You finally find some time in your busy day to sit and relax. On a whim, you pull out your datapad, looking for whatever video is new and popular on the HoloNet. As the video begins to play, static jumps across the screen, leaving an image behind. A man, his face hidden, though his eyes seemingly a glow. His voice rings deep, metallic.
"Long have the Jedi and Sith dictated events in the galaxy. Their never ending conflict with one another bringing nothing but chaos and turmoil. In all their time, they have brought about no change. This galaxy has become stagnant, and they are the ones to blame. No more will we sit by, letting them hold the Force over our heads to keep us at bay. No more will we let their differences be the cause of our suffering. It is our time to strike back. We are the children of the Light, and the Dark, called forth to bring an end to this stagnation, this disease of unchanging torment. We are Nephilim, and we are coming."
Static crawls across the screen once more, your video playing on as normal. As you settle in for the nightly news, an eerie story, and a familiar silhouette are the cover story. The clip you saw earlier, played across the entire galaxy
Overview:
Nephilim is an extremist group, similar to the Zeison Sha. Their main goal is to bring an end to the conflict between the Jedi and the Sith. Ideally, this could be achieved peacefully throughout the disbanding of both groups, whose members would be brought into Nephilim to unite their ideas and practices. As this is not the case, Nephilim is prepared to fight.
What we need:
To start off, we will need at least there more founding members, not including myself. Nephilim is a Force neutral group, accepting all walks of life, be they former Jedi or Sith, Mandalorians, smugglers, etc. Over time, we would like the see our ranks bolstered by those that have willingly joined from the Jedi and Sith. That being said, we also expect to come across people who intend to join for the purpose of spying. All I ask is that if that is your goal, please plan it properly with members of the group. This will be a militant group, so it is fair to expect you will see conflict at some point, but we will hold to the traffic light system.
Once we have enough of a player base within the group to move forward, we will be looking for members of the Jedi and Sith to oppose, or approach us, but planning for that will come in time.
