for debate and ultimately is not my decision to make, so yeah.

Abaddon, I was actually thinking a little differently. Since the Arts Academy is only one thread, I was thinking we could use that as a sort of decoy headquarters and keep the location of the Order of Ruin Academy secret once the order itself is revealed to the Galaxy. That way, the thread will still get activity, but it will also give us an advantage should the Jedi learn that we are stationed on Thule.
And Luxeria. For now, I was personally thinking having the traditional threads such as a cafeteria/dining hall, council chambers, training rooms, dungeon, hangar bay, alchemy labs, and *maybe* individual chambers for the Masters of the council. But I've haven't put much thought into it yet. My main focus is just getting this faction active and recruiting more writers to help us out.

I figured the first step was getting the order moving before actually messing with the threads. Was also curious if there would end up being special rooms, such as the inner sanctum on Kuat. Also liked the idea used by C'Thulu on the last site for the Dark Jedi on Asgard. Used rooms that affected certain emotions and sickness.
