Interactions

I need to get a feel for my character Baylith Smythe. He is a new character for me, unfamiliar, uncharted waters you may say. I'd like to get at least two other people to help me figure him out. What sort of plot should we start in order to get things rolling? Let me know if you're interested, what ideas you have, and what yours thoughts are.
